Detailed Description
At least the following matters will become apparent from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.
A supply device is characterized by comprising: an acquisition unit that acquires use information and user information, wherein the use information is information on a nonwoven fabric product used in a facility that is a destination of the nonwoven fabric product, and the user information is information on a user who uses the nonwoven fabric product; a calculation unit that calculates a supply amount of the nonwoven fabric product to the facility based on the usage information and the user information; and a providing unit that provides information on the nonwoven fabric product provided to the facility when the supply amount satisfies a predetermined condition.
According to such a provision device, for example, information on a nonwoven fabric product used in facilities such as a nursery, that is, usage information, and user information on a user such as a child of the nursery using the nonwoven fabric product are acquired. For example, the supply device acquires the stock quantity of the nonwoven fabric products managed by the nursery as the use information.
The providing apparatus acquires information such as the size of a nonwoven fabric product used by a child in a nursery, the type of male or female, the type of tape or pants when the diaper is used, the age of the month, the height and weight, the number of nonwoven fabric products used (for example, the number of nonwoven fabric products used for 1 day), the number of days spent on the nursery (for example, the number of days spent on the nursery for 1 week), and the usage status of the nursery, as the user information.
The supply device calculates the supply amount of the nonwoven fabric product to the facility based on the usage information and the user information. For example, the supply device calculates the required number of nonwoven fabric products for each category used for a predetermined period of time in which the infant is present, based on the user information and the usage information, and calculates the number corresponding to the difference between the required number and the stock number of nonwoven fabric products in the infant-supporting place as the supply amount.
When the supply amount satisfies a predetermined condition, the supply device supplies information on the nonwoven fabric product supplied to the facility. For example, in the case where the supply amount is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value, the providing device provides information on the nonwoven fabric products, the information including an indication that the facility is provided with the number of nonwoven fabric products corresponding to the supply amount. Thus, the supply device can realize appropriate stock management of nonwoven fabric products.
For example, in the case of providing a child in a nursery with a nonwoven fabric product, it is predicted that the size of the nonwoven fabric product changes with time according to the physical growth of the child in the nursery. Further, since a plurality of children are attended to the care center, it is difficult to grasp the amount of use of the entire care center by size even if the size change of each individual is known.
In such a case, when only a supplementary amount of nonwoven fabric product is simply supplied when the stock amount is reduced, there is a case where the stock amount of a part of the sizes cannot be sufficiently secured. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the number of nonwoven fabric products suitable for each user in accordance with the growth condition of the user's body and the like. Therefore, in the present application, the supply device calculates the supply amount of the nonwoven fabric product to the facility based on the usage information and the user information. Thereby, the providing means is capable of providing a sufficient amount of nonwoven product to the facility in accordance with the change in size of the user. [ embodiment ]
[1 example of supply processing shown in a supply apparatus ]
An example of information processing performed by the providing apparatus 10 according to the embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a diagram illustrating an example of information processing performed by the providing apparatus 10 according to the embodiment.
The following example will be described with reference to fig. 1: the non-woven fabric product is provided from a provider according to a user who has his or her child or the like hosted in a post and the contents of the order service introduced in the post. An example of processing related to inventory management of a post office into which a subscription service is introduced will be described.
In the example of fig. 1, the nonwoven fabric product is a diaper, a hip wipe, a mask, a wet wipe, a cleaning product, or the like. The cleaning article referred to herein is a sheet-like product made of nonwoven fabric, and is used for removing dust, dirt, and the like.
Further, a user (child care center) B who uses a nonwoven fabric product such as a diaper and a hip wet wipe is a child of the user U and is managed at the care center a. The user U is not limited to the parent of the child B in the nursery, and may be a brother, a sister, a grandparent, a relative, a nurse, a guardian, or the like of the child B in the nursery.
In the example of fig. 1, the post a is added with the order service, and the provider P provides the nonwoven fabric product according to the contents of the user and the order service, who has their own child or the like in the post a. In the example of fig. 1, a predetermined number of nonwoven fabric products are provided from the provider P to the nursing home a.
In the following description, the user terminal 100 may be regarded as the user U, the facility terminal 300 may be regarded as the care giver M, and the provider terminal 500 may be regarded as the provider P. That is, hereinafter, the user U, the care giver M, and the provider P may be referred to as the user terminal 100, the facility terminal 300, and the provider terminal 500, respectively.
First, an example will be described in which a provider is caused to provide a nonwoven fabric product based on a user who has his or her child or the like in a post and the contents of an order service introduced in the post. As shown in fig. 1, the providing apparatus 10 receives user information on a user who uses a nonwoven fabric product and facility information on a facility that uses the nonwoven fabric product from a user U (step S1). In the example of fig. 1, the providing apparatus 10 provides a screen for registering user information and facility information to the user terminal 100. Then, the providing apparatus 10 receives information input by the user U on the screen.
