At present, for the packaging of some large products (such as electronic devices like large-size display screens), one of the packaging methods is to fix the middle product by two inner liners at the top and the bottom. The specific packaging process is that first one liner is mounted on the bottom of the box, then the product is placed on the liner, and then the second liner is placed on top of the product. In further detail, the height of the bottom liner is generally lower than the height of the product in order to reduce packaging costs and shipping costs. For thinner products such as display screens, etc., after the product is placed on the bottom liner, the product is prone to tilt in the cabinet due to the center of gravity problem. folding the 50 surfaces of the right side edge by 90 degrees, and reversely folding the 51 surfaces by 180 degrees to be attached to the 50 surfaces;
folding 1, 4 and 5 by 90 degrees, and inserting the card of the 1 plane into the jacks of the 8, 10, 11 and 12 planes;
folding 56, 53 and 52 by 90 degrees, and inserting the 56-surface card into the 45, 47, 48 and 49-surface jacks;
20. folding the 21 surfaces by 90 degrees, and inserting the 21 surfaces into the reserved insertion holes on the 1 surface;
36. the 37-surface is folded by 90 degrees, and the 36-surface is inserted into the reserved insertion hole of the 56-surface.
Referring to FIG. 8, in one embodiment, the second form of the liner 200 is folded as follows:
positively folding the 13, 14, 15, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 42, 43, 44 faces of the main body paperboard by 90 degrees;
folding the surfaces 17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24, 33, 34, 35, 38, 39 and 40 forward by 90 degrees, and inserting the surfaces 19, 22, 35 and 38 into the reserved jacks of the surfaces 14, 27, 30 and 43 respectively;
folding the 7 surfaces of the left side edge reversely by 180 degrees to be attached to the 16 surfaces, folding the 5 and 6 surfaces forward by 90 degrees, folding the 1 and 2 surfaces forward by 90 degrees, and inserting the inserting card of the 1 surface into the jacks of the 8, 10, 11 and 12 surfaces;
folding the 50 surfaces of the right side edge reversely by 180 degrees to be attached to the 32 surfaces, folding the 51 and 52 surfaces forward by 90 degrees, folding the 55 and 56 surfaces forward by 90 degrees, and inserting the 56 insertion cards into the insertion holes of the 45, 47, 48 and 49 surfaces;
folding the 20 and 21 surfaces by 90 degrees, and inserting the 21 surface into the reserved insertion hole on the 1 surface;
folding the 36 and 37 faces by 90 degrees, and inserting the 36 faces into the reserved jacks of the 56 faces.
In one embodiment, the first buffer portion 211 and the second buffer portion 212 respectively include a plurality of first insertion tongues 214 and a plurality of first support columns 2111, the first support columns 2111 are hollow polygonal prisms formed by folding, each first support column 2111 is respectively provided with at least one first insertion groove 2131, the first insertion tongues 214 cover a portion of the first support columns 2111, and the first insertion tongues 214 are inserted and fixed with the first insertion grooves 2131. Since the first support post 2111 is folded, the arrangement of the first tongue 214 and the first slot 2131 makes the structure of the first support post 2111 more stable. For example, in FIG. 2, six first insertion tongues 214 are formed on the surfaces of 17 to 19, 20 to 21, 22 to 24, 33 to 35, 36 to 37 and 38 to 40, and six first insertion grooves 2131 are formed on the surfaces of reserved insertion holes of 1, 14, 27, 30, 43 and 56.
Optionally, the first support column 2111 is a hollow quadrangular prism formed by folding, and the hollow quadrangular prism has high stability and a square shape, so that the first support column is conveniently matched with the product 500 and the box 400. It is understood that the first support post 2111 may be other hollow polygonal prisms, and is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, the first buffer portion 211 and the second buffer portion 212 are symmetrical about the rotation axis. With the arrangement, the first buffer part 211 and the second buffer part 212 are the same in shape, and are more regular after being folded and stacked, so that the use is convenient.
The invention also provides a film packaging kit, which comprises the film packaging component and the product 500, wherein the film packaging component is used for packaging the product 500.
The features of the above embodiments may be combined arbitrarily, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be construed as being within the scope of the present disclosure as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the features.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the present invention and are not to be used as a limitation of the present invention, and that suitable changes and modifications of the above embodiments are within the scope of the claimed invention as long as they are within the spirit and scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A film packaging assembly is characterized by comprising a box body (400) and a liner (200), wherein the liner (200) comprises a liner (210) and a film (300), the liner (210) comprises a first buffering part (211) and a second buffering part (212) which are connected with each other, part of the film (300) is fixedly arranged on the first buffering part (211), part of the film (300) is fixedly arranged on the second buffering part (212), the first buffering part (211) and the second buffering part (212) enclose and form a central through hole, and the film (300) covers at least part of the central through hole;
the inner liner (200) is arranged on the top of an external product (500), and the first buffer part (211) can be folded and rotated relative to the second buffer part (212) and forms an operation space (201) for exposing the external product (500).
2. The film wrapper assembly according to claim 1, wherein the inner liner (200) has a first configuration and a second configuration;
in the first state, the first buffer part (211) is flush with the second buffer part (212), the first buffer part (211), the second buffer part (212) and the film (300) enclose and form a first accommodating cavity (202), and the lining (200) is installed on the top of an external product (500) through the first accommodating cavity (202); wherein the first buffer part (211) can be folded and rotated relative to the second buffer part (212) and forms an operation space (201) exposing an external product (500);
in the second state, the first buffer portion (211) and the second buffer portion (212) are folded and stacked, the first buffer portion (211) or the second buffer portion (212) and the film (300) respectively enclose to form a second containing cavity (203) with an opening, the two liners (200) are respectively installed on two sides of the bottom of the box body (400) which are relatively far away from each other in advance, the openings of the two liners (200) are oppositely arranged, and the two films (300) on the two liners (200) are respectively used for bearing two sides of an external product (500).

