According to the method, the system, the medium, the cloud server and the intelligent terminal for searching the object leaving the vehicle, the current data in the vehicle is acquired by utilizing the vehicle-mounted camera, so that whether the object to be searched is in the vehicle is judged based on the current data in the vehicle, the trouble that a user needs to search in the vehicle after leaving the vehicle is avoided, great convenience is brought to the user, and the use experience of the user is improved; by marking the object to be searched in the current in-car data and enabling the intelligent terminal held by the user to acquire the marked current in-car data, the user can accurately and visually see the position of the object to be searched in the car, meanwhile, the user can accurately judge whether the object to be searched is the object really searched by the user, and the accurate reliability of object searching when the user leaves the car is ensured; the object searching instruction sent by the user is verified, and the vehicle-mounted camera is started after the object searching instruction passes the verification, so that the safety of the object searching method from the vehicle is ensured, and the situation problem in the vehicle caused by the fact that other people start the vehicle-mounted camera randomly is effectively solved.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment, the method for finding an object away from a vehicle is applied to the cloud server 11 in fig. 1; specifically, the working principle of the method for realizing the object searching when leaving the vehicle is as follows:
firstly, a user sends an object finding instruction to the smartphone 12 held by the user, specifically, the object finding instruction includes a name corresponding to an object to be found, such as an earphone (the earphone is the name of the earphone of the object to be found); after receiving the object searching instruction, the smart phone 12 verifies the object searching instruction, and after the verification is passed, sends the object searching instruction to the cloud server 11; then, the cloud server 11 sends a start instruction to the vehicle-mounted camera 13 in fig. 1 based on the object searching instruction; next, after the vehicle-mounted camera 13 is started, the current in-vehicle data (current in-vehicle image and/or video) starts to be collected, and the current in-vehicle data is sent to the cloud server 11 again; the cloud server 11 identifies the current in-vehicle data based on the object finding instruction to determine whether the object to be found is in the vehicle, and feeds back the determination result to the smart phone 12, so that the user can know whether the object to be found is in the vehicle, and meanwhile, after determining that the object to be found is in the vehicle, the cloud server 11 also marks the object to be found in the current in-vehicle data to obtain the marked current in-vehicle data, and feeds back the marked current in-vehicle data to the smart phone 12; finally, the user can determine whether the object to be searched identified by the cloud server 11 is the object to be searched really by the user according to the current in-vehicle data marked on the smart phone 12, and can visually and accurately know the position of the object to be searched in the vehicle, so that the user can quickly find the object next time.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the method for finding an object away from a vehicle is applied to the smart phone 21 in fig. 2; specifically, the working principle of the method for realizing the object searching when leaving the vehicle is as follows:
firstly, a user sends an object-finding instruction to a smartphone 21 held by the user, specifically, the object-finding instruction includes a name corresponding to an object to be found, such as a computer (the computer is the name of the computer of the object to be found); after receiving the object searching instruction, the smart phone 21 verifies the object searching instruction, and after the verification is passed, sends a starting instruction to the vehicle-mounted camera 22 in fig. 2 based on the object searching instruction; next, after the vehicle-mounted camera 22 is started, the current in-vehicle data starts to be collected, and the current in-vehicle data is sent to the smart phone 21 again; the smart phone 21 identifies the current in-vehicle data based on the object finding instruction to determine whether the object to be found is in the vehicle, so that the user can know whether the object to be found is in the vehicle, and meanwhile, after determining that the object to be found is in the vehicle, the smart phone 21 marks the object to be found in the current in-vehicle data to obtain the marked current in-vehicle data; finally, the user can determine whether the object to be searched identified by the smartphone 21 is the object really to be searched according to the current in-vehicle data marked on the smartphone 21, and can intuitively and accurately know the position of the object to be searched in the vehicle, so that the user can quickly find the object next time.
As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment, the method for implementing a vehicle-leaving object-finding according to the present invention is applied to a cloud server, and includes the following steps:
and S1, acquiring an object searching instruction sent by a user.
Specifically, the user sends the object searching instruction to the intelligent terminal held by the user, and the intelligent terminal sends the object searching instruction to the cloud server after receiving the object searching instruction.
It should be noted that the article finding instruction may include a name of an article to be found by the user (such as a charger, which is the name of the charger for the article to be found), that is, based on the article finding instruction, it is clear what the article the user wants to find is specifically; it is also possible to exclude the name of the item to be searched by the user (such as searching for the item in the car), that is, the object searching command is just equivalent to a starting command to start the subsequent step of searching for the object from the car, and actually, according to the object searching command, it is not clear what the item the user wants to search for.
