With continued reference to fig. 2, a fourth threaded hole and a fifth threaded hole, which are matched with the first guide head bolt 504 and the second guide head bolt 604, are respectively formed in both sides of the first U-shaped groove 101; the two sides of the second U-shaped groove 201 are respectively provided with a first supporting groove and a second supporting groove which are matched with the first lower supporting seat 503 and the second lower supporting seat 603, and the first lower supporting seat 503 and the second lower supporting seat 603 are respectively located in the first supporting groove and the second supporting groove.
The fourth threaded hole and the fifth threaded hole are respectively located on the bottom surface of the first pressing plate 10, namely two sides of the bottom of the first U-shaped groove 101; the first supporting groove and the second supporting groove are respectively located on the top surface of the second pressing plate 20, i.e. on both sides of the top of the second U-shaped groove 201.
Wherein, the upper end of the first guiding head bolt 504 passes through the first upper supporting seat 502 and passes through the fourth threaded hole; the upper end of a second guiding head bolt 604 passes through the second upper supporting seat 602 and penetrates into a fifth threaded hole; the lower end of the first guide head bolt 504 and the lower end of the second guide head bolt 604 are inserted into the first spring 501 and the second spring 601, respectively. The upper end and the lower end of the first spring 501 respectively abut against the first upper supporting seat 502 and the first lower supporting seat 503, and the upper end and the lower end of the second spring 601 respectively abut against the second upper supporting seat 602 and the second lower supporting seat 603, so as to connect the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20.
In the embodiment of the present application, by providing the first guide head bolt 504 and the second guide head bolt 604, the first spring 501 and the second spring 601 can be stabilized, and the first spring 501 and the second spring 601 can be prevented from deviating.
With reference to fig. 2, a fourth through hole is formed in the center of any upper support seat, and a guide head bolt corresponding to the upper support seat penetrates through the fourth through hole and penetrates into the corresponding bolt hole.
Continuing to refer to fig. 2, the upper part of any one of the lower supporting seats is provided with a boss, and the outer diameter of the boss is smaller than the inner diameter of the corresponding spring, so that the boss is used for limiting the spring and preventing the spring from deviating; the lower part of any one of the supporting seats is an external thread, an internal thread matched with the external thread is arranged in the supporting groove on which the lower supporting seat is located, and the lower supporting seat is connected with the supporting groove through the external thread and the internal thread.
The first spring 501 and the second spring 601 are both CH-276 special springs, and have good compressibility and restorability, strong pressure resistance and long service life.
In the embodiment of the present application, by providing the first elastic assembly 50 and the second elastic assembly 60 to connect the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20, when the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20 need to be moved away, the first elastic assembly 50 and the second elastic assembly 60 can realize the slow moving away of the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20; when the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20 need to approach, the first elastic assembly 50 and the second elastic assembly 60 can realize the slow approach of the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20, and the polished rod is always kept in the centers of the first U-shaped groove 101 and the second U-shaped groove 201 through the slow movement of the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20.
The gap between the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20 is also used for installing a dynamometer (sensor) which is used for acquiring load change of a polished rod. When the indicator (sensor) is installed, the pumping unit unloads a load, the first pressing plate 10 is lifted upwards and is far away from the second pressing plate 20, at the moment, the first pressing plate 10 can be automatically and slowly lifted through the first elastic assembly 50 and the second elastic assembly 60, and the polished rod is always kept in the centers of the first U-shaped groove 101 and the second U-shaped groove 201; further, the situation that the indicator (sensor) can only be installed by manually lifting the first pressing plate 10 is avoided, the labor intensity of workers is effectively reduced, and the labor efficiency is improved.
When the pumping unit applies a load to the polish rod, the first pressing plate 10 is close to the second pressing plate 20, and the first elastic assembly 50 and the second elastic assembly 60 are slowly compressed, so that the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20 are slowly close to each other, the oscillation is reduced, and the polish rod is always kept in the centers of the first U-shaped groove 101 and the second U-shaped groove 201.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the left and right ends of the first pressing plate 10 are respectively provided with a first fixing hole 102 and a second fixing hole 103, and the left and right ends of the second pressing plate 20 are respectively provided with a third fixing hole 202 and a fourth fixing hole 203.
The first fixing hole 102 and the third fixing hole 202 are used for fixing a first steel wire rope with a first plug at the bottom at the left ends of the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20 after the first steel wire rope passes through; and the second fixing hole 103 and the fourth fixing hole 203 are used for allowing a second steel wire rope with a second plug at the bottom to pass through and fixed at the right ends of the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20.
