The resource reselection mode is to reselect the resource of the communication device with resource repetition or resource collision when the first communication device determines the resource, and it can be understood that, in the resource determination process, the first communication device may set a condition of resource reselection or resource exclusion according to an actual situation, so as to determine a target resource for SL transmission for the first communication device and/or at least one second communication device.

The step of determining the target resource for the third communications device in S422 may include: and when the target resource determined by the first communication device for the third communication device is repeated or collided with the fifth resource, performing resource reselection according to at least one of the following three modes to seven modes.
It should be noted that the third communication device and the fourth communication device both belong to at least one of the second communication devices, and the fourth communication device is a communication device for which the target resource determination has been completed by the first communication device before the second time or within the second time period. The fifth resource is a target resource determined by the first communication device for at least one fourth communication device before a second time or within a second time period, and the second time is a time when the first communication device determines the target resource for the third communication device.
The third method comprises the following steps: a first resource reselection procedure is triggered.
Wherein the first resource reselection procedure is a resource reselection procedure triggered by the first communication device re-determining a target resource for the third communication device.
For example, in the case that the target resource of the third communication device is repeated or collided with the fifth resource, the first resource reselection process is triggered by default to re-determine the target resource for the third communication device.

Similarly to the third method, in the fourth method, when the target resource of the third communication device is repeated or collided with the fifth resource, the second resource reselection process is triggered by default to re-determine the target resource for the fourth communication device.
The fifth mode is as follows: determining whether to trigger a first resource reselection procedure or a second resource reselection procedure in dependence on the amount of resources determined for the third communications device that there is a repetition or collision between the target resource and the fifth resource.
For example, in case there is a repetition or collision of the amount of resources greater than a predetermined value a, a first resource reselection procedure is triggered, whereas in case there is a repetition or collision of the amount of resources not greater than the predetermined value a, a second resource reselection procedure is triggered. In this embodiment, the predetermined value a may be configured or preconfigured in the first communication device through protocol convention or a higher layer, which is not limited herein.
The method six: determining whether to trigger a first resource reselection procedure or a second resource reselection procedure based on a first target value, the first target value including a target value for a third communication device and a first target value for a fourth communication device.
For the determination process of the first target value, reference may be made to the related description in the foregoing manner two, and details are not repeated herein for avoiding repetition.
Example 1, with the first target value being determined based on a distance between the third communication device and the communication device corresponding to the fifth resource, if the distance between the third communication device and the communication device corresponding to the fifth resource is greater than a threshold value D1, the resource selection stage does not need to trigger the first resource reselection procedure and/or the second resource reselection procedure, and otherwise, needs to trigger the first resource reselection procedure or the second resource reselection procedure.
Example 2, taking as an example that the first target value is determined based on the to-be-transmitted data on the third communication device or the QoS parameter of the to-be-transmitted data on the fourth communication device, the QoS parameter of the to-be-transmitted data on the third communication device may be compared with the QoS parameter of the to-be-transmitted data on the fourth communication device that has been selected (optionally, within a period of time T), to determine whether to perform resource reselection, for example:
when the service priority in the Qos parameter is used for comparison, if the service priority of the third communication device is greater than or equal to the service priority of the fourth communication device, triggering a second resource reselection process; and if the service priority of the third communication equipment is less than or equal to the service priority of the fourth communication equipment, triggering a first resource reselection process.
When the service delay requirement in the Qos parameter is compared, if the service delay requirement of the third communication device is less than or equal to the service delay requirement of the fourth communication device, triggering a second resource reselection process; otherwise, a first resource reselection process is triggered.
In addition, as an implementation manner, the priority of the data to be transmitted may be determined according to a QoS parameter, and then the resource reselection process that needs to be triggered is determined based on the priority of the data to be transmitted, for example, if the priority of the data to be transmitted on the third communication device is a, and the QoS parameter set of the data to be transmitted on the fourth communication device (that is, the communication device corresponding to the fifth resource) is combined to be B, then:

The method is as follows: and performing priority division on the fifth resource, and determining a resource reselection process needing to be triggered according to a priority division result.
Optionally, the implementation procedure in the seventh mode may include: and (4) based on the third time period, performing priority division on the fifth resource according to the determined time and the unit time length of the fifth resource to obtain at least one sixth resource, and then performing at least one of the following (1) to (3). It is to be noted that the priority of the sixth resource whose resource determination time is early is higher than that of the sixth resource whose resource determination time is late, wherein the unit time length may be a time slot, a sub-time slot, a symbol subframe, or the like.

In the foregoing (1) to (3), the first threshold, the second threshold, and the third threshold may be agreed by a protocol or configured by a higher layer, and the like, which is not limited herein.
For example, for resource determination performed in a past period of time L1 (optionally, L1 may be infinite, or may be a length of n time units), the determined resources are prioritized and divided into time domains, and the granularity (that is, the unit time length) is n slots, that is, for the divided target resources, the priorities of the determined target resources in the unit time length (in the n slots) are the same, and the earlier the time is, the higher the priority is (for example, P0, P1, P2 \8230; 8230; the earlier the number is, the earlier the time is, the higher the priority is). For example, as shown in fig. 4b, in the time periods T1, T2, and T3, the priorities corresponding to the target resources determined by the first communication device are P1, P2, and P3, respectively, and then P1> P2> P3.
In this case, for the seventh mode, in addition to the resource reselection process described in (1) - (3), if the selection result of the current target resource is repeated (collided) with the fifth resource already determined in the history window L2 (optionally, L2 may be equal to L1, or may be an integer multiple of L1 or 1/M of L1), then if (a) the resource reselection process corresponding to all the already recommended target resources in the history window L2 is triggered; or (b) triggering the resource reselection process corresponding to all recommended target resources in m slots; or (c) triggering a resource reselection process corresponding to the target resource with the priority in X, which has already been selected.
