Abstract

The invention relates to a sewing machine table, a driving pedal connected with a driving motor for driving the sewing machine is rotatably arranged, the sewing machine table comprises: an upper frame provided with an upper plate for setting a sewing machine; and a lower frame, a height adjusting bracket is provided at a lower end of the upper frame so as to support and adjust a height of the upper plate, a lower bracket is coupled to a lower end of the height adjusting bracket, and a first lower connection plate, which is provided with a driving pedal, is coupled between the lower brackets. With this structure, the upper bracket coupled to the upper plate is provided, and the cylinder is inserted into the upper bracket and provided in a height-adjustable manner, so that the height of the upper plate can be adjusted according to the body shape of the operator, thereby improving the working efficiency.

The present invention relates to a sewing machine, and more particularly, to a sewing machine provided with a sewing machine body and a sewing machine pedal for using the sewing machine.
Background
In general, a sewing machine is used as a machine for making or sewing a thread for various kinds of cloth, and can make clothes for wearing more quickly by overcoming the time limitation of a human hand.
Such a sewing machine generally includes an upper plate on which a sewing object such as a sewing machine or cloth is placed when a sewing operation is performed, and a leg portion supporting the upper plate.
In more detail, a leg portion having a certain length is combined with the bottom surface of the upper plate having a flat shape cut in a longitudinal direction with a certain width, thereby manufacturing a sewing machine table.
Such a sewing machine has a disadvantage in that the leg length is fixed and is unified, so that it is difficult to perform work according to the body shape of the operator.
In addition, the sewing machine pedal is not fixed alone, and the pedal is pushed forward with the help of the foot of an operator when the pedal is used, so that the problem that the pedal cannot be stepped normally or is difficult to tread, thereby obstructing the operation efficiency is solved.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a sewing machine table capable of adjusting the height of an upper plate and fixing a sewing machine pedal.
In order to achieve the object, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a sewing machine table, a driving pedal connected to a driving motor driving the sewing machine is provided in a rotatable manner, comprising: an upper frame provided with an upper plate for setting a sewing machine; and a lower frame, a height adjusting bracket is provided at a lower end of the upper frame so as to support and adjust a height of the upper plate, a lower bracket is coupled to a lower end of the height adjusting bracket, and a first lower connection plate, which is provided with a driving pedal, is coupled between the lower brackets.
Further, the first lower connection plate is coupled to the lower bracket in a manner movable and rotatable in a longitudinal direction.
Further, it is characterized in that the height-adjusting bracket includes: a driving cylinder coupled to the upper plate; and a piston rod driven by means of a driving cylinder.
Further, it is characterized in that upper connection plates are coupled between the driving cylinders so as to be supported by each other, second lower connection plates are coupled between upper sides of the lower brackets so as to be extended upward in a form of being arranged side by side with the upper connection plates, first fixing protrusions are formed on sides of the upper connection plates facing each other with the second lower connection plates, which are protruded by elasticity and formed with magnetism, and hooking holes are formed on sides of the second lower connection plates facing each other with the upper connection plates, which are formed at equal intervals in an up-down direction, for the first fixing protrusions to be inserted and fixed by magnetism.
Further, it is characterized in that second fixing protrusions are formed at both sides of the first lower connection plate, to which rollers are coupled, sliding grooves are formed at sides of the lower bracket facing each other so that the rollers are coupled in a movable manner, moving grooves are formed at each outer side of the lower bracket, to which the sliding grooves are connected in a form such that the second fixing protrusions protrude, and fixing members, to which the second fixing protrusions protruding to the outside through the moving grooves are closely connected, to fix the first lower connection plate.
The sewing machine table according to the present invention has the following effects that an upper bracket coupled to an upper plate is provided, and a cylinder is inserted into the upper bracket and is provided in a height-adjustable form, so that the height of the upper plate can be adjusted according to the body shape of an operator and the work efficiency can be improved.
Further, the effect is obtained that the lower connecting plate is provided between the lower brackets in such a manner that the sewing machine drive pedal can be fixed, so that the sewing machine drive pedal can be prevented from being firmly fixed in such a manner that it is pushed by the stepping force of the operator.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings for explaining a sewing machine table according to various embodiments of the present invention.

