Step 1082, receiving at least one sensitive word sent by a local account through a browser, associating the at least one sensitive word with the local account, and intercepting the interactive information sent to the local account and matched with the at least one sensitive word.
Specifically, the predetermined time period is set to be within 24 hours, and may be set to be a different time period according to specific situations, which is not limited herein. If the answered user does not answer, the initiating user is informed that the request is initiated too frequently, and the user is asked to try later. The user can set sensitive word filtering for the question box of the user. Meanwhile, the system defaults to start system sensitive word filtering, and the system sensitive words can realize interception of content input based on semantic analysis. After the system is intercepted, manual intervention is carried out, whether the answered person receives the question or not is judged manually, the problem that the user requests the anonymous user frequently is effectively solved, and the condition that the interaction mood is influenced by the fact that the user receives some improper speech of the anonymous user in information interaction is effectively prevented.
It should be noted that the method of the embodiment of the present application may be executed by a single device, such as a computer or a server. The method of the embodiment can also be applied to a distributed scene and is completed by the mutual cooperation of a plurality of devices. In this distributed scenario, one device of the multiple devices may only perform one or more steps of the method of the embodiment of the present application, and the multiple devices interact with each other to complete the method.
It should be noted that the above describes some embodiments of the present application. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments described above and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
Based on the same inventive concept, corresponding to the method of any embodiment, the application also provides an information interaction tracking system.
Referring to fig. 2, the information interaction tracking system includes:
the system comprises terminal equipment 201 and a server 202 which are connected in a communication mode, wherein a browser and an information interaction APP are installed in the terminal equipment 201;
the terminal device 201 is configured to open a web page through a browser and obtain a fixed identifier ID corresponding to the browser and stored locally; when information interaction request data are received through a browser, a unique password representing the identity of a local account is distributed to the information interaction request; adding the fixed identification ID and the unique password to the information interaction request data through a browser, sending the information interaction request data to a server 202, and performing information interaction on the local account and an anonymous account through the server 202;
the server 202 is configured to generate a binding code according to the information interaction request data after information interaction is completed, and send the binding code to a browser of the terminal device 201;
the terminal device 201 is further configured to receive a binding code fed back by the server 202 through a browser, and write the binding code into a pasting board;
the server 202 is further configured to generate prompt binding information and send the prompt binding information to the browser of the terminal device 201;
the terminal device 201 is further configured to receive, through a browser, the prompt binding information fed back by the server 202, start a local account of an information interaction APP, retrieve, according to the binding code in the pasting board, at least one piece of information interaction request data corresponding to the binding code from the server 202, and display the at least one piece of information interaction request data;
the terminal device 201 is further configured to, in response to receiving a user confirmation instruction through a browser, bind a fixed identifier ID corresponding to the browser with a local account of the information interaction APP, where the local account of the information interaction APP performs information interaction again with the anonymous account through the server 202.
In some embodiments, the terminal device 201 is further configured to receive, by the browser, the anonymous user interaction information fed back by the server 202, and display the anonymous user interaction information; in response to determining that the terminal device 201 receives a shielding instruction for the anonymous user through the browser, sending the shielding instruction for the anonymous user to the server 202;
the server 202 is further configured to mask interaction information sent by the anonymous account and the local account according to the masking instruction for anonymous users.
In some embodiments, the server 202 is further configured to block the anonymous account number or the anonymous IP address of the anonymous user or the anonymous terminal device 201 information in response to receiving that the number of the shielding instructions corresponding to the anonymous user exceeds a set threshold.
In some embodiments, the terminal device 201 is further configured to generate an identification ID obtaining request in response to that the fixed identification ID is not found locally, and send the identification ID obtaining request to the server 202;
the server 202 is further configured to generate a corresponding fixed identifier ID according to the identifier ID obtaining request, and send the fixed identifier ID to the browser of the terminal device 201;
the terminal device 201 is further configured to receive the fixed identifier ID fed back by the server 202 through the browser, and store the fixed identifier ID in the local area.
In some embodiments, the server 202 is further configured to generate a unique fixed ID according to the ID obtaining request based on the current time in microseconds, write the fixed ID into the same process corresponding to the browser, and send the fixed ID to the browser of the terminal device 201.
In some embodiments, the terminal device 201 is further configured to add the fixed identifier ID to a header file of the information interaction request data through a browser, and combine the added information interaction request data with the unique password to obtain combined information interaction request data; and invoking the sdk of js through the browser, and sending the combined information interaction request data to the server 202.
