It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of this application and in the drawings described above are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the application, as detailed in the appended claims.
In a live scene, especially in an e-commerce live scene, various live activities are generally held in important festivals. For example, a challenge event may be presented to the user in a live room, and product coupons may be issued to the user while the user is engaged in the event and the challenge is completed; the manner of completing the challenge may be to break through the game, purchase a specified number of products, and the like, which is not limited herein. Taking purchasing a specified number of products as a challenge index, the anchor may set in advance a type and a purchase number of products that the challenge activity needs to purchase, and when the challenge activity is played, the challenge activity identifier may be displayed in a live broadcast room of the audience client, and optionally, the challenge activity identifier may be an activity pendant, a floating window, a link, or the like, so as to attract the user to participate in the challenge activity. In the process that the user participates in the challenge competition, the server side can synchronously display information such as the number of users participating in the challenge competition, the volume of deals of products, the issuing number of virtual resources and the completion progress of the user participating in the challenge competition to the audience client side so as to create a challenge atmosphere. Further, under the condition that the user purchases a specified number of products and completes the challenge, the server side can issue corresponding virtual resources to the audience client side, and the user is encouraged to participate in the purchase of other products of the platform, so that the product transaction total amount in the live broadcast room is improved.
Typically, live events are preheated before they begin, and the event information is pushed to the user to stream the anchor. In the embodiment of the application, a platform responsible for guiding the anchor is called a live broadcast service platform, before the start of the broadcast, the anchor can open a live broadcast event to be held in the live broadcast service platform, a configurator configures the live broadcast event and the corresponding event configuration information in the live broadcast service platform in advance based on the live broadcast event opened by the anchor, associates the live broadcast event with a live broadcast room identifier corresponding to the anchor information, and sets the start date of the broadcast event as the start date of the live broadcast event. Under the condition that the activity configuration information is configured, the live broadcast service platform can push live broadcast activities to be held by the anchor on the launch date to more audience client sides so as to attract more users to participate in the live broadcast activities for the anchor.
Because the activity configuration information is manually configured by the configuration personnel, the activity configuration information is configured to the broadcasting date, usually for several days or even weeks, and the situation causing the activity information to change can occur in the period; in addition, in the process of the live broadcast activity, due to the fact that the number of users participating is large, the live broadcast activity can be influenced by the conditions of networks, insufficient product inventory, abnormal virtual resources and the like. Therefore, it is necessary to patrol the activity configuration information of the live broadcast activity before the live broadcast activity starts, and patrol the development condition of the live broadcast activity in the live broadcast activity process, so as to timely handle the live broadcast activity when the configuration information of the live broadcast activity does not meet the preset configuration information or the live broadcast activity is abnormal, thereby ensuring the smooth proceeding of the live broadcast activity.
Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides a live broadcast activity detection method, which is applicable to a server corresponding to a live broadcast platform, and is used for polling live broadcast activities before the live broadcast activities start and/or in the process of live broadcast activities, and handling exceptions when the exceptions are detected. For convenience of description, in the embodiment of the present application, a polling mode before a live event starts is referred to as a first polling mode, and a polling mode in a live event performing process is referred to as a second polling mode.
Fig. 1a is a flowchart of a live broadcast activity detection method corresponding to a first polling mode according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1a, the method includes:
s1, acquiring anchor information with live broadcast activity opened, wherein the anchor information comprises a live broadcast room identifier corresponding to the live broadcast activity;
s2, under the condition that the live broadcasting state corresponding to the live broadcasting room identification is determined to be not started, activity configuration information corresponding to live broadcasting activities is obtained;
and S3, outputting first prompt information under the condition that the activity configuration information is determined not to meet the preset configuration information, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting the activity configuration information to be modified.
In the embodiment of the application, the server side can acquire the anchor information of the opened live broadcast activity in a preset time period in the process of polling the live broadcast activity which is not started, and determines the live broadcast room identifier corresponding to the live broadcast activity according to the anchor information. In the embodiment of the application, the specific duration of the preset time period is not limited, and can be one week, two weeks or three weeks before the broadcast date, or can be flexibly selected according to actual requirements; the specific content of the anchor information is not limited, and optionally, the content includes, but is not limited to, an anchor identifier, a play date, a live activity identifier, a live room identifier, and a live scene identifier corresponding to the live room identifier. Further, according to the live broadcast room identification, a corresponding live broadcast state can be determined, under the condition that the live broadcast state corresponding to the live broadcast room identification is determined to be not started, activity configuration information corresponding to live broadcast activities is obtained, whether the activity configuration information meets preset configuration information or not is determined, and under the condition that the obtained activity configuration information does not meet the preset configuration information is determined, first prompt information is output to configuration personnel so as to prompt the configuration personnel to modify the activity configuration information, and the situation that the live broadcast activities cannot be smoothly carried out is avoided.
