Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples:
embodiment one: referring to fig. 1-3, an operating handle of a tattoo instrument comprises a shell 1 and a driving mechanism 2 arranged in the shell, wherein a first fastening piece 3 is arranged at the bottom of the shell, a sleeve 4 is arranged outside the shell, the lower part of the sleeve is arranged outside the first fastening piece, and a first internal thread 5 is arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the sleeve;
the top of the sleeve is connected with the outer surface of the middle part of the shell in a threaded manner.
In this embodiment, the embroidery machine includes an operation handle and an embroidery head 6, and in this embodiment, the embroidery head is mounted at the bottom of the operation handle. The driving mechanism is used for driving the movement of the needling assembly in the embroidery head, so that the embroidery work is realized. The first fastener is used for being connected with the embroidery head, and the operating handle is connected with the embroidery head through the first fastener in the prior art. But only adopt first fastener to connect, and take off easily, there is great potential safety hazard, consequently, through set up the sleeve in the casing outside, the sleeve bottom sets up first internal thread, compare at first fastener and the structure that the first fastening was carried out once with the line embroidery head, the rethread sleeve carries out the secondary connection fastening with the line embroidery head, can set up external screw thread and telescopic first internal thread and carry out the spiro union above the line embroidery head, the connection of operating handle and line embroidery head is through dual fastening like this, its joint strength is higher, simultaneously, even a set of fastening loosens, still another set of fastening is connected operating handle and line embroidery head, stability and security in the line embroidery process can effectually be guaranteed like this. Meanwhile, in the prior art, only one-time fastening is adopted, even if the central axes of the embroidery head and the operating handle are not coincident in one-time fastening, the outward inclination or the deviation appears, operators are difficult to find, thus the accuracy is poor in the embroidery process, the operators are easy to be injured, and certain potential safety hazards exist. Therefore, in this embodiment, the sleeve is set as the secondary fastening, if the primary fastening is inclined outwards or offset, the secondary fastening is difficult to realize, and the secondary fastening can give the operator a warning, is convenient for correct, ensures that the central axes of the operating handle and the embroidery head coincide, and ensures the accuracy and the safety in the embroidery process.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a first external thread 7 is provided on the outer wall of the middle part of the shell, and a second internal thread 8 is provided on the inner wall of the top of the sleeve, and the second internal thread is in threaded connection with the first external thread.
The sleeve is connected with the first external thread of the shell through the second internal thread, so that the sleeve and the shell are coaxial, the sleeve and the shell are connected stably, and the relative sliding or relative shaking cannot occur.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a limiting ring 9 is arranged on the outer wall of the middle part of the shell, an annular space 10 is arranged between the limiting ring and the first external thread, and the top of the sleeve is arranged in the annular space.
An annular groove 11 is formed in the inner wall of the limiting ring, the annular groove is opposite to the first external thread, an annular protrusion 12 is arranged on the outer edge surface of the top of the sleeve, and the annular protrusion is movably arranged in the annular groove.
In this embodiment, the annular bulge of sleeve top outer fringe face can be in the ring channel of spacing ring, and the sleeve is spiral above the casing like this for when the sleeve reciprocates for the casing, can receive annular bulge and the spacing of ring channel, prevent that sleeve and first external screw thread from breaking away from, namely carry out spacing to the sleeve through the spacing ring, prevent that it from dropping from above the operating handle.
Meanwhile, in the embodiment, screw holes can be formed in the limiting ring and the operating handle, the limiting ring is locked on the operating handle by bolts, the limiting ring can be adhered on the operating handle, or in other modes, the connecting modes of the limiting ring and the operating handle are various, and the limiting ring is selected according to actual conditions.
That is, the installation of sleeve and spacing ring can improve on current operating handle, and current operating handle only possesses first fastener for example, when reforming transform, directly makes first external screw thread on operating handle's outer wall, then with spacing ring and sleeve install the outside at operating handle can, like this past operating handle also can directly upgrade to need not to abandon operating handle in the past, can reduce development cost.
The top of casing install regulating part 13, the regulating part with casing top spiro union links to each other, when the regulating part rotates, promote actuating mechanism moves down or moves up.
In this embodiment, the driving mechanism is a motor and a driving shaft, the motor can push the driving shaft to move up and down, when the driving shaft faces down, the motor can push the needling assembly inside the embroidery head to move down, and when the driving shaft faces up, the needling assembly moves upwards from reset, so that the top of the needling assembly always contacts with the bottom of the driving shaft, and therefore, the driving mechanism can drive the needling assembly to move up and down in a reciprocating manner, and the embroidery work is realized. The adjusting part is provided with a power supply mechanism which is used for supplying power to the driving mechanism, and the adjusting part is in threaded connection with the operating handle, so that when the adjusting part and the operating handle are in relative threaded connection and rotation, the adjusting part can pull the driving mechanism to ascend or descend, and the extending length of the needling assembly can be adjusted, namely the length of a needle can be adjusted.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, at least one set of elastomeric seals 14 is provided on the bottom exterior surface of the first fastener. A corresponding number of annular mounting grooves 15 are provided in the outer surface of the first fastener, each set of elastomeric seals being mounted in a set of annular mounting grooves, the elastomeric seals being positioned by the annular mounting grooves.
