It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are intended to be illustrative only and are not intended to be limiting. It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present application may be practiced without some of these specific details. The following description of the embodiments is merely intended to provide a better understanding of the present application by illustrating examples thereof.
It is noted that, herein, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising … …" does not exclude the presence of another identical element in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
In order to better describe the technical solution of the call processing method in the present application, first, a simple description is made below on the implementation process of the existing call technology.
As shown in the schematic diagram of the call technology in fig. 1, a piece of call software is built in the electronic device, and the call software is used for managing the whole call process. When called equipment receives a call connection request sent by calling equipment, call module hardware equipment in electronic equipment sends a request for establishing call connection to call software, the call software of the electronic equipment is responsible for calling ringing equipment to send ringing, an interface for answering or hanging up is popped up on a screen of the electronic equipment, and the call software is responsible for calling a receiver and a microphone after a called user selects answering.
Meanwhile, in the communication process, various key signals of the calling equipment are sent through the dual-audio signal and received by the communication software, so that the communication software is also responsible for controlling and continuing in the communication process, and detecting keyboard signals transmitted by the calling equipment and transmitted by a line, wherein the keyboard signals comprise dialing signals, disconnection signals and the like.
It should be noted that devices and files such as ringing, a receiver, a microphone, a panel, a recording file, etc. are managed in the electronic device by means of program code files, and when the device needs to be called, the device only needs to be called by executing corresponding program codes.
In addition, based on the implementation process of the call technology, a user can install software which can be used for intercepting crank calls on the electronic equipment, the software judges the crank calls based on historical feedback of other users, and an intercepting operation is carried out before a called user answers the calls, and the intercepting mode can intercept a part of useful calls for individual users, so that the user misses notifications of important matters.
In order to solve the problem in the prior art, as shown in fig. 2, a module related to event management setting is added to call software of an electronic device, so that a user can preset a call event and a processing mode corresponding to the call event.
The embodiment of the application provides a call processing method, a call processing device, call processing equipment and a computer storage medium. First, a call processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application is described below.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a call processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to a called device. As shown in fig. 3, the steps of the call processing method include:
step 301, in a case of receiving a call connection request sent by a calling device, sending a call event selection indication to the calling device in response to the call connection request, wherein the call event selection indication is used for indicating at least one call event;
step 302, receiving selection information fed back by the calling device based on the talk event selection indication, wherein the selection information is used for indicating that a target talk event is determined in the at least one talk event;
step 303, acquiring a target call processing mode corresponding to the target call affair based on the selection information;
and step 304, processing the call connection request initiated by the calling equipment according to the target call processing mode.
Based on the method, under the condition that a call connection request sent by calling equipment is received, a call event selection instruction is sent to the calling equipment in response to the call connection request, so that the calling equipment selects a target call event based on the call event selection instruction; and when receiving selection information which is sent by calling equipment and comprises a target call event, acquiring a target call processing mode corresponding to the target call event. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the called device can select the corresponding call processing mode to process the call connection request based on the call event of the calling device, so that the called user can be prevented from missing the notification of some important matters.
In step 301, when receiving the call connection request sent by the calling device, the called device responds to the call connection request and sends a call event selection instruction to the calling device.
The call event selection instruction is an instruction for instructing the calling device to send a plurality of preset call event events to the calling device and prompting the calling device to select the call event. The call event selection instruction may be that corresponding voice information is recorded in advance, the voice information is stored in the electronic device in a voice file manner, and when the called device receives a call connection request sent by the calling device, the called device calls a related program code to send the voice file to the calling device in response to the call connection request.
Or, the call event selection instruction may be stored in a manner of presetting a text file, and then converting the text file into a voice file to be sent to the calling device.
In addition, the call event may be a call event automatically generated by the electronic device based on the historical call records, for example, a white list or a black list exists in the electronic device, the white list may be generated into a type of call event, the black list may be generated into a type of call event, and the like; alternatively, the call routing may be a call routing set by the user according to the preference of the user, for example, the call routing may be set according to the industry, such as advertising promotion, or delivery of express delivery, etc.; for another example, the setting may be based on a phone number pre-stored in the electronic device, such as a relative, a work related, a friend, and the like, and the electronic device may be classified as a stranger if the incoming call number is not stored.
In addition, the above-mentioned call event may be a case where a plurality of sub-events are set in one call event, for example, in the case where a call event is set in accordance with an industry, for example, a sub-event of education, finance, or insurance may be set in the case where the call event is an advertisement promotion.
