The government affair information processing platform 1 generates corresponding log files in the operation process and the data processing process of the system, stores the log files in the database 2, provides a log query interface including data collection, service call log query, server operation state query and database 2 state query, and queries through corresponding log information;

Metadata management provides reliable and convenient tool support for the establishment of a data management system. Metadata is a core component of government affair information management, runs through links of creation, maintenance management and use of platform data, helps a data center to unify data apertures, mark data directions, analyze data relationships and manage model changes, and is a powerful guarantee for platform data construction and efficient management of data assets. Meanwhile, metadata is used as a driver to construct a complete data management and data service system, the metadata realizes the centralized management and display of data production and service full-link information, the operation management and control and quality management of government information need to use the metadata as a standard, and the content of a data service directory is also taken from the metadata system.
It should be further noted that the government affair information processing platform 1 includes: the metadata management unit, the metadata configuration unit, the metadata model management unit, the metadata scanning unit, the metadata retrieval unit, the metadata version management unit and the metadata import and export unit;

the metadata model management unit manages a metadata model based on a metadata directory tree structure, a user configures the metadata model, looks up a metadata model relation tree, establishes metadata according to a corresponding data source and creates an acquisition task; different parent meta-models have different child meta-models, and different metadata instance information of the child meta-models can be checked after the collection task is run. The metadata model management unit establishes corresponding instances under corresponding metadata in the metadata model relation tree according to the data source, performs metadata acquisition tasks and can check specific metadata instance information; through retrieval, metadata meeting requirements can be searched out, metadata detailed information can be viewed, metadata analysis and version change information query can be carried out, and subscription management and export can be carried out.
The metadata scanning unit supports manual or timing scanning of the designated database 2 resources, extracts and analyzes related data, and automatically maintains the difference data to a designated metadata directory after comparing the difference between the scanned data and the original data;
the metadata retrieval unit supports a full-text retrieval mode to search metadata information in an authority range matched with the keywords, and the metadata information is quickly positioned to nodes on a metadata organization tree through metadata path information;
the metadata version management unit is used for managing the metadata object version and the baseline version;
the metadata object version is formed by submitting metadata each time (the last version forms a historical version), and the function of comparing the historical version with the current version among the historical versions is provided;
a baseline version, forming a data set for metadata objects generated at a stage, providing a comparison of versions of data sets generated at different stages.
The metadata import and export unit is used for providing import and export functions of metadata. The method ensures that the data model and the data object can be flexibly migrated, and supports the inspection and comparison among the models so as to facilitate the maintenance and the extension of the data model.
The government affair information processing platform 1 also supports auditing the scanning conditions of a data resource library and table-level granularity according to a data resource list, and can present the whole scanning rate of the data resources in a chart form; the method supports rank display aiming at the scanning condition of the data resources of each service system; the detailed information of the data resource scanning audit is presented in a list form and a data resource map form;
presenting the sensitive data resource in a chart form;
specifically, statistics is supported on the record condition of the online resources such as the application, the interface, the operation and maintenance control terminal and the like accessing the database 2 based on the data resource list, and the record rate is presented in a chart form.
The data resource map can comprehensively present the distribution condition of the data resources. The presenting content comprises: data resource distribution, sensitive data distribution presentation, sensitive data type presentation and data grading presentation.
Presenting the access coverage of the data resource in a chart form, wherein the presentation at least comprises: a database 2, a data pool, a service system and a resource IP; and the screening according to attributes such as sensitive data classification, sensitive data classification and sensitive data characteristics is supported.
And displaying the accessed service system and the data resource access condition according to the service system dimension, and counting the access rate, the resource type, the claim rate and the scanning rate.
Presenting sensitive data resources in a graph form includes: database 2 resources, resource IP, sensitive data hierarchical type distribution, sensitive data hierarchical distribution. And the distribution condition of the sensitive data in the form of topological graph is supported. Data security policy audit is realized through a visualization means, and standard implementation situation tracking and policy implementation situation tracking are realized.
For the retrieval and query of the invention, the platform provides an index module and a query module; the index module sorts one or more columns of values in the table of the database 2, and the government affair information in the table of the database 2 can be quickly accessed by using the index.
The index module is used for providing data index service of government affair information, and extracting information and organizing information for retrieval from mass data resources;
the index module supports the establishment of indexes on structured data, semi-structured data and unstructured data in the platform, so that retrieval services for people, objects, space-time and the like are provided for upper-layer application;
the method supports near real-time retrieval, distributed batch indexing, intelligent Chinese word segmentation and highlight display; supporting the management and shielding of search sensitive keywords; supporting the establishment of indexes for the resource directory and the metadata; an efficient metadata management function service is provided. And an auditing function of the search log is supported.
The query module provides a query interface of government affair information and various query interfaces of various structured and unstructured data, and supports various query modes such as accuracy/fuzziness, classification, combination, batch and the like; and searching the same full-text data as the input file according to the MD5 and the file body length.
Specifically, the query retrieval can query various data resource conditions of the platform. Structured data can be queried, and accurate matching and fuzzy matching are supported. When structured data is used for query, query values can be used for query in a plurality of similar fields through field expansion configuration according to the types of query words so as to ensure recall ratio. And the query based on keyword matching or text similarity matching is supported.
In the platform provided by the present invention, the government affair information processing platform 1 further comprises: the system comprises a service registration module, a service monitoring module and a service management module;

