Abstract
The invention provides a high-foam easy-rinsing water-saving vehicle washing liquid. The worm micelle technology is introduced into the car washing liquid, so that the viscosity of the car washing liquid is improved, the strength of a liquid film is enhanced, and the foam is stable under the condition of no shearing force; when the condition of shearing force, the carwash viscosity diminishes, reduces liquid film intensity, and the foam easily disappears, responds the mode of viscosity through the shearing force, satisfies the rinsing performance that the fine and close high bubble performance of carwash can promote the foam again simultaneously, has the dual advantage of satisfying customer high bubble performance demand and water economy resource.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning products for vehicles, in particular to a high-foam easy-rinsing water-saving vehicle washing liquid and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Car washing is required when the car body is covered with some dust, bird droppings, shellac, gum, etc., and thus is the most basic automobile maintenance item. According to research and market discovery, no matter the general low-middle-end special car washing store or the high-end maintenance store, the good fine and smooth feeling of foam in the car washing process is pursued to be presented to car washing car owners. 0.1 to 1 percent of inorganic base
1 to 10 percent of chelating agent
Foaming agent 1 to 5 percent
1 to 5 percent of corrosion inhibitor
5 to 10 percent of cationic surfactant
0.5 to 3% of anionic surfactant
Balance of water
The sum of the mass of the components is 100 percent.
Preferably, the inorganic base is one or more of sodium hydroxide, potassium carbonate or sodium carbonate.
Preferably, the chelating agent is one or more of sodium gluconate, sodium citrate and tetrasodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate.
Preferably, the foaming agent is one or more of sodium dodecyl sulfonate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium dodecyl sulfate.
Preferably, the corrosion inhibitor is one or more of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine.
Preferably, the anionic surfactant is one or more of sodium oleate and sodium salicylate.
Preferably, the cationic surfactant is one or more of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, stearyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and stearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-foam easy-rinsing water-saving vehicle washing liquid, which comprises the following steps:
1) Adding 80% of water into a stirring kettle, and starting stirring;
2) Adding required amount of inorganic base, chelating agent and corrosion inhibitor into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 30min;
3) Adding the required amount of cationic ionic surfactant into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 30min;
4) Dissolving the foaming agent and the anionic surfactant with the water with the required amount of 20 percent, slowly adding the mixture into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 30min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
compared with the existing commercial products, the product of the invention has the following advantages in two aspects: in the aspect of foam, by using the car washing foaming machine, the product disclosed by the invention and the existing products sold in the market are both compact in foam, and the phenomenon of thinning does not occur within 2 min; in terms of the amount of water for washing the vehicle, the current commercially available product vehicle washing water is about 20L, and the product vehicle washing water of the invention is about 10L.

Foams are dispersions of gas dispersed in a liquid and are thermodynamically unstable systems. In order to form stable foams, foaming agents, foam stabilizers and the like must be added in addition to the gas phase and the liquid phase, and defoaming agents are required to be added for defoaming. Example 1
The embodiment provides a high-foam easy-rinsing water-saving vehicle washing liquid which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 78.4% of water, 0.1% of sodium hydroxide, 10% of sodium citrate, 1.0% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 5.0% of monoethanolamine, 0.5% of sodium oleate and 5% of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, and the preparation method of the car washing liquid comprises the following steps: adding 80% of water by mass into a stirring kettle, and starting stirring; the second step is that: adding inorganic base, chelating agent and corrosion inhibitor into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 30min; the third step: adding the cationic surfactant into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 30min; the fourth step: the foaming agent and the anionic surfactant are dissolved by using 20 mass percent of water and then are slowly added into the stirring kettle to be stirred for 30min.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a high-foam easy-rinsing water-saving vehicle washing liquid which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 74.0% of water, 1.0% of sodium carbonate, 10% of sodium gluconate, 2.0% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 3.0% of diethanolamine, 2.0% of sodium salicylate and 8% of octadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, and the preparation method of the car washing liquid comprises the following steps: adding 80% of water by mass into a stirring kettle, and starting stirring; the second step is that: adding inorganic base, chelating agent and corrosion inhibitor into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 30min; the third step: adding the cationic surfactant into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 30min; the fourth step: the foaming agent and the anionic surfactant are dissolved by using 20 mass percent of water and then are slowly added into the stirring kettle to be stirred for 30min.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a high-foam easy-rinsing water-saving vehicle washing liquid which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 75.0% of water, 1.0% of potassium carbonate, 5% of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt, 1.0% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 5.0% of triethanolamine, 3.0% of sodium oleate and 10% of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, and the preparation method of the car washing liquid comprises the following steps: adding 80% of water by mass into a stirring kettle, and starting stirring; the second step is that: adding inorganic base, chelating agent and corrosion inhibitor into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 30min; the third step: adding the cationic surfactant into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 30min; the fourth step: the foaming agent and the anionic surfactant are dissolved by using 20 mass percent of water and then are slowly added into the stirring kettle to be stirred for 30min.
The operation example is as follows:
the high-foam easy-rinsing water-saving car washing liquid prepared by the 3 embodiments and the existing commercial car washing liquid are selected to carry out foam and car washing water consumption tests. (adding experimental procedures, test means)
The method for testing the water consumption for washing the car comprises the following steps: the same employee of a certain car washing shop uses the same car washing equipment to wash 10 cars, and the specific car washing method comprises the following steps: 1) Diluting the vehicle washing liquid according to a dilution ratio of 1; 2) Spraying the diluted car washing liquid on a car body by using a tool; 3) Scrubbing the car body from top to bottom by using sponge or other tools; 4) Washing: rinsing with clean water until no foam is evident on the vehicle body. The results in table 1 show that the high foaming easy-rinse water-saving car wash of the above 3 examples has comparable foaming performance to the existing commercial car wash and the amount of car wash water is reduced by about 50%.

5 to 10 percent of cationic surfactant
0.5 to 3% of anionic surfactant
Balance of water

6. The high-foaming easy-rinsing water-saving car wash according to claim 1, wherein the anionic surfactant is one or more of sodium oleate and sodium salicylate.
7. The high-foaming easy-rinsing water-saving vehicle washing liquid according to claim 1, wherein the cationic surfactant is one or more of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, stearyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and stearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.
8. A method of preparing a high suds, easy rinse, water saving car wash according to any of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
1) Adding 80% of water into a stirring kettle, and starting stirring;
2) Adding required amount of inorganic base, chelating agent and corrosion inhibitor into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 30min;
3) Adding the required amount of cationic ionic surfactant into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 30min;
4) Dissolving the foaming agent and the anionic surfactant with the water with the required amount of 20 percent, slowly adding the mixture into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 30min.
