The fireproof plate comprises a suspension structure, a fixed fireproof plate 1, at least one movable fireproof plate 2, a steel fixing frame 3, an electromagnetic absorption strip 15 and an aluminum alloy annular bracket 4; wherein, the top end of the suspension structure is fixedly connected to the structural beam 14, and the bottom end is fixedly connected to the top end of the fixed fireproof plate 1; moreover, the fixed fireproof plate 1 is vertically arranged and is fixed on the steel fixing frame 3 in an extending manner; the steel fixing frame 3 is arranged below the bottom of the supporting structure right below the structural beam 14; the electromagnetic attraction strip 15 is arranged on the steel fixing frame 3 and is used for attracting the movable fireproof plate 2 after being electrified; the aluminum alloy annular bracket 4 is fixed on the bottom of the fixed fireproof plate 1 and used for supporting the movable fireproof plate 2; the movable fireproof plate 2 and the fixed fireproof plate 1 are arranged at intervals in parallel, the top end of the movable fireproof plate is detachably adsorbed on the electromagnetic attraction strip 15, and the bottom end of the movable fireproof plate is detachably arranged on the aluminum alloy annular bracket 4. Meanwhile, a fireproof flexible sealing block 10 is hermetically arranged at the bottom of a gap between the fixed fireproof plate 1 and the movable fireproof plate 2. And the top of the movable fireproof plate 2 is made of steel materials.
Further, the suspension structure comprises a second fixing anchor bolt 11 and an aluminum alloy suspension piece 12; the top end of the aluminum alloy hanging piece 12 is fixed on one side of the structural beam 14, and the bottom end is fixedly connected to the top end of the fixed fireproof plate 1 through a second fixing anchor bolt 11, so as to fix the fixed fireproof plate 1 on the side wall of the structural beam 14. Meanwhile, a fireproof flexible sealing block 10 is hermetically arranged at the bottom of a gap between the fixed fireproof plate 1 and the movable fireproof plate 2.
It is noted that the support structure is arranged horizontally and is a pipeline 13.
When the device is used at ordinary times, a common power supply is connected, the electromagnetic absorption strip 15 is charged to generate absorption force, and the steel material part at the top of the movable fireproof plate 2 is absorbed, so that the fixed fireproof plate 1 and the movable fireproof plate 2 are attached together, and the height of the smoke-blocking vertical wall at the lowest part of the device pipeline 13 is b (as shown in fig. 3). When a fire disaster occurs, after the fire center confirms that the common power supply is cut off, after the electromagnetic suction strip 15 is powered off, the adsorption force disappears, the movable fireproof plate 2 automatically drops to the bottom, the top end of the movable fireproof plate is fixed by the aluminum alloy annular bracket 4, and at the moment, the height of the electromagnetic smoke blocking vertical wall at the lowest part of the equipment pipeline 13 is 2b (as shown in figure 4). The fixed fireproof plate 1 and the movable fireproof plate 2 are sealed by the fireproof flexible sealing block 10, and the sealing performance between gaps of the electromagnetic smoke-blocking vertical walls can be effectively guaranteed. The length of the electromagnetic smoke-blocking vertical wall is increased, the thickness of the smoke storage bin is increased, the windowing height of the natural smoke exhaust window can be reduced when natural smoke exhaust is adopted, and the special windowing design of a building is facilitated to reduce the influence of the smoke exhaust window on the effect of the outer vertical surface of the building. When mechanical smoke exhaust is adopted, the thickness of the smoke layer below the lowest point of the suction inlet of the smoke exhaust system can be increased, and the limit smoke exhaust amount of a single smoke exhaust port is increased. After fire, the common power supply is switched on, and the manual reset can be realized.

Claims (9)

An electromagnetic smoke barrier vertical wall is characterized by comprising a suspension structure, a fixed fireproof plate, at least one movable fireproof plate, a steel fixing frame, an electromagnetic absorption strip and an aluminum alloy annular bracket; the top end of the suspension structure is fixedly connected to the structural beam, and the bottom end of the suspension structure is fixedly connected to the top end of the fixed fireproof plate; the fixed fireproof plate is vertically arranged and is fixed on the steel fixing frame in an extending manner; the steel fixing frame is arranged below the bottom of the supporting structure right below the structural beam; the electromagnetic attraction strip is arranged on the steel fixing frame and used for attracting the movable fireproof plate after being electrified; the aluminum alloy annular bracket is fixed on the bottom of the fixed fireproof plate and used for supporting the movable fireproof plate; the movable fireproof plate and the fixed fireproof plate are arranged in parallel at intervals, the top end of the movable fireproof plate is detachably adsorbed on the electromagnetic attraction strip, and the bottom end of the movable fireproof plate is detachably arranged on the aluminum alloy annular bracket.

The electromagnetic smoke barrier flap of claim 1 wherein said suspension structure comprises a first anchor, a hanger bar, angle steel and a connecting hanger; the top end of the hanger rod is fixedly connected to the bottom of the structural beam through the first fixing anchor bolt, and the bottom end of the hanger rod is fixedly connected to the angle steel; the angle steel is fixedly connected to the connecting hanging piece through two vertical connecting pieces; the connecting hanging piece is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the supporting structure and fixedly sleeved on the top end of the fixed fireproof plate; the steel fixing frame is fixedly sleeved on the upper part of the fixed fireproof plate and is positioned below the bottom of the supporting structure; the bottom end of the fixed fireproof plate penetrates through the steel fixing frame and vertically extends downwards.
3. The electromagnetic smoke barrier wall of claim 2, wherein said support structure is horizontally disposed and is a solid ceiling.
4. The electromagnetic smoke barrier flap of claim 2 wherein a flexible fireproof seal is sealingly attached to the bottom of the gap between said fixed and movable fireproof boards.

The electromagnetic smoke barrier flap of claim 1 wherein said suspension structure comprises a second anchor bolt and an aluminum alloy hanger; the top of aluminum alloy hangs the piece is fixed in on one side of structural beam, the bottom pass through the fixed crab-bolt fixed connection of second in the top of fixed fire proof board, be used for with fixed fire proof board is fixed in on the lateral wall of structural beam.

8. The electromagnetic smoke barrier flap of claim 1 wherein said electromagnetic sucker is electrically connected to a power source.
9. The electromagnetic smoke barrier wall of claim 1 wherein the top of said movable fire barrier panel is made of steel.