In this embodiment, when the first fastener is mounted to the embroidery head, the elastic sealing member is pressed and elastically deformed, so as to generate a pressing force on the embroidery head, and increase a friction force with the embroidery head, so that an axial resistance opposite to a movement direction of the needling assembly is formed, thereby limiting movement of the embroidery head in an axial direction and preventing the embroidery head from being separated from the operating handle. In the invention, more than 2 groups of elastic sealing elements are preferably arranged at intervals, so that when the elastic sealing elements are installed and positioned with the embroidery heads, if only one group of elastic sealing elements are arranged, the first fastening piece and the embroidery heads are easy to shake, and the connection and use stability are ensured by adopting 2 groups or more of elastic sealing elements which are mutually limited.
Embodiment two: referring to fig. 4, an operating handle of a tattooing apparatus is basically similar to the first embodiment in structure, except that: two groups of limit buckles 16 are symmetrically arranged on the outer surface of the bottom of the first fastener.
In the embodiment, two groups of clamping grooves are connected with the limiting buckles on the embroidery head to form a rotary lock catch structure.
Embodiment III: referring to fig. 5 to 7, an operating handle of a tattooing apparatus is basically similar to the first embodiment in structure, except that: the bottom of the first fastener is provided with bottom threads 17.
In this embodiment, the first fastener is connected to the embroidery head by a threaded connection, and the first fastener is not connected to the first embodiment by a plugging manner.
The spiral direction of the bottom thread is opposite to the spiral direction of the first internal thread; the pitch of the bottom thread is larger than that of the first internal thread, the bottom thread is a coarse thread 18, and the first internal thread is a fine thread 19.
In this embodiment, the first fastener and the embroidery head adopt a threaded connection structure, which is different from the tight fit manner of the first embodiment, but belongs to a fastening manner.
The lead angle of the coarse thread is larger, and the lead distance is smaller as the lead angle of the coarse thread is larger and the pitch is larger, so that the coarse thread has lower requirements on the accuracy of installation and is convenient to install and detach. However, the vibration resistance is relatively weak, the self-locking performance and the sealing performance are relatively poor, and the release is easy to occur. The fine thread has the advantages of good tightness, weaker vibration resistance and better self-locking property because of small thread lead angle and small thread pitch and the same lead distance, and is difficult to loose, but has higher requirement on installation accuracy.
In this embodiment, when the operating handle is connected with the embroidery head, the first fastener is inserted into the embroidery head (the embroidery head is internally provided with a coarse thread corresponding to the first fastener and a fine thread corresponding to the sleeve), and is subjected to rapid alignment through the coarse thread, and then is subjected to rapid locking and positioning, so that primary fastening is realized, and therefore, the primary fastening is realized, the sleeve and the embroidery head adopt fine threads, and the primary fastening gives a guiding and alignment to the secondary fine threads, so that the sleeve and the embroidery head can be directly and rapidly connected (in a conventional fine thread connection mode, multiple screw connections are difficult to align, and even the thread slipping phenomenon occurs). Therefore, the adoption of the coarse thread and the fine thread can ensure the connection strength and the stability, and simultaneously, the smoothness and the convenience of installation can be improved.
Referring to fig. 7, in this embodiment, after a long-time and high-frequency vibration action, the coarse thread is loosened, that is, the thread embroidery head moves downward relative to the operating handle, that is, the coarse thread of the thread embroidery head moves downward relative to the coarse thread of the first fastener, so that loosening and withdrawing movement occurs, but because the coarse thread has a larger thread lifting angle than the fine thread, the loosening and withdrawing amplitude of the coarse thread is larger than that of the fine thread under the interference of the same external force, the fine thread interval between the sleeve and the thread embroidery head gradually disappears along with the loosening and withdrawing direction under the pushing of the loosening and withdrawing movement, and the generated pressure gradually increases, so that the contact area and friction resistance between the sleeve and the fine thread of the thread embroidery head increase, that is, the fastening force between the sleeve and the thread embroidery head increases, that is, the fastening performance between the operating handle and the thread embroidery head is improved. Therefore, in this embodiment, not only the spiral direction of bottom screw thread is opposite with the spiral square of first internal thread, can give reverse effort, increases a fastening effect, simultaneously because the use of thick thread and thin thread further increases fastening effect, both restrict each other, effectively prevent the emergence of pine takes place for the line embroidery head and takes place the pine phenomenon, improves stability, fastness and the security in the line embroidery in-process, prevents that the line embroidery head from droing and taking place the potential safety hazard.