It is understood that, unlike S421, in this S422, the first communication device does not perform resource exclusion in the candidate resource set determination stage, but determines whether the target resource determined by the third communication device conflicts or collides with the already determined fifth resource after completing the resource determination, and if so, performs resource reselection according to any one of the foregoing manners one to seven to ensure the wireless communication performance.
In this embodiment, when determining the target resource for the second communication device, the first communication device considers the resource that has been recommended in addition to the resource that is reserved in the existing resource selection process, so that the same resource is effectively prevented from being recommended to a different second communication device in a resource reselection manner, the performance of the wireless communication system is improved, and the probability of resource collision is reduced.
As shown in fig. 5, a flowchart of a resource determining method 500 provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application is shown, where the method 500 may be, but is not limited to be, executed by a first communication device, where the first communication device may be a terminal or a network-side device, and may specifically be executed by hardware and/or software installed in the execution of the first communication device. In this embodiment, the method 500 may include at least the following steps.
S510, at least one piece of first information is received.
The implementation process of S510 may refer to the related descriptions in the foregoing method embodiments 300 and/or 400, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.
S520, determining a target resource for the first communication device based on the resource determining manner.
The second communication device is a sending end of the first information, and the resource determining mode includes a resource excluding mode and/or a resource reselecting mode.
In this embodiment, in addition to the implementation process of S520 as described in the foregoing method embodiments 300 and/or 400, as a possible implementation manner, according to a difference of the resource determination manner, the implementation process of S520 may include S521 and/or S522 shown in fig. 5, which is as follows.
S521: determining a target resource for the first communication device based on a resource exclusion manner.
When the first communication device determines a target resource for itself, the target resource determined for the fifth communication device may be excluded in advance, so as to avoid resource duplication or collision, and ensure reliability of its communication process.
Optionally, the implementation process of S521 may include at least one of the following ways one and ways two, which are as follows.
The first method is as follows: excluding an eighth resource, the eighth resource being a target resource determined by the first communication device for at least one fifth communication device before the third time instant or within a sixth time period.
The third time or the sixth time period is a time when the first communication device determines the target resource for itself, that is, the first communication device may exclude the resource (that is, the eighth resource) already determined for the fifth communication device in advance before determining the target resource for itself, for example, before determining the candidate resource set, so as to avoid the repetition or collision between the target resource determined for itself and the fifth communication device.
The second method comprises the following steps: excluding a ninth resource from the target resources determined by the first communication device for at least one fifth communication device before the third time instant or within a sixth time period according to a second target value, wherein the second target value comprises a second target value of the first communication device and a second target value of the fifth communication device.
In a second aspect, unlike the first aspect, when determining the target resource for the first communication device, the first communication device needs to exclude the ninth resource according to the second target value.
Optionally, the determination manner of the second target value includes at least one of the following (1) to (11).
(1) Determining based on a QoS parameter of data to be transmitted on the first communication device or on the fifth communication device.
Wherein the QoS parameters may include: at least one of service priority, service delay requirement, service communication distance requirement, service rate and service data volume.
(2) And determining the number of times of resource determination for the first communication device or the fifth communication device based on a seventh time period.
(3) And determining the total number of resources determined by the first communication device for the first communication device or the fifth communication device in the eighth time period.
(4) Based on a distance determination between the first communication device and the fifth communication device.
(5) The determination is based on a time at which the first communication device received the first information transmitted from the fifth communication device.

For example, with regard to the foregoing first mode and mode two, when the first communication device performs target resource selection for its own data transmission, in the candidate resource set determination phase, that is, in the resource exclusion phase, the resource (for example, the eighth resource) that has been selected as the target resource may be excluded; optionally, a certain limitation is added on the basis of excluding the eighth resource, for example, a resource to be excluded (for example, a ninth resource) is determined according to the second target value, if a distance between the fifth communication device corresponding to the ninth resource and the current first communication device is smaller than a certain threshold value, the resource is excluded, otherwise, the resource is not excluded; or when the current RSRP value of the fifth communication device corresponding to the ninth resource measured by the first communication device is greater than a certain threshold, excluding, otherwise, not excluding, etc. \8230, 8230, thereby effectively avoiding recommending the same resource to different communication devices, improving the performance of the wireless communication system, and reducing the probability of resource collision.
It can be understood that, in this S521, the first communications device performs resource exclusion in the candidate resource set determining stage according to the foregoing first manner or/and second manner, thereby ensuring that the first communications device can correctly determine the target resource for itself, and ensuring the wireless communication performance.
S522: and determining target resources for the first communication device based on a resource reselection mode.
The step of determining the target resource for the first communication device in S522 may include: in the case where the first target resource determined for the first communication device overlaps or conflicts with the second target resource determined for the fifth communication device by the first communication device, any one of the following manners three to eight is performed.
The third method comprises the following steps: and triggering a resource reselection process corresponding to the first target resource.
For example, in a case where the first target resource is repeated or collided with the second target resource, the resource reselection process corresponding to the first target resource is triggered by default to re-determine the target resource for the first communication device.
The method is as follows: and triggering a resource reselection process corresponding to the second target resource.
For example, in a case that the first target resource and the second target resource are repeated or collided, a resource reselection process corresponding to the second target resource is triggered by default to re-determine the target resource for the fifth communication device.
The fifth mode is as follows: and determining whether to trigger a first resource reselection process or a second resource reselection process according to the repeated or collided resource quantity between the first target resource and the second target resource.
For example, when the amount of the repeated or collided resources is greater than the predetermined value B, the resource reselection process corresponding to the first target resource is triggered, and conversely, when the amount of the repeated or collided resources is not greater than the predetermined value B, the resource reselection process corresponding to the first target resource is triggered. In this embodiment, the predetermined value B may be configured or preconfigured in the first communication device through protocol convention or a higher layer, which is not limited herein.
The method six: and determining to trigger a resource reselection process corresponding to the first target resource when at least one of the second target values of the fifth communication device has higher priority than the second target value of the first communication device.