The first steel wire rope and the second steel wire rope are used for connecting the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20 with a horse head of the pumping unit.
The first fixing hole 102, the second fixing hole 103, the third fixing hole 202 and the fourth fixing hole 203 are all U-shaped fixing holes, and open ends of the first fixing hole 102, the second fixing hole 103, the third fixing hole 202 and the fourth fixing hole 203 face the outer side of the rope hanger.
Wherein the first fixing hole 102 and the third fixing hole 202 face the left side of the rope hanger, and the second fixing hole 103 and the fourth fixing hole 203 face the right side of the rope hanger.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the rope hanger further includes a first fixing bolt 80, a second fixing bolt 90, a third fixing bolt 100, and a fourth fixing bolt 110.
The open ends of the first fixing hole 102, the second fixing hole 103, the third fixing hole 202, and the fourth fixing hole 203 are respectively provided with a first threaded hole group, a second threaded hole group, a third threaded hole group, and a fourth threaded hole group that are matched with the first fixing bolt 80, the second fixing bolt 90, the third fixing bolt 100, and the fourth fixing bolt 110.
The first fixing bolt 80 passes through the first threaded hole group, the third fixing bolt 100 passes through the third threaded hole group, and the first steel wire rope is limited in the first fixing hole 102 and the third fixing hole 202 respectively; the second fixing bolt 90 passes through the second threaded hole group and the fourth fixing bolt 110 passes through the fourth threaded hole group, and the second wire rope is confined in the second fixing hole 103 and the fourth fixing hole 203, respectively.
Wherein the first threaded hole group, the second threaded hole group, the third threaded hole group and the fourth threaded hole group are respectively located at the left center of the first fixing hole 102, the right center of the second fixing hole 103, the left center of the third fixing hole 202 and the right center of the fourth fixing hole 203.
Wherein, still the cover is equipped with third gasket 1001 on arbitrary fixing bolt, and the front and back both ends of third gasket 1001 respectively with fixing bolt's head and the clamp plate of fixing bolt connection offset for increase fixing bolt and the area of contact of baffle 303 prevents that baffle 303 from being worn out.
A first fixing nut 1002 is further sleeved on any fixing bolt, the first fixing nut 1002 is located at the rear end of the pressing plate connected with the fixing bolt, and the fixing bolt is fixed on the pressing plate through the first fixing nut 1002 after penetrating through the corresponding threaded hole group from the front end of the pressing plate.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first fixing hole 102, the second fixing hole 103, the third fixing hole 202, and the fourth fixing hole 203 are provided to fix the first wire rope and the second wire rope, so that the connection between the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20 and the horse head is realized.
With continued reference to FIG. 2, a positioning assembly 70 is positioned between the first platen 10 and the second platen 20 for limiting the distance between the first platen 10 and the second platen 20.
The positioning assembly 70 comprises a first U-shaped support 701 and a second U-shaped support 702, a first stepped groove and a second stepped groove which are matched with the first U-shaped support 701 are respectively arranged on the bottom surface of the left side of the first pressing plate 10 and the top surface of the left side of the second pressing plate 20, and a third stepped groove and a fourth stepped groove which are matched with the second U-shaped support 702 are respectively arranged on the bottom surface of the right side of the first pressing plate 10 and the top surface of the right side of the second pressing plate 20.
The upper end and the lower end of the first U-shaped support 701 respectively abut against the first stepped groove and the second stepped groove, and the upper end and the lower end of the second U-shaped support 702 respectively abut against the third stepped groove and the fourth stepped groove, so as to limit the distance between the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the rope hanger further comprises a fifth fixing bolt 120 and a sixth fixing bolt 130. The open ends of the first U-shaped seat 701 and the second U-shaped seat 702 are both directed towards the centre of the rope hanger. The open ends of the first U-shaped support 701 and the second U-shaped support 702 are respectively provided with a fifth threaded hole group and a sixth threaded hole group which are matched with the fifth fixing bolt 120 and the sixth fixing bolt 130; the fifth fixing bolt 120 passes through the fifth threaded hole group to limit the first steel wire rope passing through the first U-shaped support 701 in the first U-shaped support 701; the sixth fixing bolt 130 passes through the sixth threaded hole group to restrain the second wire rope passing through the second U bracket 702 within the second U bracket 702.
