The lower end of each round plug 18 is fixedly provided with a sealing film sleeve 24 together with the lower inner wall of the L-shaped plate 12 on the same side, and the ejector rod 17 and the reset spring 19 are movably arranged in the sealing film sleeve 24 on the same side, and glue solution can be prevented from leaking from the joint of the ejector rod 17 and the L-shaped plate 12 through the sealing film sleeve 24.
The cross section of the frame-type air outlet nozzle 7 is arranged in a trapezoid shape, and the air inlet port of the frame-type air outlet nozzle 7 is larger than the air outlet port, so that the speed of the discharged air flow is ensured, and the ash cleaning effect is improved.
The principle of operation of the present invention will now be described as follows: the wooden chair seat plate to be glued is placed on the end face of the wooden chair placing seat 21, then the hydraulic cylinder 3 works, the frame-shaped piston 6 can be driven to move through the connecting rod 9 and the elastic telescopic rod 8, so that air inside the frame-shaped base 1, which is positioned below the frame-shaped piston 6, can be extruded and discharged through the frame-shaped air outlet nozzle 7, the edge sealing position and the tenon hole of the seat plate can be subjected to ash removal treatment by utilizing the airflow discharged by extrusion, when the frame-shaped piston 6 moves downwards, the space inside the frame-shaped base 1, which is positioned above the frame-shaped piston 6, is increased, so that internal and external pressure differences are formed with the outside, under the action of the pressure differences, the external air can be sucked from the adsorption hopper 5, so that dust blown out by the frame-shaped air outlet nozzle 7 can be adsorbed and collected, and the ash removal effect is improved in an auxiliary manner, with the downward movement of the hollow plate 4, when the ash removal is completed, and the outer wall of the brushing roller 13 is connected with the side wall of the edge sealing part of the seat plate, the brushing roller 13 can rotate due to friction force, so that glue on the brushing roller 13 can be brushed on the edge sealing part, and with the continued downward movement of the hollow plate 4, the plurality of ejector rods 17 are blocked, then the hollow plate 4 moves down, the glue coating head 15 slowly enters the corresponding mortises, meanwhile, the hollow plate 4 moves down to enable the round plugs 18 to enter the corresponding round sleeves 25, so that glue in the round sleeves 25 can be quantitatively extruded into the glue coating head 15 through the liquid inlet pipes 14, glue coating work on the mortises can be completed, and finally the hydraulic cylinders 3 move up to be separated from the seat plate, so that the whole work is completed.
