Specifically, when changing the watch-dog, at first need unbind, could change, if the operation of unbundling of watch-dog is not carried out, the original watch-dog is torn open to rigid, next time power-on, the heartbeat connection data that former watch-dog sent can not be received to above-mentioned excavator, get into the locking mode automatically, the restriction speed, restriction operation action etc, if unbundled the operation and directly changed the watch-dog, the server receives the heartbeat data that new watch-dog sent and resolves, discover that information such as watch-dog ID and excavator vehicle number code does not match, the server can send the locking instruction to new watch-dog VIN. When the excavator needs to replace modules such as a controller, the operation of unbinding is also needed, and the operation of unbinding needs the operation of the owner.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a control device for excavator safe operation, where the device may be applied to a monitor, and it should be noted that the control device for excavator safe operation according to the embodiment of the present application may be used to execute the control method for excavator safe operation according to the embodiment of the present application. The following describes a control device for safely operating an excavator according to an embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a control device for safely operating an excavator according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes a first generating unit 10, a first issuing unit 20, and a first executing unit 30, where the first generating unit 10 is configured to control a display device to display an input interface in response to a first input operation, and generate a random code and a corresponding first random password, the first input operation is used to represent an operation that requests to execute a first predetermined operation, and the random code is a character string generated according to the first predetermined operation; the first sending unit 20 is configured to send the random code to a server, so that the server generates a corresponding second random password according to the random code and sends the second random password to the target client; the first execution unit 30 is configured to receive an input third random password in response to a second input operation, and control the excavator to execute the first predetermined operation when the third random password is the same as the first random password, wherein the second input operation is an input operation applied to the input interface according to the second random password received by the target client.
In the control device for the excavator safety operation, the first generation unit controls the display device to display an input interface in response to a first input operation and generates a random code and a corresponding first random password, the first input operation is used for representing an operation requesting execution of a first predetermined operation, and the random code is a character string generated according to the first predetermined operation; sending the random code to a server through the first issuing member, so that the server generates a corresponding second random password according to the random code and sends the second random password to the target client; and receiving an input third random password through the first execution unit in response to a second input operation, and controlling the excavator to execute the first preset operation under the condition that the third random password is the same as the first random password, wherein the second input operation is an input operation acted on the input interface according to the second random password received by the target client. Compared with the prior art that the excavator is low in safety due to no permission setting, the excavator safety operation control device controls the display device to display the input interface by responding to the first input operation, generates the random code and the corresponding first random password, sends the random code to the server, generates the corresponding second random password through the random code, sends the second random password to the target client, controls the excavator to execute the first preset operation according to the received third random password of the input operation acting on the input interface and the received second random password, ensures that the first preset operation is executed under the condition that the third random password is the same as the first random password, and the excavator safety operation control device solves the problem that the prior art is high in safety due to no permission setting, and the excavator is high in safety.
It should be noted that the target client is a client that has been registered in advance, and not any client can receive the second random password, thereby further ensuring that the security of the excavator operation is high.
In order to further ensure that the security of the excavator operation is high, according to a specific embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes a third generating unit, where the third generating unit is configured to control the display device to display first prompt information and generate a new random code according to the first input operation, where the first prompt information is used to indicate information that the authentication has failed, when the first random code is different from the third random code after receiving the input third random code in response to the second input operation. Under the condition that the first random password is different from the third random password, the display device is controlled to display the first prompt message, so that the target user receives the first prompt message representing that the verification fails, and meanwhile, the display device can display a new random code, so that the target user needs to perform the verification again through the new random code if the target user needs to perform the first preset operation, and the operation safety of the excavator is further guaranteed to be high.
