It should be noted that the power spring assembly 435 includes a support column and a power spring part, the support column penetrates through the clamping jaw assembly 434, and the power spring part is sleeved on the support column and is respectively abutted against the clamping jaw assembly 434 and the support seat; in this embodiment, the number of the supporting columns is at least two, and the number of the power spring elements is at least four, wherein two of the supporting columns are abutted to the first connecting portion 434b, and the other two of the supporting columns are abutted to the second connecting portion 434d, when the clamping driving member 432 drives the cam assembly 433 to rotate, the clamping process is more stable by the power spring assembly 435, and when the first clamping jaw element 434a and the second clamping jaw element 434c are relatively opened, the first connecting portion 434b and the second connecting portion 434d are in a state of pressing the power spring assembly 435; when the first clamping jaw part 434a and the second clamping jaw part 434c are relatively closed, at this time, the power spring component 435 provides certain elastic force, the first connecting part 434b and the second connecting part 434d are drawn together to realize clamping action, the overall structure is skillfully designed, and compared with the traditional cylinder direct drive, in the embodiment, the clamping driving part 432 is used for driving, in the working process, the noise is greatly reduced, the service life and the clamping accuracy are greatly improved, and the clamping is not easy to damage.
The ear rope cutting module 440 comprises a material cutting blade group 441 and a material cutting motor 442 for driving the material cutting blade group 441 to perform cutting action; when the ear rope is pulled to the ear rope clamping module 430 by the ear rope pulling assembly 423 and clamped, the ear rope shearing module 440 shears the excess ear rope.
The ear belt welding module 450 comprises a lifting bracket 451, a cam wheel group 452, an ear belt welding head 453, a lifting motor 454 for driving the lifting bracket 451 to be close to or far away from the tray conveying module 410, a welding motor 455 for driving the ear belt welding head 453 to be close to or far away from the tray conveying module 410, and a third ultrasonic component 456 arranged corresponding to the ear belt welding head 453; the cam wheel group 452 is connected with the lifting motor 454 and the lifting bracket 451; the cam wheel group 452 comprises a cam seat 452a in driving connection with the lifting motor 454, a connecting ring seat 452b connected with the lifting support 451, and a connecting column 452c which is arranged on the cam seat 452a and corresponds to the connecting ring seat 452 b; in this embodiment, the ear clamping rope module 430 is installed on the lifting support 451, and the lifting motor 454 is used for driving the lifting support 451 to be close to or to be away from the tray conveying module 410, so as to drive the ear clamping rope module 430 located on the lifting support 451 to go up and down, at this moment, the ear clamping rope module 430 grabs the ear rope to the ear belt welding module 450, the welding motor 455 drives the ear belt welding head 453 to press down, the ear belt is welded on the mask body by matching with the third ultrasonic wave component 456, and the welding effect is good.
The one-drag-plane external ear belt production line further comprises a hot-pressing device 500 and a mask stacking device 600; the hot-pressing device 500 comprises a support frame, a hot-pressing motor arranged on the support frame, at least two groups of hot-pressing seats in driving connection with the hot-pressing motor, and a bearing platform arranged corresponding to the hot-pressing seats, wherein heating rods are arranged in the hot-pressing seats; the mask stacking device 600 is arranged at the input end of the blanking device 700, and the mask stacking device 600 comprises a material pushing disc, a transmission assembly and a stacking motor in driving connection with the material pushing disc through the transmission assembly; in the embodiment, the hot pressing motor drives the hot pressing seat to move towards the receiving table and is used for flattening ear bands welded on the mask body, so that subsequent packaging is facilitated, and the mask stacking device 600 is used for pushing the processed mask to the blanking device 700 for stacking blanking, so that subsequent packaging and centralized collection are facilitated; it should be noted that the power structure of the one-drag-plane external ear belt production line adopts a motor structure, replaces the traditional cylinder driving, and improves the service life and the accuracy in the processing process.
The production line for the one-drag flat outer ear belt further comprises a blanking device 700, wherein the blanking device 700 is arranged at one end of the outer ear belt grabbing and welding device 400 and is used for blanking the processed mask; the blanking device 700 includes a blanking conveyor 710 and a blanking motor 720 for driving the blanking conveyor 710 to rotate.
The one-drag-plane external ear belt production line is reasonable in structural design, the feeding device 100 is used for transporting cloth generated by a mask, the transporting effect is good, the mask shaping device 200 is installed at the input end of the feeding device 100 and used for processing the cloth transported by the feeding device 100 into a mask body, then the mask body is transported to the external ear belt grabbing and welding device 400 through the conveying device 300, the external ear belt grabbing and welding device 400 is used for welding an ear belt to the mask body, the automation degree is high, the processing efficiency is improved, the labor cost is saved, and the mass production of products is facilitated.

