技术背景
蚊子因吸血而成为重要的医学昆虫,是登革热、疟疾、黄热病、丝虫病、脑炎以及很多病毒的中间寄主,通过吸食血液进而传播疾病。蚊子叮咬还引起人体瘙痒,严重影响人类的休息和睡眠质量。夏秋季更是蚊虫肆虐的季节,蚊虫防治是生活中重要的一环。
目前蚊虫防治方法主要有蚊香法和驱蚊剂法,蚊香虽然驱蚊效果比较好,但有一定毒性,损害人体健康;现有的驱蚊剂虽然效果较好,但持续时间短,而且有些化学驱蚊剂对人体有损害。
姜是姜科属开花植物,它的根被广泛用作食物香料,有助消化作用。姜油,又名生姜油,英文名称为Ginger Oil,生姜油以姜的根茎为原料,经干燥、磨碎,水蒸气蒸馏制备,得油率约为1.5%~3.0%。也可用冷磨或冷榨法提取,得油率为0.27%~0.33%,其可用于调配食品香精,在某些化妆品、香皂香精中也可少量使用。姜油为淡黄色液体,带生姜的辣味,相对密度0.877~0.888(15℃),折光率1.488~1.494,不溶于水、甘油和乙二醇,溶于7倍的95%乙醇,主要成分是姜醇、姜油酮、柠檬醛、甲基庚烯酮、壬醛、辛醛、芳樟醇、香叶醇、龙脑。
角鲨烷(Squalane)分子式C30H62最早是从深海鲨鱼肝脏中提取的角鲨烯经氢化制得一种性能优异的烃类油脂,又名深海鲨鱼肝油。1906年首先由东京工业实验室在鲨鱼肝油中发现。1926年确定了角鲨烷的结构,现已开发出橄榄油来源的角鲨烷。来源于橄榄油的角鲨烷是天然的、可再生的且没有鱼腥味,称为植物角鲨烷。橄榄油来源的角鲨烷是一种天然的润肤油,可作为基础油脂用于膏霜,乳液,彩妆,洗发香波及护发素中,对粉体有优良的分散作用,在防晒产品中可增加产品的SPF值,因其良好润肤性能所以价格昂贵,常用于高档护肤品中。
目前没有姜油和角鲨烷用于驱蚊剂的报道。
发明内容
本发明意外的发现,姜油具有驱蚊作用,姜油和角鲨烷按照特定比例组合后,作为外用驱蚊剂涂抹在皮肤上,具有更优良的驱蚊效果,为此,本发明提供一种姜油组合物。

本发明人于夏天蚊虫肆虐季节在内蒙古某大学的学生宿舍进行驱蚊效果实验,选定一个男生宿舍,一个女生宿舍做实验,每个宿舍6名同学,其中3名同学睡觉前在身体表面涂抹本发明实施例1制备的姜油驱蚊剂,另外3名同学不涂抹作为对照,每个宿舍控制蚊子数量6个,每天晚上22点熄灯到次日6点进行实验,共三天,考查驱蚊效果。

实验方法
于夏天蚊虫肆虐季节在内蒙古某大学的学生宿舍进行实施例1与对比例1驱蚊效果对比实验,选定一个男生宿舍,一个女生宿舍做实验,每个宿舍6名同学,其中3名同学睡觉前在身体表面涂抹本发明实施例1制备的姜油驱蚊剂,另外3名同学涂抹对比例1制备的姜油驱蚊剂,每个宿舍控制蚊子数量6个,每天晚上22点熄灯到次日6点进行实验,共三天,考查驱蚊效果。

Claims (10)
1.一种姜油组合物,含有姜油和角鲨烷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,姜油和角鲨烷的比例为1-10:1-10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,姜油和角鲨烷的比例为1-5:1-5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,姜油和角鲨烷的比例为1:1,1:3,1:5,1:7。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其中,还可含有橄榄油,加入比例为姜油的0.5倍。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述姜油由生姜根茎作为原料经过水蒸气蒸馏或超临界二氧化碳萃取制备而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述角鲨烷为植物角鲨烷,从橄榄或甘蔗中提取得到。
8.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述姜油中有效成分6-姜醇含量为15%、姜辣素含量为25%;角鲨烷中的有效成分异三十烷C30H62含量为94%。
9.权利要求1所述的组合物作为驱蚊剂的应用。
10.权利要求1所述的组合物的使用方法,步骤如下:将姜油组合物均匀涂抹在裸露皮肤表面即可。
