Description

Endoscope assistor
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an endoscope assistor.
Background
Colonoscopes are used for endoscopic examination of the colon and distal portions of the small intestine, and flexible sigmoidoscopes are used for examination of the rectum and lower part of the intestine. Each endoscopic procedure may provide a visual diagnosis, such as an ulcer, polyp, and permit biopsy or resection of a suspicious lesion. The current colonoscopy procedure has two problems: 1. the lining of the colon is a pleated structure that can impede the ability of medical personnel to view the entire surface of the mucosa as the distal end of the endoscope passes along the lumen of the colon, especially during extubation to detect lesions hidden within the pleats. 2. Maintaining the position of the tip can be difficult from the detection of tissue damage to the completion of the procedure, and slippage of the tip often occurs when the colonoscope is withdrawn, thereby causing the health care provider to lose the desired position and, if the tip position is lost, repositioning of the tissue damage. In order to create a good medical environment, the invention provides an endoscope auxiliary piece which can simultaneously solve the two problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an endoscope auxiliary device which can prevent an endoscope from slipping and enable the endoscope to observe the internal environment of a colon more comprehensively.
The endoscope assistor is a sleeve, a mounting channel for inserting the tail end of an endoscope is limited in the sleeve, at least one expansion part capable of expanding the outer diameter of the cylinder body is arranged on the sleeve, the expansion part can expand outwards in the radial direction, so that the outermost side of the expansion part is in full contact with the inner wall of the colon to be fixed; when tissue damage is detected, the expansion part can be expanded outwards in the radial direction, the outer diameter of the auxiliary device is increased, so that the auxiliary device is in contact with the colon wall, the endoscope is fixed at the relative position of the colon, the situations of slipping and the like are avoided, and the operation is convenient; when the endoscope is about to exit the colon, the expanded expansion part has a slightly larger diameter, so that the inner wall of the folds of the colon is driven to be rubbed and stretched in the exiting process, and the focus hidden in the folds is convenient to observe.
Preferably, the expansion part comprises a passage with variable size arranged on the sleeve and an inflation port communicated with the passage and connected with an inflation mechanism, the inflation mechanism is matched with the inflation port to input airflow to the passage to cause the passage to expand radially outwards so as to be fixed with the wall of the colon, and the inflation mechanism inflates the inside of the passage so as to cause the passage to extend radially outwards, so that the operation is simple.
Preferably, the expansion parts are uniformly arranged on the sleeve in the circumferential direction, so that the stress at each position is uniform, and the stability of the auxiliary device is improved.
Preferably, the sleeve is provided with a circumferential inner wall extending from the proximal end to the distal end and a circumferential outer wall formed on the outer side of the circumferential inner wall, an interlayer extending from the proximal end to the distal end is arranged between the circumferential outer wall and the circumferential inner wall, the channel is defined on the interlayer, and the inflation mechanism and the inflation port are matched to input airflow to the channel, so that the circumferential outer wall is expanded radially outwards until the colon wall is fixed, the channel is arranged in the colon, the smoothness degree of the outer surface of the sleeve can be ensured as much as possible, and the smooth arrangement of the endoscope can be ensured.
As the preferred scheme, the channel is arranged on the outer surface of the sleeve and is externally connected with an inflation tube, the fixing strength is higher, the expansion part can be ensured to be uniformly expanded outwards, and the stability is kept.
Preferably, the inflation port is made of a semi-permeable membrane and is arranged opposite to an air supply port on the endoscope, when the air supply port discharges air, the external air pressure is increased, the air pressure in the channel is small, and the air flows into the channel under certain air flow impact force; the air feed port and the inflation port are arranged oppositely, the air flow of the air feed port is prevented from diffusing to other places, and the air flow is better made to pass through the semipermeable membrane to enter the channel, so that the pressure inside and outside the channel changes, and the channel expands outwards due to the material characteristics outside the channel, and the outer diameter of the auxiliary device is increased.
Preferably, an inflation tube is connected outside the inflation port.
Preferably, at least two expansion parts are uniformly and symmetrically arranged, so that the stability of the assistor is ensured.
Preferably, the sleeve is made of a soft material, so that the internal environment of the colon is prevented from being damaged.
Preferably, the expansion part is an airbag.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the auxiliary device is convenient to use, and meanwhile, the inside of the colon cannot be damaged;
