1. A jump pen with a retractable pen clip, comprising:
the pen comprises a pen holder, wherein a containing cavity is arranged in the pen holder, and a mounting hole communicated with the containing cavity is formed in the side wall of the pen holder;
the pushing piece is movably inserted into the penholder and can be switched between a first position and a second position in the accommodating cavity;
the guide piece is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is positioned at the side of the pushing piece, and a first limiting part and a second limiting part are arranged on the guide piece;
the sliding piece is movably arranged between the pushing piece and the guide piece and can be switched between the first limiting part and the second limiting part;
one end of the telescopic piece passes through the mounting hole and is connected to the pushing piece;
the refill is inserted into the accommodating cavity, a spring is sleeved at the lower part of the refill, and the upper end of the refill is propped against the lower end of the pushing piece;
when the pushing piece is positioned at the first position, the sliding piece is positioned at the first limiting part, the pen point of the pen core is completely contained in the containing cavity, and a gap is reserved between the telescopic piece and the pen holder; when the pushing piece moves from the first position to the second position, the sliding piece moves from the first limit part to the second limit part and prevents the pushing piece from moving along the direction pointing to the first position from the second position, the telescopic piece is attached to the outer side wall of the pen holder, and when the pushing piece moves, the pen core is driven to be pushed to move so that the pen point is exposed out of the accommodating cavity; the side wall of the mounting hole extends towards the central position of the mounting hole to form a guide part, a sliding groove is formed in the part, extending into the mounting hole, of the telescopic piece, and the sliding groove is arranged on the outer side wall of the guide part in a sliding manner; the telescopic piece comprises a mounting part and a decoration part, the mounting part and the decoration part are integrally formed or are arranged in a split mode, a plurality of second guide grooves which are obliquely arranged are formed in the side wall of the mounting part, second guide blocks which are equal in number and inclination angle to the second guide grooves are arranged on the pushing piece, and the second guide blocks are slidably arranged in the second guide grooves; the side wall of the pen holder is recessed towards the inner side of the pen holder to form a positioning groove, and when the pushing piece is switched from the first position to the second position, the inner side wall of the decorative part is attached to the bottom wall of the positioning groove.
2. A jump pen with telescopic pen holder as defined in claim 1, wherein said guide comprises:
the first slide way and the second slide way are communicated with each other at two ends, the first slide way and the second slide way are arranged on one side of the guide piece, which faces the pushing piece, and the upper ends of the first slide way and the second slide way are connected to form the first limiting part;
the limiting projection is arranged between the first slideway and the second slideway, and the lower end of the limiting projection is inwards recessed towards the second position and points to the first position to form the second limiting part;
the first guide inclined plane is formed at the lower end of the first slideway, and one side of the first guide inclined plane, which is close to the first slideway, is lower than the other end of the first guide inclined plane;
and the second guide inclined plane is formed at the lower end of the second slideway, and one end of the second guide inclined plane is connected with the first guide inclined plane.

The jump pen with telescopic pen holder according to claim 2, wherein the limiting projection comprises a first side face, a second side face and a third side face which are adjacent to each other, the first side face and the second side face are both directed to the first slideway, the third side face is directed to the second slideway, the first side face and the third side face are opposite to each other, the second limiting portion and the second side face are opposite to each other, the second side face is an inclined face, and one end of the second side face, which is close to the third side face, is higher than the other end of the second side face.

The jumping pen with telescopic pen clip according to claim 1, wherein a first guide block is provided on a side of the pushing member facing the guide member, the first guide block having a first guide groove provided in a direction perpendicular to the first position and directed to the second position, and the sliding member is slidably provided in the first guide groove.
5. A jump pen with telescopic pen holder according to claim 1, wherein said guide is integrally formed with said barrel.

The jumping pen with the telescopic pen clip according to claim 1, wherein a third limiting portion is arranged on the side wall of the accommodating cavity, a limiting ring is detachably connected to the upper end of the pen holder, a limiting space is formed between the third limiting portion and the limiting ring, and the guide piece is clamped in the limiting space.
