the softening point of the phenolic epoxy resin is 60-75 ℃, and the viscosity of the phenolic epoxy resin is 12000-15000mPa.s at 25 ℃;
the weight ratio of the curing catalyst to the curing agent to the phenolic epoxy resin is (0.1-1.0): (6-10): (12-18);
the curing agent is phenolic aldehyde amine;
the curing catalyst is 2,4, 6-tris (dimethylaminomethyl) phenol.

The highly corrosion resistant neodymium iron boron roll spray coating composition of claim 1, wherein said silane coupling agent is selected from one or more of gamma-aminopropyl triethoxysilane, gamma-glycidoxypropyl trimethoxysilane, methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane, gamma-mercaptopropyl trimethoxysilane.
4. A method of preparing a highly corrosion resistant neodymium iron boron roll spray coating composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
S1, stirring resin, a solvent, a silane coupling agent and a leveling agent to obtain a composition a;
s2, mixing a curing catalyst and a curing agent to obtain the composition b.