More specifically, the providing apparatus 10 receives information such as the size of the nonwoven fabric product used by the child B in the nursery, the type of male or female, the type of tape or pants when the diaper is wet, the age of the month, the height and weight, the number of used nonwoven fabric products, the number of days of the nursery a, and the use status of the nursery a as user information. In addition, the providing apparatus 10 receives, as the facility information, identification information for identifying the nursery a hosted by the nursery child B.
Next, the first settlement server 200 receives the registration of the credit card information and controls a settlement process of the charge for use of the nonwoven fabric product (hereinafter, sometimes referred to as a use charge) (step S2). Here, the first settlement server 200 controls the settlement processing of the fee generated with the use of the subscription service. In addition, the usage charge is a charge generated accompanying the use of the subscription service.
In the example of fig. 1, the providing apparatus 10 receives the registration of the user information and the facility information, and then controls the redirection of the user terminal 100 to the first settlement server 200. Then, the first settlement server 200 provides the user terminal 100 with a screen for registering information of the credit card used by the user U in the settlement of the usage charge. The first settlement server 200 receives information input by the user U on the screen.
Then, the first settlement server 200 receives the settlement processing of the usage charge using the credit card corresponding to the registered information from the user U. As a more specific example, the first settlement server 200 receives a settlement process of a usage fee determined based on user information and facility information registered by the user U from the user U, and stores information indicating that the usage fee is paid by the user U in a predetermined storage unit in association with identification information of the user U. Further, the first settlement server 200 may request the use charge from the credit card used by the user U every time the service is specified by the contract between the subscription service and the user U.
Then, the providing apparatus 10 acquires payment information on payment of a fee for use of the nonwoven fabric product from the first settlement server 200 (step S3). In the example of fig. 1, the providing apparatus 10 acquires payment information including the amount of the usage fee requested to the user U, information indicating whether or not the user U paid the usage fee, and the like. In the example of fig. 1, the providing apparatus 10 acquires information indicating that the user U has paid the usage fee.
Subsequently, the care giver M uses the nonwoven fabric product for the user (step S4). In the example of fig. 1, the care giver M uses the nonwoven fabric product for the child B of the nursery in accordance with the type of the nonwoven fabric product based on the size indicated by the user information supplied from the supply device 10, the type of the user's sex (for boys and girls), and the like.
Then, the providing device 10 acquires the use information on the use of the nonwoven fabric product from the facility terminal 300 (step S5). In the example of fig. 1, the providing apparatus 10 provides the facility terminal 300 with a screen for inputting the stock quantity of the nonwoven fabric products managed as the stock in the nursing home a. Then, the providing apparatus 10 acquires information input by the care giver M on the screen as the use information.
Next, the supply device 10 determines a supply method of the nonwoven fabric product to the facility, and calculates a cost for supplying the nonwoven fabric product based on the determined supply method (step S6). In the example of fig. 1, the providing device 10 determines the provision method of the nonwoven fabric product to the post a based on the payment information, the user information, and the facility information of each user corresponding to the post a, and the use information of the post a.
To give a more specific example, the supply device 10 estimates the number of nonwoven fabric products (required number) of each type used in the nursing home a for a predetermined period (for example, 1 week or 1 month) based on the payment information, the user information, and the facility information, and determines to supply the nursing home a with the number of nonwoven fabric products corresponding to the difference between the required number and the stock number of nonwoven fabric products of the nursing home a. That is, the supply device 10 determines the order number of nonwoven fabric products for each category in the nursing home a. Further, the supply device 10 calculates a cost corresponding to the order number, the category, and the like of the nonwoven fabric products in the nursery a.
Then, the providing device 10 notifies the second settlement server 400, which is a server device such as a bank that realizes account transfer, of the fee for providing the nonwoven fabric product, and sets payment to the supplier (step S7). In the example of fig. 1, the supply device 10 receives a notification of the cost for providing the nonwoven fabric product from the provider P, and compares the received cost with the calculated cost. When the fees match, the providing device 10 notifies the second settlement server 400 of the fee calculated in step S6 (or the notified fee), thereby setting payment to the provider P of the nonwoven fabric product.
Next, the providing device 10 provides the provider terminal 500 with information on the nonwoven fabric product provided to the facility (step S8). In the example of fig. 1, the providing device 10 provides information indicating the order number, category, and the like of the nonwoven fabric products provided to the nursery a to the provider terminal 500.
Then, the provider P provides the facility with the nonwoven fabric product based on the information provided from the providing device 10 (step S9). In the example of fig. 1, the provider P provides the nonwoven fabric product to the care center a based on the information provided from the providing device 10 in step S8.
The providing apparatus 10 may notify the second settlement server 400 of the fee calculated in step S6 without collation, and may set payment for the provider P. The supply device 10 acquires, as the requested amount, the amount of money calculated by the provider terminal 500 based on the nonwoven fabric product actually supplied to the nursing home a by the provider P, for example. The supply device 10 may notify the requested amount of money acquired from the provider terminal 500 to the second settlement server 400 in place of the fee calculated in step S6, and set payment to the provider P of the nonwoven fabric product. That is, the supply device 10 may perform various processes related to a request for a cost without calculating the cost associated with the supply of the nonwoven fabric product.