Wherein, the first U-shaped seat 701 and the second U-shaped seat 702 are respectively located at the outer side of the first elastic component 50 and the second elastic component 60, and the first U-shaped seat 701 and the second U-shaped seat 702 respectively face the first elastic component 50 and the second elastic component 60.
Wherein, the fifth threaded hole group and the sixth threaded hole group are respectively positioned at the center of the right side of the first U-shaped support 701 and the center of the left side of the second U-shaped support 702.
Continuing to refer to fig. 2, a fourth gasket 1301 is further sleeved on any fixing bolt, and the front end and the rear end of the fourth gasket 1301 are respectively abutted to the U-shaped support connected with the fixing screw and the head of the fixing screw, so that the contact area between the fixing bolt and the U-shaped support is increased, and the U-shaped support is prevented from being worn out.
A second fixing nut 1302 is further sleeved on any fixing bolt, the second fixing nut 1302 is located at the rear end of the U-shaped support connected with the fixing bolt, and the fixing bolt is fixed on the U-shaped support through the second fixing nut 1302 after penetrating through the corresponding threaded hole group from the front end of the U-shaped support.
With reference to fig. 2, the first steel wire rope sequentially passes through the first fixing hole 102 of the upper press plate, the first U-shaped support 701 and the third fixing hole 202 of the lower press plate, and because the open ends of the first fixing hole 102 and the third fixing hole 202 are both facing the outer side of the rope hanger, the open end of the first U-shaped support 701 faces the center of the rope hanger, in this way, the first steel wire rope is not easy to deviate and drop through the design of crossing the directions of the open ends of the first fixing hole 102, the first U-shaped support 701 and the third fixing hole 202. The second wire rope passes second fixed orifices 103 of top board in proper order, the fourth fixed orifices 203 of second U type support 702 and holding down plate, because the open end of second fixed orifices 103 and fourth fixed orifices 203 all faces the outside of polished rod eye, the open end of second U type support 702 faces the center of polished rod eye, like this, through the beginning end direction cross design with second fixed orifices 103, second U type support 702 and fourth fixed orifices 203, make the difficult off tracking of second wire rope, and be difficult for droing.
In the embodiment of the present application, by providing the positioning assembly 70, the distance between the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20 when approaching can be effectively limited, and the first elastic assembly 50 and the second elastic assembly 60 can be prevented from being compressed too much, which results in the damage of the indicator (sensor) and other parts between the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20 caused by the contact between the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20.
The rope hanger of the embodiment of the application is proved to have the characteristics of safety, high efficiency, durability, convenience, easiness in operation and the like through field application, the design requirement is met, and the strength and the lifting force meet the field application condition.
The working principle of the rope hanger provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows:
after the first pressing plate 10 and the second pressing plate 20 are connected with the horse head of the pumping unit through the first steel wire rope and the second steel wire rope, the polished rod sequentially penetrates through the second U-shaped groove 201 of the second pressing plate 20 and the first U-shaped groove 101 of the first pressing plate 10 from bottom to top, the polished rod is screwed into the baffle 303 through the guide bolts 304 of the first roller assembly 30 and the second roller assembly 40, the support frame 302 is pushed to drive the pulley 301 to advance into the U-shaped groove, the front end of the pulley 301 is abutted to the polished rod, and the polished rod is limited in the center of the U-shaped groove.
The embodiment of the application provides a polished rod eye, because the polished rod that enters into first U type groove 101 can be restricted at the center of first U type groove 101 by first roller components 30, the polished rod that enters into second U type groove 201 can be restricted at the center of second U type groove 201 by second roller components 40, and because first U type groove 101 and second U type groove 201 are respectively located at the center of first clamp plate 10 and second clamp plate 20 of this polished rod eye, like this, just realize restricting the polished rod at the center of this polished rod eye, and then realized the centering of polished rod and polished rod eye, need not artifical hand polished rod eye, thereby improved the efficiency of polished rod centering polished rod eye.

