Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of repairing equipment of large-scale main driving bearing rings for tunnel boring machines, in particular to repairing equipment and method of a main driving bearing ring of a laser cladding tunnel boring machine.
Background
The main driving bearing of the large tunnel boring machine has the advantages of severe working condition load and high reliability requirement, and the main bearing plays roles of connecting a cutter head, transmitting torque and bearing main thrust. In the tunneling process, the tunnel boring machine is affected by different stratum and is subjected to complex load actions such as high impact, large unbalanced load and strong vibration, and because of the complexity of load working conditions, when the main driving bearing rings are abnormally damaged, particularly when the inner rings and the outer rings are pitted or worn, cracks are generated between the inner rings and the outer rings and the rollers by pressure, and the service life of the main bearing is gradually shortened along with the gradual increase of the cracks, so that the main bearing needs to be replaced to a certain extent. The existing repair for the losses of the large main driving bearing for the tunnel boring machine is mainly to repair a large machine tool on the surfacing of a transportation factory after disassembly, and the traditional repair mode has the defects of high repair cost, difficult repair and long repair period.
In the adopted technology, a laser cladding method is proposed to repair the cracks, for example, in the published patent document, the application number is CN202010811642.5, the method is named as a clamp for repairing a sealing runway of a tunnel boring machine by laser cladding, the clamp with a rotation mechanism is utilized to clamp the sealing runway, and then the sealing runway is repaired by the cladding mechanism. In addition, the technical ideas of clamping and rotation proposed by the patent still have the following technical difficulties aiming at a main driving bearing ring for a tunnel boring machine: 1. the repair of the main driving bearing ring comprises inner ring repair and outer ring repair, and is compared with the design in a file, and only one surface of the sealing runway can be repaired; 2. the extrusion fixing mode is unfavorable for equipment with high surface precision, and secondary damage can be brought to parts.
In order to solve the problems, the main driving bearing ring repairing equipment and the repairing method for the laser cladding tunnel boring machine, which are designed by the invention, innovate the repairing mode of the large main driving bearing for the conventional tunnel boring machine, change the problem that the large machine tool on a transport factory is returned after the traditional main driving bearing repairing must be disassembled, realize the repairing of the main bearing ring outside a tunnel engineering site by the main driving bearing repairing equipment for the laser cladding tunnel boring machine, and ensure that the strength of the repaired bearing ring can meet the design requirement, and solve the problems of the large main driving bearing repairing cost, the difficult repairing and the long repairing period of the large tunnel boring machine in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of high repair cost, difficult repair and long repair period of a main driving bearing ring in tunnel boring machine equipment in the prior art.
The specific scheme of the invention is as follows: the repair device comprises a repair vehicle for bearing the cladding device and a clamping frame for clamping the repaired main driving bearing ring device, wherein the clamping frame is provided with a driving mechanism for driving the repaired main driving bearing ring device to roll; the clamping frame is split and comprises a bottom bracket and an auxiliary support frame at the side edge part, at least 3 line contacts are formed between the clamping frame and the repaired main driving bearing ring equipment, the auxiliary support frame comprises a side edge hydraulic cylinder, the bottom of the side edge hydraulic cylinder is fixedly arranged on the auxiliary support frame through hinged connection, and the top of the side edge hydraulic cylinder is connected with a friction roller or a supporting plate through hinged connection; the bottom bracket is provided with a claw, the lower part of the bottom bracket is provided with a sliding platform, the bottom of the sliding platform is provided with a screw hole, a screw rod is arranged in the screw hole and connected with a screw rod motor, and the bottom of the screw rod motor is provided with a motor fixing frame; the auxiliary support frame is provided with friction rollers, and one of the friction rollers is connected with a transmission motor; the sliding platform is also provided with a round runout measuring element; the bottom of the sliding platform is provided with a lifting adjusting hydraulic cylinder group.
In specific implementation, the circle runout measuring element comprises a mounting bracket, one end of the mounting bracket is mounted on the sliding platform, a locating point is provided with a rotary connection, and the other end of the mounting bracket is provided with a measuring meter for measuring roundness.

The repair vehicle is provided with a power source, the tail end of the repair vehicle is provided with a traction ring, the corresponding clamping frame is provided with a pull lug, two ends of the connecting rope are respectively fixed on the traction ring and the pull lug, and a detachable assembling plate is correspondingly arranged between the bottom bracket and the auxiliary supporting frame.
The method for repairing the main driving bearing ring for the laser cladding tunnel boring machine comprises the following steps:
(1) Transferring the part to be repaired; when pitting or abrasion occurs on the main driving bearing ring, the transition is realized by hoisting in the shield until the main driving bearing ring is positioned above the clamping frame, and the main driving bearing ring is taken out of the tunnel construction area and enters the preparation area;
(2) Measuring data and determining a repair scheme; the clamping frame drives the repaired main driving bearing ring to rotate, the circle runout measuring element measures the abrasion depth in the process, and data are collected to form a repairing scheme;
(3) Repairing: and (3) adjusting the positions of the repairing vehicle and the spray head to ensure that the positions of the repairing vehicle and the spray head are vertical to the repaired surface and are within the cladding working distance, and the repaired main driving bearing ring rolls at a speed of less than 0.3 revolution/minute to finish repairing the pitting or abrasion point.