The providing device 10 may compare the information on the fee (or the information provided to the provider terminal 500 in step S8) with the information on the requested amount of money acquired from the provider terminal 500, and if the two pieces of information match, may set payment to the provider P of the nonwoven fabric product in the second settlement server 400. For example, the supply device 10 may determine the fee by comparing the order number and the type of the nonwoven fabric product to be supplied with the fee notified from the provider P. Further, when the notified fee corresponds to the number of orders or the category, the providing apparatus 10 may notify the second settlement server 400 of the fee.
Next, an example of processing related to inventory management of a customer premises into which a subscription service is introduced will be described. An example in which the providing apparatus 10 appropriately acquires the usage information from the facility and automatically executes the providing process of providing the information on the nonwoven fabric product provided to the facility based on the calculated supply amount of the nonwoven fabric product is explained in the example of fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the care giver M uses the nonwoven fabric product managed in the care center a for the user (step S10). In the example of fig. 1, the care giver M uses the nonwoven fabric product for the child care facility B according to the type of the nonwoven fabric product indicated by the user information supplied from the supply device 10, the type of the nonwoven fabric product based on the sex of the user, and the like.
Next, the providing device 10 acquires the use information from the facility terminal 300 (step S11). In the example of fig. 1, the providing device 10 provides a screen for inputting the stock quantity of nonwoven fabric products managed as stock in the nursing home a to the facility terminal 300. Then, the information input by the care giver M on the screen is acquired as the use information. In this case, the care giver M inputs not only the nonwoven fabric products such as the diaper and the wet wipe for the buttocks, which are used for the child care facility B, but also the mask used by the care giver M, the wet wipes used by the child care facility B, the care giver M, and the like, and the cleaning products used when cleaning the care facility a, on the screen.
Then, the supply device 10 calculates the supply amount of the nonwoven fabric product to the facility based on the usage information and the user information (step S12). In the example of fig. 1, the supply device 10 calculates the supply amount of the nonwoven fabric product to the nursing home a based on the user information corresponding to the nursing home a and the use information of the nursing home a.
To give a more specific example, the supply device 10 calculates the required number of nonwoven fabric products for each category used in the nursing home a for a predetermined period based on the user information and the usage information, and calculates the number corresponding to the difference between the required number and the stock number of nonwoven fabric products in the nursing home a as the supply amount.
Next, the providing device 10 provides the provider terminal 500 with information on the nonwoven fabric product provided to the facility (step S13). In the example of fig. 1, the providing device 10 provides information indicating the order number, the type, and the like of the nonwoven fabric products provided to the center a to the provider terminal 500.
Then, the provider P provides the facility with the nonwoven fabric product based on the information provided from the providing apparatus 10 (step S14). In the example of fig. 1, the provider P provides the nonwoven fabric product to the nursery a based on the information provided from the providing apparatus 10 in step S13.
In addition, the providing device 10 may also suggest information to the care center a regarding the goods associated with the nonwoven fabric product. For example, the suggested timing of suggesting a commodity associated with the nonwoven fabric product follows step S11. The suggested timing is not limited to the above example, and may be a timing that is periodically suggested every predetermined period, or a timing that is suggested after a predetermined period after the diaper is provided to the care center a.
In the example of fig. 1, the providing apparatus 10 suggests, to the nursery a, information on products corresponding to a period such as spring, summer, fall, and winter, products corresponding to a period in which an infectious disease such as influenza spreads, products related to the size of the diaper of the nursery child B, and types of diapers that the nursery child B uses at a predetermined frequency. For example, when information on spread of an infectious disease such as influenza is reported by a predetermined reporting agency, the supply device 10 may suggest a mask or a wet tissue having a sterilization function to the care center a.
In the above-described embodiment, the example in which the supply device 10 appropriately acquires the usage information from the facility has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the supply device may receive an order related to supply of the nonwoven fabric product from the facility terminal 300.
In the conventional art, the predicted stock amount of the nonwoven fabric products of each item scheduled for the delivery date is simply calculated based on the actual stock amount of the nonwoven fabric products of each item and the calculated consumption rate, and the item of the nonwoven fabric product whose calculated predicted stock amount is smaller than the predetermined appropriate stock amount is selected as the supplementary item. Therefore, for example, when the types of nonwoven fabric products such as the sizes thereof are frequently changed, it may be difficult to appropriately store the nonwoven fabric products. Therefore, the supply device 10 according to the embodiment calculates the supply amount of the nonwoven fabric product to the facility based on the acquired use information and the user information. (concerning the receiving part 41)
The receiving unit 41 receives various information. Specifically, the receiving unit 41 receives, from the user, user information relating to the user who uses the nonwoven fabric product and registration of facility information relating to a facility at which the user uses the nonwoven fabric product.
