Example one
As shown in fig. 1, a resource exchange method based on digital account operation time limit disclosed in an embodiment of the present application includes: step 110 to step 140.
Step 110, responding to a digital account operation initiated by a user, and acquiring an account operation time limit estimated value of a first digital account aimed at by the digital account operation.
The resource exchange method based on the digital account operation time limit in the embodiment of the application is applied to a digital account operation scene among cross-platform digital accounts. For example, the resource exchange method based on the digital account operation time limit in the embodiment of the present application may be applied to a digital account operation scenario between a financial network platform and a banking system, and may also be applied to a digital account operation scenario between different network platforms.
The digital account operation described in the embodiments of the present application refers to a cross-platform digital account operation. For example, the digital account operation may be a virtual resource transfer between digital accounts without a network platform, wherein the virtual resource may be a virtual resource such as a credit, a coupon, and the like. For another example, the digital account operation may be a transfer and cash-out operation between a digital account and a bank account of a financial network platform.
In order to facilitate readers to understand the scheme, the embodiment of the present application takes the presentation of applying the resource exchange method based on the digital account operation time limit to the digital account and the bank account of the financial network platform as an example, and details a specific technical scheme of the resource exchange method based on the digital account operation time limit disclosed in the present application. In this application scenario, the second digital account refers to a registered account of the user in the financial network platform, and the first digital account refers to an account of the user in the banking system.
In the prior art, the financial network platform can perform operations such as transferring accounts with other accounts in the banking system through a specified account which is set in the banking system in advance, so that the financial operation function of the financial network platform is realized. Taking the example that the user executes the account fund withdrawal operation in the financial network platform, after the user logs in the second digital account through the client of the financial network platform, the withdrawal service is selected through the transfer/withdrawal page of the client, and then the client displays the withdrawal operation interface.
The triggering mode of the digital account operation and the specific form of the digital account operation interface displayed by the client are not limited.
And in the digital account operation interface, the user inputs cash withdrawal and transfers to the bank and account information according to the guidance of the page display content. The information of the cash withdrawal transfer-in bank and the account can be bound in advance or input in real time.
For example, the client may obtain the relevant information of the second digital account through a preset system server when the user logs in the second digital account. In the prior art, the related information generally includes: the user name, the identification of the second digital account, the virtual resource information (such as the virtual resource remaining amount) in the second digital account, and the information of the pre-bound first digital account. When the second digital account is not the pre-bound first digital account, the client acquires that the information of the pre-bound first digital account is null, and the client prompts a user to input the information of the first digital account on a digital account operation interface; when one or more first digital accounts are pre-bound to the second digital account, after the client acquires the information of the pre-bound first digital accounts, the information of each first digital account is displayed on a digital account operation interface, and a user can select one first digital account as a first digital account to which cash resources are transferred.
In some embodiments of the present application, the first digital account input by the user in real time or the first digital account selected by the user may be directly transferred to the first digital account as a cash withdrawal operation (i.e., the first digital account targeted by the digital account operation). In other embodiments of the application, after the client further prompts the user to confirm the first digital account, the first digital account input in real time or selected in real time, which is confirmed by the user, may be transferred to the first digital account as a cash withdrawal operation (i.e., the first digital account to which the digital account operation is directed).
After determining the first digital account to which the digital account operation is directed, account information of the first digital account, such as a bank name and identity, and a bank account identity, may be further determined.
In some embodiments of the present application, a user may initiate a digital account operation via a confirmation button provided on the digital account operation interface.
In the prior art, other processes or manners may also be adopted to trigger the digital account operation, so that the client displays the digital account operation interface.
After a user initiates a digital account operation, a client initiates execution of the digital account operation for the first digital account. For example, a cash-out request is generated according to account information of a second digital account, account information of a first digital account, cash-out amount input by a user and other information, the cash-out request is sent to a transfer/cash-out system server through a client, and then preset services of the financial network platform (such as a payment platform system bound with the transfer/cash-out system) are accessed through the transfer/cash-out system, so that account resource transfer from the second digital account in the financial network platform to an account of a third party system (such as a bank system to which the first digital account belongs) is realized.
