The window pad 200 comprises an annular body 201, the outer side wall of the annular body 201 is used for being matched with the opening end part of a structure to be installed, and a first extension wall 207, a second extension wall 208 and a third extension wall 209 which extend outwards are sequentially arranged on the outer side wall of the annular body 201 from one end to the other end; a first mounting groove 210 for holding the opening end is formed between the first extension wall 207 and the second extension wall 208, a first folded portion 212 folded toward the other end of the ring body 201 is provided at an end of the third extension wall 209, and the first folded portion 212 has a second mounting groove 211 for holding the opening end with an opening facing one end of the ring body 201, as shown in fig. 1 to 3.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the laundry treating apparatus further includes an outer tub 101, a rotatably movable inner tub 102, and a door 400, wherein a front end of the outer tub 101 has an open end through which laundry is thrown. In the above description, one end of the annular body 201 is an end close to the door 400, and the other end of the annular body 201 is an end close to the inner cylinder 102. From the perspective of the laundry processing apparatus, one end close to the door 400 is the front end of the annular body 201, and one end close to the inner drum 102 is the rear end of the annular body 201. In the following description, one end of the annular body 201 and the front end of the annular body both mean one end close to the door body 400, and the other end of the annular body 201 and the rear end of the annular body 201 both mean one end close to the inner cylinder 102.
In detail, the front end of the annular body 201 can be in sealing fit with the door 400 of the laundry treatment device, the rear end of the annular body can form an avoidance gap for the movement of the inner drum 102 with the front end of the inner drum 102 of the laundry treatment device, and the outer side wall of the annular body is used for being matched with the outer drum front structure 103 of the laundry treatment device. Namely: the ring-shaped body 201 is sleeved on the inner side of the front part of the outer cylinder 101, the front end and the rear end of the ring-shaped body 201 are respectively close to the door 400 and the inner cylinder 102, and the pressing window gasket 200 plays a role in sealing the outer cylinder 101 when the door 400 is closed, so that water in the outer cylinder 101 is prevented from flowing out.
The present invention increases the stability of the window mat 200 by providing the first extension wall 207, the second extension wall 208, and the third extension wall 209 at the outside of the ring body 201 to form the first mounting groove 210 and the second mounting groove 211 for being fitted with the open end of the outer tub front 103. In particular, the opening direction of the second mounting groove 211 is toward the user, and when the user opens the door 400, the second mounting groove 211 is fastened to the outer cylinder front 103, and the window gasket 200 is not detached from the outer cylinder front 103 along with the door 400. In addition, the second extension wall 208 and the third extension wall 209 enable the window gasket 200 to have an arch structure, so that the strength of the window gasket 200 is improved, and the situation that the window glass is deformed and not easily bounced due to frequent extrusion of the window glass observed by the door body 400 is avoided, and the sealing effect is not affected.
The tub front structure 103 according to the present invention is a component separately installed in front of the tub 101, and can be used to support and fix the window mat 200, and cooperate with the front side of the tub 101 to form a relatively closed structure, and serve as a shielding structure to beautify the appearance structure of the laundry treating apparatus, which can be understood with reference to the related art.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 9, the end of the first folded part 212 is provided with a second folded part 213 extending outward, and the second folded part 213 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 215 at intervals along the circumferential direction.
Correspondingly, the positioning structure 1033 for being inserted into the positioning hole 215 is also arranged on the outer cylinder front structure 103, when the window pad 200 is assembled, the positioning hole 215 can be firstly sleeved on the positioning structure 1033, and then the subsequent assembly process is carried out, so that the situation that the window pad 200 is dislocated in the assembly process can be avoided.
In addition, after the window gasket 200 and the tub front structure 103 are assembled, the sleeved connection relationship between the positioning hole 215 and the positioning structure 1033 can further improve the stability of the window gasket 200, and prevent the window gasket 200 from being pulled off when the door 400 of the laundry treatment apparatus is opened, which may affect the sealing effect.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, 9 and 13, an end of the first folded part 212 is provided with a third folded part 214 extending inward, and the third folded part 214 and a surface of the first folded part 212 enclose a foreign material accommodating groove; the third folded part 214 is provided with a water guide hole 217 for guiding out water in the foreign material accommodating groove.
