Specifically, the plurality of second terminals 530 may be arranged in parallel in a plurality of rows or in a single row, and is not limited herein. The second terminal 530 further includes a second connecting portion 533, the second connecting portion 533 is used for connecting with the first terminal 120, when the second terminal 530 is installed in the second installation hole 521, the second connecting portion 533 is aligned with the second installation hole 521, and then the second terminal 530 is inserted into the second installation hole 521, at this time, the second locking stage 532 is inserted into the second accommodation groove 522 along the second installation hole 521 and hooked on the locking post 523 in the second accommodation groove 522, so that the second terminal 530 can be prevented from being released. It can be understood that, the second clamping table 532 is not clamped in the second mounting hole 521, the second clamping table 532 does not extrude the side wall of the second mounting hole 521, and then the second terminal 530 does not generate adhesive chips in the mounting process, the phenomenon that the second clamping table 532 shovels adhesive does not occur, the second clamping table 532 is fixed by hooking on the clamping column 523, and by such arrangement, not only the second terminal 530 can be stably mounted on the second insulating base 520, but also the reliability of the second connector 11 is improved.
Referring to fig. 8 and 11, in an embodiment, the second terminal 530 further includes a second connection portion 533 disposed on the second base 531, the second connection portion 533 is used for being clamped with the first terminal 120, the second connection portion 533 has two clamping pieces 5331 disposed opposite to each other and two limiting pieces 5332 disposed opposite to each other, the two clamping pieces 5331 and the two limiting pieces 5332 are alternately disposed at intervals and surround to form a clamping groove, the first terminal 120 is clamped in the clamping groove, and the limiting pieces 5332 are limited in the second mounting hole 521. It can be understood that a limiting groove is formed in the second mounting hole 521, and the limiting groove is used for limiting the limiting piece 5332 so as to prevent the limiting piece 5332 from penetrating out of the second mounting hole 521. In addition, the two position-limiting pieces 5332 can also limit two sides of the first connection portion 123 of the first terminal 120, so that the first connection portion 123 of the first terminal 120 is limited in the clamping groove. The clamping pieces 5331 have elasticity, and when the first terminal 120 is inserted into the clamping groove, the first terminal 120 extrudes the two clamping pieces 5331, so that the two clamping pieces 5331 can clamp the first terminal 120 tightly, and further the first terminal 120 is clamped in the clamping groove, thereby ensuring the stability of the connection between the first terminal 120 and the second connecting portion 533 of the second terminal 530.
Referring to fig. 11, in an embodiment, the second terminal 530 further includes a wire connection portion 534 disposed on the second base 531, the wire connection portion 534 is used for connecting a wire, the wire connection portion 534 has a wire connection slot 5341 and a wire fixing piece 5342, the wire fixing piece 5342 is disposed in a notch of the wire connection slot 5341, and the plurality of second terminals 530 are disposed on the second insulating base 520 in a side-by-side and relatively staggered manner, so that the wire fixing piece is disposed in the wire connection slot 5341 of the second terminal 530 disposed in an opposite manner. With such an arrangement, the space occupied by the two rows of second terminals 530 arranged side by side in an opposite manner is small, the width of the second terminals 530 arranged in an opposite manner is reduced, and then the volume of the second connector 11 can be reduced, so that the second connector 11 can be miniaturized, and the structure of the second connector 11 is optimized.
Referring to fig. 8 and 10, in an embodiment, the second insulating base 520 is provided with an ear clip 524, the first groove 511 of the housing 510 is provided with a buckle slot adapted to the ear clip 524, and the second insulating base 520 and the housing 510 are buckled and connected by the ear clip 524 and the buckle slot, so that the second insulating base 520 can be assembled and disassembled conveniently, which is beneficial to improving the installation efficiency of the second insulating base 520.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in an embodiment, the second connector 11 further includes a third sealing ring 800, the third sealing ring 800 is attached to the second body 500 and located at the notch of the first groove 511, a through hole 810 is formed on the third sealing ring 800, a hole wall of the through hole 810 is flush with a groove wall of the first groove 511, and the third sealing ring 800 is fastened to the second body 500.
It can be understood that one side of the third sealing ring 800 facing the second body 500 is provided with a plurality of clamping columns 820, the second body 500 is provided with a matching groove 514 matched with the clamping columns 820, the third sealing ring 800 is made of a silica gel material, the clamping columns 820 are formed in the matching groove 514 and fixed in an interference fit manner with the matching groove 514, and thus the third sealing ring 800 can be fixed on the second body 500 in a clamping manner. The hole wall of the through hole 810 of the third sealing ring 800 is flush with the groove wall of the first groove 511, so that the first boss 111 can be smoothly inserted into the first groove 511, and meanwhile, the gap between the first body 100 and the second body 500 can be sealed, so that water cannot enter the first groove 511, and the reliability of the connector assembly is improved.
The present invention further provides a motor, which includes a housing and the connector assembly as described above, and the specific structure of the connector assembly refers to the above embodiments, and since the motor adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, the motor at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments, and details are not repeated herein.
It can be understood that, the connector assembly is disposed on the housing and detachably connected to the housing, and the connector assembly includes a first connector 10 and a second connector 11, wherein the first connector 10 is fixedly connected to the housing of the motor through a bolt structure, the first connector 10 is electrically connected to the motor, the second connector 11 is detachably connected to the first connector 10, and the second connector 11 is electrically connectable to an external device. Through the connector assembly of this scheme of adoption, can ensure that motor and external device stable electricity are connected. The motor of the application can be a servo motor, and can also be other motors, and is not limited specifically here.