In the prior art, after a user determines a first digital account and confirms submission of a cash withdrawal application, a client displays prompt information indicating success or failure of submission of the cash withdrawal application by the user, and cannot acquire specific execution completion time of the cash withdrawal operation (for example, cannot acquire cash withdrawal resource account arrival time). When the cash-out operation submitted by the user cannot be completed within the time of completing the conventional cash-out operation due to the maintenance or the failure of the bank system, the user is caused to wait for a long time without knowing, the user experience is reduced, and even a great amount of complaints of the user are caused.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to show the relatively accurate account operation time limit to the user so as to improve the user experience, the financial network platform in the prior art is improved, and a system state acquisition interface related to the account operation of a third-party system is added to the financial network platform. Correspondingly, in the embodiment of the application, the interactive process between the transfer/cash-out system server and the financial network platform and the interactive process between the transfer/cash-out system server and the client are correspondingly improved, so that the client can acquire the account operation time limit information of the first digital account in the third-party system and display the account operation time limit information to the user.
In some embodiments of the present application, the estimated value of the account operation time limit of the first digital account for which the digital account operation is directed is determined by the first platform system according to system maintenance information of a second platform system to which the first digital account belongs, where the system maintenance information may include information such as system maintenance information and maintenance content of the second platform system. For example, after the financial network platform acquires the system maintenance information of the bank system, the account operation time limit pre-estimated value of the bank system is determined according to the system maintenance information of the bank system.
In some embodiments of the present application, the determining, by the first platform system, an account operation time limit pre-estimated value of a first digital account to which the digital account operation is directed according to system maintenance information of a second platform system to which the first digital account belongs includes: in response to receiving system maintenance information for the second platform system, determining a time of impact estimate for the second platform system to perform a digital account operation; and determining an execution time limit estimated value of the digital account operation executed by the second platform system according to the influence time estimated value, wherein the execution time limit estimated value is used as an account operation time limit estimated value of a first digital account to which the digital account operation is directed.
In some embodiments of the present application, the first platform system obtains the system maintenance information of the second platform system through a preset interactive interface, or obtains the system maintenance information of the second platform system through a preset interface of the second platform system. For example, the first platform system (e.g., a financial network platform) may obtain the manually entered system maintenance information of the second platform system (e.g., a banking system) through a configuration interface. In other embodiments of the present application, the first platform system (e.g., a financial network platform) may obtain the system maintenance information of the second platform system (e.g., a banking system) by calling a preset interface of the second platform system. Wherein the system maintenance information at least comprises: the system maintains time period information. In some embodiments of the present application, the system maintenance information further includes: and information such as influencing channels and influencing contents can further determine whether to influence the execution time limit of the digital account resource transfer operation and the estimated value of the influencing time period according to the system maintenance information. The digital account operation is a response operation of the second platform system after the first platform system initiates the preset digital account operation (such as a transfer operation, a cash withdrawal operation and the like).
In some embodiments of the present application, the execution time limit estimated value for the second platform system to execute the digital account operation may be determined directly according to the influence time estimated value. For example, when the received system maintenance information indicates that the maintenance time of the banking system is 1 hour between 23 and 24 days, it may be determined that the execution time limit for performing account transfer by the banking system is estimated to be the execution time limit for performing account transfer in the normal operation state of the system (e.g., 2 hours) plus the system maintenance time (e.g., 1 hour), that is, the execution time limit for performing account transfer by the banking system is estimated to be 3 hours.
In order to improve the accuracy of execution time limit estimation, in some embodiments of the application, the step of determining, according to the impact time estimation value, an execution time limit estimation value for the second platform system to execute the digital account operation includes: and determining an execution time limit estimated value for the second platform system to execute the digital account operation according to the historical influence time estimated value of the second platform system and the distribution data of the historical influence time real value corresponding to the historical influence time estimated value. For example, when the received system maintenance information indicates that the maintenance time of the banking system is 1 hour between 23 and 24 days, the system maintenance history of the banking system may be further analyzed, and the influence of the system maintenance on the services such as account transfer executed by the banking system is estimated, so as to determine the estimated execution time limit value of the banking system in the system maintenance process. Assuming that the 80% probability of the actual system maintenance time of the banking system is determined to be twice as long as the issued system maintenance time (i.e., the predicted value of the influence time) by analyzing the historical maintenance data of the banking system, the execution time limit (e.g., 2 hours) for executing the account transfer in the normal operation state of the banking system may be added to twice as long as the system maintenance time (e.g., 1 hour) to obtain the predicted value of the execution time limit for executing the account transfer in the banking system in the current system maintenance state as 4 hours.