Before sending the call event selection instruction to the calling device, the one-to-one correspondence relationship between the call event and the key information needs to be set in advance. For example, a call origination with the key 1 set to "delivery for express", a call origination with the key 2 set to "work related", a call origination with the key 3 set to "advertising promotion", and so on.
It should be noted that, in the above case that the called device receives the call connection request sent by the calling device, and in the process of responding to the call connection request, the ringing, the handset, the microphone, and the panel for answering or hanging up of the called device are not called.
In the step 302, the calling device selects a target call incident from a plurality of call incidents based on the received call incident selection instruction, generates selection information, and transmits the selection information to the called device, and the called device receives the selection information transmitted by the calling device.
The target session may be a main purpose for instructing the current calling device to initiate a session connection request to the called device. For example, if the calling party calls the called party in order to promote financial products, the calling party may select advertising promotion as the target call origination based on the call origination selection indication sent by the called party.
In addition, when the target call event includes a sub event, the calling device may select a sub event from the sub event corresponding to the target call event after selecting the target call event, generate selection information, transmit the selection information to the called device, and the called device may receive the selection information transmitted by the calling device.
Specifically, the selection information may be further used to indicate a target sub-event, where the target sub-event is a sub-event selected by the calling device from at least two sub-events, and the at least two sub-events are associated with the target session event.
Based on the method, the call affair is subdivided into the sub affair reasons, so that the management of the call affair is more accurate and reasonable, and the purpose of preventing harassment can be more effectively achieved.
The target sub-event may be any one of sub-events related to the target call event, the target sub-event may be an event selected in the same call as the target call event, and the target sub-event may be an event selected after the target call event is selected.
For example, in the case where the calling party selects an advertising promotion as a target session event, the calling device will continue to output a sub-event corresponding to the advertising promotion for selection by the calling party, who selects a financial sub-event as a target sub-event for the purpose of initiating the session, i.e., marketing a financial product.
In step 303, based on the received selection information sent by the calling device, the called device obtains and selects a target call processing mode corresponding to the target call in the information.
The call processing mode may be a call processing mode preset by the electronic device and corresponding to the call event. And under the condition that the called equipment receives the target conversation affair, the target conversation processing mode corresponding to the target conversation affair can be obtained based on the one-to-one correspondence relation with the conversation affair.
In addition, as is apparent from the above description, in the case where the target call event includes a child event, the target child event can be selected from the target call event, and therefore, based on the selection information, the target call processing method associated with the target child event can be acquired.
Specifically, the selection information may be further used to indicate a target sub-event, where the target sub-event is a sub-event selected by the calling device from among at least two sub-events, and the at least two sub-events are associated with the target session event;
the obtaining of the target call processing mode corresponding to the target call affair may include:
and acquiring a target call processing mode corresponding to the target sub-affair indicated by the selection information.
Based on this, the target call affairs are subdivided into the target sub-affairs, and then a target call processing mode associated with the target sub-affairs is obtained, so that the call affairs are more accurately managed, and the purpose of preventing harassment can be effectively achieved.
It should be noted that, similar to setting a call event routing, the call processing manner may also be a call processing manner that is automatically generated by the electronic device and corresponds to the call event routing one to one based on a history call record, for example, setting a call processing manner of a white list as unconditional to manual answering, setting a call processing manner of a black list as direct on-hook, and the like; alternatively, the call processing method may be a call processing method that is set by the user according to the preference of the user and corresponds to the call event. For example, in the case where the user does not want to receive a call related to an advertisement promotion, the call processing mode corresponding to the advertisement promotion may be set to be directly on-hook.
In this embodiment, the target call processing manner may be any manner of processing a call connection request initiated by a calling device. Specifically, the target call processing manner may include any one of the following:
sending a disconnection signal to calling equipment, and cutting off the call connection with the calling equipment;
establishing a call connection with a calling device;
sending target voice information to calling equipment, wherein the target voice information is used for indicating the calling equipment to output voice information associated with the target call routing;
and recording the message leaving information of the calling equipment.
Based on this, different processing modes are set for different event types, so that the user can not only be prevented from hearing harassing calls, but also be prevented from missing notifications of some important matters.
The target voice message may be pre-recorded voice message associated with the target call. The voice message may be an instruction for instructing a next operation of the calling device, for example, the voice message may be that it is inconvenient for the current user to answer the call, and you may select: pressing a number 1 key, asking for hanging up, and making a call again later; pressing the key No. 2, recording message information, etc.