With reference to these drawings, the sewing machine according to the present embodiment is characterized in that not only the height can be adjusted but also the drive pedal can be firmly fixed.
According to the sewing machine table 100 of the present embodiment, which can provide these effects, there is provided a drive pedal 10 connected to a drive motor for driving the sewing machine, including an upper frame 110 and a lower frame 120.
The upper frame 110 is provided with an upper plate 111 so that a sewing machine can be provided.
The lower frame 120 is coupled to a lower portion of the upper frame 110, and height adjustment brackets 121 are coupled to lower ends of both sides of the upper plate 111.
In order to adjust the height of the upper plate 111, the height adjusting brackets 121 are coupled to the lower ends of both sides of the upper plate 111 with driving cylinders 121a, and piston rods 121b are provided at the lower ends of the driving cylinders 121 a.
A lower bracket 123 is coupled to a lower end of the piston rod 121b.
In this case, although not shown, the height-adjusting bracket 121 is operated by means of a further motor and a switch.
An upper connection plate 122 is coupled between the driving cylinders 121 a.
A first fixing protrusion 122b protruding by elasticity is formed at the front side of the upper connection plate 122.
Here, it is preferable that the first fixing protrusion 122b is formed with magnetism.
Further, a first lower connection plate 124 is coupled between the lower brackets 123.
A drive pedal of the sewing machine is provided at the first lower connecting plate 124.
Here, the first lower connection plate 124 is coupled to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the lower bracket 123.
And, the first lower connection plate 124 is rotatably coupled to the lower bracket 123 so that the angle of the driving pedal can be adjusted.
Second fixing protrusions 124a are formed at both sides of the first lower connection plate 124.
A roller 124b is formed on the second fixing protrusion 124a.
At this time, the roller 124b is formed in an elliptical shape.
Further, on the sides of the lower bracket 123 facing each other, the second fixing protrusion 124a is formed in an insertable form, and a sliding groove 123a is formed in a form that allows the roller 124b to move.
At this time, the slide groove 123a is formed in a wave form in a form in which a curve is formed.
Accordingly, the roller 124b can adjust the angle of the first lower connection plate 124 when moving along the sliding groove 123a.
Further, at each outer side surface of the lower bracket 123, a moving groove 123b is formed in such a manner that the second fixing protrusion 124a protrudes to the outside.
The moving groove 123b is formed in a form corresponding to the sliding groove 123a so that the second fixing protrusion 124a moving along the sliding groove 123a is movable.
Here, a fixing member 124c is closely coupled to the second fixing protrusion 124a protruding to the outside of the moving groove 123b, which fixes the position and angle of the first lower connection plate 124.
Further, a second lower connection plate 125 is coupled between the upper sides of the lower brackets 123, and is formed in a form of being arranged side by side with the upper connection plate 122.
The second lower connection plate 125 is formed with a hooking hole 125a at a side facing each other with the upper connection plate 122.
The hooking hole 125a is formed of a metal material and magnetically coupled with the first fixing protrusion 122b.
Here, the first fixing protrusion 122b is hung and fixed to the upper end of the second lower connection plate 125, or may be inserted and fixed into the hanging hole 125a.
Further, a moving wheel (not shown) may be coupled to the lower end of the lower bracket 123.
The sewing machine table according to the present invention has the following effects that an upper bracket coupled to an upper plate is provided, and a cylinder is inserted into the upper bracket and is provided in a height-adjustable form, so that the height of the upper plate can be adjusted according to the body shape of an operator and the work efficiency can be improved.
Further, the effect is obtained that the lower connecting plate is provided between the lower brackets in such a manner that the sewing machine drive pedal can be fixed, so that the sewing machine drive pedal can be prevented from being firmly fixed in such a manner that it is pushed by the stepping force of the operator.

Claims (4)

1. A sewing machine table, a drive pedal connected to a drive motor for driving the sewing machine is provided in a rotatable manner, comprising:
an upper frame provided with an upper plate for setting a sewing machine; and
a lower frame, a height adjusting bracket is arranged at the lower end of the upper frame so as to support and adjust the height of the upper plate, a lower bracket is combined at the lower end of the height adjusting bracket, a first lower connecting plate is combined between the lower brackets, and a driving pedal is arranged between the lower brackets;
second fixing protrusions, which are combined with rollers, are formed at both sides of the first lower connection plate,
sliding grooves are formed at sides of the lower bracket facing each other, so that the rollers are coupled in a movable manner,
a moving groove is formed at each outer side surface of the lower bracket, which is connected with the sliding groove in a form of making the second fixing protrusion protrude,
the second fixing protrusion protruding to the outside through the moving groove is closely connected with a fixing part, which fixes the first lower connection plate.
2. The sewing machine of claim 1, wherein the sewing machine of the first aspect comprises a frame,
the first lower connection plate is coupled to the lower bracket in a manner movable in a length direction and rotatable.
3. The sewing machine of claim 1, wherein the sewing machine of the first aspect comprises a frame,
the height-adjusting bracket includes:
a driving cylinder coupled to the upper plate; and
a piston rod driven by means of a drive cylinder.
4. The sewing machine of claim 3, wherein the sewing machine of the first aspect comprises a frame,
an upper connection plate is coupled between the driving cylinders so as to be mutually supported,
a second lower connecting plate is connected between the upper sides of the lower brackets and extends upwards in a mode of being arranged side by side with the upper connecting plate,
the side of the upper connection plate facing the second lower connection plate is formed with a first fixing protrusion, which protrudes by elasticity and is formed with magnetism,
in the second lower connection plate, a hooking hole is formed at a side facing each other with the upper connection plate, which is formed at equal intervals in the up-down direction for the first fixing protrusion to be inserted and fixed by magnetism.
