a water tank 3 and an evaporation and humidification net 4 are arranged in the shell 1; the evaporation and humidification net 4 is rotatably arranged on the water tank 3, and the axis of a rotating shaft of the evaporation and humidification net is horizontally arranged;
the bottom of the water tank 3 is provided with 3 ultrasonic atomizers 5; the upper side of the ultrasonic atomizer 5 is provided with a guide plate 6, and the guide plate 6 is used for guiding water mist and/or water column generated when the ultrasonic atomizer 5 vibrates to the side wall of the evaporation and humidification net 4.
The evaporation and humidification net 4 is cylindrical, and a bearing for supporting the evaporation and humidification net 4 is arranged on the water tank 3; and rotating shafts matched with the bearings are arranged at two ends of the evaporation and humidification net 4.
The air inlets 11 are arranged on two sides of the shell 1 and respectively face two ends of the evaporation and humidification net 4. When the fan 2 is turned on, air flow can be accelerated to enter the hollow inside of the cylindrical evaporation and humidification screen 4 from the air inlet 11, and then the air escapes from the side wall of the evaporation and humidification screen 4 and carries water vapor to be discharged from the air outlet 12.
The side wall of the evaporation and humidification net 4 is made of a water absorbing material with air permeability, and the material is HEPA, and can be one of PP filter paper, glass fiber, composite PP-PET filter paper, melt-blown polyester non-woven fabric or melt-blown glass fiber.
The guide plate 6 is obliquely arranged towards the side wall of the evaporation and humidification net 4; the height of the end edge of the guide plate 6 from the bottom of the water tank 3 is larger than the height of the lowest point of the side wall of the evaporation and humidification net 4 from the bottom of the water tank 3.
The guide plate 6 comprises a distribution plate 61 arranged at the front end of the guide plate and 4 arc-shaped bus bars 62 arranged at the rear end of the guide plate; a water column through hole 63 is arranged between the distribution plate 61 and the arc-shaped bus bar 62 on the guide plate 6 and is used for allowing part of water column generated by the ultrasonic atomizer 5 to pass through; the arc-shaped converging ribs 62 are used for collecting and converging water drops; the distributing plate 61 is used for uniformly distributing the collected water drops and water flows out from the end edges of the water drops and the water flows;
the arc-shaped bus bars 62 are semicircular, 4 arc-shaped bus bars 62 are concentrically arranged, and gaps are reserved between adjacent arc-shaped bus bars 62. The gaps between adjacent arc-shaped bus bars 62 are the same. The gap is favorable for the penetration of the water column formed by the ultrasonic atomizer 5 without blocking the formation of the water column, so that the influence on the atomization effect can be avoided.
An arc groove is formed in the upper end face of the arc-shaped bus bar 62; the upper surface of the distribution plate 61 is coplanar with the arc groove bottoms of the arc bus bars 62.
The cross section of the arc-shaped bus bar 62 is in an arrow shape, and the cross section of the arc-shaped groove is in a V shape.
Water blocking strips are arranged on two sides of the distribution plate 61 and are used for preventing water flow from flowing out of two sides of the distribution plate 61. The water bar is flush with the upper end surface of the arc-shaped bus bar 62.
The upper surface of the distribution plate 61 is provided with a bump array 64 for uniformly dividing the water flow;
as shown in fig. 6, the bump array 64 is formed by 3 rows of arrow-shaped bumps arranged in a staggered manner, that is, any arrow-shaped bump tip in a row distant from the arc-shaped bus bar 62 is directed to a space portion of an arrow-shaped bump in a row close to the arc-shaped bus bar 62. In this embodiment, the arrow of the first arrowhead-shaped bump close to the arc-shaped busbar 62 is opposite to the middle of the arc-shaped groove of the arc-shaped busbar 62, so that the water flowing out of the arc-shaped groove can be effectively split, and then the final water flow is uniformly distributed at the front end of the distribution plate 61 through the dislocated probabilistic thinning branches of the bump array 64.
The guide plate 6 is provided with a mounting shaft 65; the axis of the mounting shaft 65 is parallel to the front edge of the distribution plate 61.
The mounting shaft 65 is connected to the water tank 3. One end of the mounting shaft 65 is rotatably connected with the water tank 3, and the other end of the mounting shaft is connected with a steering engine arranged on the water tank 3. The steering engine is electrically connected with a main controller of the humidifier, and the steering engine is controlled by the main controller to adjust the inclination of the guide plate 6. Further, the gap between the end edge of the deflector 6 and the side wall of the evaporation and humidification screen 4 can be adjusted, and when the gap is small, the water flow path flowing out from the front end of the distribution plate 61 can be parabolic and contact with the side wall of the evaporation and humidification screen 4. When the gap is large, the water flow path flowing out from the front end of the distribution plate 61 cannot contact the side wall of the evaporation and humidification net 4.
All the ultrasonic atomizers 5 are arranged below the arc-shaped bus bar 62 and the water column through holes 63. In this embodiment, 1 ultrasonic atomizer 5 is disposed right below the water column via hole 63, and the other 2 atomizers are disposed below the arc-shaped bus bar 62; in this way, the water column formed by at least one ultrasonic atomizer 5 can be ensured to pass through the water column through hole 63, and then the water spray scattered at the end part of the water column is uniformly scattered on the arc-shaped converging rib 62 in the falling process to realize convergence.
The distance between the ultrasonic atomizer 5 and the water column through hole 63 is smaller than the height of the water column generated under the rated power of the ultrasonic atomizer 5.