If the actual system maintenance time of the banking system is determined to be basically consistent with the issued system maintenance time (namely, the influence time estimated value) by analyzing the historical maintenance data of the banking system, the execution time limit (such as 2 hours) for executing the account transfer of the banking system in the normal operation state can be added to the system maintenance time (such as 1 hour), and the execution time limit estimated value for executing the account transfer of the banking system in the current system maintenance state is 3 hours.
In some embodiments of the present application, after determining, according to the estimated influence time value, an estimated execution time limit for the second platform system to execute the digital account operation, the method further includes: and generating prompt information indicating that the second platform system is in a maintenance state and sending the prompt information to the client in response to the execution time limit estimated value being larger than the preset time limit threshold value. The preset time length threshold value is determined according to service requirements; the hint information may also include the estimated time of impact value.
In other embodiments of the present application, in response to the execution deadline pre-estimate being less than or equal to a preset duration threshold, a resource exchange option is further generated according to the execution deadline pre-estimate.
In other embodiments of the present application, the account operating time limit pre-estimated value may also be a static time limit value set by the system.
And step 120, displaying at least one resource exchange option generated based on the account operation time limit estimated value.
In some embodiments of the present application, the at least one resource exchange option is determined by: determining at least one stepped account operating time limit threshold value greater than or equal to the account operating time limit pre-estimated value; and determining resource exchange options corresponding to the stepped account operation time limit thresholds and the corresponding resource exchange rules one to one according to the stepped account operation time limit thresholds and the resource exchange rules corresponding to the stepped account operation time limit thresholds. And the step account operation time limit threshold value is different values which are greater than or equal to the account operation time limit estimated value. For example, when the account operation time limit estimate is determined to be 1 hour, three incremental stepped account operation time limit thresholds may be further determined, with 10 minutes as a gradient, for 1 hour 10 minutes, 1 hour 20 minutes, and 1 hour 30 minutes, respectively, after which an option associated with the execution time limit of the digital account operation is generated based on each stepped account operation time limit threshold, each option indicating the longest expected execution time limit of the digital account operation, respectively.
In some embodiments of the present application, the resource exchange options corresponding to the operation time limit thresholds of the stepped accounts and the corresponding resource exchange rules are embodied as account arrival duration insurance products, that is, each resource exchange option is displayed in the form of an account arrival duration insurance product corresponding to the account arrival duration. For example, after the three stepped account operation time limit thresholds are determined, one account arrival time limit insurance product may be generated corresponding to each stepped account operation time limit threshold, and each account arrival time limit insurance product generates the resource exchange rule according to the preset product template based on the corresponding stepped account operation time limit threshold.
The resource exchange rule is used for describing the payment amount of the corresponding account time insurance, the account time limit condition and the claim amount. Taking the preset product template as follows: "pay the arrival time risk of arrival within the X-ary purchase Y time limit, and pay the coupon as Z-ary", for example, wherein the values of the variables X and Z may be configured as fixed values by the first platform system (e.g., X =1, Z = 10), or the values of the variables X and Z may be configured as values dynamically determined according to the difference between the stepped account operation time limit threshold and the account operation time limit estimate by the first platform system (e.g., X =1, Z =10 when the difference between the stepped account operation time limit threshold and the account operation time limit estimate is 10 minutes, X =1, Z =10 when the difference between the stepped account operation time limit threshold and the account operation time limit estimate is 20 minutes, X =1, Z =15 when the difference between the stepped account operation time limit threshold and the account operation time limit estimate is 30 minutes); the variable Y is a stepped account operational time limit threshold (e.g., 1 hour 10 minutes). According to the method, according to the step account operation time limit threshold value of 1 hour and 20 minutes, the resource exchange rule of 'the account arrival time risk that the user pays 1 yuan for purchasing within 1 hour and 20 minutes and the claim payment amount is 15 yuan coupon' can be generated.