Furthermore, before the intelligent terminal sends the object searching instruction to the cloud server, the intelligent terminal can also verify the object searching instruction so as to judge whether the user is the user authorized to search the object authority (actually the vehicle-mounted camera opening authority), and only when the user is the user authorized to search the object authority, the intelligent terminal can send the object searching instruction to the cloud server.
It should be noted that the object finding instruction can be implemented by, but not limited to, the following ways: voice, key presses, etc.; the intelligent terminal can verify the object searching instruction through a voice recognition verification mode and/or a face recognition verification mode.
It should be noted that, by the verification of the intelligent terminal to the object searching instruction in advance, on one hand, the safety of the vehicle leaving object searching method is ensured, and the data in the vehicle is prevented from being maliciously obtained by others through the intelligent terminal; on the other hand, the computational complexity of the cloud server is reduced, and the follow-up algorithm flow for processing the object searching instruction sent by the user without the object searching authority by the cloud server is avoided.
It should be noted that the intelligent terminal includes, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and other terminal devices having a data processing function; generally, an intelligent terminal is a terminal device that has an independent operating system, can be used by a user to install programs provided by third-party service providers such as software and games, continuously expands the functions of a handheld device through the programs, and can realize wireless network access through a mobile communication network.
And S2, sending a starting instruction to the vehicle-mounted camera based on the object searching instruction.
As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment, the sending the start instruction to the vehicle-mounted camera based on the object-finding instruction includes the following steps:
and S21, verifying the object searching instruction.
It should be noted that the cloud server can verify the object finding instruction in a voice recognition manner; specifically, the user sends the object searching instruction through voice, and after receiving the object searching instruction, the intelligent terminal held by the user sends the object searching instruction to the cloud server, so that the cloud server verifies the object searching instruction through voice recognition.
Further, as described above, after the user sends the object-finding instruction, firstly, the above-mentioned intelligent terminal performs a verification on the object-finding instruction, and after the verification passes, the intelligent terminal sends the object-finding instruction to the cloud server, and after the cloud server obtains the object-finding instruction through step S1, the cloud server performs a secondary verification on the object-finding instruction through step S21.
It should be noted that, through the two verification, the safety and reliability of the vehicle-leaving object-searching method are effectively guaranteed, the safety of the environment in the vehicle is guaranteed, and the situation that other people view the environment in the vehicle at will after obtaining the intelligent terminal through a malicious means is avoided.
And S22, when the verification result is that the vehicle-mounted camera passes, sending the starting instruction to the vehicle-mounted camera.
And S3, acquiring the current in-vehicle data acquired by the vehicle-mounted camera.
Specifically, after the vehicle-mounted camera is started in step S22, the vehicle-mounted camera collects current in-vehicle data and sends the current in-vehicle data to the cloud server.
The current in-vehicle data includes, but is not limited to: in-vehicle images and/or in-vehicle videos.
And S4, judging whether the object to be searched is in the vehicle or not according to the current data in the vehicle.
In one embodiment, when the article-searching instruction includes a name corresponding to the article to be searched, the step of determining whether the article to be searched is in the vehicle according to the current in-vehicle data includes: and identifying the current in-vehicle data based on the object searching instruction so as to judge whether the object to be searched is in the vehicle.
Specifically, by combining image recognition and deep learning, which articles exist in the vehicle can be recognized from the current in-vehicle data, so that whether the articles to be searched exist in the vehicle can be judged according to the recognized articles.
It should be noted that, the current in-vehicle data is identified based on image identification and deep learning, and a conventional technical means in the field is adopted, and a specific implementation method thereof is not taken as a condition for limiting the present invention, and therefore, detailed description is not repeated here.
As shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment, when the object-searching command does not include a name corresponding to the object to be searched, the determining whether the object to be searched is in the vehicle according to the current in-vehicle data includes the following steps:
and S41, acquiring initial in-vehicle data.
In one embodiment, the initial in-vehicle data is stored in a memory.
As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, the step of obtaining the initial in-vehicle data includes the following steps:
and step S411, updating the initial in-vehicle data stored in the memory.
It should be noted that, by continuously updating the initial in-vehicle data stored in the memory (the "initial in-vehicle data" does not refer to the corresponding in-vehicle data immediately after the vehicle leaves the factory, but only refers to the current in-vehicle data), the initial in-vehicle data stored in the memory is updated, so that the reliability of subsequent object finding from the vehicle is improved.
