In the remote video service of the financial industry, a client and a financial industry worker complete service transaction through video session, and the service pressure of a business hall of the financial industry is shared. In the related art, the remote video service enables the client and the financial staff to communicate by establishing a conversation room involving the client and the financial staff, and the participants of the conversation room can be multiple. However, when the communication content between the participants is not easy to know to other participants, it is inconvenient to handle the business, and the number of businesses that can be online is small, and the radius of online services is small.
In view of the above problems, embodiments of the present application provide a multiparty session method, which can facilitate transaction of services, enable more services to be online, and increase the radius of online services.
The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a multi-party conversation method according to an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, a multiparty session method shown in an embodiment of the present application includes:
step S110, an initial conversation room is established, the initial conversation room involving at least three participants.
Wherein the parties involved in the initial conversation room can communicate, such as voice communication, video communication or text communication, in the initial conversation room. The number of participants and the number of participants in the initial room for the conversation may vary, and the at least three participants in the initial room for the conversation may be the total number of at least three participants in the initial room for the conversation, or the current initial room for the conversation at a certain stage or time may involve at least three participants. For example, the beginning phase may include a first participant, a second participant, and a third participant communicating with each other, the first participant exiting the initial session room in the middle phase, and the second participant communicating with the third participant in the ending phase. For example, the start phase may include a first participant, a second participant and a third participant communicating with each other, the first participant exiting the initial conversation room in the middle phase, the fourth participant entering the initial conversation room in the middle phase, and the second participant, the third participant and the fourth participant communicating with each other in the end phase.
Step S120, add the participant into the group conversation room, wherein the initial conversation room masks the media data of the participants of the group conversation room, and/or the group conversation room masks the media data of the participants of the initial conversation room.
The group conversation room can be established in advance or in real time according to the requirements of the participants. For example, the group conversation room can be established simultaneously with the initial conversation room, or can be established in real time during the conversation of the participants according to the close talking requirements of the participants.
The initial conversation room shields the media data of the participants of the group conversation room, so that the terminals of the participants of the initial conversation room can not obtain the media data of the participants of the group conversation room, and the participants of the initial conversation room can not know the communication content among the participants of the group conversation room. Therefore, in the remote video service, when the participants need to communicate and the communication content is not convenient for other participants to know, the participants needing to communicate in a private way can be added into the group conversation room, and the other participants who are not convenient to know the communication content are left in the initial conversation room, so that the participants in the initial conversation room cannot know the communication content of the participants in the group conversation room.
The grouping conversation room shields the media data of the participants of the initial conversation room, so that the terminals of the participants of the grouping conversation room can not acquire the media data of the participants of the initial conversation room, and the participants of the grouping conversation room can not know the communication content among the participants of the initial conversation room. Therefore, in the remote video service, when the participants need to communicate and the communication content is not convenient for other participants to know, the participants needing to communicate in a private way can be left in the initial conversation room, and other participants who are not convenient to know the communication content are added into the group conversation room, so that the participants in the group conversation room cannot know the communication content of the participants in the initial conversation room.
When the initial conversation room shields the media data of the participants of the group conversation room and the group conversation room shields the media data of the participants of the initial conversation room, the terminals of the participants of the initial conversation room cannot acquire the media data of the participants of the group conversation room, the participants of the initial conversation room cannot acquire the communication content of the participants of the group conversation room, the terminals of the participants of the group conversation room cannot acquire the media data of the participants of the initial conversation room, and the participants of the group conversation room cannot acquire the communication content of the participants of the initial conversation room, so that the initial conversation room and the group conversation room are shielded from each other.
The media data of the participants reflects the communication content output by the participants, and meanwhile, the participants can know the communication content output by the corresponding participants by acquiring the media data of the participants except the participants, and the media data can be used as a medium for communication among the participants. For example, the media data may be video data and audio data, so that the participants can communicate with each other through video and audio.
Step S130, add the participants of the group conversation room into the initial conversation room.
In one embodiment, part of the participants of the group conversation room are added into the initial conversation room, and part of the participants of the group conversation room are kept in the group conversation room; all participants of the group conversation room may also be added to the initial conversation room. Further, different participants of the group conversation room may be added to the initial conversation room at the same time or at different times.
