The display 10 is controlled by a display control unit 14. The display 10 and the input device 11 may be an integrated device of a touch panel type.
Fig. 3 is a diagram showing an example of the management server 3. The management server 3 includes, for example, a storage unit 30, a communication unit 31, and a search unit 32. The storage unit 30 stores a building management table. In the building management table, location information indicating the location of a building and building specifying information are registered in association with a plurality of buildings. As the location information, for example, position coordinates of a building are registered. As the building specifying information, for example, a building number and a building name are registered.
Next, the functions of the management system will be described in detail with reference to fig. 4 to 8.
First, an example in which the worker registers the work start information will be described. Next, an example in which the worker performs maintenance of the machine c in the building B will be described.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart showing an example of the operation of the mobile terminal 1. In the mobile terminal 1, it is determined whether or not a specific job start condition is satisfied (S101). For example, when the operator arrives at the B-building, the specific application is started in the portable terminal 1, and the screen for registering the work start information is opened. Fig. 5 is a diagram showing a display example of the mobile terminal 1. Fig. 5 shows an example in which an initial screen for registering job start information is displayed in the display 10. When the screen shown in fig. 5 is displayed on the display 10, the operator presses the work start button 20. Thus, it is determined as yes in S101.
The acquisition unit 12 acquires position information indicating the current position of the mobile terminal 1. The method of detecting the position of the mobile terminal 1 by the acquisition unit 12 may be any method. For example, the acquisition unit 12 detects the position of the mobile terminal 1 by receiving signals from GPS satellites. The acquisition unit 12 may detect the position using other radio waves.
If yes is determined in S101, it is determined whether the acquisition unit 12 can acquire the position information (S102). For example, if the mobile terminal 1 can receive signals from GPS satellites, the determination in S102 is yes. If yes is determined in S102, the acquisition unit 12 acquires the position information. (S103). If it is determined as yes in S102, the communication unit 13 transmits a search request to the management server 3 (S104). The search request transmitted in S104 includes the position information acquired by the acquisition unit 12 in S103 and the terminal identification information for identifying the mobile terminal 1. The terminal specifying information is, for example, a telephone number of the mobile terminal 1.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart showing an example of the operation of the management server 3. The management server 3 determines whether or not a search request is received from the mobile terminal 1 (S201). When the communication unit 31 receives the search request transmitted from the mobile terminal 1 in S104, it is determined as yes in S201.
If it is determined as "yes" in S201, the search unit 32 searches for an access candidate that is a candidate of a building that the operator is supposed to access (S202). The search unit 32 searches for an access candidate based on the position information included in the search request received by the communication unit 31 in S201. For example, the retrieval unit 32 retrieves a plurality of buildings as access candidates from the buildings in which the building specifying information is registered in the building management table stored in the storage unit 30. The search unit 32 may determine access candidates based on the distance between the mobile terminal 1 and the building. For example, the search unit 32 includes 10 buildings in the visiting greeting in the order of the distance from short to long. The communication unit 31 transmits the access candidate searched by the search unit 32 in S202 to the mobile terminal 1 as a response to the search request received in S201 (S203).
When the search request is transmitted in S104, the mobile terminal 1 determines whether or not an access candidate is received as a response from the management server 3 (S105). When the communication unit 13 receives the access candidate transmitted from the management server 3 in S203, it is determined as yes in S105. If it is determined as yes in S105, the display control unit 14 displays the access candidates received from the management server 3 on the display 10 (S106).
Fig. 7 is a diagram showing another display example of the portable terminal 1. Fig. 7 shows an example of displaying the access candidates in the display 10 in S106. In the mobile terminal 1, when the access candidates are displayed on the display 10 in S106, it is determined whether or not 1 building is selected from the access candidates (S107). When the visit candidates are displayed on the display 10, the worker selects building B, which is a building in which an elevator to be subjected to maintenance work is installed, from the visit candidates. Thus, it is determined as yes in S107.
If it is determined yes in S107, the display control unit 14 displays an input screen on the display 10 for the operator to input information included in the job start information (S108). Fig. 8 is a diagram showing another display example of the portable terminal 1. Fig. 8 shows an example of displaying the input screen on the display 10 in S108.
The work start information includes at least the building identification information of the building selected in S107. In the example shown in fig. 8, building specifying information of building B, which is the building selected in S107, is input in advance in the input screen. Fig. 8 shows an example in which both the building number and the building name are input in advance as the building identification number. In the example shown in fig. 8, the input screen includes an input field 21 for inputting a staff member number and an input field 22 for inputting an elevator number. The staff member number associated with the mobile terminal 1 may be input in advance in the input field 21. An input field for inputting other information may be included in the input screen.