An out-of-plane earband production line according to claim 1, wherein the loading device comprises a rack, a reel module, a deviation rectification module, and a nose bridge reel; the scroll module is installed in the work or material rest, the module of rectifying is installed in the work or material rest and with the corresponding setting of scroll module, the bridge of the nose spool install in the bridge of the nose.

An out-of-plane earband production line as recited in claim 2, wherein said reel module comprises a first reel member, a second reel member, a third reel member, a fourth reel member, and a guide shaft; the first scroll piece, the second scroll piece, the third scroll piece, the fourth scroll piece and the guide shafts are arranged on the material rack, and at least two groups of guide shafts are arranged; the deviation rectifying module comprises at least three groups of deviation rectifying devices and tension sensors correspondingly arranged on the deviation rectifying devices, and the deviation rectifying devices and the tension sensors are installed on the material rack.

The production line for the out-of-plane ear belt of claim 1, wherein the mask shaping device comprises a cloth folding module, a nose bridge feeding module, an edge sealing and welding module and a cutting module which are arranged in sequence; the nose bridge feeding module is installed at the output end of the cloth folding module, the edge sealing welding module is installed at the output end of the nose bridge feeding module, and the cutting module is installed at the output end of the edge sealing welding module.

The production line for the out-of-plane earbelt of claim 4, wherein the cloth folding module comprises a cloth folding wheel set, a hem assembly and a fold forming assembly, the hem assembly is disposed at an output end of the cloth folding module and an input end of the edge sealing welding module, and the cloth folding wheel set is disposed corresponding to the fold forming assembly; the nose bridge feeding module comprises a guide wheel set, a material guiding wheel set and a cutting piece, the guide wheel set is used for connecting the material guiding wheel set with the cloth folding module, and the cutting piece is arranged at the output end of the material guiding wheel set.

The production line of claim 4, wherein the edge sealing welding module comprises a first edge sealing welding roller, a first pulling roller, and a second edge sealing welding roller; the first material pulling roller is arranged between the first edge sealing welding roller and the second edge sealing welding roller, and the first edge sealing welding roller is arranged at the output end of the cloth folding module; the cutting-off module comprises a cutting-off roller and a cutting-off cutter, wherein the cutting-off roller is provided with a groove along the length direction, and the cutting-off cutter is arranged in the groove.
7. An out-of-plane earbelt production line as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a conveyor, said conveyor being mounted to one end of said mask sizing device; the conveying device comprises a conveying piece, a conveying wheel and a conveying motor for driving the conveying piece to transmit.

The production line of claim 1, wherein the tray conveying module comprises a tray assembly, a tray conveying motor for driving the tray assembly to rotate, and limiting members arranged on two sides of the tray assembly; the ear rope releasing module comprises an ear rope guiding assembly and an ear rope adjusting assembly, and the ear rope guiding assembly and the ear rope adjusting assembly are arranged correspondingly; the ear-cutting rope module comprises a material-cutting cutter group and a material-cutting motor for driving the material-cutting cutter group to perform cutting action; the ear belt welding module comprises a lifting support, a cam wheel set, an ear belt welding head, a lifting motor and a welding motor, wherein the lifting motor is used for driving the lifting support to be close to or far away from the material tray conveying module, and the welding motor is used for driving the ear belt welding head to be close to or far away from the material tray conveying module; the cam wheel set is connected with the lifting motor and the lifting support.

The production line of claim 1, wherein the lug clamping rope module comprises a rotary driving member, a clamping driving member, a cam assembly and a clamping jaw assembly, the clamping driving member controls the clamping action of the clamping jaw assembly through the cam assembly, the cam assembly comprises a first cam member and a second cam member, the first cam member and the second cam member are integrally formed, the first cam member and the second cam member are oppositely arranged, and the first cam member and the second cam member are in driving connection with the clamping driving member; the clamping jaw assembly comprises a first clamping jaw piece, a first connecting portion, a second clamping jaw piece and a second connecting portion, when the clamping driving piece drives the cam assembly to rotate, the first cam piece is abutted to the first connecting portion, and the second cam piece is abutted to the second connecting portion.

The production line for the out-of-plane earbelt of claim 1, further comprising a blanking device, wherein the blanking device is installed at one end of the outer earbelt grabbing and welding device and used for blanking the processed mask; the blanking device comprises a blanking conveying belt and a blanking motor used for driving the blanking conveying belt to rotate.