In some embodiments, the terminal device 201 is further configured to execute, by a browser: after receiving the prompt binding information fed back by the server 202, determining whether the unique password completes real-name authentication; responding to the fact that the unique password completes real-name authentication, and displaying the prompting binding information to prompt a user to start a local account of an information interaction APP; and in response to the fact that the unique password does not complete real-name authentication, interrupting the display of the prompt binding information, generating real-name authentication prompt information and displaying the real-name authentication prompt information.
In some embodiments, the server 202 is further configured to send a frequently questioning prompt message to the browser of the terminal device 201 in response to that the local account issues questioning content to the same anonymous account within a predetermined time period and that reply content of the same anonymous account is not received; receiving at least one sensitive word sent by a local account through a browser, associating the at least one sensitive word with the local account, and intercepting the interactive information sent to the local account and matched with the at least one sensitive word.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various modules by functions, which are described separately. Of course, the functionality of the various modules may be implemented in the same one or more pieces of software and/or hardware in the practice of the present application.
The apparatus of the foregoing embodiment is used to implement the corresponding information interaction tracking method in any of the foregoing embodiments, and has the beneficial effects of the corresponding method embodiment, which are not described herein again.
Based on the same inventive concept, corresponding to the method of any embodiment, the present application further provides an electronic device, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, where the processor executes the computer program to implement the information interaction tracking method of any embodiment.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a more specific hardware structure of an electronic device according to this embodiment, where the electronic device may include: a processor 1010, a memory 1020, an input/output interface 1030, a communication interface 1040, and a bus 1050. Wherein the processor 1010, memory 1020, input/output interface 1030, and communication interface 1040 are communicatively coupled to each other within the device via a bus 1050.
The processor 1010 may be implemented by a general-purpose CPU (Central Processing Unit), a microprocessor, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits, and is configured to execute related programs to implement the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The Memory 1020 may be implemented in the form of a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), a static storage device, a dynamic storage device, or the like. The memory 1020 may store an operating system and other application programs, and when the technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present specification is implemented by software or firmware, the relevant program codes are stored in the memory 1020 and called to be executed by the processor 1010.
The input/output interface 1030 is used for connecting an input/output module to input and output information. The i/o module may be configured as a component in a device (not shown) or may be external to the device to provide a corresponding function. The input devices may include a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen, a microphone, various sensors, etc., and the output devices may include a display, a speaker, a vibrator, an indicator light, etc.
The communication interface 1040 is used for connecting a communication module (not shown in the drawings) to implement communication interaction between the present device and other devices. The communication module can realize communication in a wired mode (for example, USB, network cable, etc.), and can also realize communication in a wireless mode (for example, mobile network, WIFI, bluetooth, etc.).
The bus 1050 includes a path to transfer information between various components of the device, such as the processor 1010, memory 1020, input/output interface 1030, and communication interface 1040.
It should be noted that although the above-mentioned device only shows the processor 1010, the memory 1020, the input/output interface 1030, the communication interface 1040 and the bus 1050, in a specific implementation, the device may also include other components necessary for normal operation. In addition, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the above-described apparatus may also include only the components necessary to implement the embodiments of the present disclosure, and need not include all of the components shown in the figures.
The electronic device of the above embodiment is used to implement the corresponding information interaction tracking method in any of the foregoing embodiments, and has the beneficial effects of the corresponding method embodiment, which are not described herein again.
Based on the same inventive concept, corresponding to any of the above embodiments, the present application further provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing the computer to execute the information interaction tracking method according to any of the above embodiments.
Computer-readable media of the present embodiments, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), static Random Access Memory (SRAM), dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), read Only Memory (ROM), electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device.
The computer instructions stored in the storage medium of the foregoing embodiment are used to enable the computer to execute the information interaction tracking method according to any one of the foregoing embodiments, and have the beneficial effects of the corresponding method embodiments, which are not described herein again.