The method is as follows: and determining to trigger a resource reselection process corresponding to the second target resource when at least one of the second target values of the fifth communication device has a priority lower than the second target value of the first communication device.
The method eight: and determining to trigger a resource reselection process corresponding to the second target resource when the second target value of the fifth communication device does not have any target value with a higher priority than the second target value of the first communication device.
In the sixth to seventh modes, the determination process of the second target value may refer to the related description in the second mode, and is not repeated herein for avoiding repetition.
For example, if it is assumed that the second target value is determined based on a QoS parameter of the data to be transmitted, if the QoS priority of the service that the first communication device itself needs to transmit is lower than the service QoS priority of the TX UE corresponding to the selected recommended resource, a resource reselection process corresponding to the first target resource is triggered. Optionally, the Qos parameter may be at least one of the following:
(1) The priority of the service which needs to be transmitted by the first communication device is lower than the priority of the service of the communication device corresponding to the selected second target resource,
(2) The service delay requirement of the current first communication equipment which needs to be transmitted is higher than the service delay requirement of the communication equipment corresponding to the second target resource;
(3) The service communication distance requirement of the communication equipment corresponding to the second target resource is higher than or lower than or equal to the service communication distance requirement of the communication equipment corresponding to the second target resource, wherein the service communication distance requirement of the first communication equipment needing to transmit is currently higher than or equal to the service communication distance requirement of the communication equipment corresponding to the second target resource
(4) The size of the service which needs to be transmitted by the first communication device itself is higher than or equal to or lower than the size of the service of the communication device corresponding to the second target resource.
In addition, the total amount of resources a used for data transmission of the UE in a period of time L3 may be compared with the total amount of resources B recommended to other UEs (such as the second communication device) in a period of time L3 to determine whether to perform resource reselection, for example, if a > B or a > = B, a resource reselection process corresponding to the first target resource is triggered, or the resource selected this time is abandoned, or the time T0 is postponed to perform resource reselection; for another example, if a < B or a < = B, the resource selection process corresponding to the recommended resource that has been selected triggers the reselection process, or abandons the recommendation of the resource, or postpones T1 time to reselect the resource.
Optionally, the aforementioned T0 and T1 may be obtained through high-level configuration, protocol predefining, and control node/relay node/terminal notification, which is not limited herein.
It is to be understood that, unlike S521, in this S522, the first communication device does not perform resource exclusion in the candidate resource set determination phase, but determines whether the first target resource selected by itself conflicts or collides with the second target resource already determined after the resource determination is completed, and if so, performs resource reselection according to any one of the foregoing manners one to eight to ensure the wireless communication performance.
In this embodiment, when determining the target resource for the first communication device, the first communication device considers the already recommended resource in addition to the resource reserved in the existing resource selection process, so that the same resource is effectively prevented from being recommended to different second communication devices in a resource reselection manner, the performance of the wireless communication system is improved, and the probability of resource collision is reduced.
It should be noted that the foregoing Resource determining methods 300-500 provided in the present application may be obtained through higher-layer configuration, protocol predefining, control node notification, relay node notification, terminal notification, and the like, where the configuration or notification manner may be secondary link Control Information (SCI), downlink Control Information (DCI), radio Resource Control (RRC), medium Access Control unit (MAC CE), secondary link Feedback Control Information (SFCI), and the used Resource may be a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH), a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (psch), a Physical secondary link Shared Channel (psch), a secondary link Control Channel (psch), and a secondary link Feedback Channel (psch).
In addition, according to the resource determining method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution subject may be a resource determining apparatus, or a control module in the resource determining apparatus for executing the resource determining method. In the embodiment of the present application, a resource determining apparatus executing a resource determining method is taken as an example, and the resource determining apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application is described.

Optionally, in a case that the resource determining manner includes a resource excluding manner, the determining module determines a target resource for the first communication device, where the target resource includes at least one of: excluding an eighth resource, which is a target resource determined by the first communication device for at least one fifth communication device before the third time or within a sixth time period; excluding a ninth resource according to a second target value, the ninth resource being at least part of the target resources determined by the first communication device for at least one fifth communication device before the third time or within a sixth time period, wherein the second target value comprises a second target value of the first communication device and a second target value of the fifth communication device; wherein the third time or the sixth time period is a time when the first communication device determines a target resource for itself, and the fifth communication device belongs to at least one of the second communication devices.
Optionally, when the resource determining manner includes a resource reselection manner, the determining a target resource for the first communication device includes: in case that a first target resource determined for the first communication device is duplicated or collided with a second target resource determined for a fifth communication device by the first communication device, performing any one of: triggering a resource reselection process corresponding to the first target resource; triggering a resource reselection process corresponding to the second target resource; determining whether to trigger a first resource reselection process or a second resource reselection process according to the quantity of repeated or collided resources between the first target resource and the second target resource; determining to trigger a resource reselection process corresponding to the first target resource when at least one of the second target values of the fifth communication device has a higher priority than the second target value of the first communication device; determining to trigger a resource reselection process corresponding to the second target resource when at least one target value exists in the second target values of the fifth communication device and the priority of the at least one target value is lower than the second target value of the first communication device; determining to trigger a resource reselection process corresponding to the second target resource when the second target value of the fifth communication device does not have any target value with a higher priority than the second target value of the first communication device; wherein the fifth communication device belongs to at least one of the second communication devices.

Optionally, the QoS parameter includes: at least one of service priority, service delay requirement, service communication distance requirement, service rate and service data volume.
The resource determination apparatus in the embodiment of the present application may be an apparatus, an apparatus or an electronic device having an operating system, or may be a component, an integrated circuit, or a chip in a terminal. The device or the electronic equipment can be a mobile terminal or a non-mobile terminal. For example, the mobile terminal may include, but is not limited to, the type of the terminal 11 listed above, and the non-mobile terminal may be a server, a Network Attached Storage (NAS), a Personal Computer (PC), a television (television), a teller machine (teller machine), a self-service machine (kiosk), or the like, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited in particular.