If the initial conversation room masks the media data of the participants of the group conversation room, when the participants of the group conversation room are added into the initial conversation room, the media data of the participants added into the initial conversation room from the group conversation room are stopped being masked from the initial conversation room, so that the terminals of the participants of the initial conversation room can obtain the media data of the participants added into the initial conversation room from the group conversation room, and the participants of the initial conversation room can communicate with the participants added into the initial conversation room from the group conversation room. In addition, communication can be performed in the initial conversation room among a plurality of participants added from the packet conversation room to the initial conversation room. For example, when two participants of a group conversation room are added into an initial conversation room at different times and a later-added participant is added into the initial conversation room, the terminal of the earlier-added participant can acquire media data of the later-added participant, and the terminal of the later-added participant can acquire media data of the earlier-added participant, thereby achieving communication, wherein the earlier-added participant and the later-added participant are both participants added from the group conversation room to the initial conversation room, and the adding time of the earlier-added participant is earlier than that of the later-added participant.
If the media data of the participant of the initial conversation room is shielded by the grouping conversation room, when the participant of the grouping conversation room is added into the initial conversation room, the media data of the participant of the initial conversation room is stopped being shielded for the participant added into the initial conversation room from the grouping conversation room, so that the terminal of the participant added into the initial conversation room from the grouping conversation room can acquire the media data of the participant of the initial conversation room, and the participant added into the initial conversation room from the grouping conversation room can communicate with the participant of the initial conversation room. In addition, communication can be performed in the initial conversation room among a plurality of participants added from the packet conversation room to the initial conversation room. For example, when two participants of a group conversation room are added into an initial conversation room at different times and a later-added participant is added into the group conversation room, the terminal of the later-added participant can acquire media data of a previously-added participant, and the terminal of the previously-added participant can acquire media data of the later-added participant, thereby achieving communication, wherein the previously-added participant and the later-added participant are both participants added from the group conversation room to the initial conversation room, and the adding time of the previously-added participant is earlier than that of the later-added participant.
If the initial conversation room shields the media data of the participants of the group conversation room and the group conversation room shields the media data of the participants of the initial conversation room, when the participants of the group conversation room are added into the initial conversation room, the mutual shielding between the participants added into the initial conversation room from the group conversation room and the participants of the initial conversation room is stopped, and the participants can obtain the media data of the other parties, so that the communication is carried out.
In summary, the multi-party conversation method provided by the present application adds the participants into the group conversation room by establishing an initial conversation room involving at least three participants, wherein the initial conversation room masks the media data of the participants of the group conversation room, and/or the group conversation room masks the media data of the participants of the initial conversation room, and then adds the participants of the group conversation room into the initial conversation room. By the design, the initial conversation room and the grouping conversation room are set to group the participants, so that the participants in the initial conversation room cannot receive the media data of the participants in the grouping conversation room, and/or the participants in the grouping conversation room cannot receive the media data of the participants in the initial conversation room, the communication content of the participants in the grouping conversation room is prevented from being known to the participants in the initial conversation room, and/or the communication content of the participants in the initial conversation room is prevented from being known to the participants in the grouping conversation room, the service handling is facilitated, more services can be on-line, and the radius of the on-line service is increased.
To further illustrate the multi-party conversation method of the present application, referring to fig. 2, the present application further provides a multi-party conversation method, which includes:
step S210, an initial conversation room is established, the initial conversation room involving at least three participants.
In order to make the communication between the initial session rooms more orderly, in an embodiment, the initial session room is established according to an initial session room establishment instruction of a preset initiator, the participants are added into the initial session room according to an initial addition instruction of the preset initiator, and the participants can be moved out of the initial session room according to an initial exit instruction of the preset initiator. The preset initiator may be one or at least two of the participants of the initial session room, and the initial session room is established according to the initial session room establishment instructions of one, two or more preset initiators. For example, the initial conversation room may be established by one client or one worker, may be established by one client and one worker together, or may be established by a plurality of workers together. The participant to join may join the room of the initial conversation by the room number of the room of the initial conversation, a link to join the room of the initial conversation, or upon invitation by the participant who has joined the room of the initial conversation. The preset initiator can be a worker, so that the worker can establish an initial conversation room, add a client to be communicated into the initial conversation room, and move a client completing communication and service handling out of the conversation room.
The initial conversation room relating to at least three parties may be the initial conversation room relating to at least three parties when the number of the parties of the initial conversation room is the largest, or the initial conversation room relating to at least three parties under set conditions. Therefore, the reference to at least three participants in the initial conversation room does not mean that there are always at least three participants in the initial conversation room, and the number of participants in the initial conversation room of the present application may vary. The at least three parties may be one party representing the client and at least two parties representing the staff, at least two parties representing the client and one party representing the staff, or at least two parties representing the client and at least two parties representing the staff.