In the example shown in fig. 1, the receiving unit 41 receives information such as the type of nonwoven fabric product used by the child care facility B, the age of the month, the number of used nonwoven fabric products for 1 day, and the number of days of the child care facility a in 1 week from the user terminal 100 as user information, and stores the user information in the subscriber database 31. The receiving unit 41 receives, as facility information, identification information for identifying the nursing home a hosted by the child B of the nursing home, and stores the facility information in the contractor database 31.
The receiving unit 41 may register information used for paying a fee for use of the nonwoven fabric product in an external system for a user who has registered the user information and the facility information. In the example of fig. 1, the receiving unit 41 receives the registration of the user information and the facility information, and then controls the redirection of the user terminal 100 to the first settlement server 200.
The receiving unit 41 may register information of a credit card used by the user to pay the fee in the external system. In the example of fig. 1, the receiving unit 41 controls redirection of the user terminal 100 to the first settlement server 200 that controls settlement processing using a credit card, and registers information of the credit card used by the user U in settlement of the usage charge.
For example, the receiving unit 41 may acquire the payment information from a system for requesting a user to use a fee for the nonwoven fabric product, which is an external system. For example, the receiving unit 41 acquires payment information including the amount of the fee requested from the user from the first settlement server 200 requesting the fee for use of the nonwoven fabric product, and stores the payment information in the subscriber database 31.
(obtaining section 42)
The acquisition unit 42 acquires various information. Specifically, the acquisition unit 42 acquires payment information related to payment of a fee for use of the nonwoven fabric product by a user who is related to a user who uses the nonwoven fabric product at each facility. For example, in the example of fig. 1, the acquisition unit 42 refers to the contractor database 31, acquires payment information on payment of a fee for use of a nonwoven fabric product by the user U related to the children B of the nursery, who uses the nonwoven fabric product at the nursery a, from the first settlement server 200, and stores the payment information in the contractor database 31.
The acquisition unit 42 may acquire the payment information from a predetermined external system that requests the user of the fee. In the example of fig. 1, the acquisition unit 42 acquires payment information from the first settlement server 200 that controls settlement processing of the fee generated with the use of the subscription service.
The acquisition unit 42 may acquire information not including credit card information as the payment information. In the example of fig. 1, the acquisition unit 42 acquires payment information excluding credit card information received by the first settlement server 200 from the user. More specifically, the acquiring unit 42 acquires payment information that does not include information that enables identification of a credit card, a user associated with the credit card, and the like, such as a card number and a cardholder.
The acquisition unit 42 may acquire payment information regarding payment of a fee for use of the nonwoven fabric product by a user who is related to a user using the nonwoven fabric product at the facility. In the example of fig. 1, the acquisition unit 42 acquires payment information of a user U who is a person (for example, a parent, a brother, a sister, a grandparent, a relative, a nurse, a guardian, or the like) related to a child B of a nursery that uses a nonwoven fabric product in a nursery a.
The acquisition unit 42 may acquire payment information indicating a user who paid the fee. In the example of fig. 1, the acquisition unit 42 acquires payment information including identification information of the user U who paid the usage fee.
The acquisition unit 42 may acquire information indicating whether or not the user has paid the fee as the payment information. In the example of fig. 1, the acquisition unit 42 acquires information indicating whether or not the user U has paid the usage fee as the payment information.
The acquisition unit 42 may acquire payment information for use of the nonwoven fabric product in each facility. For example, the acquisition unit 42 acquires payment information for use of the nonwoven fabric product for each facility.
The acquisition unit 42 may also acquire use information related to use of the nonwoven fabric product at a facility from the facility terminal 300 used at the facility. For example, the acquisition unit 42 acquires, from a facility terminal 300 used in a facility as a destination of provision of a nonwoven fabric product, use information relating to the nonwoven fabric product used in the facility. In the example of fig. 1, the acquisition unit 42 acquires, as the use information, the stock quantity of the nonwoven fabric products managed as the stock in the nursing home a from the facility terminal 300, and stores the acquired use information in the facility database 32.
The acquisition unit 42 may acquire only the usage information from the facility terminal 300. In the example of fig. 1, the acquisition unit 42 provides the facility terminal 300 with a screen for inputting the stock quantity of the nonwoven fabric products managed as the stock in the nursing home a. Further, information input by the care giver M on the screen is acquired as the use information.
The acquiring unit 42 may acquire the use information for each type of nonwoven fabric product. For example, the acquisition unit 42 acquires the usage information for each category, such as a category based on the size of the nonwoven fabric product, a category based on the sex of the user, a category based on the cost of the nonwoven fabric product, and a category based on the usage (for example, a water playing diaper used for playing in a swimming pool of a nursery).
For example, the acquisition unit 42 acquires the use information from the facility terminal 300 of each facility. For example, the acquisition unit 42 acquires the use information from the facility terminal 300 for each facility participating in the subscription service.
