The main working principle of the invention is as follows: the burdock composite fruit and vegetable ferment powder is put into a stirring barrel 19, a first motor 20 drives a stirring paddle 21 to rotate, so that the powder is always kept in a loose state, a feeder 22 drives the powder to be put into a charging pipe 10 through a filling gun 23, the powder is blocked by a material ejecting rod 13, so that the powder stays in the charging pipe 10, a turntable 2 drives a turntable 3 to rotate, so that the whole tabletting mold 4 is transferred to a material pressing component 6, a second cylinder 26 drives a top cover 27 to move downwards, a top cover 27 drives a lower shell 28 to move downwards, a lower shell 28 drives a pressing plate 29 to move downwards, the pressing plate 29 drives a pressing rod 32 to move downwards to enter the charging pipe 10, the powder is extruded through the pressing rod 32, so that the powder is compacted into tabletting candies, in order to prevent the pressure of the pressing rod 32 from being too high, a spring 31 is arranged between the pressing plate 29 and the top cover 27, when the pressing rod 32 extrudes the powder, the pressing rod 32 drives the pressing plate 29 to press the spring 31 to move upwards and retract into the lower shell 28, meanwhile, the top cover 27 continues to drive the lower shell 28 to move, so that the lower shell 28 is contacted with the upper shell 9, at the moment, the lower shell is reset when reaching a critical point, then, the lower shell is driven to be transferred to the drying assembly 7 through the rotary table 3, the locking sleeve 37 is driven to move downwards through the screw rod sliding table 36, the dryer 38 is driven to move downwards through the locking sleeve 37, the drying cylinder 39 is driven to move downwards through the dryer 38 to abut against the top of the upper shell 9, the fan blades 40 are driven to rotate through the second motor 41, wind power is generated through the rotation of the fan blades 40, the forming of tablet candy in the charging pipe 10 is accelerated, in order to prevent the wind power from rebounding under the closed condition, so that the tablet candy in the charging pipe 10 is blown away, a gap 42 is formed at the bottom of the drying cylinder 39, so that part of the wind power is blown away through the gap 42, at last, the rotary table 3 drives the conveying box to be conveyed to a collecting box 8, the rotary cylinder 16 drives the first mounting plate 14 to rotate 90 degrees, the first mounting plate 14 drives the limiting base 11 to rotate 90 degrees, the limiting base 11 drives the upper shell 9 to rotate 90 degrees towards the collecting box 8, the first cylinder 17 drives the discharging plate 12 to move, the discharging plate 12 drives the ejector rod 13 to move, the ejector rod 13 drives the pressed candies to stretch out the charging pipe 10 and drop into the collecting box 8, manual operation is not needed in pressed candies collection, the problem that the existing tablet press is in the process of feeding is solved, materials are scattered around the pressing die 4, the problem of cost waste is caused, corresponding throwing of burdock composite fruit and vegetable enzyme powder is realized, spilling and cost waste is avoided, meanwhile, the drying and forming efficiency of the pressed candies is accelerated, and the problem of production efficiency is improved.
