The working principle is as follows: firstly, two sealing covers 61 are respectively sleeved on the outer surfaces of two ends of an ultrafiltration membrane filter element 8 and are arranged in a sealing groove 541 through a first sealing ring 62, so that two ends of a protective cylinder 5 are sealed, then a plurality of bolts 65 on an adjusting ring 64 are rotated to enable a plurality of arc-shaped toothed plates 66 to be connected with inlet pipes 81 at two ends of the ultrafiltration membrane filter element 8 in a clamping manner, so that the ultrafiltration membrane filter element 8 can be stably arranged in the protective cylinder 5, then a worm 41 drives a worm wheel 42 and a gear 43 to rotate and enable two racks 44 to slide reversely, then a top block 45 drives a cross block 47 to move reversely, so that the distance between a liquid inlet pipe 1 and a liquid outlet pipe 2 is increased, so that the ultrafiltration membrane filter element 8 can be smoothly arranged between the liquid inlet pipe 1 and the liquid outlet pipe 2, then the worm 41 rotates reversely to enable the distance between the liquid inlet pipe 1 and the liquid outlet pipe 2 to be gradually decreased, because a certain distance exists between the top block 45 and a stop block 461, so that the ultrafiltration membrane filter element 8 can be respectively in threaded connection with external thread joints 13 of the liquid inlet pipe 1 and the liquid outlet pipe 2 without interference, and the ultrafiltration membrane filter element 2, and enable a filtrate to be connected with a piston 821 to enable the ultrafiltration membrane filter element 8 to be connected with a second stop disc 71 which is connected with a filter plug 2 through a screw thread of a screw, and a second stop disc 71 which enables the ultrafiltration membrane filter element 8 to be connected with a filter plug 2, and a plug 71 which is connected with a plug 71 which is arranged on a plug 2, and a plug 71 which is connected with a plug 71, piston 71 reverse movement makes feed liquor pipe 1, drain pipe 2 be in independent sealed state respectively, then again with feed liquor pipe 1 and 2 interval grow processing of drain pipe, makes milipore filter core 8 and protects a section of thick bamboo 5 and can be with quick separation between feed liquor pipe 1, the drain pipe 2, and when making milipore filter core 8 demolish, the filtrating between feed liquor pipe 1 and the drain pipe 2 can not mix.