In the mobile terminal 1, after the input screen shown in fig. 8 is displayed on the display 10, it is determined whether or not the input content is specified (S109). The operator uses the input device 11 to input information on the input screen. For example, the worker inputs a staff member number and an elevator number on the input screen. Then, when the operator inputs all necessary information, the operator presses the determination button 23. Thus, it is determined as yes in S109. Further, it may be determined as yes in S109 by performing another specific operation. If yes is determined in S109, the communication unit 13 transmits the job start information to the management server 3 (S110). The job start information transmitted in S110 includes, for example, a building number, a staff member number, and an elevator number input on the input screen.
After the access candidate is transmitted in S203, the management server 3 determines whether or not the job start information is received (S204). When the communication unit 31 receives the job start information transmitted from the mobile terminal 1 in S110, it is determined as yes in S204. If yes is determined in S204, the job start information is registered in the management server 3 (S205).
In order to prepare for the case where the mobile terminal 1 cannot receive signals from GPS satellites, the number input button 24 may be displayed on the initial screen shown in fig. 5. For example, when the portable terminal 1 cannot receive a signal from a GPS satellite, the display 10 displays the fact. The operator who sees this display presses the number input button 24. Thus, it is determined as no in S102. If it is determined as no in S102, the display control unit 14 displays an input screen such as that shown in fig. 8 on the display 10 (S108). However, if it is determined as no in S102, the building number is not input on the input screen. The operator manually inputs the building number using the input device 11.
In addition, in the case where the B building is not included in the visit greeting selection for some reason, the operator may press the number input button 24 after confirming the visit candidate displayed in the display 10. Thus, it is determined as no in S107. If it is determined as no in S107, the display control unit 14 displays an input screen such as that shown in fig. 8 on the display 10 (S108). However, if it is determined as no in S107, the building number is not input on the input screen. The operator manually inputs the building number using the input device 11.
In the example shown in the present embodiment, after the position information is transmitted from the mobile terminal 1, the access candidates are searched for in the management server 3, and the search result is displayed on the display 10 of the mobile terminal 1. Then, when a specific building is selected from the access candidates displayed on the display 10, the work start information including the building specifying information of the building is transmitted to the management server 3. Therefore, if the example shown in the present embodiment is used, the building information can be easily registered at the time of starting the work. Further, since the information of the building can be managed by the management server 3, the information of the building can be easily managed.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart showing another operation example of the management system in embodiment 1. Fig. 9 shows an operation example of the mobile terminal 1. For example, when the worker transmits the work start information in S110, the worker starts the maintenance work for the machine c installed in the building B. After the job start information is transmitted in S110, the operation shown in fig. 9 is started. When the operation shown in fig. 9 is performed by the mobile terminal 1, the mobile terminal 1 further includes a setting unit 15, a determination unit 16, and a notification unit 17.
In the mobile terminal 1, when the job start information is transmitted in S110, the acquisition unit 12 acquires the position information indicating the current position of the mobile terminal 1 (S301). The setting unit 15 sets the work reference position based on the position information acquired by the acquisition unit 12 in S301 (S302). The work reference position is a position that serves as a reference for determining whether or not the operator is performing work in a predetermined work area. In the example shown in the present embodiment, the work reference position is a position serving as a reference for determining whether or not the operator is performing work on the machine c installed in the building B. In S301, the position information may be acquired a plurality of times. In this case, the setting unit 15 sets the work reference position based on the plurality of pieces of position information acquired by the acquisition unit 12. For example, the setting unit 15 sets the center coordinates obtained from the plurality of pieces of position information as the work reference position.
In addition, when the job start information is transmitted in S110, the mobile terminal 1 determines whether or not the job end information is transmitted to the management server 3 (S303). When the maintenance work of the machine c installed in the building B is finished, the worker transmits work end information from the portable terminal 1. For example, when the work is finished, the worker starts the application in the mobile terminal 1 and opens a screen for registering the work end information. Then, the operator inputs necessary information using the input device 11. When a specific operation is performed on the mobile terminal 1, the communication unit 13 transmits job end information to the management server 3 (S303: YES).
On the other hand, when determining no in S303, the determination unit 16 determines whether or not the maintenance work by the operator has been completed. The determination unit 16 performs the determination based on the position information acquired by the acquisition unit 12 and the work reference position set by the setting unit 15.