Claims (10)

1. A rope hanger, comprising: the device comprises a first pressing plate (10), a second pressing plate (20), a first roller assembly (30), a second roller assembly (40), a first elastic assembly (50), a second elastic assembly (60) and a positioning assembly (70);
the first pressing plate (10) is positioned above the second pressing plate (20), and the first pressing plate (10) and the second pressing plate (20) are connected through the first elastic assembly (50) and the second elastic assembly (60);
the positioning assembly (70) is positioned between the first platen (10) and the second platen (20) for limiting the distance between the first platen (10) and the second platen (20);
a first U-shaped groove (101) is formed in the center of the first pressing plate (10), and a second U-shaped groove (201) is formed in the center of the second pressing plate (20);
the front end of the first U-shaped groove (101) is an open end and is blocked by the first roller assembly (30);
the front end of the second U-shaped groove (201) is an open end and is blocked by the second roller assembly (40);
the first roller assembly (30) is used for limiting a polished rod entering the first U-shaped groove (101) to the center of the first U-shaped groove (101);
the second roller assembly (40) is used for limiting the polish rod entering the second U-shaped groove (201) to the center of the second U-shaped groove (201).
2. The rope hanger of claim 1, wherein any one of the roller assemblies comprises a pulley (301), a support frame (302), a baffle (303) and a guide bolt (304);
the guide bolt (304) penetrates through the baffle (303) to be connected with the rear end of the supporting frame (302), and the front end of the supporting frame (302) is connected with the pulley (301);
a baffle plate (303) groove matched with the baffle plate (303) is formed in the opening end of the U-shaped groove blocked by the roller assembly, and the roller assembly is connected with the U-shaped groove through the baffle plate (303) and the baffle plate (303) groove;
the guide bolt (304) is screwed into the baffle (303) to push the support frame (302) to drive the pulley (301) to advance towards the U-shaped groove, so that the front end of the pulley (301) is abutted against the polished rod to limit the polished rod at the center of the U-shaped groove.
3. The rope hanger as claimed in claim 2, wherein any one of the roller assemblies further comprises a first fixing screw (305) and a second fixing screw (306), both sides of the baffle plate (303) are respectively provided with a first through hole and a second through hole matched with the first fixing screw (305) and the second fixing screw (306), both sides of the groove of the baffle plate (303) are respectively provided with a first threaded hole and a second threaded hole matched with the first fixing screw (305) and the second fixing screw (306);
the first fixing screw (305) sequentially penetrates through the first through hole and the first threaded hole to connect the baffle plate (303) and one side of the baffle plate (303) groove;
the second fixing screw (306) sequentially penetrates through the second through hole and the second threaded hole to connect the baffle plate (303) and the other side of the baffle plate (303) groove.

The rope hanger as claimed in claim 2, wherein any one of the roller assemblies further comprises a third fixing screw (307), the center of the supporting frame (302) is provided with a central hole matched with the third fixing screw (307), and the front end of the guide bolt (304) is provided with a third threaded hole matched with the third fixing screw (307);
the third fixing screw (307) penetrates through the central hole and penetrates into a third threaded hole of the guide bolt (304) to connect the support frame (302) and the guide bolt (304).
5. The rope hanger of claim 2, wherein any one of the roller assemblies further comprises a fixing rod (308), a first U-shaped clip (309) and a second U-shaped clip (3010);
the supporting frame (302) is a U-shaped supporting frame (302), and a first through hole and a second through hole which are matched with the fixing rod (308) are respectively formed in two sides of the front end of the U-shaped supporting frame (302);
a third through hole matched with the fixing rod (308) is formed in the center of the pulley (301);
the fixing rod (308) sequentially penetrates through the first through hole, the third through hole and the second through hole, and the pulley (301) is fixed at the front end of the U-shaped supporting frame (302);
the first U-shaped clamp (309) and the second U-shaped clamp (3010) are connected to two ends of the fixing rod (308) respectively and used for plugging the fixing rod (308).

The rope hanger according to claim 1, characterized in that the first elastic assembly (50) and the second elastic assembly (60) are located between the first pressure plate (10) and the second pressure plate (20) and are respectively located on both sides of the first U-shaped groove (101) and the second U-shaped groove (201);
the first elastic assembly (50) comprises a first spring (501), a first upper supporting seat (502), a first lower supporting seat (503) and a first guide head bolt (504), and the second elastic assembly (60) comprises a second spring (601), a second upper supporting seat (602), a second lower supporting seat (603) and a second guide head bolt (604);
a fourth threaded hole and a fifth threaded hole which are matched with the first guide head bolt (504) and the second guide head bolt (604) are respectively formed in two sides of the first U-shaped groove (101);
a first supporting groove and a second supporting groove which are matched with the first lower supporting seat (503) and the second lower supporting seat (603) are respectively arranged on two sides of the second U-shaped groove (201), and the first lower supporting seat (503) and the second lower supporting seat (603) are respectively located in the first supporting groove and the second supporting groove;
the upper end of the first guide head bolt (504) penetrates through the first upper supporting seat (502) and penetrates into the fourth threaded hole;
the upper end of the second guide head bolt (604) penetrates through the second upper supporting seat (602) and penetrates into the fifth threaded hole;
the lower end of the first guide head bolt (504) and the lower end of the second guide head bolt (604) penetrate into the first spring (501) and the second spring (601) respectively;
the upper end and the lower end of the first spring (501) are respectively abutted to the first upper supporting seat (502) and the first lower supporting seat (503), and the upper end and the lower end of the second spring (601) are respectively abutted to the second upper supporting seat (602) and the second lower supporting seat (603) to connect the first pressing plate (10) and the second pressing plate (20).

