Abstract
A cleaning device of an automatic car washer comprises a pair of bases and a pair of cleaning units. The pair of cleaning units are respectively arranged on the pair of bases. Each cleaning unit comprises a movable seat and a first cleaning arm. The movable seat can be movably arranged on the base along a front-back direction, a left-right direction vertical to the front-back direction and an up-down direction vertical to the front-back direction and the left-right direction. The first cleaning arm is pivotally arranged on the movable seat and can swing in the front-back direction.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a cleaning device, in particular to a cleaning device of an automatic car washer.
Background
The cleaning device of the existing automatic car washer cleans the top of the car through a top cleaning arm which can move up and down, however, the top profiles of each car are different from each other, the top cleaning arm can only move up and down in the cleaning process, and the cleaning dead angle is easily generated at some profile line turning positions (such as the junction of a front windshield and a front cover or the junction of a rear windshield and a rear cover) so that the cleaning effect is not good. Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the cleaning apparatus for an automatic car washer according to the present invention is adapted to perform a cleaning operation on a car 1 moving in a front-rear direction D1 through the cleaning apparatus. The cleaning device of the automatic car washer comprises a pair of bases 2, a pair of cleaning units 3 and a pair of air supply units 4.
The pair of bases 2 are respectively symmetrically disposed on both sides of the vehicle 1 and arranged along a left-right direction D2 perpendicular to the front-back direction D1, and a distance between the pair of bases 2 is greater than a width of the vehicle 1. The pair of cleaning units 3 are symmetrically disposed on the pair of bases 2, respectively. Each cleaning unit 3 includes a movable seat 31, a first cleaning arm 32, a plurality of first cleaning members 33, three distance sensors 34, a second cleaning arm 35, a plurality of second cleaning members 36, and a third cleaning member 38.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, the movable seat 31 is movably disposed on the base 2 along the front-back direction D1, the left-right direction D2, and a vertical direction D3 perpendicular to the front-back direction D1 and the left-right direction D2. The movable seat 31 has a base plate 311, a pivot motor 312 disposed on the base plate 311, a pivot shaft 313 extending along the left-right direction D2 and connecting the pivot motor 312, and a housing 314 disposed on the base plate 311 and covering the pivot motor 312. The first cleaning arm 32 is pivotally disposed on the movable base 31 and can swing in the front-back direction D1. The first cleaning arm 32 has a pivoting portion 321 fixedly sleeved on the pivoting shaft 313, an arm portion 322 obliquely extending upward from the pivoting portion 321 along the left-right direction D2, four first air inlet holes 323 formed in the arm portion 322, and a first air outlet hole 324 formed in the arm portion 322 and correspondingly communicating with the first air inlet holes 323 and opening downward. The first air outlet 324 is an elongated opening extending along the length of the arm 322. The pivot motor 312 can drive the pivot shaft 313 to rotate and drive the first cleaning arm 32 to pivot, so that the first cleaning arm 32 can swing in the front-back direction D1. Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 8, the second cleaning arm 35 is fixedly disposed on the base 2 and extends along the vertical direction D3, and two second air inlet holes 351 and a second air outlet hole 352 correspondingly communicated with the second air inlet holes 351 are formed, the second air outlet hole 352 is a long and thin opening extending along the vertical direction D3, and the second air outlet holes 352 of the second cleaning arms 35 of the cleaning unit 3 are opposite to each other.