In step 304, in the case of acquiring the target call processing mode, the called device may process the call connection request initiated by the calling device according to the target call processing mode.
When the target call processing mode is to establish call connection with the calling device, the called device can call the ringing device, pop up a panel for answering or hanging up, and call the receiver and the microphone when the called user selects to answer.
It should be noted that, after the call connection is established between the calling device and the called device, the called device may further determine whether the call is a nuisance call according to the matching degree between the call content and the target call route.
Specifically, the target call processing mode is to establish a call connection with a calling device;
after the processing the call connection request initiated by the calling device according to the target call processing manner, the method may further include:
acquiring call content under call connection establishment with the calling equipment;
matching the call content with the target call routing;
and under the condition that the call content is not matched with the target call affair, determining that the call initiated by the calling equipment is a harassing call.
Based on the method, the call content under the call connection established between the calling equipment and the called equipment is matched with the target call, the determined harassing call is more accurate and more meets the requirements of the current called user, and the called user can take corresponding measures aiming at the harassing call to avoid answering the harassing call again.
The matching of the call content and the target call affair can be a main purpose of extracting the call from the call content through a preset algorithm and matching with the target call affair; or, the matching of the call content and the target call routing may be performed by the called user automatically determining the matching degree of the call content and the target call routing based on the call content.
In addition, after the call initiated by the calling equipment is determined to be a harassing call, the called user can add the user identification corresponding to the calling equipment into the blacklist of the called equipment; or after the call initiated by the calling device is determined to be a harassing call, the called device can also send the call content of the harassing call to the call routing management platform.
Specifically, after determining that the call initiated by the calling device is a harassing call, the method may further include:
and sending the call content corresponding to the harassing call to a call routing management platform, wherein the call routing management platform is used for indicating and collecting and processing the call content corresponding to the harassing call.
Based on the method, the harassing call can be uniformly managed by sending the call content of the harassing call to the call routing management platform, and the harassing call can be further effectively prevented.
The call affair management platform can be responsible for collecting and processing the report information uploaded by the user and auditing whether the report information is true, and if the report information is true, the call affair management platform can send a warning to the calling user to restrict and standardize the behavior of the calling user. The call routing management platform can judge whether the user has large-area malicious harassment behaviors or not by establishing rules in advance and setting a threshold value.
For example, whether the number of times of user harassments in a statistical unit time exceeds a preset threshold value or not may be set, if the number of times of user harassments exceeds the preset threshold value, the harassment behavior statistics of the user may be sent to an operator, and the operator may determine whether to limit calls thereto or not.
In addition, in the embodiment of the application, after the call connection between the calling device and the called device is finished, the called device can count and record the call behavior of the user, and generate a statistical report, wherein the report content can include the number, time, call reason or message information and the like of the call request received by the called user, so that the call record can be conveniently checked by the called user in the later period, and the notification of missing important matters is avoided.
To better describe the whole scheme, based on the above call processing method, fig. 5 shows a flowchart of a specific application scenario of a call processing method according to an embodiment of the present application.
In one possible embodiment, the assumed scenario is as follows: the user B is busy in working at ordinary times and is unwilling to be disturbed frequently, and the user B is just required to answer more calls and is not dared to refuse to answer the calls, and the call processing method in the application can be used for sorting and processing the calls. This is explained in detail below.
First, the user B sets the call origination and the call processing method associated therewith as shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 Call incident and Call processing mode TABLE
Figure BDA0003014167500000111
Then, in the case where the calling device sends a call connection request to the called device, it may be performed according to the flowchart shown in fig. 5.
To better describe the whole scheme, based on the above call processing method, fig. 6 shows a flowchart of a specific application scenario of another call processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application.
Suppose that: an express delivery person A sends an express delivery to a user B, and the user B sets a call routing list based on the call processing method of the application.
As shown in fig. 6, the call flow is as follows:
and step 61, calling the called user B by the calling user A, and automatically connecting the call with the called user A by the call software on the mobile phone of the called user B, wherein during the call, the calling user does not ring, does not pop up a call answering interface, and does not connect a receiver and a microphone. And automatically playing the audio 1 recorded by the user B in advance to the user A in the communication channel to prompt the user A to select a corresponding key according to the basis. The user A is express delivery personnel, and selects the button '1' (namely, the target conversation is 'express delivery') according to the prompt.