When the laundry treating apparatus is in operation, foreign substances, such as coins, pins, buttons, etc., are liable to fall from the lower half of the inner drum 102 into the gap between the inner drum 102 and the outer drum 101. Therefore, it can be understood that the third folded part 214 does not need to be arranged along the circumferential direction of the annular body 201 for one turn, and only needs to cover the lower half part of the annular body 201. In order to solve the technical problem that the conventional partial window gasket 200 cannot block foreign matters, and therefore, the problem that foreign matters such as coins, pins, buttons, etc. easily fall into the gap between the inner and outer tubes 101 to cause noise or drain blockage is difficult to be solved, in the present embodiment, the third folded part 214 is extended inward from the end of the first folded part 212, so that a foreign matter accommodating groove having an accommodating cavity is defined by the third folded part 214 and the upper surface of the first folded part 212, and if the laundry contains small articles such as coins, pins, buttons, etc., the small articles are caught in the foreign matter accommodating groove.
Although the problem that the foreign matter drops to and leads to noise or drainage to block up etc. after the clearance between interior urceolus 101 has been solved to above-mentioned scheme, must also can hold back partial washing water in the foreign matter holding tank when holding back the foreign matter, if this partial washing water can not in time the drainage, the bacterium must breed for a long time, influences the washing effect of clothing treatment facility.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the third folded part 214 is further provided with the water guide hole 217 capable of guiding out the trapped washing water, and it can be understood that the size of the water guide hole 217 is not too large, so that the small articles are prevented from passing through the water guide hole 217 and entering the gap between the inner and outer cylinders 101, and the effect of the foreign material accommodating groove is weakened. It is also understood that the water guide holes 217 should be disposed at a low level, and the number is not limited to one.
Accordingly, the present embodiment solves the problem of dropping the foreign materials without causing the washing water to be trapped.
In a further aspect, the inner side wall of the annular body 201 is provided with a water collecting groove 218, and the water collecting groove 218 is communicated with the foreign matter accommodating groove.

Furthermore, the annular mounting groove 222 for mounting the hoop is arranged at the turning joint of the second folding edge and the third folding edge, the hoop can play an effective radial pressing role on the window gasket 200 after assembly is completed, the window gasket 200 is tightly pressed on the outer barrel 101, the stability and the reliability of the window gasket 200 are further improved, the sealing reliability of the window gasket 200 is further improved, and the risk of water leakage at the front sealing door is remarkably reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the outer barrel front structure 103 includes a first mounting plate 1031 and a second mounting plate 1032, and the first mounting plate 1031 and the second mounting plate 1032 are interference-fitted with the first mounting groove 210 and the second mounting groove 211, respectively.
In detail, the outer barrel front structure 103 has an open end, and the first mounting plate 1031 and the second mounting plate 1032 are ring-mounted structures disposed at the open end.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus is an all-in-one washing and drying machine, the window mat 200 further includes a sealing body 202 formed by providing an opening on the annular body 201 and extending outward, and the sealing body 202 is sandwiched between the air inlet channel 104 and the air inlet channel 104 provided on the outer tub front structure 103.
In this embodiment, the second mounting plate 1032 has an escape structure at the location where the air chute is provided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus includes a laundry treating drum 100, a window pad 200, and a wind guide channel 300.
The laundry processing drum 100 has a laundry taking and putting opening 105, the laundry taking and putting opening 105 is used for putting or taking laundry into or out of the laundry processing drum 100, and an air intake passage 104 communicated with the inside of the laundry processing drum 100 is arranged at the laundry taking and putting opening 105.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 8, the laundry treating drum 100 includes an outer drum 101 and an inner drum 102 rotatably disposed in the outer drum 101, and the air intake passage 104 directly communicates with the inside of the inner drum 102.
In detail, the outer cylinder 101 has a structure with an opening at the front end, and an outer cylinder front structure 103 is arranged at the opening to close the opening. The air inlet channel 104 is arranged on the outer cylinder front structure 103. In a preferred scheme, the air inlet channel 104 is formed on the outer cylinder front structure 103. Namely, a cover is arranged on the outer cylinder front structure 103, and the inner wall of the cover and the outer wall of the outer cylinder front structure 103 together form the air inlet channel 104.