The resource determining apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application can implement each process implemented by the method embodiments of fig. 2 to fig. 5, and achieve the same technical effect, and is not described here again to avoid repetition.
As shown in fig. 7, an embodiment of the present application further provides a communication device 700, which includes a processor 701, a memory 702, and a program or an instruction stored on the memory 702 and executable on the processor 701, for example, when the communication device 700 is a terminal, the program or the instruction is executed by the processor 701 to implement the processes of the foregoing resource determination method embodiment, and the same technical effect can be achieved. When the communication device 700 is a network device, the program or the instruction is executed by the processor 701 to implement the processes of the embodiment of the resource determining method, and the same technical effect can be achieved.
In one implementation, the communication device may be a terminal that may include a processor and a communication interface coupled to the processor, the processor configured to execute a program or instructions to implement the methods described in method embodiments 300-500. The terminal embodiment corresponds to the first communication device-side method embodiment, and all implementation processes and implementation manners of the method embodiment can be applied to the terminal embodiment and can achieve the same technical effect. Specifically, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a terminal for implementing the embodiment of the present application.
The terminal 800 includes, but is not limited to: at least some of the components of the radio frequency unit 801, the network module 802, the audio output unit 803, the input unit 804, the sensor 805, the display unit 806, the user input unit 807, the interface unit 808, the memory 809, and the processor 810, and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terminal 800 may further comprise a power supply (e.g., a battery) for supplying power to various components, and the power supply may be logically connected to the processor 810 through a power management system, so as to implement functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption through the power management system. The terminal structure shown in fig. 8 does not constitute a limitation of the terminal, and the terminal may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine some components, or may be arranged differently, and thus, the description thereof is omitted.
It should be understood that in the embodiment of the present application, the input Unit 804 may include a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) 1041 and a microphone 8042, and the Graphics processor 8041 processes image data of still pictures or videos obtained by an image capturing device (such as a camera) in a video capturing mode or an image capturing mode. The display unit 806 may include a display panel 8061, and the display panel 8061 may be configured in the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The user input unit 807 includes a touch panel 8071 and other input devices 8072. A touch panel 8071, also referred to as a touch screen. The touch panel 8071 may include two portions of a touch detection device and a touch controller. Other input devices 8072 may include, but are not limited to, a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, and a joystick, which are not described in detail herein.
In this embodiment, the radio frequency unit 801 receives downlink data from a network side device, and then processes the downlink data to the processor 810; in addition, the uplink data is sent to the network side equipment. In general, radio frequency unit 801 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a low noise amplifier, a duplexer, and the like.
Memory 809 may be used to store software programs or instructions and various data. The memory 809 may mainly include a storage program or instruction area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program or instruction area may store an operating system, an application program or instruction (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.) required for at least one function, and the like. In addition, the Memory 809 can include a high-speed random access Memory, and can also include a nonvolatile Memory, wherein the nonvolatile Memory can be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (Erasable PROM, EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), or a flash Memory. Such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device.
Processor 810 may include one or more processing units; alternatively, the processor 810 may integrate an application processor, which primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, and applications or instructions, etc., and a modem processor, which primarily handles wireless communications, such as a baseband processor. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 810.
Wherein, the processor 810 is configured to receive at least one first information; and for determining a target resource for the first communication device and/or the at least one second communication device based on the resource determination; the second communication device is a sending end of the first information, and the resource determining mode includes a resource excluding mode and/or a resource reselecting mode.
Optionally, the first information includes at least one of: resource selection request information; resource recommendation request information; resource scheduling request information; BSR information; SR information; resource selection trigger information; resource recommendation triggering information; resource scheduling trigger information.
Optionally, the target resource may be at least one of: the first communication equipment selects resources used for transmitting data to be transmitted for the second communication equipment; the first communication equipment recommends resources which are unfavorable for data transmission to be transmitted for the second communication equipment; the first communication equipment recommends resources which are favorable for the transmission of the data to be transmitted for the second communication equipment; the first communication equipment is a resource determined for scheduling the second communication equipment to carry out data transmission; the first communication device transmits the resource determined by the data to be transmitted of the first communication device.
Optionally, in a case that the resource determining manner includes a resource excluding manner, the processor 810 determines a target resource for the third communications device, where the target resource includes at least one of the following: excluding a first resource, wherein the first resource is a target resource determined by the first communication device for at least one fourth communication device before a first time or within a first time period; excluding second resources from the first target value, the second resources being at least some of the target resources determined by the first communication device for at least one fourth communication device prior to or during a first time period, the first target value comprising a first target value for the third communication device and a first target value for the fourth communication device; the third communication device and the fourth communication device both belong to at least one second communication device, the third communication device is a communication device for performing target resource determination on the first communication device at the current time, the fourth communication device is a communication device for completing resource determination on the first communication device before the first time or in the first time period, and the first time is the time for determining target resources for the third communication device by the first communication device.
Optionally, in a case that the resource determining manner includes a resource reselection manner, the step of determining, by the processor 810, a target resource for the third communication device includes: when the target resource determined by the first communication device for the third communication device is repeated or collided with a fifth resource, performing resource reselection according to at least one of the following items: triggering a first resource reselection process; triggering a second resource reselection process; determining whether to trigger a first resource reselection procedure or a second resource reselection procedure according to the amount of resources determined for the third communication device that have repetition or collision between the target resource and the fifth resource; determining whether to trigger a first resource reselection procedure or a second resource reselection procedure according to a first target value, the first target value comprising a target value of a third communication device and a first target value of a fourth communication device; the fifth resource is subjected to priority division, and a resource reselection process needing to be triggered is determined according to a priority division result; the fifth resource is a target resource determined by the first communication device for at least one fourth communication device before a second time or within a second time period, and the second time is a time when the first communication device determines the target resource for the third communication device; the third communication device and the fourth communication device both belong to at least one second communication device, and the fourth communication device is a communication device for which the first communication device has completed target resource determination before the second time or within the second time period; the first resource reselection procedure is a resource reselection procedure triggered by the first communication device re-determining a target resource for the third communication device; the second resource reselection procedure is a resource reselection procedure triggered by the first communication device re-determining a target resource for the fourth communication device.
