the outer edge face of a cylinder (8) is provided with a vertical groove, a dividing block (18) is arranged in the vertical groove, the dividing block (18) and the left side and the right side of the groove form a first vertical groove (13) on the right side and a second vertical groove (14) on the left side, the upper end and the lower end of the dividing block (18) are spaced from the end portion of the groove, the lower end of the first vertical groove (13) and the upper end of the second vertical groove (14) are both provided with an arc-shaped block (9) rotatably installed on the cylinder (8), one end of the arc-shaped block (9) is an inclined face, the arc-shaped block (9) is connected with the cylinder (8) through a torsion spring, when the arc-shaped block (9) is not stressed, the inclined face end of the arc-shaped block (9) is arranged in the gap of the end portion of the groove, and the inclined face of the arc-shaped block (9) is opposite to the vertical groove on the other side and inclines towards the first vertical groove (13) and the second vertical groove (14);
a limiting block (17) is fixed on the inner side surface of the first circular ring (15), and the limiting block (17) penetrates through the cylinder (5) and can be arranged in the first vertical groove (13) and the second vertical groove (14).