According to another specific embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes a determining unit, a second executing unit, and a display unit, where the determining unit is configured to determine whether a first predetermined condition is satisfied in a case where the boot information is received before the random code and the corresponding first random password are generated in response to the first input operation, and the first predetermined condition includes: the method comprises the steps that binding information and registration information exist, the starting-up information is used for representing information of starting up, the binding information is used for representing information of establishing a binding relationship with a target excavator, and the registration information at least comprises an account number and a password of a target user and number information of a target client; the second execution unit is configured to control the excavator to execute a second predetermined operation when the first predetermined condition is satisfied and login success information and request information are received, the request information being used for indicating information that the target user requests to execute the second predetermined operation, the second predetermined operation being different from the first predetermined operation, the login success information being used for indicating information that the target user successfully logs in through the registration information; the display unit is configured to control the display device to display second prompt information when the first predetermined condition is not satisfied, where the second prompt information is used to prompt the target user to perform a binding operation and/or a registration operation, the binding operation is used to generate the binding information, and the registration operation is used to generate the registration information. When the starting-up information is received, whether the first preset condition is met or not is determined, and if the first preset condition is met and the login is successful, the excavator is controlled to execute the second preset operation under the condition that the target client applies to execute the second preset operation, so that the second preset operation can be executed under the condition that the first preset condition is met and the login is successful, the convenience of executing the second preset operation is high, and if the first preset condition is not met, the target user can perform the binding operation and/or the registration operation by displaying the second prompt information, the binding information and the registration information can be generated, the first preset operation and the second preset operation can be executed according to the binding information and the registration information, and the operation safety of the excavator is further high.
In a specific embodiment, the binding information includes a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM), an Identity Document (Identity Document), a controller ID, an Engine Control Unit (ECU) ID, and the like, and the Number information of the target client includes a mobile phone Number.
Specifically, the mobile phone can log in a face recognition mode, of course, face recognition information needs to be registered in advance and uploaded to the server, in addition, the number information of the target client, namely the mobile phone number needs to be registered on the monitor terminal in advance and uploaded to the server, when the mobile phone number is replaced, the binding needs to be released firstly, then a new mobile phone number is bound, and if the mobile phone is lost, and under the condition that the mobile phone number cannot be handled again, the binding needs to be released through the face recognition and other information contact servers.
According to another specific embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes a third sending unit, where the third sending unit is configured to, after controlling the display device to display a second prompt message when the first predetermined condition is not satisfied, send the binding information and/or the registration information, so that the server receives the binding information and/or the registration information. By sending the binding information and the registration information to the server, the server can complete sending the second random password to the target client according to the binding information and the registration information, and the operation safety of the excavator is further guaranteed to be high.
Specifically, the registration information is uploaded to the server through the 4G module.
According to an embodiment of the application, the first predetermined operation includes at least one of: changing the working time, changing the binding information or changing the registration information, wherein the second predetermined operation at least comprises one of the following operations: the target excavator is controlled to travel, and the opening and closing of the wiper or the boom lamp is controlled.
In a specific embodiment, the first predetermined operation further includes an unbinding operation, a modification of a system parameter, an operation of locking and unlocking the excavator, the system parameter includes an alarm parameter, and the like, and the second predetermined operation further includes operations of operating a boom to extend and retract, an arm to extend and retract, a bucket to turn over, controlling a tool box light, and controlling a sprinkler to perform glass cleaning, and the like.
Specifically, the second predetermined operation is a normal operation, the first predetermined operation is an abnormal operation, which affects the safety of the excavator, for example, if the system parameter can be randomly modified, the alarm criterion corresponding to the system parameter is changed, if the alarm criterion is changed to a lower criterion, the danger during the use of the excavator is increased, and during the control process of the excavator safety operation, the safety of the excavator operation is ensured to be higher by setting the random code and the verification of the random password for the first predetermined operation with a plurality of numbers.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a control device for excavator safe operation, where the device may be applied to a server, and it should be noted that the control device for excavator safe operation according to the embodiment of the present application may be used to execute the control method for excavator safe operation according to the embodiment of the present application. Hereinafter, a control device for safe operation of an excavator according to an embodiment of the present application will be described.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a control device for safely operating an excavator according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the device includes a second generating unit 40 and a second sending unit 50, wherein the second generating unit 40 is configured to generate a second random password corresponding to a random code when receiving the random code, and the random code is generated and sent by a monitor of the excavator safety operation according to a first predetermined operation; the second sending unit 50 is configured to send the second random password to a target client, so that the target user inputs the received second random password into an input interface displayed by the monitor.