In the step (3), when the crushing points are distributed in a curve shape, the screw motor is started to form a spiral repairing track.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the main driving bearing ring for the tunnel boring machine is beneficial to the rapid repair of the main driving bearing ring, has good repair effect and greatly prolongs the service life of equipment;
the horizontal displacement of the main driving bearing ring adopts a thread stepping mode, so that the transmission is stable, and meanwhile, the transmission precision is high;
the inner surface or the outer surface can be repaired, the functions are various, and the equipment is assembled equipment which is convenient to repair;
quality inspection measurement can be carried out on the repaired equipment, so that the repairing effect is improved;
the combination of the hydraulic cylinder and the screw motor can realize the integral tapping of the clamping frame, namely, the screw motor is started before and after the process of extending and positioning the hydraulic cylinder, the distance of related parts is adjusted, and the effect of adjusting the relative displacement of the parts is realized;
intermittent lifting and stepping can be realized by controlling the lifting hydraulic cylinder, and the working conditions of different stages are adapted; the invention can be used for realizing the transition from the shield tail to the maintenance area by combining the repair vehicle and the clamping frame as a whole, the feeding trolley can be assembled by simple equipment deformation without external hoisting by means of a truss, and then the maintenance area is subjected to deformation again and then enters a maintenance station.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, it being understood that the preferred embodiments described herein are for illustration and explanation of the present invention only, and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Example 1
The main driving bearing ring repairing device for the laser cladding tunnel boring machine comprises a repairing vehicle 1 for bearing cladding equipment and a clamping frame for clamping the repaired main driving bearing ring equipment 2, wherein the clamping frame is provided with a driving mechanism for driving the repaired main driving bearing ring equipment 2 to roll; the clamping frame is split and comprises a bottom bracket 3 and an auxiliary support frame 4 at the side edge part, at least 3 line contacts are formed between the clamping frame and the repaired main driving bearing ring equipment 2, the auxiliary support frame comprises a side edge hydraulic cylinder, the bottom of the side edge hydraulic cylinder is fixedly arranged on the auxiliary support frame through hinged connection, and the top of the side edge hydraulic cylinder is connected with a friction roller or a supporting plate through hinged connection; the bottom bracket 3 is provided with a claw 5, the lower part of the bottom bracket 3 is provided with a sliding platform 6, the bottom of the sliding platform 6 is provided with a screw hole, a screw rod 7 is arranged in the screw hole, the screw rod 7 is connected with a screw rod motor, and the bottom of the screw rod motor is provided with a motor fixing frame; the friction rollers 12 are arranged on the auxiliary supporting frame 4, and one of the friction rollers 12 is connected with a transmission motor; the sliding platform 6 is also provided with a circle runout measuring element; the bottom of the sliding platform 6 is provided with a lifting adjusting hydraulic cylinder group 11. During repairing, the main driving bearing ring can be adjusted to a repairing position in a rolling state, then the spray head works, and in the embodiment, the position of the repairing vehicle 1 can be adjusted in real time according to specific working conditions.
The circle runout measuring element comprises a mounting bracket 13, one end of the mounting bracket 13 is mounted on the sliding platform 6, a locating point is provided with a rotary connection, and the other end is provided with a measuring meter 14 for measuring roundness. In the working process, the adjusting cross rod can be rotationally connected with the positioning point, and the measuring meter can be in sliding connection with the adjusting cross rod to realize position adjustment.
The installation support 13 is provided with a height adjusting ring 15, the height adjusting ring 15 is in interference fit with the round runout measuring element, clearance fit is arranged between the round runout measuring element and the reserved hole in the installation support 13, the outer portion of the height adjusting ring 15 is further provided with a fixed block 16, the height adjusting ring 15 is connected with the fixed block 16 through a locating pin, and the fixed block 16 is clamped on the reserved hole. In the working process, the rotation and the pulling are combined with gravity to adjust the measuring meter 14 to the correct position, and then the positioning is realized by connecting the positioning pins, after the main driving bearing ring rolls, the circle runout and the pitting or wearing depth of the pitting or wearing position can be measured, and if the main driving bearing ring can contact with the statistical equipment, the length of the pitting or wearing to be repaired can also be measured.
The mounting bracket 13 is also provided with an adjusting cross bar 17 for adjusting the transverse position of the measuring meter 14. The adjusting mode is flexible.
The claw 5 comprises a vertical rod and a clamping roller arranged on the vertical rod, and the lower end of the vertical rod is fixed on the bottom bracket 3. In a specific working condition, the position of the clamping roller can be adjusted and locked by means of a hydraulic cylinder so as to adapt to main driving bearing rings with different widths.
And the cladding equipment is provided with a freedom degree adjusting bracket along the three-coordinate direction in the Cartesian coordinate system. At each repair point, the position of the spray head is arranged in advance, the real-time laser cladding repair is prepared, and due to the fact that the self-weight is large, the rotation is difficult, the circumferential deformation factor exists with the main driving bearing ring, the repair of the main driving bearing ring for a tunneling machine is not performed before, the circle runout can be measured on one hand, the practical measuring equipment is extended on the other hand, the roundness of the main driving bearing ring can be measured, the split design is convenient, when the main driving bearing ring is out of round, the two sides are pressurized or stretched, the reverse correction is realized, and the repair of various modes is realized.
In this embodiment, a support plate 23 and a bottom-supported friction roller 24 are also added for support stabilization.
In this embodiment, the multiple wire contacts achieve stability of support on the one hand and stability of rotation on the other hand.
The method for repairing the main driving bearing ring for the laser cladding tunnel boring machine comprises the following steps:
