本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,尤其是一种保湿修护组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着人们日常工作生活中作息不规律,在精神压力以及外界环境(例如电子设备、医疗美容、紫外线照射等)的双重作用下,更容易加速皮肤的损伤,直观地表现为细纹和皱纹的形成、弹性降低、皮肤松弛下垂、肤色不再均匀或肤色暗沉、皮肤表面纹理粗糙,出现色斑等。随着皮肤老化或经历长期的环境损害而发生的改变包括细胞和组织活性的普遍降低、细胞复制速率的降低、皮肤血流减少、水分含量降低、结构和功能错误累积、皮肤新陈代谢的变化以及皮肤重建和修护自身的能力的降低。
可见,肌肤的修护很有必要。皮肤修护主要通过两个方面:一是提高抗机体的抗氧化能力,避免胶原蛋白的降解;二是构建保湿屏障,使细胞水分充足保持较高的活性。
但是现有的保湿或修护产品作用较为单一,或对皮肤的修护效果较差,因此,需要开发一种保湿、修护效果显著的活性组合物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有的护肤品的保湿、修护效果仍需进一步提高的缺陷,提供一种保湿修护组合物。本发明通过甘油精氨酸盐酸盐、酵母提取物和水华束丝藻提取物之间的协同作用,全方位地进行护理,从而达到优异的保湿修护效果。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供所述保湿修护组合物的制备方法。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供所述保湿修护组合物在制备护肤品中的应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种保湿修护组合物,包括如下重量份的组分:
甘油精氨酸盐酸盐0.1~0.5份,酵母提取物0.05~5份;水华束丝藻提取物0.2~5份;其它添加剂0~16份。
水华束丝藻(APHANIZOMENONFLOSAQUAE)提取物(又称为蓝绿藻)具有极强的抗氧化能力,消除大部分的自由基,在有效避免皮肤受到氧化损伤的同时,帮助美白皮肤,还能有效避免胶原蛋白降解,维持皮肤年轻态。
酵母提取物通过提高皮肤天然屏障结构的完整性,显著地减缓水分流失,对皮肤具有结构性保湿作用,提供结构保湿活性,与水华束丝藻提取物协同作用,重建牢固的细胞连接,从而有助于恢复皮肤天然保湿能力。
甘油精氨酸盐酸盐,由于氢键的存在,对水具有更强的吸附力,带来长效的保湿效果。
本发明通过水华束丝藻提取物、酵母提取物以及甘油精氨酸盐酸盐的合理搭配,结合了表面保湿与结构性保湿修护,协同增效,全方位地进行护理,可以在皮肤表层形成一种三维立体半透气生物膜结构,通过对水分的强吸附力,可以防止水分的流失,具有长效的保湿的效果;同时还可以提高细胞代谢活力,修护受损细胞,使肌肤保持水润、年轻。
优选地,所述保湿修护组合物包括如下重量份的组分:甘油精氨酸盐酸盐0.1~0.3份,酵母提取物1~3份;水华束丝藻提取物2~3份;其它添加剂0~16份。在上述优选地范围内,得到的组合物的保湿、修护效果更好。
优选地,所述甘油精氨酸盐酸盐中的甘油精氨酸为二羟丙基精氨酸或三羟基精氨酸中的至少一种。
本发明中,还可根据需要添加其它添加剂,所述其它添加剂包括但不限于保湿剂、抗敏剂、抗氧剂、防腐剂或柔润剂中的至少一种。
在上述组合物中加入常规的保湿剂、抗氧剂可以进一步提高保湿、修护效果。
所述保湿剂包括但不限于甜菜碱、尿囊素、甘油、皱波角叉菜(CHONDRUS CRISPUS)提取物、透明质酸钠或葡糖酸内酯中的至少一种。所述保湿剂中进一步优选包含甜菜碱和尿囊素。
甜菜碱具有较强的补水作用,涂抹在皮肤表面之后能够达到补水和锁水的效果,让皮肤时刻保持水润有光泽的状态,还可以调节皮肤的渗透压,促进细胞里蛋白质的合成,提高皮肤的细胞活力,增加皮肤弹性。
尿囊素可以增强肌肤最外层的吸水能力,改善角质层蛋白质的亲水力,使遭受损害的角质层得以修护,恢复其天然的亲水能力。
所述抗氧剂包括但不限于对羟基苯乙酮,对羟基苯乙酮是一种存在于高山云莓和大部分中药草中的黄酮类物质,有抗氧化和抗刺激的功效,同时还有防腐增效的作用,不具有刺激性。
优选地,所述抗敏剂为CalmYang复合植物抗敏剂,由丁二醇、水、积雪草(CENTELLAASIATICA)提取物,虎杖(POLYGONUM CUSPIDATUM)根提取物,黄芩(SCUTELLARIABAICALENSIS)根提取物,茶(CAMELLIA SINENSIS)叶提取物,光果甘草(GLYCYRRHIZAGLABRA)根提取物,母菊(CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA)花提取物,迷迭香(ROSMARINUSOFFICINALIS)叶提取物组成,是具有治疗效用的7种天然植物的复合植物抗敏剂,具有良好的修护皮肤屏障的功效,在抑制炎症因子方面具有优异的效果。CalmYang不仅能够修护因异位性皮炎(AD)引起的皮肤受损,对于敏感肌肤的抗敏、防敏以及激素依赖性皮炎的治疗都能起到很好的效果。
