因此,需要限定一种轴承单元,其具有能够减小所涉及的摩擦并且克服上述所产生的缺点的设计解决方案。
发明内容
为了实质上解决上述技术问题,本发明的一个目的在于限定一种轴承单元,所述轴承单元设置有用于保持滚动体的保持装置,其具有诸如用于确保足够的润滑剂流的设计。
发明构思准确地包括保持装置的构造,该构造优化了可用的润滑剂的流动、分布和量。该特征的一个优点是允许滚动体被持续且均匀地润滑,结果减小滚动体与滚道之间的摩擦并且延长轴承单元的工作寿命。

4.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的轴承单元(30),其特征在于,所述保持装置(40)与所述滚动体(32、33)之间的接触面积相比于在没有多个非连续元件(47、48)的保持装置(40)的情况下的接触面积的百分比在40%至70%之间的范围内。
5.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的轴承单元(30),其特征在于,所述多个非连续元件(47、48)的高度不大于1mm。
6.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的轴承单元(30),其特征在于,所述多个非连续元件是多个直线元件(47)。
7.根据权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的轴承单元(30),其特征在于,所述多个非连续元件是多个圆形元件(48)。
8.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的轴承单元(30),其特征在于,所述保持装置(40)是由聚合材料制成的。
9.根据权利要求1至7中的任一项所述的轴承单元(30),其特征在于,所述保持装置(40)是由青铜制成的。