The acquisition unit 42 acquires, from the facility database 32, use information relating to a nonwoven fabric product used in a facility that is a destination of the nonwoven fabric product. The acquisition unit 42 acquires user information on a user who uses the nonwoven fabric product from the subscriber database 31.
Here, it is necessary to appropriately update the user information according to the growth of the user or the height and weight increase of the user. In this case, the acquisition unit 42 may acquire the updated user information from the facility terminal 300 used by the care giver. The acquisition unit 42 may acquire updated user information from the user terminal 100 used by the user.
To give a more specific example, the size M of the diaper is not suitable for the user's physique because the user is growing up. In this case, the acquisition unit 42 may acquire the user information updated to the size L of the diaper from the facility terminal 300 or the user terminal 100. The acquiring unit 42 stores the updated user information in the subscriber database 31.
(determination section 43)
The determination unit 43 determines a supply method of the nonwoven fabric product to a predetermined facility based on the payment information, the user information, and the facility information. For example, the determination unit 43 refers to the contractor database 31 and the facility database 32, estimates the required number of nonwoven fabric products used in the facility for a predetermined period based on the information indicating the users who use the service ordered in the facility indicated by the facility information and the user information of the users related to the users, and determines to supply the nonwoven fabric products to the facility so as to satisfy the estimated required number.
The determination unit 43 may estimate the required number of nonwoven fabric products for each category used for a predetermined period in the facility based on information indicating users who paid the usage fees among the users who use the service ordered in the facility indicated by the facility information and user information of users related to the users, and determine to supply the nonwoven fabric products to the facility so as to satisfy the estimated required number. That is, the determination unit 43 may set the number of nonwoven fabric products used by the user who does not pay the usage fee to the required number.
The determination unit 43 may determine the supply form of the nonwoven fabric product to a predetermined facility based on the payment information, the user information, the facility information, and the usage information. For example, the determination unit 43 determines to provide the facility with the number of nonwoven fabric products corresponding to the difference between the required number of nonwoven fabric products used in the facility estimated based on the payment information, the user information, and the facility information and the stock number of nonwoven fabric products indicated by the use information of the facility.
(concerning the calculation section 44)
The calculation unit 44 calculates a cost to be provided to a supplier who provides a nonwoven fabric product to each facility, that is, a cost required to provide a nonwoven fabric product to a predetermined facility, based on payment information of a user corresponding to the predetermined facility. For example, the calculation unit 44 calculates the cost to be provided to the supplier based on the cost for use of the nonwoven fabric product requested from each user corresponding to the facility.
The calculation unit 44 may calculate the fee based on the supply method determined by the determination unit 43. For example, the calculation unit 44 calculates the cost to be provided to the supplier based on the determination of the number of nonwoven fabric products to be provided to the facility by the determination unit 43.
The calculation unit 44 calculates the supply amount of the nonwoven fabric product to the facility based on the usage information stored in the facility database 32 and the user information stored in the subscriber database 31. More specifically, the calculation unit 44 calculates the required number of nonwoven fabric products for each category used for a predetermined period of time during which the infant is present, based on the usage information and the user information, and calculates the number corresponding to the difference between the required number and the stock number of nonwoven fabric products in the infant-holding place as the supply amount.
As another example, the calculation unit 44 calculates the supply amount of the nonwoven fabric product based on the usage information and the attribute information on the attribute of the user in the user information. Here, the attribute information is information relating to the size, type, month age, height, weight, and the like of a nonwoven fabric product used by a child in a nursery.
More specifically, the calculation unit 44 calculates the required number of nonwoven fabric products for each category used for a predetermined period of time in which the child is present, based on the usage information and information on the size, the type, the age of the month, the height, the weight, and the like of the nonwoven fabric products used by the child in the support, and calculates the number corresponding to the difference between the required number and the stock number of the nonwoven fabric products in the support as the supply amount.
When the user reaches a predetermined age, the calculation unit 44 may calculate the required number considering the age of the user for each type of nonwoven fabric product used in a predetermined period in which the infant is present, and calculate the number corresponding to the difference between the required number and the stock number of nonwoven fabric products in the infant-supporting place as the supply amount. To give a more specific example, it is assumed that a toddler is not wet when it is 2 years old. In this case, the calculating unit 44 calculates the required number of tape-type diapers to be small and calculates the required number of pants-type diapers to be large. The calculation unit 44 may calculate the amount corresponding to the difference between the required amount of the diapers of each type and the stock amount of the nonwoven fabric products in the nursing home as the supply amount.
The calculation unit 44 calculates the supply amount of the nonwoven fabric product based on the usage information and the information on the use status of the facility of the user in the user information. Here, the information on the use state is information on the number of used nonwoven fabric products, the number of days of the nursery, the use state of the nursery, and the like.