In this embodiment, a cavity 20 is provided at the bottom of the first fastener, the bottom of the driving mechanism is inserted into the cavity, the bottom thread is an internal thread, and the internal thread is disposed on the inner wall of the cavity.
Embodiment four: referring to fig. 8, an operating handle of a tattooing apparatus is basically similar to the third embodiment in structure, except that: the bottom thread 17 is an external thread provided on the outer wall of the first fastener.
In the fifth embodiment, referring to fig. 9 and 10, an operating handle of a tattooing apparatus is basically similar to the first, second, third and fourth embodiments in structure, except that: an elastic chuck 21 is detachably arranged between the sleeve and the first fastening piece, a connecting external thread 22 is arranged on the outer wall of the top of the elastic chuck, the elastic chuck is in threaded connection with the first internal thread of the sleeve through the connecting external thread, and a gap is arranged between the elastic chuck and the first fastening piece; when the sleeve moves downwards relative to the elastic chuck, the bottom of the elastic chuck is pushed to be closed; when the sleeve moves upwards relative to the elastic chuck, the elastic chuck is reset, so that the bottom of the elastic chuck is opened.
The elastic clamping head comprises a connecting part 23 and a plurality of groups of elastic clamping jaws 24 arranged at the bottom of the connecting part, deformation gaps 25 are arranged between adjacent elastic clamping jaws, connecting external threads are arranged on the outer surface of the top of the connecting part, the upper outer edge surface of each group of elastic clamping jaws is a guide inclined surface 26, the guide inclined surfaces are arranged inwards from bottom to top, and the bottom of the sleeve is propped against the guide inclined surfaces; when the sleeve moves downwards relative to the elastic chuck, the bottom of the sleeve presses the guide inclined plane to push the bottom of the elastic clamping jaw to be arranged towards the axis of the elastic chuck, so that the elastic chuck is closed; when the sleeve moves upwards relative to the elastic clamping head, the bottom of the elastic clamping jaw automatically recovers outwards, and the elastic clamping head is opened.
In the first, second, third and fourth embodiments, the secondary fastening is directly screwed with the embroidery head through the first internal thread at the bottom of the sleeve, the secondary fastening adopts a screwing mode, in this embodiment, the secondary fastening does not adopt a screwing mode, adopts a clamping mode of an elastic chuck, but needs to arrange the elastic chuck between the sleeve and the first fastener.
Even if the external thread which is in threaded connection with the first internal thread of the previous sleeve is arranged on the external surface of the embroidery head, the embroidery head can be normally clamped.
When the elastic clamping head is actually locked, after the first fastener of the operating handle is connected with the embroidery head, the sleeve is in threaded connection with the operating handle and moves downwards, the elastic clamping head is synchronously driven to move downwards, when the elastic clamping head is at a position where clamping is needed, an operator presses the elastic clamping head (if the elastic clamping head is propped against the embroidery head and cannot move downwards, the operator does not need to press the elastic clamping head), the elastic clamping head does not synchronously rotate or synchronously move downwards along with the sleeve, the sleeve continuously moves downwards, at the moment, the sleeve can rotate in threaded connection with the first internal thread through the external thread, the sleeve not only rotates relative to the elastic clamping head, but also moves downwards relatively, and due to the guide inclined plane, the bottom of the elastic clamping jaw is pushed to deform inwards, namely the elastic clamping head is closed to clamp the embroidery head, so that secondary fastening is realized. When the elastic clamping head is loosened, the sleeve moves upwards relative to the elastic clamping head, and the elastic clamping jaw automatically recovers, so that the elastic clamping head is opened, and the secondary fastening can be released.
In this embodiment, the sleeve is used to drive the elastic chuck to open and close to realize secondary fastening, which is different from the threaded connection mode of other embodiments, but the secondary fastening function is also used, so that even if the external thread is not arranged on the outer surface of the embroidery head, the thread can be locked and limited for the smooth surface, and the application range of secondary fastening can be improved.
Moreover, the elastic chuck is detachably connected with the sleeve, if the operating handle needs to be matched with the old style embroidery head (the old style embroidery head is only provided with a primary fastening mechanism, no external thread is matched with the first internal thread of the sleeve), the outside of the old style embroidery head can be directly coated and clamped through the elastic chuck, and the old style embroidery head can be secondarily fastened, so that the application range can be improved, the adaptability cavity is improved, and the cost of replacing the embroidery head is reduced.