The film wrapper assembly according to claim 2, wherein the liner (210) further comprises a plurality of second support posts (213), at least one of the second support posts (213) being provided on both a side of the film (300) opposite from the first cushioning portion (211) and a side of the film (300) opposite from the second cushioning portion (212) in the first configuration.

A film packaging assembly according to claim 3, wherein in the second configuration, the side of the first cushioning portion (211) relatively remote from the second cushioning portion (212) is provided with at least one second support column (213), the second support column (213) not protruding from the side of the film (300) relatively remote from the first cushioning portion (211); and/or at least one second supporting column (213) is arranged on one side of the second buffer part (212) relatively far away from the first buffer part (211), and the second supporting column (213) does not protrude from one side of the film (300) relatively far away from the second buffer part (212).

The film packaging assembly according to claim 4, wherein the first buffer portion (211) and the second buffer portion (212) respectively include a plurality of first inserting tongues (214) and a plurality of first supporting columns (2111), the first supporting columns (2111) are hollow polygonal prisms formed by folding, each of the first supporting columns (2111) is respectively provided with at least one first inserting groove (2131), the first inserting tongues (214) cover a portion of the first supporting columns (2111), and the first inserting tongues (214) are fixedly inserted into the first inserting grooves (2131).
6. The film wrapper assembly according to claim 2, wherein the liner (210) is a one-piece paperboard, the liner (210) being formed into the first configuration and the second configuration by different folding.

The film wrapping assembly according to claim 2, characterized in that it comprises two of said liners (200) in said first configuration, said first housing cavity (202) of said liners (200) having a shape and size matching the shape and size of the outer product (500), said liners (200) having an outer perimeter shape and size matching the shape and size of the inner wall of said box (400);
one of the liners (200) is pre-installed at the bottom of the tank (400), the first accommodation chamber (202) faces the top of the tank (400), and the other liner (200) is installed at the top of the outer product (500), the first accommodation chamber (202) faces the bottom of the tank (400).
8. The film wrapper assembly according to claim 2, wherein the film wrapper assembly comprises four of the inner liners (200) in the second state, the shape and size of the second receiving cavity (203) in the inner liner (200) in the first direction match with the shape and size of the outer product (500) in the first direction, and the shape and size of the outer peripheral wall of the inner liner (200) in the first direction match with the shape and size of the inner wall of the box body (400) in the first direction;
wherein the two inner liners (200) are respectively pre-installed at two sides of the bottom of the box body (400) which are relatively far away; the other two liners (200) are respectively installed on two sides of the top of the box body (400) far away from each other through the second accommodating cavities (203), and the openings of the two liners (200) are arranged oppositely.
9. The film wrapper assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first cushioning portion (211) and the second cushioning portion (212) are symmetrical about a rotational axis as a central axis.
10. A film packaging kit, comprising a film packaging assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9 and a product (500), said film packaging assembly being for packaging the product (500).
