防复用型胰岛素注射器,其组成包括外筒、推杆、活塞、针管、护帽、保护套管;外筒内腔安装有由推杆和活塞构成的柱塞组件,活塞内腔中上段设有阻尼环;推杆下端按手呈叁状;筒体下端开口呈喇叭状;筒体内腔长度大于推杆长度与活塞顶端壁厚之和;未使用时活塞支架的止脱球位于活塞阻尼环下方,使得推杆与活塞的长度之和大于筒体长度,可防止推杆进入筒体后的误触发;在注射末用力挤压推杆,活塞支架的止脱球越过阻尼环,与活塞顶面抵触,活塞支架完全进入活塞,使得活塞顶壁厚度与推杆的长度之和等于筒体内腔长度,在作用力下,推杆完全进入筒体内腔被闭锁和屏蔽。本发明结构简单,可在容纳药液状态下携带,使用便捷,自锁防复用。

Description

防复用型胰岛素注射器
(一)、技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,具体的说是用于抽取胰岛素药液后向皮下组织内注射药液的防复用型胰岛素注射器。
(二)、背景技术
注射器一般由外筒、推杆和活塞组成,主要用于抽取药液经配伍后(适配注射针)用于向人体组织内注射药液;也常用于采集组织标本、抽取体液的诊疗过程。
用于注射胰岛素的注射器具目前大概有四个类型:
①、胰岛素泵,是一个根据患者血糖浓度梯度预设的、事后给药方案,它采用微处理器将上述血糖浓度梯度按时序自动将胰岛素注入患者皮下组织;它一般有微处理器控制系统、血糖梯度数据,时序控制器、动力泵,胰岛素贮存腔(药液容器)、接口、导管、皮下留置针等模块或部件组成;价格昂贵,一般数万元;单次使用成本在拾元以上。
②、无针注射器,是采用机械力压缩空气形成的瞬间高压气流,推动注射器活塞、将药液以射流方式射入皮下,属于机械高压气动泵与贮药注射器结合的构造型式;价格较为昂贵,每支千元左右;也需要反复更换高压塑料制成无针注射器;单次使用成本也超过数元。
③、笔式反复使用胰岛素注射器(代表产品有诺和笔等多种品牌),其基本构型是一个可以与胰岛素药液容器结合的螺旋抽取药液及弹力触发装置(它可提供注射压力)但是需要配合双头胰岛素注射针;使用时,根据血糖水平旋转数字,设定胰岛素的注射剂量(实际是控制柱塞的一定距离),而后按键释放弹力柱塞,药液通过针头注射入皮下组织;此类笔式注射器具有携带方便,设定剂量准确的特征,但每次需要更换双刃口胰岛素专用注射针;笔式注射器的购入成本在数百元;单次使用的费用也超过五元。
④、普通的胰岛素注射器带注射针;其基本结构是在普通的微残留1.0ml注射器的基础上增加了后端护帽,增印容量刻度线,以便更准确的抽取和注射胰岛素;成本最低,每支1元以下;是基层广大的糖尿病患者目前使用的主要器具。
但也存在诸多不足或缺陷:
该类注射器的容量是1.0ml(也有0.5ml)规格;胰岛素药液的容器基本是10.ml(400IU);患者一般日使用量在8~30IU;且分作三次(进食)注射(每次0.1-0.25ml);因上述注射器贮存容量过大(冗余);刻度线难以展开,误差增加;注射器具容量空间过大也造成浪费;再者;注射器体积过大,不利于携带,其后端的护帽因空腔有限,不能对抽取药液后的注射器提供防护,患者日常使用时还必须是每次使用前抽药,效率低下,就无法做到事先抽取三餐所用的药液。无法利用后端护帽进行保护,也不能随身携带,随时使用。
对于上述的前三类高价值可复用型胰岛素注射器具,因其单次耗资远远超出基层患者的支付能力,在此不予讨论;因为其价格昂贵,又不在医保范畴内,普通百姓无力接受。
为了底层广大的低消费能力群体考虑,有必要研究一种结构简洁,使用便捷,成本低廉、安全可靠的胰岛素注射器,以减少上述诊疗过程中的困难、降低成本和提高工作效率。
(三)、发明内容
为解决前述第④类普通胰岛素注射器结构在上述应用场景中的不足和解决操作中的困难,本发明提出一种结构简洁、安全可靠、实用性好、且为广大患者容易接受的防复用胰岛素注射器。为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样的:防复用胰岛素注射器的构成,包括外筒、推杆、活塞、针管、护帽和保护套;其特征在于:外筒内安装有由推杆和活塞构成的柱塞组件,活塞与筒体内壁呈滑动密封;在推杆下端的按手呈伞形扩大;针管粘接在筒体前端针座中央的针孔内;护帽套装在针座的外表;保护套套装在外筒的外表。
活塞采用橡胶或类似弹性材料制成;的上下外缘有环形突嵴的密封环,活塞内腔的上中段内壁有突起的阻尼环,阻尼环前方的空腔可容纳推杆活塞支架的止脱球。
推杆上端设置有活塞支架,其上端是止脱球;其下端是外径增大的止脱环;推杆的下段接近按手处有一缩窄的闭锁环;推杆的下端是呈伞形扩大的按手;推杆的总长度LG小于筒体的长度LT,即LG<LT;推杆的长度与活塞顶壁厚度之和等于筒体的长度,即LG+Hd=LT。
推杆在未使用时,活塞支架上端的止脱球与活塞内腔的阻尼环抵触;此时的推杆长度LG与其抵触的活塞长度Hc之和大于筒体的长度LT,即LG+Hc>LT;可避免外力对推杆的触动造成的误触发。
本发明具有以下技术特征和技术进步:
结构简单,为注射胰岛素定制,可在容药状态下携带,使用便捷,使用后自锁且可防复用。