可选地,所述防腐剂包括但不限于1,2己二醇、辛酰羟肟酸、甘油辛酸酯、丙二醇、苯氧乙醇、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、中的至少一种。
可选地,所述柔润剂为大豆氨基酸类化合物。
所述保湿修护组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.向甘油精氨酸盐酸盐中加入除抗敏剂外的其它添加剂混合均匀并保温10~20min,得到混合物相;
S2.步骤S1.中得到的混合物相降温至38℃以下后,加入酵母提取物、水华束丝藻提取物和抗敏剂,混合均匀即可得到所述保湿修护组合物。
优选地,步骤S1.中所述的混合在溶剂中进行,所述溶剂为水。上述各组分与水具有很好的相容性,在水中进行混合,可以使上述各组分原料充分混合均匀。所述混合的温度为82~85℃。
上述保湿修护组合物在制备护肤品中的应用也在本发明的保护范围之内。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过水华束丝藻提取物、酵母提取物以及甘油精氨酸盐酸盐的合理搭配,结合了表面保湿与结构性保湿修护,协同增效,全方位地进行护理,从而达到更佳的保湿修护效果。
具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明,但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。除非特别说明,本发明采用的试剂、方法和设备为本技术领域常规试剂、方法和设备。除非特别说明,本发明所用试剂和材料均为市购。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种保湿修护组合物,按照包括如下步骤的方法制备得到:
S1.在乳化锅中,向79.7份水中加入0.5份二羟丙基精氨酸盐酸盐混合均匀后,再升温至85℃,加入其它添加剂,搅拌混合均匀,保温20min,得到混合物相;
其中,所述其它添加剂为3份甜菜碱,0.2份尿囊素,0.5份1,2己二醇,0.4份辛酰羟肟酸,0.2份对羟基苯乙酮,8份皱波角叉菜提取物;
S2.步骤S1.中得到的混合物相降温至38℃以下后,加入1份酵母提取物、3份水华束丝藻提取物和1.5份CalmYang复合植物抗敏剂,搅拌混合均匀后,即可得到所述保湿修护组合物。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种保湿修护组合物,按照包括如下步骤的方法制备得到:
S1.在乳化锅中,将0.3份二羟丙基精氨酸盐酸盐加入到82.5份水中混合均匀后,升温至85℃,加入其它添加剂,搅拌混合均匀,保温20min,得到混合物相;
其中,所述其它添加剂为1份甜菜碱,0.1份尿囊素,0.3份1,2己二醇,0.3份甘油辛酸酯,0.3份对羟基苯乙酮,3份皱波角叉菜提取物,0.1份苯氧乙醇,0.1份苯甲酸钠;
S2.步骤S1.中得到的混合物相降温至38℃以下后,加入3份酵母提取物、5份水华束丝藻提取物和2份CalmYang复合植物抗敏剂,搅拌混合均匀后,即可得到所述保湿修护组合物。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种保湿修护组合物,按照包括如下步骤的方法制备得到:
S1.在乳化锅中,将0.1份二羟丙基精氨酸盐酸盐加入到97.1份水中搅拌混合均匀,并升温至83℃,加入其它添加剂,搅拌混合均匀,保温10min,得到混合物相;
其中,所述其它添加剂为0.1份甜菜碱,0.05份尿囊素,0.2份1,2己二醇,0.2份丙二醇,0.2份对羟基苯乙酮,0.6份皱波角叉菜提取物,0.2份葡糖酸内酯,0.2份苯甲酸钠;
S3.步骤S2.中得到的混合物相降温至38℃以下后,加入0.05份酵母提取物、0.2份水华束丝藻提取物和0.2份CalmYang复合植物抗敏剂,搅拌混合均匀后,即可得到所述保湿修护组合物。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种保湿修护组合物,按照包括如下步骤的方法制备得到:
S1.在乳化锅中,将0.5份二羟丙基精氨酸盐酸盐加入到92.3份水中并升温至85℃,搅拌均匀后得到混合物相;
S2.步骤S1.中得到的混合物相降温至38℃以下后,加入1份酵母提取物、3份水华束丝藻提取物,搅拌混合均匀后,即可得到所述保湿修护组合物。
