Description

Air conditioner and humidifying method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of air conditioners, in particular to an air conditioner and a humidifying method.
Background
With the rapid development of economy and technology, people have higher requirements on living environment, particularly indoor environment, and the requirements on realizing 'warm in winter and cool in summer'. Thus, the air conditioner is operated. In the process of realizing "warm in winter and cool in summer", the refrigeration mode is started in summer, and at this moment, the heat exchanger on the air conditioner indoor unit is cooler, and indoor hot air meets cold heat exchanger after, can form the drop of water on the surface of heat exchanger fin, then falls to the water collector, arranges to outdoor at last. Obviously, the humidity in the chamber drops during this process. The heating mode is started in winter, particularly in northern China, little water in the room can be evaporated along with the rise of the temperature of the room, and the indoor humidity is lower.
For the above reasons, it is thought to humidify air. Common humidification methods include a separate humidifier, a separate air treatment device, and a humidification function added to an air conditioner. Among them, the air conditioner has a certain market by adding a humidification function to occupy a small space and a large radiation range.
The main conditions for adding the humidifying function to the air conditioner are as follows:
one type is that water is pumped through a water pump in the air conditioner to spray and humidify the evaporator, the humidifying module of the scheme comprises the water pump, a spraying device and a driving device, the water inlet end of the water pump is connected with a water source, the water outlet end of the water pump is connected with the spraying device, the spraying device is set to spray water mist to the heat exchanger, and the spraying device is connected with the driving device, so that the spraying device can move in the shell. Therefore, the water flow pressurized by the high-pressure water pump has momentum, and then the water mist sprayed from the spraying device can directly humidify the wind in the air duct in the spraying range of the water mist. Secondly, the water smoke that spouts to the heat exchanger finally can fall on the fin of heat exchanger, and certain water smoke can be reserved to the fin for humidity between the fin is great, and carries out the secondary humidification for the wind that flows through the heat exchanger, thereby has further increased the humidification volume, and finally, mobilizable humidification mode makes air conditioner's humidification effect more even. The disadvantages are that: the water pump is easy to block, and has potential electrical safety hazards.
The other type is that the water tank is lowered to a water adding level through the lifting mechanism, water is added into the water tank, a user needs to adopt a climbing mode to inject water into the wall-mounted air conditioner, and potential safety hazards exist. The prior art of this approach is specifically 2, as follows:
humidification device passes through drive assembly, cooperation gear and driven gear's cooperation, can drive the spool and rotate to realize the roll-up and the release action to the lifting rope through the spool, and realize through the cooperation of lifting rope and water tank that the relative mount pad of driving water tank rises or descends, with adjusting water tank's high position, the regulative mode is simple, and water tank altitude mixture control process's reliability is high, stability is good. The disadvantages are that: the lifting is suspended by a rope, so that the lifting device is easy to shake and poor in stability.
The current unstable problem of solution among the prior art as above-mentioned technique, its elevating system adopts the mode of telescopic link. But also has disadvantages: the telescopic link is more complicated, and the quality is heavy, and required motor moment is big, and is with high costs, and the reliability of mechanism's operation is not good in addition.

Thus, the exemplary terms "at 8230; \8230; 'above" may include both orientations "at 8230; \8230;' above 8230; 'at 8230;' below 8230;" above ". The device may be otherwise variously oriented (rotated 90 degrees or at other orientations) and the spatially relative descriptors used herein interpreted accordingly.
It should be noted that the terms "first", "second", and the like are used to define the components, and are only used for convenience of distinguishing the corresponding components, and the terms have no special meanings unless otherwise stated, so that the scope of the present application is not to be construed as being limited.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
