The line-edge intelligent material supplementing system provided by the invention forms an information closed loop aiming at material supplementing work, the consumption condition of the materials of an assembly line/station can be shared by the staff of a storehouse in real time through a line-level MES system, and the system can also be manually called for reminding through a virtual button of a display screen 5. When the product series models are switched, the target model is selected on the touch screen 5, and the screen displays the next operation to be taken by each line side bin material channel: 1. reserving without taking measures on materials and material channels; 2. material returning: emptying the material box in the material channel. After the two steps of operations are completed, the screen is clicked for confirmation, the two-dimensional code on the material box 21 can be read through the code scanning gun 27, and after the material supplement of the corresponding material channel in the material supplementing step is completed, the model switching is finished, and the normal taking state is started.
The line-edge intelligent material supplementing system can be independently operated and can also be uniformly commanded by a line-level MES and a plant-level MES; corresponding authorities can be set according to the responsibilities of different role personnel, such as storehouse material supplementing personnel, operators, quality personnel, management personnel, equipment management personnel and the like, and corresponding operation can be implemented by reading identity information through a fingerprint instrument; meanwhile, the system can form information linkage with related assembly stations and equipment through a special local area network; the device can also be connected with a printing device to print information such as real-time online material types, quantity, scrap material statistical tables and the like; data such as the feeding time interval, the frequency of material shortage and the like of each material channel can be acquired by an upper computer system of the line side bin, and the capacity of the material box, the feeding time and the like are optimized according to the data.

The line edge intelligent material supplementing system is characterized by comprising a background management control system and a material rack, wherein the material rack comprises a rack frame (1), and a material conveying assembly (2), a controller (3), a host (4) and a display screen (5) which are arranged on the rack frame (1); the line-edge intelligent material supplementing system is associated with an assembly line and a warehouse, identifies and binds materials and material positions, shares the material demand condition of the assembly line in real time, generates material statistical data in real time, and is configured with a material position reminding function; the line-edge intelligent feeding system can display material information in real time and feed back the material information to an operator through the display screen (5); the line-edge intelligent material supplementing system is provided with a material supplementing function, the material consumption condition is counted in real time through correlating a material list and the number of finished products, and material supplementing information is fed back to a warehouse in time for material supplementing.

The line-edge intelligent feeding system of claim 1, wherein the line-edge intelligent feeding system is configured with a model change guidance function, and can prompt three states of retention, material returning and material loading; the line-edge intelligent feeding system is provided with a user authority function, and corresponding user authorities can be set according to the responsibilities of people with different roles.

The line edge intelligent feeding system according to claim 1, wherein the material conveying assemblies (2) are provided with a plurality of groups, each group of the material conveying assemblies (2) comprises a material box (21) and a first rib fluency strip (22), the material box (21) is arranged above the first rib fluency strip (22) and can freely slide along the first rib fluency strip (22), the front end and the rear end of the first rib fluency strip (22) are respectively fixed on the front beam (11) and the rear beam (12) of the rack frame (1) through fixing supports (23), the first rib fluency strip (22) is obliquely arranged at a certain angle, and the height position of the front end of the first rib fluency strip (22) is lower than that of the rear end of the first rib fluency strip.

A line edge intelligent feeding system according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of groups of empty box conveying assemblies (6), wherein each group of empty box conveying assemblies (6) comprises a second edge flow guide strip (61) and an empty box (62), the empty box (62) is arranged above the second edge flow guide strip (61), a front fixing beam (14) and a rear fixing beam (15) perpendicular to the longitudinal beam (13) of the rack frame (1) are arranged on the outer side of the longitudinal beam (13), the front end and the rear end of the second edge flow guide strip (61) are respectively and fixedly mounted on the front fixing beam (14) and the rear fixing beam (15) through fixing brackets (23), the second edge flow guide strip (61) is obliquely arranged at a certain angle, and the height position of the front end is higher than that of the rear end.