The method comprises the steps of monitoring the maximum allowable connection number, the current connection number, the total number of service visits, the daily average visit times and the like of platform services, monitoring visit operation pressure in real time, setting a warning value for the service pressure, and giving an early warning when the service pressure exceeds the warning value to remind a manager to respond in time.
Classifying users accessing the platform according to departments, monitoring the conditions of user access of the departments, setting accessible data volume for the departments within a certain time, locking all users of the departments if the data volume is exceeded, and reminding administrators through abnormal early warning.
Classifying users accessed by the platform according to the system, monitoring the access condition of the users of the system, setting the accessible data volume of the system within a certain time, locking all users of the system if the data volume exceeds the data volume, and reminding an administrator through abnormal early warning.

Unauthorized sharing monitoring of sensitive data: monitoring whether sensitive data sharing is approved or not is supported. Outgoing data leakage tracking: the method supports that the data leakage source is accurately positioned by adding the data watermark into the outgoing data and comparing the data watermark with the leakage data.

the government affair information processing platform is used for acquiring government affair information of each business department, receiving the government affair information pushed by each data source, collecting the government affair information and storing the government affair information into a database;
the government affair information processing platform receives a government affair information query request sent by a government affair access terminal and determines government affair information query information; searching matched government affair information from a preset government affair mapping table and displaying the government affair information in a preset display frame;
the government affair information processing platform generates corresponding log files in the running process and the data processing process of the platform, stores the log files in a database, provides a log query interface including data aggregation, service call log query, server running state query and database state query, and queries through corresponding log information;
describing government affair information in the database by adopting metadata to form directory contents in a uniform format, and forming a data information directory library by configuring the directory contents; and the database is used for inquiring government affair information in the database based on the data information directory library and operating.
2. Government affairs data service system based on big data processing according to claim 1, wherein,
the government affair information processing platform is also used for acquiring an initial government affair information file;
and splitting and combining each initial government affair information in the initial government affair information file to generate a government affair information matching information table containing each set government affair information and related government affair branch information.
3. Government affairs data service system according to claim 2, wherein the government affairs data service system is further characterized in that,
the government affair information processing platform is also used for carrying out classification processing on the initial government affair information in the initial government affair information file according to the set government affair information type to obtain at least one government affair information classification set;
for each piece of government affair information, traversing each classification set of the government affair information, summarizing the government affair information of different government affair information types relevant to the government affair information, and carrying out government affair information combination to form government affair subentry information of the government affair information;

and performing expanded query on the government affair information query information based on the government affair information sent by the user.