The gasket 200 includes an annular body 201 and a seal body 202. The annular body 201 is used for covering the clothes taking and placing opening 105 of the clothes processing equipment; the sealing body 202 extends outwards along the annular body 201, and the sealing body 202 is provided with a hollow through hole pipeline. At least part of one end, far away from the annular body 201, of the sealing body 202 is provided with an outward flanging part, the flanging part and the sealing body 202 jointly form an embedded part of a groove-shaped structure, and an opening of the embedded part faces the annular body 201. When the window mat 200 is installed on the laundry treating apparatus, the sealing body 202 of the window mat 200 is inserted into the air intake passage 104. When the door 400 closes the laundry access opening 105, the ring-shaped body 201 seals between the laundry access opening 105 and the door 400, as shown in fig. 13.
The air guide channel 300 is used for introducing drying hot air into the laundry treatment drum 100, and the air guide channel 300 is disposed at the front side of the laundry treatment drum 100. As shown in fig. 8 and 12, one end of the air guide channel 300 is inserted into the sealing body 202, and the other end of the air guide channel 300 is communicated with a source of dry hot air. In this structure, the sealing body 202 is actually used as a sealing member between the air guiding channel 300 and the air intake channel 104, and is mainly used for sealing, heat insulation and heat buffering.
As can be seen, in the assembly process of the clothes treating apparatus, the assembly sequence of the air guide channel 300 is the back, and the assembly sequence of the sealing body 202 is the front, so that in the assembly process, the sealing body 202 and the annular body 201 which are already assembled are easily deviated from the original positions thereof in the process of inserting the air guide channel 300.
In summary, in order to avoid the displacement of the sealing body 202 and the annular body 201 during the assembly and insertion process, the present invention at least partially provides an outward flanging portion on the side of the sealing body 202 away from the clothes access opening 105, and the flanging portion and the sealing body 202 together form an embedded portion with a groove-like structure. When the window pad 200 is mounted, the end of the cover case away from the laundry access opening 105 is inserted into the insertion portion of the window pad 200 through the opening of the insertion portion. Thus, when the air guide passage 300 is fitted into and inserted into the sealing body 202, the edge-turned portion can grip the end of the housing, and the air guide passage 300 is not displaced.
In some embodiments of the invention, the cuff portion comprises a first cuff 205 and a second cuff 206 connected to each other; the outer wall of the sealing body 202, the first flange 205 and the second flange 206 together form an embedded part of a groove-shaped structure; one end of the air intake duct 104, which is far from the laundry loading/unloading opening 105, is inserted into the opening portion 204.
In detail, the cross section of the burring part has a "" shape, and thus, the side wall of the sealing body 202 and the burring part form an opening part 204 having a recess-shaped structure, and have an inverted "U" shape. When the window gasket 200 is assembled, the end of the housing is inserted into the insert through the opening of the insert. In other words, the groove-shaped structure of the embedded portion tightly wraps the upper end of the housing forming the air inlet channel 104, so as to prevent the sealing body 202 from being driven by the air guide channel 300 to shift, thereby ensuring that the joint of the air guide channel 300 and the air inlet channel 104 has a good sealing effect all the time.
In a specific embodiment, the first flange 205 extends from the end of the sealing body 202 along the radial direction thereof, and the second flange 206 extends from the end of the first flange 205 along the axial direction of the sealing body 202 to the side close to the clothing storage opening 105.
Further, the inner side surface of the second flange 206 may be provided with an inclined structure to reduce the opening size of the opening portion 204. In general, the burring part is integrally formed with the sealing body 202, and is also made of a rubber material, and when the opening of the opening 204 is reduced, the opening of the opening 204 is fastened to the upper end of the housing like a binding, thereby further preventing displacement.
Furthermore, the outside of the housing is provided with an avoiding portion matched with the flanging portion, and when the groove-shaped structure of the opening portion 204 tightly wraps the upper end of the housing forming the air inlet channel 104, the end portion of the second flanging 206 can be located in the avoiding portion, so that the fixing effect is better.