In this embodiment of the present application, the activity configuration information includes activity information and virtual resource information, and before the first prompt information is output, it may optionally be determined that an association exists between the activity information and the virtual resource information, and whether each of the activity information and the virtual resource information meets a corresponding preset condition respectively; and under the condition that the association relation does not exist between the activity information and the virtual resource information or at least one item of the activity information and the virtual resource information does not meet the corresponding preset condition, determining that the activity configuration information does not meet the preset configuration information, otherwise, determining that the activity configuration information meets the preset configuration information. Optionally, the activity configuration information includes activity information and virtual resource information; the activity information comprises but is not limited to an activity type, an activity starting date, an activity index, an activity duration and constraint information corresponding to the activity, the constraint information comprises but is not limited to a live broadcast scene identifier associated with the live broadcast activity, an associated anchor identifier, an associated virtual resource identifier, an associated product identifier, a total amount of associated product deals and the number of users that the activity can participate in, the activity index is an index that each user participating in the activity needs to reach, and the total amount of associated product deals is a total amount of products that all users participating in the activity can purchase; the virtual resource information includes, but is not limited to, the number of virtual resources, the type of virtual resources, the status of virtual resources, and the date of issuance of virtual resources. In the embodiment of the present application, the specific type of the virtual resource information is not limited, and optionally, the virtual resource information may be a coupon, or may be the number of times that each user can participate in a live broadcast activity; the type of the coupon may be one or multiple, for example, the type of the coupon may be a voucher including digital currency, a discount coupon for purchasing a product, a trade-off coupon for trading a product, a combination of multiple coupons, and the like, and a specific numerical value of each coupon may be flexibly set according to a specific situation of a live broadcast event, which is not limited herein.
Based on the above, when determining whether each item of the activity information and/or the virtual resource information respectively satisfies the corresponding preset condition, the determination may be performed according to each item of information. Supposing that the activity type of the activity information in the preset configuration information corresponding to the live broadcast activity opened by the anchor is a purchase type, the activity starting date is 2022 years, 2 months and 12 days, the activity index is that no less than 5 products are purchased by people, the product types are no less than 2, and the activity duration is 2 hours; the method comprises the following steps that a voucher with 50-element virtual resource money amount related to live activities is displayed, a related live scene is a scene A, a related anchor is an anchor first, related products at least comprise a product A and a product B, the corresponding total amount of deals which can be dealt is 500 ten thousand respectively, and the number of users which can participate in the activities is 5 ten thousand; the type of the virtual resource corresponding to the virtual resource information is 50-generation cash voucher, the number of the virtual resource is 10 ten thousand, and the corresponding issuing date is 2022 years, 2 months and 12 days. For example, if it is detected that the activity type, the activity start date, the activity index, and the activity duration in the activity information all meet the corresponding preset conditions, but the associated virtual resource identifier is not detected in the activity information, or it is detected that the associated voucher identifier corresponds to an identifier other than a voucher of 50 elements, it is determined that there is no association between the activity information and the virtual resource information. For another example, if it is detected that the live broadcast activity is associated with a voucher with a money amount of 50 yuan, but the activity type, the activity start date, the activity index, the activity duration, other constraint information corresponding to the activity, and/or at least one of the number of virtual resources, the state of the virtual resources, or the delivery date is inconsistent with the corresponding preset condition, it is determined that the activity configuration information does not satisfy the preset configuration information.
Based on the method, under the condition that the activity configuration information is detected not to meet the preset configuration information, first prompt information can be output to a configurator, and the configurator is prompted to modify the information item which does not meet the preset configuration information, so that the live broadcast activity can be smoothly carried out. For example, in a case that it is detected that there is no association between the activity information and the virtual resource information, the person may be configured to output a prompt message "XX live activity is not associated with a virtual resource"; based on the method, the configurator can modify the activity configuration information of the live activities and establish the association relationship between the live activities and the correct virtual resources. For another example, when detecting that there is an information item that does not satisfy the preset condition in the activity information and/or the virtual resource information, prompt information of "XX item abnormality of XX live broadcast activity" and/or "XX item abnormality of XX virtual resource" may be output to a configuration staff; based on this, the configuration personnel can modify the activity configuration information of the live broadcast activity and/or the corresponding information items in the virtual resource information.