Optionally, the processor 810 prioritizes the fifth resource, and determines, according to a result of the prioritization, a resource reselection process that needs to be triggered, where the step includes: based on a third time period, performing priority division on a fifth resource according to the determined time and the unit time length of the fifth resource to obtain at least one sixth resource; under the condition that the priority of seventh resources is lower than a first threshold value, triggering a resource reselection process corresponding to the seventh resources; triggering the first resource reselection process under the condition that the quantity of seventh resources with the priority higher than a second threshold value is higher than a third threshold value; under the condition that the quantity of a seventh resource with the priority higher than a second threshold value is not higher than a third threshold value, triggering a resource reselection process corresponding to the seventh resource; wherein the priority of the sixth resource whose resource determination time is earlier is higher than the priority of the sixth resource whose resource determination time is later, the seventh resource belongs to at least one of the sixth resources, and the seventh resource is a resource that overlaps or collides with a target resource of the third communication device.
Optionally, the determination manner of the first target value includes at least one of the following: determining based on the QoS parameters of the data to be transmitted on the third communication equipment or the data to be transmitted on the fourth communication equipment; determining, by the first communication device, a number of times of resource determination for the third communication device or the fourth communication device based on a fourth time period; determining the total resource number determined by the first communication device for the third communication device or the fourth communication device in a fifth time period; determining based on a distance between the third communication device or the fourth communication device, respectively, and the first communication device; determining based on a distance between the third communication device and the fourth communication device; determining the time based on the first information sent by the third communication device or the fourth communication device respectively received by the first communication device; determining based on the communication type of the data to be transmitted on the third communication device or the fourth communication device; determining based on the transmission time of the data to be transmitted on the third communication device or the fourth communication device; determining a transmission time based on the first communication device needing to transmit the second information; determining first target information based on the second information, wherein the first target information is used for characterizing the transmission characteristics of the second information; determining based on a device type of the third communication device or the fourth communication device; determining the types of target receiving ends respectively corresponding to the data to be transmitted on the third communication equipment or the fourth communication equipment; and the receiving end of the second information is the third communication device or the fourth communication device.

Optionally, the determination manner of the second target value includes at least one of the following: determining a QoS parameter based on data to be transmitted on the first communication device or the fifth communication device; determining the number of times of resource determination for the first communication device or the fifth communication device based on a seventh time period; determining the total number of resources determined by the first communication device for the first communication device or the fifth communication device in an eighth time period; determining based on a distance between the first communication device and the fifth communication device; determining based on a time at which the first communication device received first information transmitted from a fifth communication device; determining based on a communication type of data to be transmitted on the first communication device or the fifth communication device; determining based on a transmission time of data to be transmitted on the first communication device or the fifth communication device; determining a transmission time based on third information which needs to be received by the first communication device; determining second target information based on the third information, wherein the second target information is used for representing the transmission characteristics of the third information; determining based on a device type of the first communication device or the fifth communication device; and determining the types of target receiving ends respectively corresponding to the data to be transmitted on the first communication equipment or the fifth communication equipment.
Optionally, the QoS parameter includes: at least one of service priority, service delay requirement, service communication distance requirement, service rate and service data volume.
In this embodiment, in the case of receiving at least one piece of first information, determining a target resource for the first communication device and/or at least one second communication device based on a resource determination manner; the second communication device is a sending end of the first information, the resource determining mode includes a resource excluding mode and/or a resource reselecting mode, and therefore the problem that the first communication device correctly selects resources for the second communication device and/or the second communication device when receiving at least one piece of first information can be solved.
In another implementation, the communication device 700 may also be a network side device, which may include a processor and a communication interface, the communication interface being coupled to the processor, the processor being configured to execute a program or instructions to implement the methods as described in the method embodiments 300-500. The network side device embodiment corresponds to the method embodiment of the first communication device side, and all implementation processes and implementation manners of the method embodiment can be applied to the network side device embodiment and can achieve the same technical effect.
Specifically, the embodiment of the application further provides a network side device. As shown in fig. 9, the network device 900 includes: antenna 901, radio frequency device 902, baseband device 903. Antenna 901 is coupled to radio frequency device 902. In the uplink direction, rf device 902 receives information via antenna 901 and sends the received information to baseband device 903 for processing. In the downlink direction, the baseband device 903 processes information to be transmitted and transmits the processed information to the rf device 92, and the rf device 92 processes the received information and transmits the processed information through the antenna 91.
The above-mentioned frequency band processing means may be located in the baseband apparatus 903, and the method performed by the network side device in the above embodiment may be implemented in the baseband apparatus 903, where the baseband apparatus 903 includes a processor 904 and a memory 905.
The baseband apparatus 903 may include, for example, at least one baseband board, on which a plurality of chips are disposed, as shown in fig. 9, where one of the chips is, for example, a processor 904, and is connected to a memory 905 to call up a program in the memory 905 to execute the network device operations shown in the above method embodiments.
The baseband device 903 may further include a network interface 906 for exchanging information with the radio frequency device 902, for example, a Common Public Radio Interface (CPRI).
Specifically, the network side device of the embodiment of the present invention further includes: the instructions or programs stored in the memory 905 and capable of being executed on the processor 904, and the processor 904 calls the instructions or programs in the memory 905 to execute the method executed by each module shown in fig. 6, and achieve the same technical effect, which is not described herein in detail to avoid repetition.
The embodiments of the present application further provide a readable storage medium, where a program or an instruction is stored on the readable storage medium, and when the program or the instruction is executed by a processor, the program or the instruction implements each process of the foregoing resource determination method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.
