As described in the background section, the invention provides an air conditioner control method, aiming at the problem that the temperature sensor of an air conditioner is close to the installation position of an evaporator due to transportation, the accuracy of monitoring the indoor temperature is reduced, and the air conditioner is in standby for a long time.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating major steps of an air conditioner control method according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the air conditioner control method of the present invention includes the steps of:
step S101: and after the indoor temperature changes to a first preset temperature value on the basis of reaching the set temperature of the air conditioner, the indoor temperature returns to the first running time required by the set temperature again.
In some embodiments, the first preset temperature value may be 2 ℃, that is, the air conditioner enters a standby state after the indoor temperature reaches the air conditioner set temperature, and after the indoor temperature changes by 2 ℃ on the basis of reaching the air conditioner set temperature, the air conditioner enters an operating state from the standby state again, and the indoor temperature returns to the first operating time required by the air conditioner set temperature again. The value of the first preset temperature value is only used as an exemplary illustration, and can be selected according to actual needs in practical application.
Step S102: whether a temperature sensor of the air conditioner is abnormal is determined based on the first operation time.
In some embodiments, if the temperature sensor of the air conditioner works normally, the time required for the air conditioner to return to the set temperature is the same after the air conditioner enters the running state again from the standby state under the same condition; if the temperature sensor of the air conditioner is abnormal, the accuracy of monitoring the indoor temperature by the air conditioner is reduced, and the running time of the air conditioner fluctuates after the air conditioner enters the running state again from the standby state. Therefore, it is possible to determine whether the temperature sensor of the air conditioner is abnormal based on the first operation time.
Step S103: and controlling the air conditioner to perform corresponding operation based on the judgment result of the temperature sensor.
In some embodiments, controlling the air conditioner to perform the corresponding operation based on the determination result of the temperature sensor includes: when the judgment result of the temperature sensor is normal, controlling the air conditioner to enter a standby state when the indoor temperature reaches the set temperature of the air conditioner; and when the indoor temperature changes to a first preset temperature value on the basis of the set temperature of the air conditioner, controlling the air conditioner to enter the operation stage again.
Based on the steps S101 to S103, the present invention can obtain the operation time required for the indoor temperature to return to the set temperature again after the indoor temperature changes to the first temperature value based on the set temperature of the air conditioner; judging whether the temperature sensor of the air conditioner is abnormal or not by taking the running time as a continuous running time threshold value for judging whether the temperature sensor is abnormal or not; and controlling the air conditioner to perform a corresponding operation based on the determination result of the temperature sensor. Such setting can prevent that temperature sensor from reducing standby time's accuracy because of the influence that receives the evaporimeter, has effectively guaranteed the refrigeration and the heating of air conditioner, has promoted user's use and has experienced.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating major steps for determining whether a temperature sensor of an air conditioner is abnormal based on a first operation time according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, determining whether a temperature sensor of the air conditioner is abnormal based on the first operation time includes the steps of:
step S201: and acquiring a continuous operation time threshold value of the temperature sensor corresponding to the set temperature of the air conditioner based on the set temperature of the air conditioner.
Step S202: the first run time is compared to a duration run time threshold.
Step S203: when the first operation time is larger than the continuous operation time threshold value, judging that the temperature sensor is abnormal; otherwise, the temperature sensor is judged to be normal.
For example, the air conditioner set temperature may be 26 ℃, that is, a continuous operation time threshold of the temperature sensor when the air conditioner set temperature is the same as 26 ℃ in the equivalent ambient temperature and the equivalent operation mode is obtained, so that whether the temperature sensor is abnormal or not is determined based on a magnitude relationship between the first operation time and the continuous operation time threshold. The values of the set temperature of the air conditioner are only taken as an exemplary illustration, and can be selected according to actual needs in practical application.