Further, the user may actively update the initial in-vehicle data stored in the memory, for example, after the user finishes the in-vehicle once, the corresponding in-vehicle data in the in-vehicle at this time may be obtained, and the initial in-vehicle data stored in the memory is updated by using the in-vehicle data (the in-vehicle data is stored in the memory as the initial in-vehicle data); or acquiring the in-vehicle data at regular time, and updating the initial in-vehicle data stored in the memory by using the in-vehicle data; the specific updating method is not a condition for limiting the present invention, and may be set according to the actual application scenario.
And step S412, acquiring the initial in-vehicle data from the memory.
And S42, comparing the current in-vehicle data with the initial in-vehicle data to obtain difference in-vehicle data of the current in-vehicle data compared with the initial in-vehicle data.
Preferably, the current in-vehicle data is an in-vehicle environment picture corresponding to the current time acquired by the in-vehicle camera, the initial in-vehicle data is an initial in-vehicle environment picture, and a pixel region with a difference can be obtained by comparing the two, that is, the difference in-vehicle data.
And S43, identifying the data in the difference vehicle to obtain a corresponding difference result so as to judge whether the article to be searched is in the vehicle according to the difference result.
Specifically, the difference in-vehicle data is identified by using the image recognition and the deep learning.
Preferably, the difference result includes, but is not limited to, the different items existing in the current vehicle (corresponding to the current time) compared to the items existing in the initial vehicle (corresponding to a time before the current time, specifically, which time, depending on the initial in-vehicle data stored in the memory, the corresponding time is updated for the last time); finally, judging whether the different articles exist or not to contain the article which the user wants to search
And S5, sending the judgment result to the intelligent terminal of the user.
In an embodiment, the steps S4 and S5 can be implemented by the following steps: and sending the current in-vehicle data to an intelligent terminal of the user, so that the intelligent terminal judges whether the object to be searched is in the vehicle or not based on the current in-vehicle data.
As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment, when the determination result in the step S5 is yes through the determination in the step S4, the method further includes the following steps:
and S6, marking the object to be searched in the current in-vehicle data to obtain marked current in-vehicle data.
And S7, sending the marked current in-vehicle data to the intelligent terminal.
It should be noted that, by labeling the object to be searched in the current in-vehicle data and enabling the intelligent terminal held by the user to obtain the current in-vehicle data after the label, the user can accurately and intuitively see the position of the object to be searched in the vehicle, and meanwhile, the user can accurately judge whether the object to be searched is the object really to be searched by the user, so that the accurate reliability of the object searching when the user leaves the vehicle is ensured.
In an embodiment, the method for searching for an object from a vehicle further includes the following steps: and when the judgment result is yes and the user leaves the vehicle next time and does not carry the article to be searched, reminding the user.
Preferably, when the determination result is yes, that is, the article to be searched is in the vehicle, at this time, the cloud server may list the article to be searched in a forgetting reminding list, and when the user leaves the vehicle next time and does not carry the article to be searched yet, the user is reminded.
It should be noted that, the method for reminding the user is not limited to the conditions of the present invention, such as sending a reminding message to an intelligent terminal held by the user through the cloud server, or connecting the cloud server with a vehicle-mounted reminding device (such as a vehicle-mounted speaker) to remind the user through the vehicle-mounted reminding device; specifically, when the user leaves the vehicle next time, the vehicle-mounted camera collects current in-vehicle data and sends the current in-vehicle data to the cloud server, so that the cloud server judges whether the user carries the object to be searched, and finally determines whether the user needs to be reminded according to a judgment result.
It should be noted that the protection scope of the implementation method for finding an object away from a vehicle applied to the cloud server is not limited to the execution sequence of the steps listed in this embodiment, and all the schemes of increasing or decreasing the steps and replacing the steps in the prior art according to the principle of the present invention are included in the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the cloud server of the present invention includes a processor 51 and a memory 52.
The memory 52 is used for storing a computer program and the above initial in-vehicle data; preferably, the memory 52 comprises: a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, a usb disk, a Memory card, or an optical disk, which can store program codes.
The processor 51 is connected to the memory 52, and is configured to execute the computer program stored in the memory 52, so that the cloud server executes the above-mentioned method for finding an object away from the vehicle.