And step 62, the user B plays the audio 2 corresponding to the key 1 by the mobile phone communication software, and informs the courier to place the express at the designated position.
And step 63, the user A prepares to place the express cabinet recommended by the user A according to the prompt of the audio frequency 2, but finds that the express cabinet is failed temporarily and cannot be placed in the express cabinet.
And step 64, when the user A makes a call again, firstly selecting the key 1 (namely sending the express) according to the prompt of the audio 1, and then selecting the key 3 (namely that the user has a complicated situation and needs to communicate with the user B as a target subproblem) according to the prompt of the audio 2, namely directly communicating with the user B to discuss the solution. But because the B user is busy and does not have time to answer the call, the A user can not contact the B user after calling for many times.
And 65, the user A places the express at another nearby express pickup position, namely the express station B, calls the user B again, selects the key 2 to leave a message for the user in the processing link 1, and the mobile phone software of the user B records the conversation content of the user A (namely the target conversation processing mode).
And step 66, after the user B finishes other transactions, the user B sees that the mobile phone screen prompts that a message is not answered, and then clicks the message listening content to obtain express delivery.
In order to better describe the whole scheme, based on the above call processing method, fig. 7 shows a flowchart of a specific application scenario of another call processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application.
Suppose that: user B can not win the trouble in the near term, and a call routing list is set by the scheme. User C is an advertising salesman who wants to advertise user B, but is afraid of B refusal and has no real choice. B reports the user C after the harassment is found, and the operator warns the user C.
As shown in fig. 7, the call flow is as follows:
and step 71, the user C wants to promote to the user B, finds that the user B has a communication reason choice after calling the user B, and cannot get a communication with the user B after selecting the advertisement promotion with the reason '2'.
Step 72, whereupon user C has a malicious attempt to bypass the routing menu for unrealistic reasons, then dial again, ignore the alert in the voice prompt, still choose routing "3" (i.e., the target conversation thread), masquerade as colleagues and customers of user B.
And 73, the user C impersonates the colleagues and clients of the user B, establishes a call connection (namely, a target call processing mode) with the user B, and after the user B answers the call of the user C, the user C explains the purpose of the call, and the user B refuses to hang up (namely, the call content is not matched with the target call processing mode) in order to promote the product.
Step 74, the user B finds that the user C does not really select the call routing (i.e., harassment call), so the user B uploads the behavior of the user C (including selection and call recording) to the call routing management platform by using a one-key reporting process.
And step 75, after the call event management platform receives the report of the B, the report of the B is determined to be true, and the C has malicious harassment behaviors. And sending out a warning to the C user.
And step 76, the user C does not listen to advice to continue harassing other users, and the platform receives the warnings of a plurality of clients in sequence. And after the complaint aiming at the C received by the platform reaches a certain threshold value, the information of the C is sent to an operator.
And step 77, after the operator checks, the operator can choose to limit the call of the terminal C.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a call processing method according to another embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to a calling device. As shown in fig. 4, the call processing method includes the steps of:
step 401, sending a call connection request to a called device;
step 402, receiving a call event selection indication fed back by the called device based on the call connection request, wherein the call event selection indication is used for indicating at least one call event;
step 403, acquiring selection information based on the call event selection indication, wherein the selection information is used for determining a target call event in the at least one call event;
step 404, sending the selection information to the called device to instruct the called device to acquire a target call processing mode corresponding to the target call and perform corresponding processing on the call connection request received by the called device.
Based on this, the calling device sends a call connection request to the called device, and after receiving a call event selection indication fed back by the called device, selects a target call event, and sends the generated selection information to the called device.
In step 403, when the destination call event includes a child event, the selection information may be generated by selecting one child event from the destination call event as the destination child event.
Specifically, the obtaining of the selection information based on the call event selection instruction may include:
outputting at least one call incident based on the call incident selection indication;
upon receiving a first operation for a target one of the at least one talk incident, outputting at least two sub-incidents associated with the target talk incident;
in the case that a second operation aiming at a target sub-event in the at least two sub-events is received, generating selection information, wherein the selection information is also used for indicating the target sub-event.
Based on the fact that the calling affair is selected and indicated, any one of the sub-affair reasons is selected from the target calling affair reasons to serve as the target sub-affair reason, selection information is generated, classification of the calling affair reasons is made to be more detailed, and further harassment prevention effect can be made to be better.
