under the condition that the target user has negative emotions, determining a corresponding target control mode based on the emotion type of the negative emotions;
controlling the air conditioner according to the target control mode;
the historical characteristic rule is obtained based on historical behavior characteristics and historical body characteristics of the user; the target control mode is used for relieving negative emotions of the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the historical feature rules are derived based on the steps of:
acquiring historical behavior characteristics and historical body characteristics of a user within a preset time length; the historical physical characteristics include: infrared features and voiceprint features; the historical behavior features include: respiratory rate, body surface temperature, laughter times and activity rate;
distinguishing different users based on the historical physical characteristics, and associating the historical behavior characteristics with corresponding users.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the determining a target user according to the physical characteristics and the historical characteristic rules comprises:
determining the user with the voiceprint characteristics in the historical characteristic rule matched with the voiceprint characteristics in the body characteristics as the target user;
