the device is characterized in that the fixing mechanism (3) is arranged on the base (1), and the fixing mechanism (3) comprises a pressing rod (3 a), a first connecting rod (3 b), a second connecting rod (3 c), a hinging block (3 d), a sliding groove (3 e), a locking assembly (3 f), an unlocking assembly (3 g), a resetting assembly (3 h) and a pressing groove (3 i);
the pressing groove (3 i) is arranged on the upper part of the base (1) along the height direction of the base (1);
the pressing rod (3 a) is arranged in the pressing groove (3 i) in a slidable manner along the length direction of the pressing groove (3 i);
two first connecting rods (3 b) are arranged, and the two first connecting rods (3 b) are respectively hinged with the two sides of the bottom of the pressing rod (3 a);
the sliding groove (3 e) penetrates through the side wall of the base (1) along the length direction of the base (1);
two second connecting rods (3 c) are arranged, the second connecting rods (3 c) are symmetrically and slidably arranged in the sliding grooves (3 e) relative to the pressing rod (3 a), and one end of each second connecting rod (3 c) is hinged with one end, away from the pressing rod (3 a), of the first connecting rod (3 b);
two hinging blocks (3 d) are arranged, the two hinging blocks (3 d) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the base (1), and the hinging blocks (3 d) are hinged with the base (1);
the locking assembly (3 f) is arranged on the side wall of the pressing groove (3 i), and the locking assembly (3 f) is used for locking the pressing rod (3 a);
the unlocking assembly (3 g) is arranged on the pressing rod (3 a), and the unlocking assembly (3 g) is used for unlocking the locking assembly (3 f);
the reset component (3 h) is arranged on the sliding groove (3 e) below the pressing rod (3 a), and the reset component (3 h) is used for pushing the pressing rod (3 a) to reset.
2. The cable drum fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the locking assembly (3 f) comprises a first placing groove (3 f 1), a first spring (3 f 2), a clamping block (3 f 3) and a clamping groove (3 f 4);
the first placing groove (3 f 1) is formed in the groove wall of the pressing groove (3 i);
the clamping blocks (3 f 3) are rotatably arranged in the first placing grooves (3 f 1), and first gaps are reserved between the clamping blocks (3 f 3) and the first placing grooves (3 f 1);
the clamping groove (3 f 4) is formed in the side wall of the pressing rod (3 a);
a first spring (3 f 2) is disposed in the first gap.
3. A cable drum fixing device according to claim 2, characterized in that the unlocking assembly (3 g) comprises an unlocking block (3 g 1), a pressing ring (3 g 2) and a second spring (3 g 3);
the pressing ring (3 g 2) is arranged below the top of the pressing rod (3 a), and a second gap is reserved between the upper part of the pressing ring (3 g 2) and the upper part of the pressing rod (3 a);
at least one second spring (3 g 3) is arranged, and the second spring (3 g 3) is arranged in the second gap;
the unlocking block (3 g 1) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the pressing ring (3 g 2).
4. A cable drum fixture device according to claim 1, characterized in that the return member (3 h) comprises a first placement groove (3 f 1) and a third spring (3 h 2);
the first placing groove (3 f 1) is formed in a sliding groove (3 e) below the pressing rod (3 a), and a third gap is formed between the bottom of the pressing rod (3 a) and the bottom of the sliding groove (3 e);
the third spring (3 h 2) is disposed in the third gap.
5. A cable drum fixing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing mechanism (3) further comprises a first extension rod (3 c 1) and a roller (3 c 2);
at least two first extension rods (3 c 1) are arranged, and the two first extension rods (3 c 1) are correspondingly arranged at one end, far away from the first connecting rod (3 b), of the second connecting rod (3 c);
the roller (3 c 2) is rotatably arranged on one side of one end of the first extension rod (3 c 1) far away from the second connecting rod (3 c).
6. A cable drum fixture device according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising a stabilizing mechanism (4), the stabilizing mechanism (4) comprising a groove (4 a), a support bar (4 b), an extension member (4 c) and a fixing member (4 d);
the groove (4 a) is formed in the lower portion of the hinge block (3 d);
the supporting rod (4 b) is arranged in the groove (4 a), and one end of the supporting rod (4 b) is hinged with one end of the groove (4 a);
the extension component (4 c) is arranged on the support rod (4 b);
the fixed components (4 d) are respectively arranged on the extension component (4 c) and the support rod (4 b).
7. A cable drum fixture device according to claim 6, characterized in that the extension component (4 c) comprises an extension groove, a second extension rod (4 c 1) and a mounting seat (4 c 2);
the extension groove is arranged at the bottom of the support rod (4 b) along the length direction of the support rod (4 b);
the second extension rod (4 c 1) is slidably arranged in the extension groove;
the placing seat (4 c 2) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the second extension rod (4 c 1).
8. A cable drum fixture device according to claim 7, characterized in that the fixing member (4 d) comprises a fixing hole (4 d 1) and a through hole (4 d 2);
the through hole (4 d 2) is arranged on the side wall of the support rod (4 b) in a penetrating way;
the fixing holes (4 d 1) are arranged in a plurality of numbers, and the fixing holes (4 d 1) are uniformly arranged on the side wall of the extension rod along the length direction of the extension rod.