In the embodiment of the application, the corresponding step account operation time limit threshold value can be used as the display information of the account-arriving long insurance product, and the account-arriving long insurance product is displayed; and the corresponding resource exchange rule can also be used as the display information of the account-arrival-duration insurance product to display the account-arrival-duration insurance product.
That is, the resource exchange option may be displayed as a stepped account operation time limit threshold of the corresponding account arrival time risk product, or may be displayed as a corresponding resource exchange rule.
As previously described, each of the resource exchange options is for: indicating a respective stepped account operation time limit threshold for the resource transfer operation for the first digital account. When the first platform system does not receive the system maintenance information of the second platform system, the first platform system does not generate the account-arrival time insurance product, namely, the client does not display the resource exchange option associated with the digital account operation. And only when the first platform system receives the system maintenance information of the second platform system, the first platform system generates the account-arrival-time risk product, and under the condition, the client displays the maintenance prompt information of the second platform system or displays the account-arrival-time risk product corresponding to one or more step account operation time limit thresholds, namely the resource exchange option.
As described above, the resource exchange options include a step account operation time limit threshold and/or a resource exchange rule corresponding to the step account operation time limit threshold. Therefore, the user can know the account arrival time limit of the currently executed cash-out operation through the resource exchange options displayed on the digital account operation interface.
Step 130, responding to the selection operation of any one resource exchange option, and generating a resource exchange order associated with the resource exchange option selected by the selection operation.
And the resource exchange order carries an account operation time limit threshold and a resource exchange rule of the resource transfer operation.
In some embodiments of the application, taking a cash-out application scenario as an example, an information input or selection interface of a first digital account transferred to cash-out and a selection interface of an account-arrival time risk product (namely, a resource exchange option) can be displayed in the same cash-out page, an operation entry for confirming cash-out is set on the interface, after the operation entry for confirming cash-out is triggered, a client acquires the currently selected account-arrival time risk product and information of the first digital account selected or input by a user, and then the client generates a resource exchange order according to the account-arrival time risk product selected by the user and sends the resource exchange order to a transfer/cash-out system server for storage and management.
In some embodiments of the present application, the order data of the resource exchange order includes: the stepped account operation time limit threshold (namely, the account operation time limit threshold) corresponding to the account arrival time insurance product selected by the user and the resource exchange rule further include: the time when the operation entry for confirming cash withdrawal is triggered, the account information of the second digital account, and the identification of the digital account operation. The order status of the resource exchange order is associated with a performance completion time of the digital account operations performed against the first digital account. And the transfer/cash-out system server side updates the order state of the resource exchange order according to the execution completion time of the digital account operation executed aiming at the first digital account and the order data of the resource exchange order, and sends the updated order state of the resource exchange order to the client side for logging in the second digital account.
In other embodiments of the application, after the user confirms the withdrawal information, a selection interface of an account arrival time insurance product (i.e., a resource exchange option) may be popped up, and after the user confirms and selects a certain account arrival time insurance product, the client generates a resource exchange order according to a stepped account operation time limit threshold (i.e., an account operation time limit threshold) corresponding to the account arrival time insurance product selected by the user, the resource exchange rule, the time for the user to confirm the withdrawal information, the digital account operation identifier, and the information of the second digital account, and sends the resource exchange order to the transfer/withdrawal system server for storage and management.
After the user confirms that the digital account operation (such as a cash-out operation) is performed on the first digital account, the client generates a cash-out order, and in some embodiments of the present application, an association relationship between the resource exchange order and the digital account operation performed on the first digital account may be established by storing an identifier of the digital account operation (an identifier corresponding to the cash-out order in a one-to-one correspondence manner) in order data of the resource exchange order.
And 140, after the digital account operation for the first digital account is started to be executed, responding to the received resource exchange result of the resource exchange order, and displaying the resource exchange result.
And the client side sends the withdrawal order to a transfer/withdrawal system server side to execute withdrawal operation.
For a specific implementation of executing the digital account operation for the first digital account, refer to the prior art, and details are not described in this embodiment.
In some embodiments of the present application, the resource exchange result of the resource exchange order includes information such as a resource transfer time (i.e. an execution time of the resource transfer operation associated with the digital account operation executed for the first digital account, e.g. an execution completion time of the cash-out order), a resource exchange result type (e.g. pay-off, pay-free), and a pay-off amount, and the client may generate the fulfillment result prompt information of the resource exchange order according to the received resource exchange result, where the resource transfer result may include: delayed claim payment information, claim payment amount, and the like. For example, the order fulfillment results prompt message may be: "your cash-out order is paid out, the time to account exceeds the time limit that you stipulate, YY coupon is paid for you, and the time to pay to your account" or: "your cash-out order is paid out according to the appointed time, and the payment-out time is as follows: XX'.
In some embodiments of the present application, the resource exchange result is generated by: in response to the execution of the digital account operation being successful, determining an execution time limit true value of the digital account operation; and executing resource exchange operation according to the resource exchange rule carried in the resource exchange order based on the size relation between the execution time limit real value and the account operation time limit threshold.
After a user initiates a digital account operation (such as cash withdrawal operation) through a client, a transfer/cash withdrawal system server performs data interaction with a second platform system through a first platform system, and executes a subsequent cash withdrawal process. The second platform system successfully transfers the virtual resource with the specified amount from the second digital account to the first digital account, namely successfully completes the cash withdrawal operation, and then the second platform system feeds back indication information of successful execution of the digital account operation (such as the cash withdrawal order) aiming at the first digital account to the first platform system. And the first platform system sends the indication information to the transfer/cash-out system server side. The indication information carries information such as the digital account operation identifier (the digital account operation identifier may be generated according to an order identifier of a cash withdrawal order), information of a second digital account, information of a first digital account, a cash withdrawal result (such as success or failure), a cash withdrawal amount, and a billing arrival time (i.e., the first time when the digital account operation is successfully executed).
After receiving the indication information, the transfer/cash withdrawal system server side inquires a pre-generated resource exchange order according to a digital account operation identifier carried in the indication information, determines a resource exchange order corresponding to the digital account operation identifier, and further determines information such as a stepped account operation time limit threshold value for generating the resource exchange order, the resource exchange rule, time for confirming cash withdrawal information by a user and the like.
And then, the transfer/cash-out system server calculates the time difference between the account arrival time (namely the first time when the digital account operation is successfully executed) carried in the indication information and the time when the user confirms the cash-out information, and the time difference is used as the real value of the execution time limit of the digital account operation.
And then, the transfer/cash-out system server further judges the size relation between the actual execution time limit value obtained by calculation and the determined stepped account operation time limit threshold value, and executes corresponding operation according to the judgment result. For example, when the actual execution time limit value is greater than the query-determined time limit threshold of the stepped account operation, which indicates that the digital account operation cannot be executed and completed within the time limit of the account-arrival time insurance product guarantee selected by the user, the transfer/cash-out system server notifies the accounting system to pay off the resource exchange rule determined according to the query (for example, issuing the agreed amount of virtual resources in the resource exchange rule to the second digital account); and when the actual execution time limit value is less than or equal to the inquiry-determined step account operation time limit threshold, the digital account operation is executed within the time limit of account-arrival time insurance product guarantee selected by the user, and then the user does not need to be paid.
In other embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the method further comprises: step 150 to step 180.
Step 150, after initiating execution of the digital account operation for the first digital account, in response to receiving the indication that the digital account operation for the first digital account is being executed, displaying an execution time limit estimation interface for executing the digital account operation for the first digital account.
After a user initiates a digital account operation (such as a cash withdrawal operation) through a client, a transfer/cash withdrawal system server performs data interaction with a second platform system through a first platform system, executes a subsequent cash withdrawal process, and simultaneously feeds back instruction information which is executed by the digital account operation for a first digital account to the client.
In the prior art, after receiving the indication information, the client displays the prompt information that the corresponding operation (such as a cash-out operation) is being performed at the client.
In some embodiments of the present application, after receiving the indication information that the digital account operation for the first digital account is being executed, the client displays an execution time limit estimation interface for executing the digital account operation for the first digital account while displaying the prompt information that the corresponding operation (such as a cash operation) is being executed. For example, a guessing interface showing the cash-out deadline.
And step 160, acquiring the estimated execution time limit input by the user through the execution time limit estimation interface.
The user can input the estimated presentation arrival time limit through an execution time limit estimation interface displayed by the client.