Wherein, the processor is the processor in the terminal described in the above embodiment. The readable storage medium includes a computer readable storage medium, such as a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and so on.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a chip, where the chip includes a processor and a communication interface, the communication interface is coupled to the processor, and the processor is configured to run a network-side device program or an instruction, to implement each process of the above resource determination method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.
It should be understood that the chips mentioned in the embodiments of the present application may also be referred to as a system-on-chip, a system-on-chip or a system-on-chip.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer program product, where the computer program product includes a processor, a memory, and a program or an instruction stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, and when the program or the instruction is executed by the processor, the processes of the embodiment of the resource determination method are implemented, and the same technical effect can be achieved, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.

Claims (28)

1. A method for resource determination, the method comprising:
the first communication device receiving at least one first message;
determining a target resource for the first communication device and/or at least one second communication device based on a resource determination manner;
the second communication device is a sending end of the first information, and the resource determining mode includes a resource excluding mode and/or a resource reselecting mode.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first information comprises at least one of:
resource selection request information;
resource recommendation request information;
resource scheduling request information;
caching status report information;
scheduling request information;
resource selection trigger information;
resource recommendation triggering information;
resource scheduling trigger information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the target resource may be at least one of:
the first communication equipment selects resources used for transmitting data to be transmitted for the second communication equipment;
the first communication equipment recommends resources which are unfavorable for data transmission to be transmitted for the second communication equipment;
the first communication equipment recommends resources which are favorable for the transmission of the data to be transmitted for the second communication equipment;
the first communication device is a resource for scheduling the second communication device to perform data transmission determination;
the first communication device transmits the resource determined by the data to be transmitted of the first communication device.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein in case the resource determination means comprises a resource exclusion means, the step of determining a target resource for a third communication device comprises at least one of:
excluding a first resource, wherein the first resource is a target resource determined by the first communication device for at least one fourth communication device before a first time or within a first time period;
excluding a second resource from the first targeted value, the second resource being at least part of the targeted resources determined by the first communication device for at least one fourth communication device prior to the first time or within the first time period, the first targeted value comprising a first targeted value for the third communication device and a first targeted value for the fourth communication device;
the third communication device and the fourth communication device both belong to at least one second communication device, the third communication device is a communication device for performing target resource determination on the first communication device at the current time, the fourth communication device is a communication device for completing resource determination on the first communication device before the first time or in the first time period, and the first time is the time for determining target resources for the third communication device by the first communication device.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein in case that the resource determining manner comprises a resource reselection manner, the step of determining a target resource for a third communication device comprises:
when the target resource determined by the first communication device for the third communication device is repeated or collided with a fifth resource, performing resource reselection according to at least one of the following items:
triggering a first resource reselection process;
triggering a second resource reselection process;
determining whether to trigger a first resource reselection process or a second resource reselection process according to the amount of repeated or collided resources between the target resource and the fifth resource determined for the third communication device;
determining whether to trigger a first resource reselection procedure or a second resource reselection procedure based on a first target value, the first target value comprising a target value for a third communication device and a first target value for a fourth communication device;
the fifth resource is subjected to priority division, and a resource reselection process needing to be triggered is determined according to a priority division result;
the fifth resource is a target resource determined by the first communication device for at least one fourth communication device before a second time or within a second time period, where the second time is a time when the first communication device determines the target resource for the third communication device;
the third communication device and the fourth communication device both belong to at least one second communication device, and the fourth communication device is a communication device for which the first communication device has completed target resource determination before the second time or within the second time period;
the first resource reselection procedure is a resource reselection procedure triggered by the first communication device re-determining a target resource for the third communication device; the second resource reselection procedure is a resource reselection procedure triggered by the first communication device re-determining a target resource for the fourth communication device.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the step of prioritizing the fifth resource and determining the resource reselection process to be triggered according to the prioritization result comprises:
based on a third time period, performing priority division on a fifth resource according to the determined time of the fifth resource and the unit time length to obtain at least one sixth resource;
under the condition that the priority of seventh resources is lower than a first threshold value, triggering a resource reselection process corresponding to the seventh resources;
under the condition that the quantity of seventh resources with the priority higher than a second threshold value is higher than a third threshold value, triggering the first resource reselection process;
under the condition that the quantity of a seventh resource with the priority higher than a second threshold value is not higher than a third threshold value, triggering a resource reselection process corresponding to the seventh resource;
wherein the priority of the sixth resource whose resource determination time is earlier is higher than the priority of the sixth resource whose resource determination time is later, the seventh resource belongs to at least one of the sixth resources, and the seventh resource is a resource that overlaps or collides with a target resource of the third communication device.
7. The method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the first target value is determined in a manner comprising at least one of:
determining based on the QoS parameters of the data to be transmitted on the third communication equipment or the data to be transmitted on the fourth communication equipment;
determining, by the first communication device, a number of times of resource determination for the third communication device or the fourth communication device based on a fourth time period;
determining, based on a total number of resources determined by the first communication device for the third communication device or the fourth communication device within a fifth time period;
determining based on a distance between the third communication device or the fourth communication device, respectively, and the first communication device;
determining based on a distance between the third communication device and the fourth communication device;
determining time when the first communication device receives first information sent by the third communication device or the fourth communication device respectively;
determining based on the communication type of the data to be transmitted on the third communication device or the fourth communication device;
determining based on the transmission time of the data to be transmitted on the third communication device or the fourth communication device;
determining a transmission time based on the first communication device needing to transmit the second information;
determining first target information based on the second information, wherein the first target information is used for characterizing the transmission characteristics of the second information;
determining based on a device type of the third communication device or the fourth communication device;
determining the type of a target receiving end corresponding to the data to be transmitted on the third communication device or the fourth communication device respectively;
and the receiving end of the second information is the third communication device or the fourth communication device.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the second information comprises at least one of:
resource recommendation information;
resource scheduling information;
and (4) auxiliary information.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the first target information comprises at least one of:
a number of resources used to transmit the second information;
a resource size for transmitting the second information;
a maximum or minimum number of resources for transmitting the second information;
an earliest time or a latest time corresponding to a resource for transmitting the second information.
