the box body is of a hollow structure, an opening is formed above the box body, the box body consists of an inner shell and an outer shell, and a vacuum area is arranged between the inner shell and the outer shell;
the box cover covers the opening, and a sealing gasket is arranged on the box cover;
the microswitch is arranged at the opening and is used for detecting the state of the box cover so as to generate a box cover opening signal or a box cover closing signal;
the temperature sensor is arranged in the inner shell and used for detecting the ambient temperature in the inner shell so as to obtain the ambient temperature in the inner shell;
the air pressure sensor is arranged in the vacuum area and used for detecting the air pressure in the vacuum area so as to obtain the air pressure in the vacuum area;
the loudspeaker is embedded and mounted on the box cover;
the controller is arranged on the outer shell, wherein the controller is respectively connected with the micro switch, the temperature sensor, the air pressure sensor and the loudspeaker, and the controller is used for controlling the loudspeaker according to the ambient temperature and the air pressure and the case cover opening signal or the case cover closing signal.
2. The flow box with leak detection function of claim 1, wherein the controller is specifically configured to:
if the box cover closing signal is received, generating box cover closing information, and controlling the loudspeaker to broadcast the box cover closing information;
if the box cover opening signal is received, generating box cover opening information, and controlling the loudspeaker to broadcast the box cover opening information;
if the air pressure is greater than the pressure threshold, generating prompt information of the box body leakage, and controlling the loudspeaker to broadcast the prompt information of the box body leakage;
if the case cover closing signal is received, the change amplitude of the environment temperature is larger than the temperature change threshold value, and the air pressure is smaller than or equal to the pressure threshold value, generating prompt information of the case cover leakage, and controlling the loudspeaker to broadcast the prompt information of the case cover leakage.
3. The flow box with leak detection function according to claim 1, further comprising a cooling mechanism for continuously cooling the inside of said inner case;
through grooves corresponding to each other are formed in the outer walls of the inner shell and the outer shell;
the two through grooves are communicated through rectangular pipes, and the rectangular pipes are arranged in the vacuum area;
the refrigeration mechanism is installed inside the rectangular pipe, the cold end of the refrigeration mechanism faces towards the inside of the inner shell, and the hot end of the refrigeration mechanism faces towards the outside of the box body.
4. The flow box with leak detection function of claim 3, wherein said controller is further configured to:
and if the box cover opening signal is received and the box cover opening time is longer than the preset time, controlling the refrigeration mechanism to be closed and controlling the loudspeaker to broadcast the closing information of the refrigeration mechanism.
5. The logistics box with leakage detection function of claim 4, further comprising a battery;
the storage battery is arranged on the outer shell and is respectively connected with the controller, the microswitch, the temperature sensor, the air pressure sensor, the loudspeaker and the refrigerating mechanism;
the shell body is detachably provided with a protective shell, and the storage battery and the controller are both arranged inside the protective shell;
a plurality of vent holes are formed in the surface of the protective shell.
6. The logistics box with leakage detection function of claim 1, further comprising a grid plate and a drain valve;
the grating plate is arranged inside the inner shell;
the grating plate and the inner bottom wall of the inner shell form a triangular water storage area;
the outer surface of the box body is provided with two grooves;
one end of the drainage valve is communicated with the water storage area, and the other end of the drainage valve is arranged in one groove.
7. The logistics box with leakage detection function of claim 6, further comprising an air pipe valve, wherein one end of the air pipe valve is arranged in the other groove, and the other end of the air pipe valve extends into the vacuum area.
8. The logistics box with leakage detection function of claim 1, further comprising two sets of locking assemblies, wherein the locking assemblies comprise a limiting plate and a locking knob, wherein,
the limiting plate is fixedly arranged on the box cover, and a limiting hole is formed in the surface of the limiting plate;
the lock knob is rotatably arranged on the outer shell, and the lock knob can penetrate through the limiting hole to be attached to the surface of the limiting plate.
9. A method for detecting a physical distribution box with a leakage detection function according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising:
detecting the state of the box cover to generate a box cover opening signal or a box cover closing signal;
detecting the ambient temperature in the inner shell to obtain the ambient temperature in the inner shell;
detecting the air pressure in the vacuum area to obtain the air pressure in the vacuum area;
and controlling the loudspeaker according to the ambient temperature and the air pressure, and the box cover opening signal or the box cover closing signal.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the controlling the speaker according to the ambient temperature and air pressure, and the lid open signal or the lid close signal comprises:
if the box cover closing signal is received, generating box cover closing information, and controlling the loudspeaker to broadcast the box cover closing information;
if the box cover opening signal is received, generating box cover opening information, and controlling the loudspeaker to broadcast the box cover opening information;
if the air pressure is greater than the pressure threshold, generating prompt information of the box body leakage, and controlling the loudspeaker to broadcast the prompt information of the box body leakage;
if the case cover closing signal is received, the change amplitude of the environment temperature is larger than the temperature change threshold value, and the air pressure is smaller than or equal to the pressure threshold value, generating prompt information of the case cover leakage, and controlling the loudspeaker to broadcast the prompt information of the case cover leakage.