In the control device for the safe operation of the excavator, the second generation unit generates a second random code corresponding to the random code when receiving the random code, wherein the random code is generated and sent by a monitor for the safe operation of the excavator according to a first preset operation; and sending the second random password to a target client through the second sending unit so that the target user inputs the received second random password into an input interface displayed by the monitor. Compared with the problem that the excavator in the prior art is low in safety due to no permission setting, the control device for the safe operation of the excavator in the application enables the target user to control the excavator to execute the first preset operation by generating the second random password corresponding to the random code and then sending the second random password to the target client under the condition that the random code is received, so that the received second random password and the third random password of the input operation acting on the input interface can be used by the target user, the first preset operation is executed under the condition that the third random password is the same as the first random password, the first preset operation is ensured to be realized by receiving the second random password through the target client and correctly inputting the second random password to the display device, the problem that the excavator in the prior art is low in safety due to no permission setting is solved, and the high safety of the operation of the excavator is ensured.
It should be noted that the algorithm for the monitor to generate the first random password according to the random code is the same as the algorithm for the server to generate the second random password according to the random code, and the server can modify the calculation formulas of the random passwords at the server side and the monitor side at the same time.
In order to further ensure that the safety of the excavator operation is high, according to a specific embodiment of the present application, the second generating unit includes a determining module, a generating module, and a sending module, where the determining module is configured to determine whether the random code satisfies a second predetermined condition when the random code is received, and the second predetermined condition includes: the byte length of the random code is equal to a preset threshold value, and characters at a preset position in the random code are preset characters; the generating module is configured to generate the second random password corresponding to the random code when the random code satisfies the second predetermined condition; the sending module is configured to send third prompt information to the monitor when the random code does not satisfy the second predetermined condition, so that a display device of the monitor displays the third prompt information, and the monitored display device generates a new random code according to a first input operation, where the first input operation is used to represent information that a target user requests to execute a first predetermined operation, and the third prompt information is used to represent information that the random code is invalid. And in addition, when the random code does not meet the second predetermined condition, the third prompt message is sent out, so that the target user can obtain invalid information of the random code, and the display device of the monitor can generate a new random code, thereby ensuring that the experience of the target user using the excavator is high, and further ensuring that the safety of the operation of the excavator is high.
In a specific embodiment, only a user such as an owner or a handset of the excavator who has registered on the server can obtain the second random password with the security operation permission by registering a handset number, and only after verification, that is, under the condition that the first random password is the same as the third random password, the first predetermined operation can be executed, otherwise, the second predetermined operation can be executed, so that the operation of the user on the excavator is limited to the maximum extent, and the security of the excavator is further ensured to be higher.
According to another specific embodiment of the present application, the determining module includes an obtaining sub-module and a determining sub-module, wherein the obtaining sub-module is configured to obtain a plurality of predetermined operations and corresponding predetermined characters; the determining submodule is configured to determine that the random code satisfies the second predetermined condition when a character at a predetermined position in the random code belongs to one of a plurality of predetermined characters and a byte length of the random code is equal to a predetermined threshold. And when the character at the preset position in the random code is one of the preset characters and the byte length of the random code is equal to the preset threshold value, determining that the random code meets the second preset condition, otherwise, determining that the random code does not meet the second preset condition, and further ensuring that the safety of the excavator operation is high.
The control device for the safe operation of the excavator includes a processor and a memory, the first generation means, the first transmission means, the first execution means, the second generation means, the second transmission means, and the like are stored in the memory as program means, and the processor executes the program means stored in the memory to implement the corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more than one, and the problem of low safety caused by no permission setting of the excavator in the prior art is solved by adjusting the kernel parameters.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), including at least one memory chip.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium having a program stored thereon, the program implementing the control method for safe operation of an excavator described above when executed by a processor.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the program is used for executing the control method for the safe operation of the excavator during running.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus, where the apparatus includes a processor, a memory, and a program that is stored in the memory and is executable on the processor, and when the processor executes the program, at least the following steps are implemented:
step S101, responding to a first input operation, controlling display equipment to display an input interface, and generating a random code and a corresponding first random password, wherein the first input operation is used for representing an operation of requesting to execute a first preset operation, and the random code is a character string generated according to the first preset operation;

2) In the method for controlling the safety operation of the excavator, firstly, under the condition that a random code is received, a second random password corresponding to the random code is generated, wherein the random code is generated and sent by a monitor for the safety operation of the excavator according to a first preset operation; and then, sending the second random password to a target client, so that the target user inputs the received second random password into an input interface displayed by the monitor. Compared with the problem that the excavator in the prior art is low in safety due to no permission setting, the excavator safety operation control method enables the target user to control the excavator to execute the first preset operation by generating the second random password corresponding to the random code and then sending the second random password to the target client under the condition that the random code is received, enabling the received second random password to act on the third random password of the input operation on the input interface, and enabling the target user to control the excavator to execute the first preset operation under the condition that the third random password is the same as the first random password, ensures that the first preset operation is executed under the condition that the third random password is the same as the first random password, ensures that the first preset operation is realized by receiving the second random password through the target client and correctly inputting the second random password to the display device, solves the problem that the excavator in the prior art is low in safety due to no permission setting, and ensures that the excavator is high in safety in operation.