the first connector comprises a first body and two first sealing rings, wherein a first boss is formed on one side of the first body, two first annular grooves which are arranged at intervals are formed on the first boss around the circumferential direction of the first boss, and the two first sealing rings are correspondingly arranged in the two first annular grooves; and
the second connector comprises a second body, a second sealing ring and a locking assembly, wherein a first groove is formed on one side of the second body, a second boss is formed on the other side of the second body, a first wire passing hole communicated with the first groove is formed in the second boss, the second sealing ring is embedded in the first wire passing hole and is abutted against the inner wall of the first wire passing hole, and the locking assembly covers the second boss and is provided with a second wire passing hole communicated with the first wire passing hole;
the first connector is detachably connected with the second connector, the first boss is inserted into the first groove, so that a first terminal in the first body is electrically connected with a second terminal in the second body, and the two first sealing rings are suitable for being fixed with the side wall of the first groove in an interference fit manner through deformation; the locking assembly comprises a locking ring and a cover ring, the locking ring is sleeved at the front end of the second boss and used for fixing a lead, and the cover ring covers the locking ring and is detachably connected with the rear end of the second boss;
a second groove is formed in the upper surface of the second boss, a first wire passing hole is formed in part of the bottom of the second groove, the second sealing ring is arranged in the second groove, one end of the second sealing ring is abutted to the bottom of the second groove, the other end of the second sealing ring is flush with the upper surface of the second boss, and the locking ring is sleeved on the second boss and abutted to the upper surface of the second boss and the second sealing ring;
the second boss comprises a connecting ring and a plurality of fixing pieces, the fixing pieces are sequentially arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the connecting ring, the groove bottom of the second groove is formed in the connecting ring, a guide part is arranged on the outer wall of one end, far away from the connecting ring, of the fixing piece, and the guide part is used for guiding the locking ring.

The connector assembly according to claim 1, wherein the locking ring includes a ring body and a plurality of locking members, the plurality of locking members are sequentially arranged at intervals along a circumferential direction of the ring body, the locking members include locking pieces and locking portions, one ends of the locking pieces are connected with the ring body, the other ends of the locking pieces are connected with the locking portions, the ring body is sleeved on the second boss and fixed with the second boss in an interference fit manner, the locking portions abut against the second boss and the second sealing ring, and the locking portions are used for locking and fixing the conducting wires in the second sealing ring.

The connector assembly of claim 2, wherein the locking portion includes a first side, a second side and a third side connected in sequence, the first side is connected to the locking plate, the first side has a first end and a second end opposite to each other, the first end is connected to the second side, the second end is connected to the third side, the second side extends from the first end connected to the first side toward the other locking portion spaced from the second end, the length of the second side is greater than that of the first side, so that a connecting portion of the second side and the third side is formed with a tip portion, and the tip portion faces the other locking portion and is spaced from the other locking portion.

The connector assembly of claim 3, wherein a locking groove is formed between adjacent locking elements, one end of the locking tab is flush with the third side edge to form a first groove wall of the locking groove, the locking groove has a second groove wall opposite to the first groove wall, and the second groove wall extends in the same direction as the second side edge.

The connector assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first body includes a first insulating base and a plurality of the first terminals, the first insulating base is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes, the plurality of first terminals are correspondingly inserted into the plurality of first mounting holes, the first terminals include a first base portion, a first clamping portion and a first connecting portion, the first clamping portion and the first connecting portion are arranged on the first base portion, the first connecting portion is clamped with the second terminals, the first clamping portion has a first clamping table and a first receiving groove, the first clamping table is arranged between the first connecting portion and the first receiving groove, and the first clamping table is clamped in the first mounting holes.

The connector assembly of claim 1, wherein the second body includes a housing, a second insulating base and a plurality of second terminals, the first recess is disposed on the housing, the second insulating base is detachably mounted in the first recess, the second insulating base has a plurality of second mounting holes and a plurality of second receiving grooves communicating with the plurality of second mounting holes in a one-to-one correspondence, each receiving groove has a clamping post therein, the plurality of second terminals are correspondingly inserted into the plurality of second mounting holes, the second terminals include a second base and a second clamping platform disposed on the second base, the second base is inserted into the second mounting holes, and the second clamping platform is disposed in the second receiving grooves and hooked on the clamping posts.

The connector assembly of claim 1, wherein the second connector further comprises a third sealing ring, the third sealing ring is attached to the second body and located in the notch of the first groove, a through hole is formed in the third sealing ring, a hole wall of the through hole is flush with a groove wall of the first groove, and the third sealing ring is connected with the second body in a clamping mode.
8. An electric motor comprising a housing and a connector assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, the connector assembly being provided on and releasably connectable to the housing.