In some embodiments of the present invention, an end of the air guide channel 300 inserted into the through hole pipe of the sealing body 202 is at least flush with an end of the sealing body 202.
The air guide passage 300 of the present invention needs to be inserted at least to the end of the seal body 202 close to the clothes storage opening 105, in other words, the air guide passage 300 of the present invention needs to be inserted into the seal body 202 to a long length. Therefore, the present invention provides the flanging portion capable of forming the embedded portion at the end of the sealing body 202 of the window mat 200, which can further improve the stability of the sealing body 202 and avoid the displacement phenomenon driven by the wind guide channel 300.
In the above-mentioned solution, the air inlet channel 104 provides an installation space for the air guiding channel 300, so that the drying hot air can enter the laundry loading/unloading opening 105 from the front side of the laundry processing drum 100 and then enter the interior of the laundry processing drum 100. The sealing body 202 is actually a sealing member between the air intake duct 104 and the air guide duct 300, and allows all of the dry hot air to enter the laundry treating drum 100 without leaking from a gap between the air intake duct 104 and the air guide duct 300.
When the wind guide channel 300 extends into the sealing body 202, one end of the wind guide channel 300 is at least flush with one end of the sealing body 202 close to the clothes taking and placing opening 105, so that when drying hot wind enters the clothes processing drum 100 from the wind guide channel 300, the sealing body 202 is not directly impacted, namely, the drying hot wind is not directly contacted with the sealing body 202.
Since the window mat 200 is made of a flexible material such as rubber, and the sealing body 202 is generally integrally formed with the annular body 201, the sealing body 202 is also generally made of a rubber-like material. According to the invention, drying hot air does not directly impact the side wall of the sealing body 202, and the sealing body 202 can be protected to a certain extent, so that the sealing body 202 serving as a sealing structure on the window gasket 200 cannot be directly impacted by the hot air, and the sealing function of the sealing body 202 serving as the sealing structure is prevented from being influenced by aging of the sealing body 202 material.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14 to 16, at least a section of the outer wall of the air guiding channel 300 inserted into the sealing body 202 is contracted in a direction from the side of the sealing body 202 away from the clothing storage opening 105 to the side of the sealing body 202 close to the clothing storage opening 105.
As described above, one end of the air guide duct 300 of the present invention is inserted into the sealing body 202 and extends into a position flush with at least one end of the sealing body 202 close to the door 400. Therefore, in order to facilitate the insertion of the air guiding channel 300 into the sealing body 202, the outer wall of at least one section of the pipeline of the air guiding channel 300 extending into the sealing body 202 is set to be in a contracted shape, that is, the air guiding channel 300 is in an inverted bell mouth shape along the flow direction of the drying hot air.
It should be noted that the cross-sectional shape of the air guide channel 300 is matched with the cross-sectional shapes of the sealing body 202 and the air inlet channel 104, so that the sealing body 202 can be tightly attached between the air guide channel 300 and the air inlet channel 104.
In one embodiment, the present invention only defines the outer wall of the air guiding channel 300 extending into at least one section of the through-hole pipeline of the sealing body 202 as a contracted shape, so that the inner wall of the air guiding channel 300 maintains a straight cylindrical structure, thereby achieving the purpose of easy insertion, without reducing the cross-sectional area of the air guiding channel 300, and without reducing the amount of air entering the laundry treating drum 100, thereby increasing the drying rate.
In detail, as shown in fig. 16, a section of the duct of the air guiding channel 300 inserted into the through-hole duct of the sealing body 202 is an air outlet 307, an outer wall of the air outlet 307 is inwardly retracted by a certain thickness, a shoulder structure is formed on the outer wall of the air outlet 307 and an outer wall of the upper body of the air guiding channel 300, and the shoulder structure can play a role in limiting when the air outlet 307 is inserted into the through-hole duct of the sealing body 202.
In another embodiment, the air guiding channel 300 is integrally set to be contracted along the flow direction of the drying hot air, so that the air guiding channel 300 is more conveniently inserted into the through hole pipeline of the sealing body 202.
