An automatic control system of a barrel washing machine is characterized by comprising a barrel washing machine shell (1), supporting legs (2), a machine cover (3), an exhaust hole (4), a temperature sensor (5), a heating pipe (6), a barrel washing motor (7), spiral blades (8), a liquid injection pipe (9), a barrel washing depth-adjustable net protecting structure (10), a barrel washing waste gas antifouling treatment fan structure (11), a barrel washing waste liquid treatment filter pipe structure (12) and an automatic control alarm structure (13), wherein the four corners of the bottom of the barrel washing machine shell (1) are all connected with the supporting legs (2) through bolts; the upper end of the barrel washing machine shell (1) is connected with a machine cover (3) in a threaded manner; the middle part inside the machine cover (3) is provided with an exhaust hole (4); the left end and the right end of the bottom of the inner side of the barrel washing machine shell (1) are both connected with a temperature sensor (5) through screws; the left wall and the right wall of the lower part of the inner side of the barrel washing machine shell (1) are both connected with a heating pipe (6) through screws; the middle part of the bottom of the barrel washing machine shell (1) is connected with a barrel washing motor (7) through a bolt; an output shaft of the barrel washing motor (7) penetrates through the inner side of the bottom of the barrel washing machine shell (1), and is in key connection with a spiral blade (8); a liquid injection pipe (9) is connected to the inlet of the left upper side of the barrel washing machine shell (1) through threads; the protective net structure (10) with the adjustable barrel washing depth is connected with the shell (1) of the barrel washing machine; the bucket washing waste gas antifouling treatment fan structure (11) is connected with the exhaust hole (4); the barrel washing waste liquid treatment filter pipe structure (12) is connected with the barrel washing machine shell (1); the automatic control alarm structure (13) is connected with the shell (1) of the barrel washing machine; the protective net structure (10) with the adjustable washing barrel depth comprises an adjustable net (101), an adjusting pipe (102), a supporting rod (103), an adjusting bolt (104), a fixing column (105) and a quick-release bolt (106), wherein the adjustable net (101) is connected to the inner side between the adjusting pipes (102) through screws; the adjusting pipe (102) is sleeved on the outer wall of the supporting rod (103) and is fixedly connected and arranged through an adjusting bolt (104); the upper part of the outer side of the supporting rod (103) is connected with a fixing column (105) through a bolt; the inner part of the fixing column (105) is in threaded connection with a quick-release bolt (106).

The automatic control system of the tub washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the tub washing exhaust antifouling treatment fan structure (11) comprises an exhaust fan (111), a detachable cover (112), an exhaust treatment tub (113), an exhaust antifouling adsorption core (114), an outlet pipe (115) and an adsorption ball (116), the exhaust fan (111) is screwed at an upper outlet of the detachable cover (112); the disassembly cover (112) is in threaded connection with the upper end of the waste gas treatment cylinder (113); a plurality of waste gas antifouling adsorption cores (114) are sequentially arranged in the waste gas treatment cylinder (113) from left to right; the upper side of the inner part of the air outlet pipe (115) is connected with a plurality of adsorption balls (116) through screws.

The automatic control system of the barrel washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the barrel washing effluent disposal filter tube structure (12) comprises a Y-shaped guide tube (121), a mechanical valve (122), an effluent disposal box (123), an effluent disposal core (124), a cleaning bottom cover (125) and a drain tube (126), the lower end of the Y-shaped guide tube (121) is installed at the upper inlet of the effluent disposal box (123) through the mechanical valve (122); a waste liquid treatment core (124) is arranged in the waste liquid treatment box (123); the lower end of the waste liquid treatment box (123) is connected with a cleaning bottom cover (125) through threads; a liquid discharge pipe (126) is connected with an outlet at the middle part of the cleaning bottom cover (125) in a threaded manner.

The automatic control system of a tub washer according to claim 1, characterized in that the automatic control alarm structure (13) comprises a control box (131), a control screen (132), an alarm body (133), a PLC (134) and a wireless communication module (135), the control screen (132) is screwed to the right surface of the control box (131); the inside from top to bottom of control box (131) screw connection have alarm ware body (133), PLC (134) and wireless communication module (135) in proper order.
5. The automatic control system of a tub washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the adjustable net (101) is a rectangular stainless steel net and is located on the upper part of the spiral blade (8).