In order to enable the participants of the initial conversation room to communicate, in an embodiment, media data of each participant of the initial conversation room is obtained and transmitted among the participants of the initial conversation room, so that each participant can send the media data to other participants of the initial conversation room and can also receive the media data of other participants of the initial conversation room, thereby implementing the communication among the participants of the initial conversation room. The media data is a carrier of the communication content output by the participant and reflects the communication content output by other participants participating in the initial conversation room.
Step S220, a group conversation room is established according to the trigger grouping instruction of the participants of the initial conversation room, wherein the initial conversation room masks the media data of the participants of the group conversation room, and/or the group conversation room masks the media data of the participants of the initial conversation room.
In an embodiment, the trigger grouping instruction is triggered by a preset initiator, and the preset initiator may trigger the grouping by clicking a function button, through steps of selecting a participant, setting a participant permission, setting a group conversation room name, and the like.
The trigger grouping instruction may be an instruction to establish a group conversation room to be added to the participant, or may be an instruction to add the participant while establishing the group conversation room, so that the group conversation room to which the participant has been added is established. The added party and the party to be added may be parties of the initial conversation room, or may be new parties, that is, parties other than the initial conversation room, and the new parties become parties of the group conversation room after being added into the group conversation room. The new participant may be a member of the contact list of the participant who issued the trigger group instruction so that the participant of the initial conversation room may add the new participant into the group conversation room through the contact list.
In an embodiment, the transmission of media data of the participants of the group conversation room to the terminals of each participant of the initial conversation room is prohibited to enable the initial conversation room to mask the media data of the participants of the group conversation room. For example, in one embodiment, the pull flow of media data of the participants to the room of the initial conversation to the room of the packet conversation is closed, and/or the pull flow of media data of the participants to the room of the packet conversation to the room of the initial conversation is closed. The media data of the participants of the initial conversation room are shielded by the grouping conversation room by closing the pull stream of the media data transmission of the participants of the initial conversation room to the grouping conversation room so as to prohibit the media data transmission of the participants of the initial conversation room to the terminals of the participants of the grouping conversation room. The method comprises the steps of closing the pull stream of the media data of the participants of the group conversation room transmitted to the initial conversation room so as to prohibit the media data of the participants of the group conversation room from being transmitted to the terminals of the participants of the initial conversation room, and accordingly achieving the purpose that the initial conversation room shields the media data of the participants of the group conversation room. In an embodiment, the media data of the participants in the group conversation room is encrypted or converted into null data before being transmitted to the terminals of the participants in the initial conversation room, so that even if the participants in the initial conversation room acquire the media data of the participants in the group conversation room, the participants in the initial conversation room cannot know the communication content according to the media data of the participants in the group conversation room, and the purpose of shielding the media data of the participants in the group conversation room by the initial conversation room is achieved.
In one embodiment, when the initial conversation room masks the media data of the participants of the group conversation room, the group conversation room may or may not mask the media data of the participants of the initial conversation room. Therefore, the participants in the initial conversation room cannot acquire the media data of the participants in the group conversation room, and therefore the participants in the initial conversation room cannot know the conversation content of the participants in the group conversation room, and the participants in the group conversation room can not acquire the media data of the participants in the initial conversation room by shielding the initial conversation room, or can not shield the media data of the participants in the initial conversation room, so as to acquire the media data of the participants in the initial conversation room, and therefore can know the conversation content of the participants in the initial conversation room. For example, the staff members are arranged in a group conversation room, and the clients are arranged in an initial conversation room, so that the communication between the staff members can be facilitated, and the communication content can be shielded for the clients. Meanwhile, the staff can shield the client in the initial conversation room to protect the privacy of the client, the client can communicate conveniently, the communication content is not known to the staff, and the staff can not shield the client and then know the dynamic state and the demand of the client at any time so as to provide service more timely.
In an embodiment, the media data of the participants controlling the room of the initial conversation is played in the room of the initial conversation and/or in the room of the packet conversation. Thus, even if a participant in the initial conversation room is not added to the group conversation room, the participant in the group conversation room can acquire the media data of the participant, and thus can learn the conversation content of the participant in the initial conversation room. Further, the media data of the participants controlling the group conversation room is played in the initial conversation room and/or in the group conversation room. Thus, even if a participant of the group conversation room is not added to the initial conversation room, the participant of the initial conversation room can acquire the media data of the participant of the group conversation room, thereby learning the conversation content of the participant of the group conversation room.