The two embodiments can also be combined to form a shoulder structure on the outer wall of the outlet 307, and the outlet 307 is a whole contraction structure.
In the above solution, the longitudinal section of the air guiding channel 300 is in an inverted trapezoidal shape along the flow direction of the drying hot air, and the transverse section of the air guiding channel 300 is in a rectangular shape.
In detail, as shown in fig. 14, the air guide passage 300 includes a first side wall 303, a second side wall 304, a third side wall 305, and a fourth side wall 306 connected in sequence. The first sidewall 303 is disposed opposite to the third sidewall 305, the second sidewall 304 is disposed opposite to the fourth sidewall 306, and the widths of the first sidewall 303 and the third sidewall 305 are smaller than the widths of the second sidewall 304 and the fourth sidewall 306. According to the invention, the second side wall 304 and the fourth side wall 306 with larger widths are set to be in a contraction-shaped structure along the flow direction of the drying hot air, and the first side wall 303 and the third side wall 305 with smaller widths are set to be in an approximately parallel-shaped structure along the flow direction of the drying hot air, so that the air guide channel 300 is integrally in a thin wedge-shaped structure, and the air guide channel 300 is convenient to insert into the second air duct.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 to 12, one end of the wind guiding channel 300 is connected to the sealing body 202 in an interference fit manner.
In detail, since the end of the sealing body 202 is provided with the flange portion capable of wrapping the end of the housing constituting the air intake duct 104, the air intake duct 300 cannot be directly connected to the air intake duct 104, and the fixing of the air intake duct 300 is affected.
The invention sets the assembling relationship between the air guide channel 300 and the sealing body 202 as interference fit, that is, a certain external force is needed to insert the air guide channel 300 into the sealing body 202. That is, when the air guide duct 300 is assembled, an interference space is formed between the air guide duct 300 and the sealing body 202, the air guide duct 300 is pressed against the sealing body 202 by an external force, and the air guide duct 300 is fixed by making full use of the elasticity of the sealing body 202.
In the above-mentioned scheme, inserting the air guide channel 300 into the end of the sealing body 202 can avoid the drying hot air from directly impacting the sealing body 202 to cause the sealing body 202 to have an aging phenomenon, so that the purpose of fixing the sealing body 202 can be achieved by utilizing the elasticity of the sealing body 202. It can be seen that the above solutions of the present aspect complement each other.
In a further aspect, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, a first fixing structure 106 is disposed at a front side of the laundry treatment drum 100, and a second fixing structure 302 is disposed at an outer portion of the air guiding channel 300; a fixed connection is provided between the first fixing structure 106 and the second fixing structure 302.
In detail, the air guiding channel 300 is a hollow pipe structure surrounded by a first side wall 303, a second side wall 304, a third side wall 305 and a fourth side wall 306, and a second fixing structure 302, for example, a lug with a through hole, is respectively disposed outside the first side wall 303 and the third side wall 305. Preferably, the second fixing structure 302 is disposed at a middle position of the first sidewall 303 and the third sidewall 305 in a flowing direction of the drying hot wind. Meanwhile, a first fixing structure 106, for example, a boss with a screw hole, is provided at the front side of the laundry treating drum 100, i.e., at a position on the outer drum front structure 103 that matches the position of the second fixing structure 302.
When the air guide channel 300 is assembled, the air guide channel 300 is firstly inserted into a through hole pipeline of the sealing body 202, then the second fixing structure 302 is matched with the first fixing structure 106 in place, and then the first fixing structure 106 and the second fixing structure 302 are fastened by fastening screws, so that the air guide channel 300 is further fixed.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned lug and convex pillar are only one embodiment capable of implementing the technical solution of the present invention, and the other technical solutions capable of implementing the fixed relative fixed connection of the air guide channel 300 and the laundry treatment drum 100 are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
Alternatively, the number of the first fixing structures 106 and the second fixing structures 302 may be multiple, for example, two, and the first fixing structures and the second fixing structures are disposed on the left and right sides of the air guide channel 300, which is beneficial to improving the fixing effect of the air guide channel 300 and the outer cylinder front structure 103.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10 to 12, a reinforcing portion for increasing strength is provided on at least a section of an inner wall of the air guiding channel 300 inserted into the through hole pipe of the sealing body 202.