In some embodiments, the control method includes obtaining a run-time-on-duration threshold for the temperature sensor based on: before the air conditioner leaves a factory, the air conditioner is respectively collected to operate in a cooling mode and a heating mode under different environmental temperatures, after the indoor temperature changes to a first preset temperature value on the basis of reaching the set temperature of the air conditioner, the indoor temperature returns to the operation time required by the set temperature again, and the operation time is used as the continuous operation time threshold value corresponding to the different environmental temperatures of the air conditioner under the cooling mode and the heating mode. For example, when the air conditioner operates in the cooling mode, the set temperature of the air conditioner may be 26 ℃, when the air conditioner operates in the heating mode, the set temperature of the air conditioner may be 28 ℃, and the first preset temperature value may be 2 ℃, that is, when the air conditioner operates in the cooling mode under different collected environmental temperatures, the indoor temperature changes by 2 ℃ on the basis of reaching 26 ℃, and then returns to the operating time required by 26 ℃, and the time to be operated is used as the continuous operating time threshold corresponding to the different environmental temperatures of the air conditioner in the cooling mode; and respectively collecting the running time of the air conditioner in the heating mode under different environmental temperatures, returning the indoor temperature to the running time required by 28 ℃ after the indoor temperature changes by 2 ℃ on the basis of reaching 28 ℃, and taking the time to be run as the continuous running time threshold value corresponding to the different environmental temperatures under the heating mode of the air conditioner. The value of the set temperature of the air conditioner in the heating mode, the value of the set temperature of the air conditioner in the cooling mode, the value of the first preset temperature value, and the like are only used as exemplary descriptions, and can be selected according to actual needs in actual application.
In some embodiments, the control method further comprises obtaining a standby time threshold based on: before the air conditioner leaves a factory, respectively collecting standby time required by the change of indoor temperature to a first preset temperature value on the basis of reaching the set temperature of the air conditioner when the air conditioner runs in a refrigerating mode and a heating mode under different environmental temperatures; and acquiring standby time thresholds corresponding to different ambient temperatures of the air conditioner in a cooling mode and a heating mode based on the standby time. For example, when the air conditioner operates in a cooling mode, the set temperature of the air conditioner may be 26 ℃, when the air conditioner operates in a heating mode, the set temperature of the air conditioner may be 28 ℃, and the first preset temperature value may be 2 ℃, that is, when the air conditioner operates in the cooling mode under different environmental temperatures, the standby time required for the indoor temperature to change by 2 ℃ on the basis of reaching 26 ℃ is acquired, and the standby time threshold corresponding to the different environmental temperatures of the air conditioner in the cooling mode is acquired based on the standby time and is 1.2 times of the standby time; and respectively collecting standby time required by 2 ℃ for the indoor temperature to change on the basis of reaching 28 ℃ when the air conditioner operates in the heating mode under different environmental temperatures, and acquiring the standby time threshold value corresponding to the different environmental temperatures under the heating mode of the air conditioner to be 1.2 times of the standby time based on the standby time. The value of the set temperature of the air conditioner in the heating mode, the value of the set temperature of the air conditioner in the cooling mode, the value of the first preset temperature value, and the setting of the relationship between the standby time and the corresponding standby time threshold are only used as exemplary illustrations, and can be selected according to actual needs in practical application.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating major steps of controlling an air conditioner to perform a first operation when a judgment result of a temperature sensor is abnormal according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, controlling the air conditioner to perform the corresponding operation based on the determination result of the temperature sensor includes: when the judgment result of the temperature sensor is abnormal, controlling the air conditioner to execute a first operation, wherein the step of controlling the air conditioner to execute the first operation comprises the following steps:
step S301: and after the indoor temperature reaches the set temperature of the air conditioner, controlling the air conditioner to enter the operation stage again when the continuous standby time of the air conditioner is greater than the standby time threshold corresponding to the set temperature of the air conditioner.
Step S302: and after the air conditioner restarts to operate, controlling the air conditioner to enter a standby state when the continuous operation time of the air conditioner is greater than a continuous operation time threshold value.
Illustratively, after the indoor temperature reaches the air conditioner set temperature, when the continuous operation time of the air conditioner is greater than the corresponding standby time threshold value under the same environment temperature, the same operation mode and the same air conditioner set temperature, the air conditioner is controlled to enter the operation phase again. And after the air conditioner starts to operate again, controlling the air conditioner to enter a standby state when the continuous operation time of the air conditioner is greater than the corresponding continuous operation time threshold value under the same environment temperature, the same operation mode and the same air conditioner set temperature.
In some embodiments, the control method further comprises: and after controlling the air conditioner to execute the first operation, continuing to execute the steps S101 and S102, and if the temperature sensor still has the abnormality, circularly executing the first operation until the temperature sensor has no abnormality.
In some embodiments, the control method further comprises: and when the number of times of the cycle execution of the first operation is greater than the preset number of times, prompting the user that the temperature sensor is abnormal. Illustratively, the preset number may be 2, that is, when the number of times of execution of the first operation cycle is greater than 2, and the temperature sensor is still abnormal, the user is informed of the abnormality of the temperature sensor. The values of the preset times are only used as an exemplary illustration, and can be selected according to actual needs in practical application.
All the above optional technical solutions may be combined arbitrarily to form optional embodiments of the present application, and are not described in detail herein.