Specifically, if it is determined as no in S303, the acquisition unit 12 acquires the position information (S304). The determination unit 16 determines whether or not the position of the mobile terminal 1, which is the position based on the position information acquired by the acquisition unit 12 in S304, is within the work area (S305). The work area is, for example, a circle having a radius R centered on the work reference position set by the setting unit 15. The radius R is set in advance.
When the mobile terminal 1 leaves the machine c, which is the work place, it is determined as no in S305. If it is determined as no in S305, 1 is added to the variable N (S306). The variable N indicates the number of times the mobile terminal 1 departs from the work place. The initial value of the variable N is 0. After adding 1 to the variable N in S306, the determination unit 16 determines whether or not the variable N is greater than the threshold Nth (S307). The threshold Nth is set in advance. For example, the threshold Nth is 2. If the variable N is larger than the threshold Nth (S307: YES), the judgment unit 16 judges that the maintenance work by the operator has been completed.
If the variable N is not greater than the threshold Nth (S307: NO), the judgment section 16 does not judge that the job has ended. In this case, the process of the mobile terminal 1 returns to S303. The period for acquiring the position information in S304 is arbitrarily set. If yes is determined in S305, the variable N is reset (S308). That is, in the example shown in fig. 9, when determining "no" 3 times in succession in S305, the determination unit 16 determines that the job has ended.
If it is determined as yes in S307, the notification unit 17 performs notification for presenting transmission job end information (S309). The notification in S309 is performed by displaying, sounding, generating vibration, or the like on the display 10. In the example shown in fig. 9, even when the worker forgets to transmit the work end information at the time of the work end, the worker can be prompted to transmit the work end information.
In the example shown in fig. 9, when it is determined as yes in 307, the input screen may be displayed on the display 10 together with the notification by the notification unit 17. That is, if it is determined as yes in 307, the display control unit 14 displays an input screen for inputting information to be included in the job end information on the display 10. When the management server 3 receives the job end information transmitted from the mobile terminal 1, the management server 3 registers the job end information.
Fig. 9 shows an example in which the work reference position is set based on the position information acquired by the acquisition unit 12 in S301. This is an example. As another example, the setting unit 15 may acquire location information of a building registered in the building management table from the management server 3, and set the work reference position based on the acquired information. This example is effective in the case where only 1 elevator is present in the building. However, when a plurality of elevators are provided in the building, it is preferable to set the work reference position based on the position information acquired by the acquisition unit 12 in S301. This makes it possible to accurately determine whether or not the maintenance work by the operator has been completed.
In the present embodiment, each of the parts indicated by reference numerals 12 to 17 represents a function of the mobile terminal 1. Fig. 10 is a diagram showing an example of hardware resources of the mobile terminal 1. The mobile terminal 1 has, for example, a processing circuit 40 including a processor 41 and a memory 42 as hardware resources. The portable terminal 1 realizes the functions of the respective sections indicated by reference numerals 12 to 17 by the processor 41 executing the program stored in the memory 42. As the memory 42, a semiconductor memory or the like can be used.
Fig. 11 is a diagram showing another example of hardware resources of the mobile terminal 1. In the example shown in fig. 11, the mobile terminal 1 includes a processing circuit 40 including a processor 41, a memory 42, and dedicated hardware 43, for example. Fig. 11 shows an example in which a part of the functions of the mobile terminal 1 is realized by the dedicated hardware 43. All the functions of the mobile terminal 1 may be realized by the dedicated hardware 43. As the dedicated hardware 43, a single circuit, a composite circuit, a programmed processor, a parallel programmed processor, an ASIC, an FPGA, or a combination thereof can be employed.
Similarly, each of the units shown by reference numerals 30 to 32 represents a function of the management server 3. An example of the hardware resources of the management server 3 is the same as the example shown in fig. 10. For example, the management server 3 has a processing circuit including a processor and a memory as hardware resources. The function of the storage unit 30 is realized by a memory. The management server 3 executes the program stored in the memory by the processor, thereby realizing the functions of the respective sections shown by reference numerals 31 to 32. The example of the hardware resources of the management server 3 may be the same as the example shown in fig. 11. In this case, the management server 3 has a processing circuit including a processor, a memory, and dedicated hardware. That is, a part of the functions of the management server 3 may be realized by dedicated hardware. All the functions of the management server 3 may be realized by dedicated hardware.