It should be noted that the embodiments of the present application can be further described in the following ways:

Claims (10)

1. An information interaction tracking method is characterized by being applied to an information interaction system, wherein the information interaction system comprises terminal equipment and a server, and a browser and an information interaction APP are installed in the terminal equipment;
the method comprises the following steps:
the terminal equipment opens a webpage through a browser and acquires a fixed identification ID (identity) which is locally stored and corresponds to the browser;
when the terminal equipment receives information interaction request data through a browser, a unique password representing the identity of a local account is distributed to the information interaction request;
the terminal equipment adds the fixed identification ID and the unique password to the information interaction request data through a browser, sends the information interaction request data to a server, and the local account number performs information interaction with an anonymous account number through the server;
after the information interaction is completed, the server generates a binding code according to the information interaction request data and sends the binding code to a browser of the terminal equipment;
the terminal equipment receives the binding code fed back by the server through a browser and writes the binding code into the pasting board;
the server generates prompt binding information and sends the prompt binding information to a browser of the terminal equipment;
the terminal equipment receives prompt binding information fed back by the server through a browser, starts a local account of an information interaction APP, calls at least one information interaction request data corresponding to the binding code from the server according to the binding code in the pasting board, and displays the at least one information interaction request data;
and responding to a user confirmation instruction received by the terminal equipment through a browser, binding a fixed identification ID corresponding to the browser with a local account of the information interaction APP, and performing information interaction again on the local account of the information interaction APP and the anonymous account through the server.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the terminal equipment receives anonymous user interaction information fed back by the server through a browser and displays the anonymous user interaction information;
responding to the fact that the terminal device receives a shielding instruction for the anonymous user through the browser, and sending the shielding instruction for the anonymous user to a server;
and the server shields the interaction information between the anonymous account and the local account sent by the anonymous account according to the shielding instruction of the anonymous user.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and in response to the fact that the number of the shielding instructions corresponding to the anonymous user received by the server exceeds a set threshold value, the anonymous account number or the anonymous IP address or the anonymous terminal device information of the anonymous user is forbidden.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the terminal device obtains the locally stored fixed identification ID, the method further comprises:
responding to the situation that the terminal equipment does not find the fixed identification ID from the local, generating an identification ID acquisition request, and sending the identification ID acquisition request to a server;
the server generates a corresponding fixed identification ID according to the identification ID acquisition request and sends the fixed identification ID to a browser of the terminal equipment;
and the terminal equipment receives the fixed identification ID fed back by the server through a browser and stores the fixed identification ID into the local.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the server generates a corresponding fixed identifier ID according to the identifier ID acquisition request, and sends the fixed identifier ID to a browser of a terminal device, including:
and the server generates a unique fixed identification ID according to the identification ID acquisition request based on the current time counted in microseconds, writes the fixed identification ID into the same process corresponding to the browser, and sends the fixed identification ID to the browser of the terminal equipment.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the terminal device adds both the fixed identification ID and the unique password to the information interaction request data through a browser, and sends the information interaction request data to a server, and the method comprises:
the terminal equipment adds the fixed identification ID to a header file of the information interaction request data through a browser, and combines the added information interaction request data with the unique password to obtain combined information interaction request data;
and the terminal equipment calls the sdk of js through the browser and sends the combined information interaction request data to the server.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal device receives the prompt binding information fed back by the server through a browser, and starts a local account of an information interaction APP, and the method includes:
the terminal equipment executes through a browser:
after receiving prompt binding information fed back by the server, judging whether the unique password completes real-name authentication or not;
responding to the fact that the unique password completes real-name authentication, and displaying the prompting binding information to prompt a user to start a local account of an information interaction APP;
and interrupting the display of the prompt binding information in response to the fact that the unique password does not complete real-name authentication, generating real-name authentication prompt information and displaying the real-name authentication prompt information.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein in the process of information interaction between the local account and an anonymous account through the server, the server performs a process comprising:
responding to the fact that a local account issues question content to the same anonymous account within a preset time period and does not receive reply content of the same anonymous account, and sending question frequent prompt information to a browser of the terminal equipment;
receiving at least one sensitive word sent by a local account through a browser, associating the at least one sensitive word with the local account, and intercepting the interactive information sent to the local account and matched with the at least one sensitive word.
9. An information interaction system, comprising: the system comprises terminal equipment and a server which are in communication connection, wherein a browser and an information interaction APP are installed in the terminal equipment;
the terminal equipment is configured to open a webpage through a browser and acquire a fixed identification ID (identity) which is locally stored and corresponds to the browser; when information interaction request data are received through a browser, a unique password representing the identity of a local account is distributed to the information interaction request; adding the fixed identification ID and the unique password to the information interaction request data through a browser, sending the information interaction request data to a server, and carrying out information interaction on the local account and an anonymous account through the server;
the server is configured to generate a binding code according to the information interaction request data after information interaction is completed, and send the binding code to a browser of the terminal equipment;
the terminal equipment is also configured to receive the binding code fed back by the server through a browser and write the binding code into a pasting board;
the server is also configured to generate prompt binding information and send the prompt binding information to a browser of the terminal equipment;
the terminal equipment is further configured to receive prompt binding information fed back by the server through a browser, start a local account of an information interaction APP, call at least one information interaction request data corresponding to the binding code from the server according to the binding code in the pasting board, and display the at least one information interaction request data;
the terminal equipment is further configured to respond to a user confirmation instruction received through a browser, and bind a fixed identification ID corresponding to the browser with a local account of the information interaction APP, and the local account of the information interaction APP carries out information interaction with the anonymous account again through the server.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method according to any of claims 1 to 8 when executing the program.