10. The method according to claim 1, wherein in case the resource determination mode comprises a resource exclusion mode, the step of determining a target resource for the first communication device comprises at least one of:
excluding an eighth resource, which is a target resource determined by the first communication device for at least one fifth communication device before the third time or within a sixth time period;
excluding a ninth resource according to a second target value, the ninth resource being at least part of the target resources determined by the first communication device for at least one fifth communication device before the third time or within a sixth time period, wherein the second target value comprises a second target value of the first communication device and a second target value of the fifth communication device;
wherein the third time or the sixth time period is a time when the first communication device determines a target resource for itself, and the fifth communication device belongs to at least one of the second communication devices.
11. The method according to claim 1, wherein in the case that the resource determination mode comprises a resource reselection mode, the step of determining a target resource for the first communication device comprises:
in case that a first target resource determined for the first communication device overlaps or conflicts with a second target resource determined for a fifth communication device by the first communication device, performing any one of:
triggering a resource reselection process corresponding to the first target resource;
triggering a resource reselection process corresponding to the second target resource;
determining whether to trigger a first resource reselection process or a second resource reselection process according to the quantity of repeated or collided resources between the first target resource and the second target resource;
determining to trigger a resource reselection process corresponding to the first target resource when at least one of the second target values of the fifth communication device has a higher priority than the second target value of the first communication device;
determining to trigger a resource reselection process corresponding to the second target resource when at least one target value exists in the second target values of the fifth communication device and the priority of the at least one target value is lower than the second target value of the first communication device;
determining to trigger a resource reselection process corresponding to the second target resource when the second target value of the fifth communication device does not have any target value with a higher priority than the second target value of the first communication device;
wherein the fifth communication device belongs to at least one of the second communication devices.
12. The method according to claim 10 or 11, wherein the second target value is determined in a manner comprising at least one of:
determining a QoS parameter based on data to be transmitted on the first communication device or the fifth communication device;
determining the number of times of resource determination for the first communication device or the fifth communication device based on a seventh time period;
determining, based on a total number of resources determined by the first communication device for the first communication device or the fifth communication device within an eighth time period;
determining based on a distance between the first communication device and the fifth communication device;
determining based on a time at which the first communication device received first information transmitted from a fifth communication device;
determining based on a communication type of data to be transmitted on the first communication device or the fifth communication device;
determining based on a transmission time of data to be transmitted on the first communication device or the fifth communication device;
determining a transmission time based on third information which needs to be received by the first communication device;
determining second target information based on the third information, wherein the second target information is used for representing the transmission characteristics of the third information;
determining based on a device type of the first communication device or the fifth communication device;
and determining the types of target receiving ends respectively corresponding to the data to be transmitted on the first communication equipment or the fifth communication equipment.
13. The method according to claim 7 or 12, wherein the QoS parameters comprise: at least one of service priority, service delay requirement, service communication distance requirement, service rate and service data volume.
14. An apparatus for resource determination, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving at least one piece of first information;
a determining module, configured to determine a target resource for the first communication device and/or the at least one second communication device based on the resource determining manner;
the second communication device is a sending end of the first information, and the resource determining mode includes a resource excluding mode and/or a resource reselecting mode.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the first information comprises at least one of:
resource selection request information;
resource recommendation request information;
resource scheduling request information;
caching status report information;
scheduling request information;
resource selection trigger information; resource recommendation triggering information;
resource scheduling trigger information.
16. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the target resource is at least one of:
the first communication equipment selects resources for the transmission of the data to be transmitted for the second communication equipment;
the first communication equipment recommends resources which are unfavorable for data transmission to be transmitted for the second communication equipment;
the first communication equipment recommends resources which are favorable for the transmission of the data to be transmitted for the second communication equipment;
the first communication device is a resource for scheduling the second communication device to perform data transmission determination;
the first communication device transmits the resource determined by the data to be transmitted of the first communication device.
17. The apparatus according to claim 14, wherein in case that the resource determining manner includes a resource excluding manner, the determining module determines a target resource for the third communication device, and includes at least one of:
excluding a first resource, wherein the first resource is a target resource determined by the first communication device for at least one fourth communication device before a first time or within a first time period;
excluding second resources from the first target value, the second resources being at least some of the target resources determined by the first communication device for at least one fourth communication device prior to or during a first time period, the first target value comprising a first target value for the third communication device and a first target value for the fourth communication device;
the third communication device and the fourth communication device both belong to at least one second communication device, the third communication device is a communication device for performing target resource determination on the first communication device at the current moment, the fourth communication device is a communication device for completing resource determination on the first communication device before the first moment or in the first time period, and the first moment is the time for determining the target resource for the third communication device by the first communication device.
18. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein if the resource determination manner comprises a resource reselection manner, the determining module determines a target resource for a third communication device, comprising:
when the target resource determined by the first communication device for the third communication device is repeated or collided with a fifth resource, performing resource reselection according to at least one of the following items:
triggering a first resource reselection process;
triggering a second resource reselection process;
determining whether to trigger a first resource reselection procedure or a second resource reselection procedure according to the amount of resources determined for the third communication device that have repetition or collision between the target resource and the fifth resource;
determining whether to trigger a first resource reselection procedure or a second resource reselection procedure based on a first target value, the first target value comprising a target value for a third communication device and a first target value for a fourth communication device;
the fifth resource is subjected to priority division, and a resource reselection process needing to be triggered is determined according to a priority division result;
the fifth resource is a target resource determined by the first communication device for at least one fourth communication device before a second time or within a second time period, and the second time is a time when the first communication device determines the target resource for the third communication device;
the third communication device and the fourth communication device both belong to at least one second communication device, and the fourth communication device is a communication device for which the first communication device has completed target resource determination before the second time or within the second time period;
the first resource reselection procedure is a resource reselection procedure triggered by the first communication device re-determining a target resource for the third communication device; the second resource reselection procedure is a resource reselection procedure triggered by the first communication device re-determining a target resource for the fourth communication device.