Further, when it is detected that the live broadcast state corresponding to the live broadcast room identifier is in progress, a second polling mode may be used to poll the live broadcast activity, in this embodiment, the second polling mode is to detect whether information corresponding to each information item in the activity configuration information satisfies a preset distribution condition during the live broadcast activity progress, and output second prompt information for prompting to modify the activity configuration information when it is determined that the preset distribution condition is not satisfied, and distribute a corresponding virtual resource to a user account participating in the live broadcast activity when it is determined that the preset distribution condition is satisfied. For example, in a case that the live broadcast status is determined to be in progress, current activity information of the live broadcast activity may be periodically detected, and it is determined whether the product inventory is sufficient, the number of virtual resources is sufficient, whether the virtual resources are valid, whether the access traffic of the user reaches an access upper limit allowed by the live broadcast activity, and the like, according to the number of product inventories associated with the live broadcast activity, the remaining number of associated virtual resources, the status of the virtual resources, and the number of users participating in the live broadcast activity. Further, under the condition that the activity configuration information is detected to have the condition that the preset issuing condition is not met, the server side outputs second prompt information corresponding to the information item which does not meet the preset issuing condition to the configuration personnel so that the configuration personnel can modify the information item which does not meet the preset issuing condition. For example, if the inventory of the product a associated with the live broadcast activity is insufficient, the server may output a second prompt message similar to "the number of the product a does not satisfy the preset issuing condition" to the configurator; based on the method, the configuration personnel can modify the inventory quantity of the product A corresponding to the live broadcast activity; or under the condition that the live broadcast cannot be modified, the anchor is prompted to finish the live broadcast activity in advance in time so as to avoid influencing the live broadcast activity and the virtual resource distribution result.
In the embodiment of the application, the server side can update the activity information according to the participation result information of the live broadcast activity when the user participates in the live broadcast activity. The participation result information of the live event comprises but is not limited to the user participation quantity of the live event and the order information of the user, and the order information comprises the activity index completion quantity of each product. Based on the method, the server side can update the activity information according to the user participation number of the live activities, the activity index completion number of each product, the preset activity index and the preset virtual resource distribution number of the products corresponding to the live activities, and synchronously display the updated activity information to the anchor client side and the audience client side. In the embodiment of the present application, the content of the campaign information displayed by the anchor client and the audience client is not limited, and optionally, the displayed campaign information content includes, but is not limited to, the number of users participating in the live broadcast campaign, the number of completed campaign indicators of the product, the number of issued virtual resources, and the like; further, it is not limited whether the content of the campaign information displayed by the anchor client and the content of the campaign information displayed by the audience client are the same or different.
For example, when a user completes a preset activity index, the server may synchronously display information such as the number of users participating in a live broadcast activity, the number of completed activity indexes, the number of issued virtual resources, and the like to the anchor client and the audience client, so as to create a hot activity atmosphere in a live broadcast room; further optionally, in order to enable the anchor to know details of the live broadcast activity, the anchor client may further display the remaining inventory quantity of the product, the remaining quantity of the virtual resource, and the like, so that the anchor can flexibly adjust the progress of the live broadcast activity according to the participation condition of the live broadcast activity. For example, when the current activity index of the participating user does not exceed the preset activity index, the anchor may flexibly adjust the index value corresponding to the activity index according to the remaining number of products and the remaining number of virtual resources, so as to increase the index value corresponding to the activity index when the remaining number of products and the remaining number of virtual resources are sufficient and a large number of users want to participate in the live broadcast activity, or decrease the index value corresponding to the activity index when the remaining number of products and/or the remaining number of virtual resources are in short supply, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the live broadcast activity.
In the embodiment of the application, how the server determines to adopt the first polling mode or the second polling mode for polling is not limited, and optionally, whether live broadcast activity starts or not can be determined according to the live broadcast state so as to determine which polling mode is used for polling; for example, if the live broadcast state is not started, determining that the live broadcast activity is not started, and performing routing inspection by using a first routing inspection mode; for another example, if the live broadcast status is in progress, it is determined that the live broadcast activity has started, and the second polling method is used for polling. In another optional embodiment, the activity configuration information corresponding to the live activity may also include an activity state to mark that the live activity is currently in any state of not starting, in progress, or finished, and based on this, it may be directly determined which polling method to use for polling according to the activity state; for example, if the activity state is not started, a first inspection mode is used for inspection; for another example, if the active state is in progress, then the second polling method is used to perform polling.
