7. The food bag having a handle of claim 1 wherein one of the two carrying loops has a catch which is a plate or U-shaped piece for catching the other carrying loop.

8. The food bag of claim 7 wherein one of the two carrying loops has a third pivot, the latch has a fourth pivot pivotally connected to the third pivot, and the latch is capable of being pivoted for latching the other carrying loop.

9. The food bag with handle of claim 8 wherein the two carrying loops are of the same shape, each carrying loop having a strut and a carrying loop connected to the strut; the second pivot part is formed below the pressure lever.

10. The food bag with handle of claim 9 wherein the third pivot of the bail is formed on the lever and the fourth pivot of the latch is pivotally connected to the third pivot on the lever and is adapted to latch the lever of the other bail.
