Cleaning devices are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the middle roller 7 and the unwinding roller 8, two cylinder bodies 5 are arranged on the outer walls of the middle roller 7 and the unwinding roller 8, and the cleaning roller 611 of the cylinder body 5 at the upper end is used for wetting and cleaning an aluminum foil; the cleaning roller 611 of the lower end cylinder 5 cleans and dries the aluminum foil so as to achieve the purpose of alternately cleaning the surface of the aluminum foil in a dry-wet manner. Due to the design, the front and the back of the aluminum foil can be cleaned, the cleaning effect is good, the overall structure layout is compact, the front and the back of the aluminum foil can be cleaned directly in the winding and unwinding processes, and the problem of secondary pollution caused by repeated winding and unwinding is effectively solved.

1. The utility model provides an aluminium foil surface cleaning device, sets up unreeling roller (8), middle roller (7) and wind-up roll (2) on installation panel (1) including rotating, unreel roller (8), middle roller (7) outside and respectively be provided with a cleaning device, its characterized in that:
the cleaning device comprises a screw rod, the screw rod comprises two screw rod sections with opposite rotation directions, each screw rod section is provided with a screw rod sliding block (35), and a first connecting rod (36) is hinged on each screw rod sliding block (35); two cylinders (4) are arranged on the opposite sides of the screw rod, the tail ends of the two cylinders (4) are respectively connected with a cylinder sliding block (41), and a second connecting rod (42) is hinged on the cylinder sliding block (41); the first connecting rod (36) and the second connecting rod (42) on the same side are respectively connected with the same cylinder body (5), a cleaning roller (611) is rotatably arranged in the cylinder body (5), and the cleaning roller (611) is tightly attached to the unwinding roller (8) or the middle roller (7).

The aluminum foil surface cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein: unreel roller (8) and middle roller (7) and set up on same horizontal plane, and unreel and be provided with stoving box (9) between roller (8) and middle roller (7), wind-up roll (2) set up the downside at stoving box (9).

The aluminum foil surface cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 2, wherein: four opposite corners of the drying box body (9) are respectively provided with a first guide roller (93), a second guide roller (94), a third guide roller (95) and a fourth guide roller (96), and aluminum foil on the unreeling roller (8) sequentially passes through the first guide roller (93), the second guide roller (94), the middle roller (7), the third guide roller (95), the inside of the drying box body (9) and the fourth guide roller (96) and then is wound on the reeling roller (2).

The aluminum foil surface cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 2, wherein: the upper end and the lower end of the inner cavity of the drying box body (9) are respectively provided with a wavy upper flow deflector (92) and a wavy lower flow deflector (91), and the concave-convex surfaces of the upper flow deflector (92) and the lower flow deflector (91) are arranged oppositely.

The aluminum foil surface cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein: the winding and unwinding device is characterized in that an arc-shaped surface (54) attached to the outer wall of the unwinding roller (8) or the middle roller (7) is arranged on the barrel (5), a circular mounting groove (51) is formed in the barrel (5), a plurality of first circular grooves (52) are inwards and concavely arranged on the inner wall of the mounting groove (51), and a notch (53) is formed in the arc-shaped surface (54) of the mounting groove (51); the rotary cleaning device is characterized in that a mandrel (6) is rotatably arranged in the mounting groove (51), a plurality of second circular grooves (61) are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the mandrel (6), the number of the second circular grooves (61) is equal to that of the first circular grooves (52), cleaning rollers (611) are rotatably arranged in the second circular grooves (61), the parts of the cleaning rollers (611) are accommodated in the first circular grooves (52), and one of the cleaning rollers (611) extends out of the notch (53) and is tightly attached to the unwinding roller (8) or the middle roller (7).
6. The aluminum foil surface cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 5, wherein: the cleaning roller (611) comprises an outer barrel (6111) and an inner core (6112), wherein the outer barrel (6111) is made of sponge materials.
7. The aluminum foil surface cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 5, wherein: the cylinder body (5) is made of elastic materials, and the installation groove (51) can be opened from the notch (53) and is placed into the mandrel (6).
8. The aluminum foil surface cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 5, wherein: one end of the mounting groove (51) is opened, and the mandrel (6) can be inserted into the mounting groove (51) from the side.

The aluminum foil surface cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 5, wherein: a central flow passage (63) is arranged in the mandrel (6), the central flow passage (63) is respectively communicated with the second circular grooves (61) through branch flow passages (62), and one-way valves are arranged on the branch flow passages (62).