In detail, as described above, the air guiding channel 300 extends at least to the end of the sealing body 202, and the air guiding channel 300 is subjected to a high frequency of cold and hot impacts at the air outlet 307, and in addition, the air guiding channel 300 is generally made of a rigid plastic material, so that in order to prevent the material of the air guiding channel 300 from being stretched or shrunk and deformed under the action of cold and hot frequent impacts, and further influence the assembly strength and influence the air volume, the present invention provides a reinforcing part for reinforcing the strength of the air guiding channel 300 on the inner wall of the air outlet 307 of the air guiding channel 300.
In a specific embodiment, a reinforcing rib plate 301 is disposed between the second side wall 304 and the fourth side wall 306 of the air guide channel 300, which are disposed opposite to each other, and the reinforcing rib plate 301 is generally disposed at a middle position of the second side wall 304 and the fourth side wall 306, and deformation is likely to occur at the middle position due to the larger width of the second side wall 304 and the fourth side wall 306, that is, the larger span of the second side wall 304 and the fourth side wall 306. Placing stiffener plate 301 in an intermediate position may serve to support second sidewall 304 and fourth sidewall 306, as shown in fig. 14.
It should be noted that the rib plates 301 are also easily impacted by the cold and hot air, and therefore, the rib plates 301 should have a certain strength at least greater than the strength of the side walls of the air guiding channel 300.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 16, the length of the side of the end of the air guiding channel 300 far away from the laundry processing drum 100 is greater than the length of the side of the end of the air guiding channel 300 near the laundry processing drum 100.
In detail, in order to reduce the heat loss of the drying hot air, the drying hot air should be guided into the interior of the laundry treatment drum 100 as much as possible, and therefore, in the prior art, an adapter tube is disposed at the air outlet 307 of the air guiding channel 300, the adapter tube is an elbow-shaped structure, one end of the adapter tube is connected with the air guiding channel 300, and the other end of the adapter tube faces the interior of the laundry treatment drum 100, so that the drying hot air can directly enter the laundry treatment drum 100 without contacting the door 400, thereby reducing the heat loss and further improving the drying efficiency.
However, although the above-mentioned scheme of increasing the adapter tube has solved the hot-blast calorific loss's of stoving problem, also increased clothes treatment facility's assembly structure simultaneously, reduced assembly efficiency, still increased clothes treatment facility's cost.
Therefore, the present invention eliminates the structure of installing an adapter tube in the prior art, and the air outlet 307 of the air guiding channel 300 is directly inserted into the position of the annular body 201, and meanwhile, the length of the side of the end of the air guiding channel 300 far away from the laundry treatment drum 100 is set to be greater than the length of the side of the end of the air guiding channel 300 close to the laundry treatment drum 100, that is, the length of the second side wall 304 is greater than the length of the fourth side wall 306. The drying hot air is guided to be naturally guided into the interior of the laundry treating drum 100 by the structure formed between the side wall having the longer length and the side wall having the shorter length, so as to increase the effective intake air, as shown in fig. 7 to 12.
The scheme of the invention simplifies the assembly structure of the clothes treatment equipment and improves the assembly efficiency.
In a further aspect, as shown in fig. 10 to 12, the laundry machine further includes a door 400 for opening and closing the laundry loading/unloading opening 105; the end of one end of the air guide channel 300 is far away from the laundry treatment drum 100, and is in contact with the door 400.
In detail, the door 400 has an inclined slope, when the door 400 is closed, the side of the air guide channel 300 far away from the laundry treatment drum 100 contacts the door 400, and the side wall of the air guide channel 300 with a long length and the slope of the door 400 actually form an air guide part with a reversed V-shaped structure for guiding the drying hot air into the laundry treatment drum 100.
The clothes treatment equipment is a washing and drying integrated machine, can be a floor type drum-type washing and drying integrated machine, and can also be a wall-mounted washing and drying integrated machine.
The laundry treating apparatus further includes a fan, a heater, a condenser, and the like, which can implement a drying function.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the present invention.
