The working principle is as follows: industrial sewage is conveyed into the tank body 1 through the water inlet pipe 14 by a water suction pump, the sewage and waste gas need to be treated due to a large amount of harmful waste gas usually contained in the sewage, the output end of the motor 31 drives the first gear 32 to rotate, so that the gear rings 33 with the ring-shaped teeth 331 arranged on both sides rotate on the outer surface of the tank body 1, waste gas treatment liquid is extracted by the liquid suction pump, then the waste gas treatment liquid is conveyed into the ring-shaped pipe 83 through the air inlet pipe 81 and is sprayed into the tank body 1 through the plurality of atomizing nozzles 85, the ring-shaped teeth 331 on the upper surface of the gear rings 33 drive the plurality of second gears 41 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 42 drives the circular disc 43 to rotate, then the connecting plate 45 is driven to rotate through the second rotating shaft 44, and the atomizing nozzles 85 are driven to swing under the action of the ball heads 84, so that the atomized spraying liquid can be fully mixed with the waste gas, and part of the untreated waste gas can be collected through the waste gas pipe 11, and then secondary treatment is carried out to achieve pollution-free discharge, the annular teeth 331 on the bottom surface of the gear ring 33 drive the plurality of third gears 53 to rotate, so that the ball valve 54 continuously rotates, then the treating agents in the plurality of material boxes 51 can be put into the tank body 1 through the feeding pipe 52 to be mixed with the sewage, meanwhile, the output end of the motor 31 drives the rotating column 62 and the third rotating shaft 66 to rotate, the L-shaped rod 63 vertically and reciprocally slides along the rectangular sliding groove 611 through the revolving groove 621, then the driving push rod 65 and the plurality of fixing plates 67 vertically and reciprocally move in the tank body 1, the third rotating shaft 66 drives the fourth gear 71 to rotate, and the fluted disc 72 and the sliding cylinder 73 rotate along the bottom end of the tank body 1, so that the plurality of stirring rods 731 stir the sewage in the tank body 1, the sewage and the treating agents can be fully mixed, and the sewage is discharged through the water discharge pipe 15 after the sewage treatment is finished.