More specifically, the calculation unit 44 calculates the required number of nonwoven fabric products for each category used for a predetermined period of time for the retainer based on the usage information and information on the number of nonwoven fabric products used, the number of days for the retainer, the usage state of the retainer, and the like, and calculates the number corresponding to the difference between the required number and the stock number of nonwoven fabric products for the retainer as the supply amount.
The calculation unit 44 may calculate the required number of nonwoven fabric products for each category, taking into account the number of users who are temporarily not used due to a natural variation such as an earthquake or a typhoon. That is, the calculation unit 44 calculates the required number by subtracting the required number of nonwoven fabric products of each category corresponding to the user who has not used the nonwoven fabric product temporarily from the required number of nonwoven fabric products of each category when all users use the nonwoven fabric products. The calculation unit 44 may calculate the supply amount corresponding to the difference between the required amount and the stock amount of the nonwoven fabric products in the post.
In addition, when the user has an infectious disease or the like, the calculation unit 44 may calculate the required number of nonwoven fabric products for each category in consideration of the number of users who are not used for a while. Then, the calculation unit 44 may calculate the amount corresponding to the difference between the required amount and the stock amount of the nonwoven fabric products in the post as the supply amount.
The calculation unit 44 may calculate the required number of nonwoven fabric products for each category in association with information that the user has not taken care of the post. The calculation unit 44 may calculate the amount corresponding to the difference between the required amount and the stock amount of the nonwoven fabric products in the post as the supply amount.
The calculation unit 44 may calculate the required number of nonwoven fabric products for each type based on the size and the number of sheets used of the diaper at the time of contract, information on the use status of the diaper by the user provided by the care giver, the stock number, increase/decrease in the stock number per predetermined period, and the like, and may calculate the number corresponding to the difference between the required number and the stock number of the nonwoven fabric products in the care stand as the supply amount.
(about setting part 45)
The setting unit 45 sets the fee calculated by the calculation unit 44 as a fee to be paid to the supplier in the settlement server providing the settlement service. For example, the setting unit 45 sets the fee to be paid from the settlement server to the provider by notifying the settlement server of the amount of the fee to be paid to the provider. As a more specific example, the setting part 45 notifies the second settlement server 400 that performs account transfer of a bank of the account as a transfer destination, and notifies the amount of the fee paid to the provider as a transfer amount.
The setting unit 45 may set payment for the supplier by notifying the fee calculated by the calculating unit 44 to a predetermined settlement server for providing the fee to the supplier. In the example of fig. 1, the setting unit 45 sets payment for the provider P of the nonwoven fabric product by notifying the second settlement server 400 of the fee calculated by the calculation unit 44.
Further, the calculation unit 44 may calculate a charge to be provided to the supplier every time the facility is requested to provide the nonwoven fabric product (order request). The setting unit 45 may notify the predetermined settlement server of the fee per order request calculated by the calculating unit 44.
(with respect to the supply section 46)
The providing section 46 provides various information. Specifically, the providing unit 46 provides information on the nonwoven fabric product provided to the facility to the supplier who provides the nonwoven fabric product to the facility based on the usage information and the payment information. For example, the providing unit 46 refers to the contractor database 31 and the facility database 32, and provides the supplier (provider P in the example of fig. 1) with information indicating the difference (the ordered number of nonwoven fabric products) between the number of nonwoven fabric products (the required number of facilities) obtained based on the usage fee for the nonwoven fabric products requested by the user and the stock number of nonwoven fabric products indicated by the usage information of the facilities corresponding to the user.
The providing unit 46 may provide information on the nonwoven fabric product provided to the facility based on the information on the user who is related to the user indicated by the payment information and the usage information. For example, the providing unit 46 estimates the required number of nonwoven fabric products used for a predetermined period in a facility based on information indicating users who use ordered services (i.e., users indicated by payment information) in the facility and information (e.g., age of month) of users related to the users, and provides information indicating the difference between the estimated required number and the stock number of nonwoven fabric products indicated by the usage information of the facility to suppliers. The providing unit 46 may exclude the number of nonwoven fabric products used by the user who is not paying the usage fee from the required number.
The providing unit 46 may provide information on the nonwoven fabric product provided to the facility based on the payment information, the usage information, the user information, and the facility information. For example, the providing unit 46 estimates the required number of nonwoven fabric products used in the facility for a predetermined period based on information indicating users who use the service ordered in the facility indicated by the facility information and user information related to the users, and provides information indicating the difference between the estimated required number and the stock number of nonwoven fabric products indicated by the use information of the facility to the supplier.
The providing unit 46 may provide information on the nonwoven fabric product provided to the facility, for each facility, based on the usage information acquired from the facility terminal 300 of the facility and payment information of a user associated with the user who uses the nonwoven fabric product at the facility. For example, the providing unit 46 provides information indicating the difference between the required quantity and the stock quantity of the nonwoven fabric products indicated by the use information for each facility.
The providing unit 46 may provide information on the nonwoven fabric products provided to the facility based on information indicating the nonwoven fabric products that can be used by the user at the facility and for which different fees are set for each category, the usage information, and the payment information. For example, the providing unit 46 provides the supplier with information on the nonwoven fabric product corresponding to the payment information among the nonwoven fabric products for which different fees are set for each category.