One end of the bottom of the water tank 3, which is far away from the guide plate 6, is provided with a boss 31, and the side surface of the boss 31 is a cambered surface which is in clearance fit with the side wall of the evaporation and humidification net 4. Preferably, the lowest point of the cambered surface is higher than the upper surface of the ultrasonic atomizer 5, and the boss 31 is beneficial to the water to flow back to the ultrasonic atomizer 5 of the water tank 3, so that the circulating atomization of the water is realized.
As shown in fig. 9, the water tank 3 needs to maintain a certain water level for the ultrasonic atomizer 5 to perform atomization, a water tank 7 is disposed in the housing 1, a water outlet of the water tank 7 is communicated with the bottom of the water tank 3 through an electromagnetic valve, a water level sensor is disposed on a side wall of the water tank 3 to determine whether the electromagnetic valve needs to be opened for adding water, but the structure is not limited thereto, and in order to maintain a certain water level of the water tank 3, any prior art can be adopted, and details are not repeated here.
Based on the humidifier structure of the present embodiment, the present embodiment provides a low power consumption control method:
1) After the engine is started, the main controller controls the installation shaft 65 of the guide plate 6 to rotate by sending an instruction to the steering engine so that the end edge of the guide plate 6 is in clearance fit with the side wall of the evaporation and humidification net 4; the size of the gap is preset to be D1 according to the requirement, and the size of the D1 is enough that water flowing out of the front end of the distribution plate 61 can be contacted with the side wall of the evaporation and humidification screen 4; then, the ultrasonic atomizer 5 is opened to form a water column which can penetrate through the guide plate 6, water spray scattered at the end part of the water column generated by the ultrasonic atomizer 5 is uniformly scattered on the arc-shaped converging ribs 62 in the falling process to realize converging and then is guided to the upper surface of the distribution plate 61, then, probability refining branches are carried out through the staggered bump arrays 64, and finally, water flow is uniformly distributed and flows out at the front end of the distribution plate 61 and is sprayed on the side wall of the evaporation and humidification net 4;
2) Controlling the steering engine to adjust the rotation of the mounting shaft 65 of the deflector 6 so as to control the inclination of the deflector 6 to a value D2 between the end edge of the deflector and the side wall of the evaporation and humidification screen 4, wherein the value D2 is preset to be a specific fixed value so that water flowing out of the front end of the distribution plate 61 cannot contact with the side wall of the evaporation and humidification screen 4;
3) And the steering engine is periodically controlled to adjust the inclination of the guide plate 6, so that the gap between the end edge of the guide plate 6 and the side wall of the evaporation and humidification net 4 is switched from the state D1 to the state D2. For example, the inclination of the deflector 6 is switched every 5 minutes, so that D1 and D2 are switched to each other, and intermittent water replenishment of the evaporation and humidification screen 4 by the deflector 6 is achieved.
In the above control method, since the side wall of the evaporation and humidification screen 4 is made of the water absorbing material, the side wall will locally absorb water to generate a larger moment, so that the side wall rotates to rotate, the heavier side wall locally absorbs water to the bottom, and the side wall with less water absorption is rotated to the front of the end edge of the distribution plate 61 for supplementing water, thus the circulation is performed, but since the evaporation and humidification screen 4 needs a period of time for water evaporation, no time-consuming water supplementing is needed, no time-consuming water supplementing can affect the air permeability, the intermittent water supplementing is realized, firstly, the evaporation efficiency can be improved, secondly, the evaporation and humidification screen 4 is driven without arranging other water pumps or motors, and the running power consumption of the humidifier is greatly reduced; the energy-saving effect is realized, and the humidifying efficiency is greatly improved by combining an atomization structure, an evaporation structure and a control method.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 10-11, the humidifier structure of this embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the two ends of the evaporation and humidification screen 4 are provided with fan blades 41 that are mirror images of each other, and the fan blades 41 are coaxial with the evaporation and humidification screen 4. The installation direction of the fan blade is determined, so that when the air flowing in from the air inlet 11 flows into the two ends of the evaporation and humidification net 4, the rotation direction of the fan blade 41 driven by the air flow is the same as the rotation direction of the evaporation and humidification net 4 driven by the outlet water flow guided by the guide plate 6, and the function of assisting in improving the rotation moment of the evaporation and humidification net 4 is achieved.
Based on the humidifier structure of the present embodiment, the present embodiment provides a low power consumption control method:
1) After the engine is started, the main controller controls the installation shaft 65 of the guide plate 6 to rotate by sending an instruction to the steering engine so that the end edge of the guide plate 6 is in clearance fit with the side wall of the evaporation and humidification net 4; the size of the gap is preset to be a fixed value according to the requirement, so that water flowing out from the front end of the distribution plate 61 can be contacted with the side wall of the evaporation and humidification screen 4; then, the ultrasonic atomizer 5 is opened to adjust the power of the ultrasonic atomizer 5 to form a water column which can penetrate through the guide plate 6, water spray scattered at the end part of the water column generated by the ultrasonic atomizer 5 is uniformly scattered on the arc-shaped converging ribs 62 in the falling process to realize converging and then is guided to the upper surface of the distribution plate 61, then, branches are thinned in a probability manner through the staggered bump arrays 64, and finally, water flows are uniformly distributed and flow out at the front end of the distribution plate 61 and are sprayed on the side wall of the evaporation and humidification net 4;
2) The power of the ultrasonic atomizer 5 is periodically adjusted, so that the height of a water column formed by the ultrasonic atomizer 5 is periodically changed, the height of a water column is changed from smaller than the height of the guide plate 6 to larger than the height of the guide plate 6, intermittent water supply of the water column to the guide plate 6 is realized, and the intermittent water supplementing effect of the evaporation and humidification net 4 is finally realized.
The above is merely exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited in any way. All technical schemes formed by adopting equivalent exchange or equivalent substitution fall within the protection scope of the invention.