对比例1
本对比例提供一种保湿修护组合物,按照实施例1的方法制备得到,与实施例1的不同之处在于,未添加二羟丙基精氨酸盐酸盐。
对比例2
本对比例提供一种保湿修护组合物,按照实施例1的方法制备得到,与实施例1的不同之处在于,步骤S3.中未添加酵母提取物。
对比例3
本对比例提供一种保湿修护组合物,按照实施例1的方法制备得到,与实施例1的不同之处在于,步骤S3.中未添加水华束丝藻提取物。
性能测试
对上述实施例和对比例得到的保湿修护组合物的性能进行测试:
1.保湿功效测试:用实施例1~5以及对比例1~4制成的保湿修护组合物,选取90名志愿者,10人一组,随机分配为9组,同一组志愿者用同一种保湿修护组合物。用皮肤水分测试仪,测试部位为手臂内侧,选取三个测试区域,在放有皮肤测试仪的标准房间里静坐30分钟,涂抹前用探头先测试三个测试区域的皮肤水分含量,一个区域测试三次,最终取所有数据的平均数作为涂抹前的皮肤水分含量数据;取实施例或对比例的组合物样品涂抹在测试区域,涂抹量为2mg/cm2,分别测量30min、1h后的水分含量,同样的取平均值,可以得出水分含量(%)数据,详见表1;

2.修护效果:选取45名志愿者,5人一组,随机分为9组,同一组志愿者使用同一款样品,用经皮水分流失仪测试,每天使用样品两次(每次涂抹量为2mg/cm2),分别测试使用样品前经皮水分流失量,连续用14天后的经皮水分流失量以及连续使用28天后的经皮水分流失量,均取平均值,以此来评估皮肤屏障改善、修护情况,具体测试结果见表2;

从上述结果可以看出:
本发明上述实施例制备得到的保湿修护组合物具有很好的保湿和修护效果,且所有志愿者均无过敏等不适反应。
实施例4中未添加其它保湿剂、抗氧剂、抗敏剂等其它添加剂,仍然具有较好的保湿和修护效果,表明常规的其它添加剂对组合物的性能的影响较小。
对比例1~3的结果进一步表明水华束丝藻提取物、酵母提取物以及甘油精氨酸盐酸盐之间的合理搭配,全方位地进行护理,从而达到更佳的保湿修护效果,缺少其中任意一种关键组分,得到的组合物的保湿、修护效果会显著降低。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种保湿修护组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:
甘油精氨酸盐酸盐0.1~0.5份,酵母提取物0.05~5份;水华束丝藻提取物0.2~5份;其它添加剂0~16份。
2.如权利要求1所述的保湿修护组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:
甘油精氨酸盐酸盐0.1~0.3份,酵母提取物1~3份;水华束丝藻提取物2~3份;其它添加剂0~16份。
3.如权利要求1所述的保湿修护组合物,其特征在于,所述甘油精氨酸盐酸盐为二羟丙基精氨酸盐酸盐或三羟基精氨酸盐酸盐中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的保湿修护组合物,其特征在于,其它添加剂为保湿剂、抗敏剂、抗氧剂、防腐剂或柔润剂中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求4所述的保湿修护组合物,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为甘油、皱波角叉菜提取物、透明质酸钠或葡糖酸内酯中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求4所述的保湿修护组合物,其特征在于,所述抗敏剂为CalmYang复合植物抗敏剂。
7.如权利要求4所述的保湿修护组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为对羟基苯乙酮。
8.如权利要求4所述的保湿修护组合物,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为1,2己二醇、辛酰羟肟酸、甘油辛酸酯、丙二醇、苯氧乙醇、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、中的至少一种;所述柔润剂为大豆氨基酸类化合物。
9.权利要求1~8任一项所述的保湿修护组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.向甘油精氨酸盐酸盐中加入除抗敏剂外的其它添加剂混合均匀并保温10~20min,得到混合物相;
S2.步骤S1.中得到的混合物相降温至38℃以下后,加入酵母提取物、水华束丝藻提取物和抗敏剂,混合均匀即可得到所述保湿修护组合物。
10.权利要求1~8任一项所述的保湿修护组合物在制备护肤品中的应用。