To cite a more specific example, the acquisition section 42 acquires payment information indicating the member type "general member" or "senior member" in the subscription service. The "high-level member" indicates a member type of a user who has a predetermined rate of higher cost for use of the nonwoven fabric product than the cost of a user whose member type is a "normal member". Further, a user who is related to a user whose member type is "high-class member" can use a nonwoven fabric product (hereinafter, sometimes referred to as "high-priced nonwoven fabric product") whose cost is set higher than that of a nonwoven fabric product (hereinafter, sometimes referred to as "normal nonwoven fabric product") used by a user who is related to a user whose member type is "normal member". When the payment information including such information is acquired, the acquisition unit 42 estimates the required number of the ordinary nonwoven fabric products and the expensive nonwoven fabric products used in the facility based on the number of users whose member types are "ordinary members" and the number of users whose member types are "advanced members" among the users corresponding to the facility, and provides the supplier with information indicating the estimated required number.
The providing unit 46 may provide information indicating the type or number of nonwoven fabric products provided to the facility as information on the nonwoven fabric products provided to the facility. For example, the providing unit 46 provides the supplier with information indicating the type of the nonwoven fabric product such as the type based on the size, the type based on the sex of the user, the type based on the cost of the general nonwoven fabric product or the expensive nonwoven fabric product, and the type based on the use, or information indicating the required number of nonwoven fabric products in the facility.
The providing unit 46 may provide information on the nonwoven fabric products provided to the facility for each category of nonwoven fabric products. For example, the providing section 46 provides the supplier with information indicating the required number of nonwoven fabric products for each category in the facility.
Further, the providing unit 46 may provide information on the nonwoven fabric product provided to the facility when the supply amount calculated by the calculating unit 44 satisfies a predetermined condition. In the example of fig. 1, the providing unit 46 provides information indicating the order number, category, and the like of the nonwoven fabric products provided to the nursery a to the provider terminal 500. In this case, the providing unit 46 automatically executes a providing process of providing information on the nonwoven fabric product provided to the facility based on the supply amount calculated by the calculating unit 44.
(advising section 47)
The recommendation section 47 recommends various information. Specifically, the providing unit 46 provides information on the nonwoven fabric product and suggests information on a product associated with the nonwoven fabric product.
In the example of fig. 1, the recommendation unit 47 recommends information on products corresponding to the time of spring, summer, autumn, and winter, products corresponding to the time of spreading an infectious disease such as influenza, products related to the size of the diaper of the toddler B, the type of the diaper used by the toddler B at a predetermined frequency, and the like to the toddler a. For example, when information on spread of an infectious disease such as influenza is reported by a predetermined reporting agency, the advising section 47 may advise the nursing home a of a mask and a wet tissue having a sterilization function.
When the size of the nonwoven fabric product changes based on the degree of growth of the user estimated from the user information, the suggesting unit 47 suggests the diaper having the size to the support. The suggestion unit 47 suggests nonwoven fabric products according to the season (for example, a diaper for playing water in the case of summer and a diaper or a mask using a material that makes the body of the child in the nursery unlikely to become cold in the case of winter).
As another example, the recommendation section 47 may preferentially recommend a nonwoven fabric product other than the nonwoven fabric product provided by the order service. For example, in the case where the nonwoven fabric products provided by the order service are diapers and wet buttocks wipes, the advising section 47 may advise the care-giver of information on a mask, a wet wipe, and a cleaning product with priority. Thus, since it is predicted that the nonwoven fabric product provided by the order service is a product whose purchase is completed for the user or the care giver, the suggesting unit 47 can reduce the suggesting process of a product which is not desired by the care giver by suggesting another product whose purchase is not completed.
(concerning the notification section 48)
The notification unit 48 notifies various information. Specifically, when acquiring information indicating that the user has not paid a fee, the notification unit 48 notifies the user of information about the user to the facility where the user uses the nonwoven fabric product. For example, when the acquisition unit 42 provides payment information indicating that the user has not paid the fee for use of the nonwoven fabric product, the notification unit 48 notifies the facility where the user who is related to the user who corresponds to the payment information uses the nonwoven fabric product of the information related to the user.
The notification unit 48 notifies the facility of predetermined information based on the supply amount calculated by the calculation unit 44. For example, when the supply amount satisfies a predetermined condition, the notification unit 48 notifies the facility of a warning regarding the use of the nonwoven fabric product as predetermined information.
For example, the notification unit 48 notifies the facility of information that an improper use of the nonwoven fabric product provided from the supplier (for example, use of the nonwoven fabric product by a person other than the user who is the subject of the order service) is performed.
As a more specific example, when the difference between the order number of the nonwoven fabric products estimated based on the user information corresponding to the facility and the order number indicated by the information provided by the providing unit 46 is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value, the notification unit 48 notifies the facility of information indicating that improper use has been made.