Preferably, the Processor 51 may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the Integrated Circuit may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, or discrete hardware components.
As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment, the system for finding objects away from a vehicle of the present invention includes the cloud server 61, the intelligent terminal 62 and the vehicle-mounted camera 63.
Specifically, the intelligent terminal 62 is connected to the cloud server 61, and is configured to receive an object finding instruction and send the object finding instruction to the cloud server 61; the vehicle-mounted camera 63 is connected with the cloud server 61, and is used for receiving a starting instruction, acquiring current in-vehicle data, and sending the current in-vehicle data to the cloud server 61.
In an embodiment, the intelligent terminal 62 is further configured to verify the article-searching command, and send the article-searching command to the cloud server 61 when the verification result is that the article-searching command passes.
It should be noted that the working principle of the system for implementing the vehicle-leaving object finding is the same as that of the method for implementing the vehicle-leaving object finding applied to the cloud server, and is not described in detail herein.
It should be noted that, the system for implementing the away-vehicle object finding according to the present invention can implement the method for implementing the away-vehicle object finding applied to the cloud server according to the present invention, but the implementation apparatus of the method for implementing the away-vehicle object finding applied to the cloud server according to the present invention includes, but is not limited to, the structure of the system for implementing the away-vehicle object finding recited in the present embodiment, and all structural modifications and substitutions in the prior art made according to the principle of the present invention are included in the protection scope of the present invention.
In one embodiment, the method for searching for an object leaving a vehicle is applied to an intelligent terminal held by a user, and comprises the following steps:
step one, acquiring an object searching instruction sent by a user.
Specifically, the user sends the object searching instruction to the intelligent terminal, so that the intelligent terminal obtains the object searching instruction.
And secondly, sending a starting instruction to the vehicle-mounted camera based on the object searching instruction.
In one embodiment, the step of sending a start instruction to the vehicle-mounted camera based on the object searching instruction comprises the following steps:
and (1) verifying the object searching instruction.
Specifically, the intelligent terminal verifies the object finding instruction after acquiring the object finding instruction sent by the user in the first step.
And (2) sending the starting instruction to the vehicle-mounted camera when the verification result is that the vehicle-mounted camera passes.
And step three, acquiring current in-vehicle data acquired by the vehicle-mounted camera, and judging whether the object to be searched is in the vehicle or not according to the current in-vehicle data.
Specifically, after the vehicle-mounted camera is started in the step (2), the vehicle-mounted camera can acquire current in-vehicle data and send the current in-vehicle data to the intelligent terminal, so that the intelligent terminal can acquire the current in-vehicle data; after the intelligent terminal acquires the current in-vehicle data, whether the object to be searched is in the vehicle is judged based on the current in-vehicle data.
It should be noted that the working principle of the intelligent terminal determining whether the object to be searched is in the vehicle based on the current in-vehicle data is the same as that described above (including that the object searching instruction includes the name of the corresponding object to be searched and the object searching instruction does not include the name of the corresponding object to be searched, which are two methods), and details are not repeated here.
In an embodiment, the method for searching for an object from a vehicle further includes the following steps:
if the corresponding judgment result of judging whether the article to be searched is in the vehicle is yes, executing the following steps:
and fourthly, marking the object to be searched in the current in-vehicle data to obtain marked current in-vehicle data.
Specifically, the object to be searched in the current in-vehicle data is marked through the intelligent terminal.
Further, in the third step, when the judgment result of judging whether the article to be searched is in the vehicle is yes and the user leaves the vehicle next time and does not carry the article to be searched, the user is reminded through the intelligent terminal.
It should be noted that the working principle of the method for implementing the object finding from the vehicle applied to the intelligent terminal is similar to that of the method for implementing the object finding from the vehicle applied to the cloud server, but the difference is that the method for implementing the object finding from the vehicle applied to the intelligent terminal is only applicable to the situation that the distance between the user and the vehicle is within a certain range (such as a bluetooth wireless transmission distance) and exceeds the range, and the method for implementing the object finding from the vehicle applied to the intelligent terminal cannot be implemented, but only the method for implementing the object finding from the vehicle applied to the cloud server is used for implementing the object finding from the vehicle.
It should be noted that the protection scope of the implementation method for finding objects away from a vehicle applied to an intelligent terminal according to the present invention is not limited to the execution sequence of the steps listed in this embodiment, and all the schemes of increasing or decreasing steps and replacing steps in the prior art according to the principle of the present invention are included in the protection scope of the present invention.