And 170, storing the estimated execution time limit and the digital account operation executed for the first digital account in an associated manner.
For example, the estimated execution time limit is stored in association with an order identifier of a cash order generated by executing the digital account operation for the first digital account, or the estimated execution time limit is stored in association with an identifier of the digital account operation executed for the first digital account, where the identifier of the digital account operation corresponds to information such as the execution time of the confirmation operation, the second digital account, and the first digital account.
After the cash-out arrival time limit input by the user is detected, the client sends the estimated execution time limit input by the user, the execution time of the confirmation operation (such as the time for confirming the execution of the cash-out operation), the second digital account and the first digital account to the transfer/cash-out system server for associated storage.
And step 180, responding to the received prediction result of the estimated execution time limit matching, and displaying the prediction result.
And the prediction result comprises indication information of whether the digital account operation executed aiming at the first digital account is completed within the estimated execution time limit.
In some embodiments of the present application, the prediction result may include one or more of indication information of whether the predicted execution time limit input by the user is correct for the competition, competition award information, and execution completion time of the digital account operation executed for the first digital account.
In some embodiments of the present application, the prediction result is generated by: in response to receiving indication that the execution of the digital account operation for the first digital account was successful, determining a true time limit for the execution of the digital account operation for the first digital account to be successful; and determining the pre-estimated execution time limit stored in operative association with the digital account; and executing preset digital account operation on a second digital account associated with the first digital account according to the matching relation between the real time limit and the estimated execution time limit, and outputting a prediction result.
For a specific implementation of receiving indication information that the digital account operation for the first digital account is successfully executed, refer to the prior art, and details are not described in this embodiment.
For a specific implementation of determining the first time at which the digital account operation for the first digital account is successfully executed according to the indication information, refer to the foregoing steps, which are not described herein again.
In the prior art, after a user confirms that the digital account operation (such as a cash-out operation) is performed on the first digital account, a client generates a cash-out order, and the transfer/cash-out system server allocates an order identifier to each cash-out order, so as to uniquely identify the digital account operation performed on the first digital account once. In some embodiments of the present application, the order identifier of the present order, the estimated execution time limit, the execution time of the confirmation operation, the second digital account, and the first digital account may be stored in an associated manner, so as to establish a corresponding relationship between the estimated execution time limit and the digital account operation executed for the first digital account.
After the transfer/cash-out system server receives indication information of successful execution of the digital account operation for the first digital account, according to an order identifier carried in the indication information, inquiring an estimated execution time limit and an execution time of the confirmation operation, wherein the estimated execution time limit and the execution time are stored in advance in association with the order identifier. And then, the transfer/cash-out system server calculates the time difference between the first time determined in the previous step and the inquired execution time of the confirmation operation, and takes the time difference as a real time limit for the successful execution of the digital account operation of the first digital account.
Then, the transfer/presentation system server compares the real time limit with the estimated execution time limit obtained by inquiry (namely the estimated execution time limit input by the user), and when the real time limit is less than or equal to the estimated execution time limit obtained by inquiry, the digital account operation is executed and completed within the account arrival time limit guessed by the user, and then the transfer/presentation system server informs the operation system to issue a certain amount of virtual resources (such as coupons, credits and the like) to the second digital account of the user; and when the real time limit is larger than the estimated execution time limit obtained by query, the digital account operation is not executed and completed within the account arrival time limit of the user guess, and the user does not need to be rewarded. And then, the transfer/cash-out system server outputs the execution time limit prediction result of the user on the digital account operation. In some embodiments of the present application, the prediction result includes one or more of whether the competition is correct, competition award information, and actual execution completion time of the digital account operation.
Through embedding interactive processes such as guess account arrival time and the like in a prompt interface after a digital account operation request (such as a cash-out request) is successfully submitted, the empty waiting time of a user for a digital account operation execution result can be relatively reduced, and therefore user experience is improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, step 150 to step 180 may also be performed after step 130, or only step 110, step 150 to step 180 are performed, which is not illustrated in this embodiment.
The transfer/cash-out system server, the accounting system and the operation system in the embodiment of the application can be deployed at the same electronic device or different electronic devices. And the first platform system and the second platform system carry out information interaction through network communication.