In addition, when the difference between the average of the order number of the nonwoven fabric products in the target facility and the order number of the nonwoven fabric products in the other facilities, which are facilities having the difference between the number of users and the number of users in the target facility within the predetermined threshold value, is equal to or greater than the predetermined threshold value, the notification unit 48 notifies the target facility of the information that the unauthorized use is performed.
As another example, the notification unit 48 may notify the facility of information indicating that the non-woven fabric product is improperly used when the difference between the order number of the non-woven fabric products estimated based on the order history of the non-woven fabric products corresponding to the facility and the order number indicated by the information provided by the providing unit 46 is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value.
The notification unit 48 may be configured to notify the facility of information indicating that the order is being used improperly when a difference between the order quantity of the nonwoven fabric products estimated from an order transition indicating a change in the order estimated based on the order history of the nonwoven fabric products corresponding to the facility and the order quantity indicated by the information provided by the providing unit 46 is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value.
Further, the notification unit 48 may notify the facility of information indicating that improper use is performed when a difference between the order quantity of the nonwoven fabric products estimated from an order transition or a demand transition indicating a change in the order estimated based on the order history of the nonwoven fabric products corresponding to the facility and the order quantity indicated by the information provided by the providing unit 46 is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value.
Further, the notification unit 48 may notify the facility of information indicating that the user has used the non-woven fabric product improperly when a difference between the order number of the non-woven fabric product estimated based on the order history of the non-woven fabric product corresponding to the other facility having the same or similar number of users as the facility and the order number indicated by the information provided by the providing unit 46 is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value.
The notification unit 48 may notify the facility of information indicating that improper use is performed when a difference between the order quantity of the nonwoven fabric products estimated from an order transition or a demand transition indicating a change in the order estimated based on the order history of the nonwoven fabric products corresponding to other facilities having the same or similar number of users as the facility and the order quantity indicated by the information provided by the providing unit 46 is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value.

Further, a predetermined code or a predetermined label may be attached to each nonwoven fabric product, or a predetermined code or a predetermined label may be attached to each pack including a predetermined number of nonwoven fabric products.
(7-2. About suppliers)
In the above embodiment, the example in which the providing unit 46 provides information indicating the required number of nonwoven fabric products and the type of nonwoven fabric product in a facility to one supplier (the provider P in the example of fig. 1) is shown, but the function of the providing unit 46 is not limited to this example. For example, a plurality of suppliers (manufacturers of nonwoven fabric products) may be set in advance. The providing unit 46 may set a supplier of the nonwoven fabric products based on user information (including, for example, user information specified by the manufacturer), contract contents of the user in order service, and the like, and provide the supplier with information indicating the required number of nonwoven fabric products and the type of nonwoven fabric products in the facility.
[7-3 ] about dispensing ]
In the above embodiment, the information on the nonwoven fabric product may further include information on a delivery mode in the case of delivering the nonwoven fabric product. For example, the information on the manner of distribution may include an instruction indicating that the nonwoven fabric product used by the user and the nonwoven fabric product used by a user different from the user are produced by the same or similar production facility and distributed at the same or similar distribution timing.
More specifically, the information on the delivery method may include an instruction indicating that the nonwoven fabric product used by the child in the nursery and the nonwoven fabric product used by the child in another nursery as another user are produced by the same or similar production facility and delivered at the same or similar delivery timing.
As another example, the information on the delivery method may include an instruction indicating that a nonwoven fabric product used by a child in a nursery is produced by the same or similar production facility as a nonwoven fabric product used by a child who is a different user who is older than the child in the nursery and who uses the nonwoven fabric product only for a predetermined period of time (for example, at night, at sleep, or the like) and is delivered at the same or similar delivery timing.
The information on the delivery method may include an instruction indicating that the nonwoven fabric product used by the child in the nursery and the nonwoven fabric product used by the elderly person who is another user in the care facility are produced by the same or similar production facility and delivered at the same or similar delivery timing.
(7-4. Proposition treatment)
In the above embodiment, the example in which the providing unit 46 provides the information on the nonwoven fabric product and the information on the product related to the nonwoven fabric product is provided by the suggestion unit 47 has been described, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the suggesting unit 47 may suggest the product related to the nonwoven fabric product to the facility when the usage amount of the product related to the nonwoven fabric product estimated based on the usage amount of the nonwoven fabric product satisfies a predetermined condition.
For example, the number of used hip wet wipes is estimated based on the amount of used diaper. In this case, the suggestion unit 47 may suggest information about the hip wet wipes to the facility when the usage amount of the hip wet wipes estimated based on the usage amount of the diaper is equal to or more than a predetermined threshold value. At this time, the recommended section 47 is similar to "XX sheets are used today, so that it is considered that more buttocks towelette is used than usual. YY pieces of hip wipes may be used. How are Z packs of wet buttocks made? Together, such messages suggest information about the hip wipes.