(五)、具体实施例
由图1可知,本发明防复用胰岛素注射器,其构成包括:外筒1、推杆2、活塞3、针管4、护帽5、保护套6;由图可知;针管4是由不锈钢材料或适用的硬质韧性材料制成的细小空管、其一端是锋利的尖端,称作针尖41;针孔与另一端开孔42相通;护帽5是透明材料制成的盲管,其一端有开孔51,其内径小于针座14的外径,在内孔51的内壁上制有缩窄的嵌位环52,护帽与针座可形成摩擦接触配合;用于保护针尖41避免触碰损坏。
图2是本发明防复用胰岛素注射器的外筒结构示意图;由图可知,外筒1是一个由透明材料制成的筒状结构,其下段是呈均一直径的筒体11;筒体下端是呈喇叭状的开口16,喇叭状开口处16上端的内壁有缩窄的闭锁环15,该环的内径小于推杆2上的止脱环24和止退环25的外径;在外筒1的上段外缘有外径扩大的把手12;在把手12的前端设置有针座结构13,针座13的中央有一微小针孔14,可插入针管4予以粘接。
参照图3,推杆2上端制有哑铃形的活塞支架22,支架的上端是止脱球23,支架的下端是止脱环24,其外径,其直径小于外筒1的内径;但大于筒体11下段闭锁环15的内径;活塞支架嵌入活塞3内腔(结合图4活塞结构);推杆2的下端呈伞形扩大成为按手21,在近按手21处的推杆下段有突起的止退环25;推杆2的总长度LG小于外筒1的筒体11的长度LT,即LG<LT;推杆2长度与活塞3顶端厚度之和等于筒体11的长度,即LG+Hd=LT;推杆2的外表可以刻制或印制容量刻度线和容量数字。

图5是本发明防复用胰岛素注射器组装完整、未使用状态下的结构示意图;由图可知;针管4粘接在筒体11前端针座13的针孔14内;护帽5套装在筒体11前端的针座13外表;活塞3嵌装在推杆2前端的活塞支架22上;二者构成柱塞组件,安装在筒体11内腔中;此时;活塞支架22嵌入活塞3内腔,但止脱球23位于活塞内腔阻尼环32的下方,止脱球23的前方,尚有一段活塞的空腔33;如此形成的推杆与活塞组件总长度大于筒体11内腔的长度,即LG+Hc>LT,可有效的避免误触发形成推杆闭锁;在注射器容药液的情况下,因保护套位于筒体的外表,与筒体把手处摩擦配合,可以防止外力作用造成的推杆移动,有效防止药液的泄露或推杆与筒体的闭锁而使得产品失效。

本发明根据临床需求,设计有0.10ml至0.3ml多种规格,适用于(疾病程度)不同的需求。具有依需求定制,节省材料,降低成本的特征;由于保护套长度大于筒体长度加上推杆长度减去活塞长度之和,即LB>LT+LG-H,可在最大容纳药液情况下对推杆筒体提供防护,利于注射器抽取胰岛素药液后的携带,利于患者每日提前抽取药液、便于携带;还由于本发明采用的推杆与活塞阻尼环形成的二次嵌入结构,在未使用状态下,可防止常规抽拉检查器具过程中造成的推杆误触发现象,增加了产品的可靠性。
本发明对注射器实现自毁闭锁的技术方案具有一定的创造性,对于普及型胰岛素注射器的临床应用具有一定积极意义。
本发明所描述的技术方案,在本专业技术人员通过变形所能够实现的任何类似变形,都将落入本发明的技术范畴。

Claims (4)

1.防复用胰岛素注射器,其组成包括:外筒(1)、推杆(2)、活塞(3)、针管(4)、护帽(5)、保护套(6);其特征在于:外筒(1)内安装有由推杆(2)和活塞(3)构成的柱塞组件,活塞(3)与筒体(11)内壁呈滑动密封;在推杆(2)下端的按手呈伞形扩大(21);针管粘接在筒体(11)前端针座(13)中央的针孔(14)内;护帽套装在针座(13)的外表;保护套管(6)套装在外筒(1)的外表。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防复用胰岛素注射器,其特征在于:活塞(3)采用橡胶或类似弹性材料制成;活塞(3)的上下外缘有环形突起密封环(31),活塞内腔的上中段内壁有突起的阻尼环32,阻尼环前方的空间33可容纳推杆(2)活塞支架的止脱球(23)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防复用胰岛素注射器,其特征在于:推杆(2)上端设置有活塞支架(22),其上端是止脱球(23);其下端是外径稍增大的止脱环(24);推杆(2)的下段接近按手处有一缩窄的止退环(25);推杆(2)的下端是呈伞形扩张的按手(21);推杆的总长度LG小于筒体(11)的长度LT,即LG<LT;推杆(2)的长度与活塞顶壁厚度之和等于筒体(11)的长度,即LG+Hd=LT。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防复用胰岛素注射器,其特征在于:推杆(2)在未使用时,活塞支架(22)上端的止脱球(23)与活塞(3)内腔的阻尼环(32)抵触;此时的推杆长度LG与其抵触的活塞上部长度Hc之和大于筒体(11)LT的长度,即LG+Hc>LT。