In an embodiment, the media data includes at least one of audio data, video data, text data, and image data. For example, the audio data may be voice data for a conversation between the customer and the worker, the video data may be video data recorded by the customer and the worker, the text data may be text, data, and symbol data input by the customer and the worker, and the image data may be scanned image data of the customer's certificate. In an embodiment, the initial conversation room may mask at least one media data of the participants of the group conversation room. For example, if the initial conversation room masks audio data of the group conversation room without masking video data, then the participants of the initial conversation room can see the participants of the group conversation room through the video, but cannot hear the audio of the participants of the group conversation room. For example, the staff can be set in the group conversation room, and the client can be set in the initial conversation room, so that the client can see the staff and cannot hear the voice of the staff and the communication content between the staff, the client can know the state of the staff through the video, and the client cannot know the communication content of the staff, thereby facilitating the private communication between the staff and the client to know the current state of the staff. Further, the packet conversation room may mask at least one media data of the participants of the initial conversation room.
In order to enable more participants to have a private conversation without the other participants knowing the content of the conversation, in an embodiment the number of packet session rooms is at least two, a packet session room masks the media data of the participants of another packet session room. To facilitate communication between the participants of the group conversation rooms, the group conversation rooms are further shielded from each other such that the participants of each group conversation room cannot obtain media data of the participants of the other group conversation rooms. Further, each group conversation room masks the media data of the participants of the initial conversation room, and/or the initial conversation room masks the media data of the participants of each group conversation room, in order to mask the communication content of each group conversation room to the initial conversation room or to mask the content of the initial conversation room to each group conversation room. In one embodiment, the number of participants per group conversation room may be the same or different. Further, the number of participants in the group conversation room may be greater than or equal to the number of participants in the initial conversation room, or less than the number of participants in the initial conversation room. The number of the accommodated participants in the initial conversation room may be a preset fixed value or a variable value. The number of participants per group conversation room may be a preset fixed value or may be a variable value. The preset fixed value of the initial conversation room and the preset fixed value of the group conversation room may be the same or different. Further, the preset fixed values of any two groups of conversation rooms can be the same or different.
Step S230, add the participants of the initial conversation room into the group conversation room.
In one embodiment, the participants of the initial conversation room are added to the group conversation room according to the group addition instructions of the primary participant. Where the primary participant is a participant in the room of the initial conversation, for example, the primary participant may be the first participant to join the room of the initial conversation. The master participant may set up the group to decide whether the participant in the initial conversation room is added to the group conversation room or remains in the initial conversation room. The participants need not perceive "room" information, and the flow and management of the participants is decided by the main participant.
In order to enable communication sessions between the participants of the group conversation room, in an embodiment, media data of each participant of the group conversation room is acquired and transmitted between the participants of the group conversation room, so that each participant can send the media data to other participants of the group conversation room and can also receive the media data of the other participants of the group conversation room, and therefore communication between the participants of the group conversation room is achieved.
In order to more flexibly add the participants of the initial conversation room into the group conversation room, in one embodiment, the participants of the initial conversation room are added into the group conversation room one by one, or at least two participants of the initial conversation room can be added into the group conversation room at the same time. In step S240, the participants of the group conversation room are added to the initial conversation room according to the disaggregation grouping instruction of the participants of the initial conversation room and/or the disaggregation grouping instruction of the participants of the group conversation room.
After the participants needing private communication complete communication, the participants in the group conversation room can be added into the initial conversation room according to the group breaking instruction, so that all the participants enter the initial conversation room to communicate. For example, after the staff in the group conversation room masks the client in the initial conversation room to complete communication, the staff in the group conversation room can be added into the initial conversation room according to the group breaking instruction, so that the staff after private communication can continue to communicate with the client. The ungrouping instruction may be generated by the participants of the initial conversation room or by the participants of the group conversation room. For example, the ungrouping instruction may be generated by a worker or a client in the room of the initial conversation, or may be generated by a worker or a client in the room of the group conversation.
In order to more flexibly add the participants of the group conversation room into the initial conversation room, in one embodiment, the group breaking instruction can be multiple, and different participants of the group conversation room are added into the initial conversation room at different times according to each group breaking instruction, so that the server can add different participants of the group conversation room into the initial conversation room according to each group breaking instruction, and the time of each addition can be different. Further, each ungrouping instruction may add the same number of participants to the group conversation room or add a different number of participants to the group conversation room.
In order to reduce the resource occupation of the packet conversation room, in an embodiment, after all the participants of the packet conversation room exit the packet conversation room, the packet conversation room resource is released through a timing task, wherein the timing task releases the packet conversation room resource after setting a preset release duration after no participant exists in the packet conversation room.