19. The apparatus according to claim 18, wherein the determining module prioritizes the fifth resource, and the step of determining the resource reselection process to be triggered according to the prioritization result comprises:
based on a third time period, performing priority division on a fifth resource according to the determined time and the unit time length of the fifth resource to obtain at least one sixth resource;
under the condition that the priority of the seventh resource is lower than a first threshold value, triggering a resource reselection process corresponding to the seventh resource;
triggering the first resource reselection process under the condition that the quantity of seventh resources with the priority higher than a second threshold value is higher than a third threshold value;
under the condition that the quantity of a seventh resource with the priority higher than a second threshold value is not higher than a third threshold value, triggering a resource reselection process corresponding to the seventh resource;
wherein the priority of the sixth resource whose resource determination time is earlier is higher than the priority of the sixth resource whose resource determination time is later, the seventh resource belongs to at least one of the sixth resources, and the seventh resource is a resource that overlaps or collides with a target resource of the third communication device.
20. The apparatus according to claim 17 or 18, wherein the first target value is determined in a manner that includes at least one of:
determining based on the data to be transmitted on the third communication device or the QoS parameter of the data to be transmitted on the fourth communication device;
determining, by the first communication device, a number of times of resource determination for the third communication device or the fourth communication device based on a fourth time period;
determining, based on a total number of resources determined by the first communication device for the third communication device or the fourth communication device within a fifth time period;
determining based on a distance between the third communication device or the fourth communication device, respectively, and the first communication device;
determining based on a distance between the third communication device and the fourth communication device; determining the time based on the first information sent by the third communication device or the fourth communication device respectively received by the first communication device;
determining based on the communication type of the data to be transmitted on the third communication device or the fourth communication device;
determining based on the transmission time of the data to be transmitted on the third communication device or the fourth communication device;
determining based on a transmission time at which the first communication device needs to transmit second information;
determining first target information based on the second information, wherein the first target information is used for representing the transmission characteristics of the second information;
determining based on a device type of the third communication device or the fourth communication device;
determining the types of target receiving ends respectively corresponding to the data to be transmitted on the third communication equipment or the fourth communication equipment;
and the receiving end of the second information is the third communication device or the fourth communication device.
21. The apparatus of claim 20, wherein the second information comprises at least one of:
resource recommendation information;
resource scheduling information;
and (4) auxiliary information.
22. The apparatus of claim 20, wherein the first target information comprises at least one of:
a number of resources for transmitting the second information;
a resource size for transmitting the second information;
a maximum number of resources or a minimum number of resources for transmitting the second information;
an earliest time or a latest time corresponding to a resource for transmitting the second information.
23. The apparatus according to claim 14, wherein in case that the resource determining manner includes a resource excluding manner, the determining module determines a target resource for the first communication device, and includes at least one of:
excluding an eighth resource, which is a target resource determined by the first communication device for at least one fifth communication device before the third time or within a sixth time period;
excluding a ninth resource according to a second target value, the ninth resource being at least part of the target resources determined by the first communication device for at least one fifth communication device before the third time or within a sixth time period, wherein the second target value comprises a second target value of the first communication device and a second target value of the fifth communication device;
wherein the third time or the sixth time period is a time when the first communication device determines a target resource for itself, and the fifth communication device belongs to at least one of the second communication devices.
24. The apparatus according to claim 14, wherein the step of determining a target resource for the first communication device if the resource determination mode comprises a resource reselection mode comprises:
in case that a first target resource determined for the first communication device overlaps or conflicts with a second target resource determined for a fifth communication device by the first communication device, performing any one of:
triggering a resource reselection process corresponding to the first target resource;
triggering a resource reselection process corresponding to the second target resource;
determining whether to trigger a first resource reselection process or a second resource reselection process according to the quantity of repeated or collided resources between the first target resource and the second target resource;
determining to trigger a resource reselection process corresponding to the first target resource when at least one of the second target values of the fifth communication device has a higher priority than the second target value of the first communication device;
determining to trigger a resource reselection process corresponding to the second target resource when at least one of the second target values of the fifth communication device has a priority lower than the second target value of the first communication device;
determining to trigger a resource reselection process corresponding to the second target resource when the second target value of the fifth communication device does not have any target value with a higher priority than the second target value of the first communication device;
wherein the fifth communication device belongs to at least one of the second communication devices.
25. The apparatus according to claim 23 or 24, wherein the second target value is determined in a manner that includes at least one of:
determining a QoS parameter based on data to be transmitted on the first communication device or the fifth communication device;
determining the number of times of resource determination for the first communication device or the fifth communication device based on a seventh time period;
determining the total number of resources determined by the first communication device for the first communication device or the fifth communication device in an eighth time period;
determining based on a distance between the first communication device and the fifth communication device;
determining based on a time at which the first communication device received first information transmitted from a fifth communication device;
determining based on a communication type of the data to be transmitted on the first communication device or the fifth communication device;
determining based on a transmission time of data to be transmitted on the first communication device or the fifth communication device;
determining a transmission time based on third information which needs to be received by the first communication device;
determining second target information based on the third information, wherein the second target information is used for characterizing the transmission characteristics of the third information;
determining based on a device type of the first communication device or the fifth communication device;
and determining the types of target receiving ends respectively corresponding to the data to be transmitted on the first communication equipment or the fifth communication equipment.
26. The apparatus of claim 20 or 25, wherein the QoS parameters comprise: at least one of service priority, service delay requirement, service communication distance requirement, service rate and service data volume.
27. A communication device comprising a processor, a memory and a program or instructions stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the program or instructions, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the resource determination method of any one of claims 1 to 13.
28. A readable storage medium, on which a program or instructions are stored, which program or instructions, when executed by a processor, carry out the steps of the resource determination method according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
