Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide preparation, in particular to an anti-decomposition dispersible oil suspension and application thereof.
Background
Mesotrione (mesotrione) is an organic compound of formula C 14 H 13 NO 7 S is a benzoyl cyclohexanedione herbicide, is an effective competitive hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase (HPPD) enzyme inhibitor, has selectivity to corn crops, and has high metabolism speed and high tolerance in susceptible crops.
Nicosulfuron is a systemic herbicide and can be absorbed by the stems, leaves and roots of weeds and then is transmitted in plants, so that sensitive plants are in growth arrest, fading and gradual death of stems and leaves are caused, and death is generally carried out for 20-25 days, but longer time is required for certain perennial weeds under the condition of lower air temperature. The drug effect of the drug application is good before the 4-leaf period after the bud, and the drug effect of the drug application is reduced when the seedling is large. The composition has pre-emergent herbicidal activity, but lower activity than post-emergent.
The single use of one of the compounds as herbicide has less ideal weeding effect, so the prior art proposes the use of the two compounds together to achieve the purpose of effectively removing weeds in corn fields. For example, the Chinese patent technology CN104126573A discloses a preparation method of a 25% nicosulfuron and mesotrione oil suspending agent, which comprises the following steps of 1) compounding nicosulfuron and mesotrione in a mass ratio of 5:20, and then adding an emulsifier and vegetable oil for shearing and dispersing; 2) Adding water for grinding, and adding rheological agent and stabilizer for blending when the D90 is smaller than 2 μm; 3) And then filtering and split charging. However, the oil suspension used is only for nicosulfuron and mesotrione with a mass ratio of 5:20, and the suspension rate of nicosulfuron and mesotrione is still lower.
Therefore, the oil suspension agent which can be used in the nicosulfuron and mesotrione compound system with high suspension rate and can be used in any proportion is a technical problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

Comparative example 4
11 parts of sodium lignin sulfonate, 11 parts of NP-4 type nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 2 parts of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl p-methylphenol, 2 parts of tris [2, 4-di-tert-butylphenyl ] phosphite, 2 parts of propyl gallate, 15 parts of isooctyl oleate and 55 parts of castor oil are mixed and stirred until emulsification is achieved, 30 parts of herbicide (mesotrione and nicosulfuron with the mass ratio of 1:1) is added to obtain a mixture, and the mixture is poured into a vertical sand mill and sanded for 2 hours to obtain a pesticide suspending agent sample.
The suspension ratios of the pesticide suspension samples prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 after being stored at normal temperature for 50 days, the decomposition ratios of mesotrione and nicosulfuron after being heat-stored at 55℃for 14 days, and the suspension ratios of the pesticide suspension samples were measured, and the measurement results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 results of testing products of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-4
From the above examples and comparative examples, the present invention provides an anti-decomposition dispersible oil suspension and application thereof, and it can be confirmed from the test data of table 1 that the pesticide suspension prepared from the oil suspension of the present invention still has a higher suspension rate after 50 days of storage at normal temperature. The pesticide suspending agent has a strong anti-decomposition effect, after 14 days of heat storage, the effective components mesotrione and nicosulfuron can maintain low decomposition rate, and as can be seen from comparative example 2 and example 2, when the oil suspending agent does not contain tris [ 2.4-di-tert-butylphenyl ] phosphite and propyl gallate, the decomposition rate of the mesotrione is improved by about 5 times compared with that of example 2, and the decomposition rate of nicosulfuron is improved by about 3 times; compared with the oil suspension of comparative example 2, the oil suspension of comparative example 1 does not contain propyl gallate, and the decomposition rates of mesotrione and nicosulfuron are all obviously improved. Therefore, the 2, 6-di-tert-butyl p-methylphenol, the tri [2, 4-di-tert-butylphenyl ] phosphite and the propyl gallate used by the invention have a certain synergistic effect on the anti-decomposition effect of the pesticide suspension system of mesotrione and nicosulfuron.
Further, as is clear from the test results of example 2 and comparative examples 3 to 4 of the present invention, when the emulsifier component in the oil suspension was changed, the suspension rate was decreased after storage at room temperature of 50 a and after heat storage. The anti-decomposition dispersible oil suspension disclosed by the invention can effectively prolong the storage time of a pesticide suspension system of mesotrione and nicosulfuron by combining sodium lignin sulfonate, styrene phenol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and it should be noted that modifications and adaptations to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, which are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present invention.
