The buffer plate 11 may be made of elastic plastic or metal, or other known materials. The elasticity can be from the material itself or from an elastic element cooperating therewith. The elastic element may be a spring or other common elastic element. The buffer plate 11 has no minute holes and thus is easy to clean.
When only one buffer plate 11 is used, it may be disposed in parallel to one side of the main body frame 1 to divide the inner space of the main body frame 1 into the accommodating space 4 of the flexible freezing and thawing bag and the space for absorbing expansion during freezing and thawing. Similarly, when 2 buffer plates 11 are used, 2 buffer plates can be arranged in parallel, or 2 buffer plates 11 can be arranged in perpendicular to each other, so as to form a flexible freeze-thaw bag containing space 4 and 2 spaces for absorbing expansion during freeze thawing. In some examples of contact type horizontal freeze/thaw boxes, a plurality of buffer plates 11 are provided in the main body frame 1. The uniformity in all directions is guaranteed. In some examples of contact-type horizontal freezing and thawing boxes, the space between the buffer plate 11 and the main body frame 1 is provided with an elastic member. The elastic part enables the buffer plate 11 to be in more sufficient contact with the side surface of the freeze-thaw bag under the action of elasticity.
In order to obtain better heat transfer effect, the surfaces of the upper cover 3 and the lower base plate 2, which are in direct contact with the freeze-thawing bag, are made of metal materials, and the metal materials can be stainless steel and the like.
In some examples of contact type horizontal freeze-thaw boxes, the main body frame 1 is provided with a slide 13, and the lower plate 2 is engaged with the main body frame 1 through the slide 13. This facilitates assembly and also facilitates replacement of damaged components. Of course, the lower plate 2 may be directly fixed to the main body frame 1.