The rope hanger according to claim 1, characterized in that the left and right ends of the first pressing plate (10) are respectively provided with a first fixing hole (102) and a second fixing hole (103), and the left and right ends of the second pressing plate (20) are respectively provided with a third fixing hole (202) and a fourth fixing hole (203);
the first fixing hole (102) and the third fixing hole (202) are used for enabling a first steel wire rope with a first plug at the bottom to penetrate through and then to be fixed at the left ends of the first pressing plate (10) and the second pressing plate (20);
the second fixing hole (103) and the fourth fixing hole (203) are used for enabling a second steel wire rope with a second plug at the bottom to penetrate through and be fixed at the right ends of the first pressing plate (10) and the second pressing plate (20);
the first steel wire rope and the second steel wire rope are used for connecting the first pressing plate (10) and the second pressing plate (20) with a horse head of the oil pumping unit.
8. The rope hanger of claim 7, further comprising a first fixing bolt (80), a second fixing bolt (90), a third fixing bolt (100), and a fourth fixing bolt (110);
the first fixing hole (102), the second fixing hole (103), the third fixing hole (202) and the fourth fixing hole (203) are all U-shaped fixing holes, and open ends of the first fixing hole (102), the second fixing hole (103), the third fixing hole (202) and the fourth fixing hole (203) face the outer side of the rope hanger;
the open ends of the first fixing hole (102), the second fixing hole (103), the third fixing hole (202) and the fourth fixing hole (203) are respectively provided with a first threaded hole group, a second threaded hole group, a third threaded hole group and a fourth threaded hole group which are matched with the first fixing bolt (80), the second fixing bolt (90), the third fixing bolt (100) and the fourth fixing bolt (110);
-the first fixing bolt (80) is threaded through the first set of threaded holes, -the third fixing bolt (100) is threaded through the third set of threaded holes, confining the first wire rope within the first fixing hole (102) and within the third fixing hole (202), respectively;
the second fixing bolt (90) passes through the second threaded hole group, and the fourth fixing bolt (110) passes through the fourth threaded hole group, so that the second wire rope is respectively limited in the second fixing hole (103) and the fourth fixing hole (203).

The rope hanger according to claim 1, characterized in that the positioning assembly (70) comprises a first U-shaped support (701) and a second U-shaped support (702), the left bottom surface of the first pressing plate (10) and the left top surface of the second pressing plate (20) are respectively provided with a first stepped groove and a second stepped groove matched with the first U-shaped support (701), and the right bottom surface of the first pressing plate (10) and the right top surface of the second pressing plate (20) are respectively provided with a third stepped groove and a fourth stepped groove matched with the second U-shaped support (702);
the upper end and the lower extreme of first U type support (701) respectively with first step groove with the second step groove offsets, the upper end and the lower extreme of second U type support (702) respectively with the third step groove with the fourth step groove offsets, in order to restrict first clamp plate (10) with distance between second clamp plate (20).
10. A rope hanger according to claim 9, characterised in that the hanger further comprises a fifth fixing bolt (120) and a sixth fixing bolt (130);
the open ends of the first U-shaped support (701) and the second U-shaped support (702) face to the center of the rope hanger;
the open ends of the first U-shaped support (701) and the second U-shaped support (702) are respectively provided with a fifth threaded hole group and a sixth threaded hole group which are matched with the fifth fixing bolt (120) and the sixth fixing bolt (130);
the fifth fixing bolt (120) penetrates through the fifth threaded hole group to limit a first steel wire rope penetrating through the first U-shaped support (701) in the first U-shaped support (701);
the sixth fixing bolt (130) passes through the sixth threaded hole group, and a second steel wire rope passing through the second U-shaped support (702) is limited in the second U-shaped support (702).