3) In the excavator safety operation control device of the present application, the first generation unit controls the display device to display an input interface in response to a first input operation for representing an operation requesting execution of a first predetermined operation, and generates a random code and a corresponding first random password, the random code being a character string generated according to the first predetermined operation; sending the random code to a server through the first issuing member, so that the server generates a corresponding second random password according to the random code and sends the second random password to the target client; and receiving an input third random password through the first execution unit in response to a second input operation, and controlling the excavator to execute the first preset operation under the condition that the third random password is the same as the first random password, wherein the second input operation is an input operation acted on the input interface according to the second random password received by the target client. Compared with the prior art that the excavator is low in safety due to no permission setting, the excavator safety operation control device controls the display device to display the input interface by responding to the first input operation, generates the random code and the corresponding first random password, sends the random code to the server, generates the corresponding second random password through the random code, sends the second random password to the target client, controls the excavator to execute the first preset operation according to the received third random password of the input operation acting on the input interface and the received second random password, ensures that the first preset operation is executed under the condition that the third random password is the same as the first random password, and the excavator safety operation control device solves the problem that the prior art is high in safety due to no permission setting, and the excavator is high in safety.
4) In the control device for the safe operation of the excavator, the second generation unit generates a second random password corresponding to the random code under the condition that the random code is received, wherein the random code is generated and sent by a monitor for the safe operation of the excavator according to a first preset operation; and sending the second random password to a target client through the second sending unit, so that the target user inputs the received second random password into an input interface displayed by the monitor. Compared with the problem that the excavator in the prior art is low in safety due to no permission setting, the control device for the safe operation of the excavator in the application enables the target user to control the excavator to execute the first preset operation by generating the second random password corresponding to the random code and then sending the second random password to the target client under the condition that the random code is received, so that the received second random password and the third random password of the input operation acting on the input interface can be used by the target user, the first preset operation is executed under the condition that the third random password is the same as the first random password, the first preset operation is ensured to be realized by receiving the second random password through the target client and correctly inputting the second random password to the display device, the problem that the excavator in the prior art is low in safety due to no permission setting is solved, and the high safety of the operation of the excavator is ensured.
5) The control system for the safe operation of the excavator comprises a monitor and a server, wherein the monitor comprises a display device and is used for executing any one of the methods; the server is in data interaction with the monitor and is used for executing any one of the methods. Compared with the prior art that the excavator is low in safety due to no permission setting, the excavator safety operation control system controls the display device to display the input interface by responding to the first input operation, generates the random code and the corresponding first random password, sends the random code to the server, generates the corresponding second random password through the random code, sends the second random password to the target client, controls the excavator to execute the first preset operation according to the received third random password of the input operation acting on the input interface and the received second random password, ensures that the first preset operation is executed under the condition that the third random password is the same as the first random password, and the excavator is high in safety due to no permission setting in the prior art.

1. A method of controlling safe operation of an excavator, the method comprising:
responding to a first input operation, controlling display equipment to display an input interface, and generating a random code and a corresponding first random password, wherein the first input operation is used for representing an operation of requesting to execute a first preset operation, and the random code is a character string generated according to the first preset operation;
sending the random code to a server so that the server generates a corresponding second random password according to the random code and sends the second random password to a target client;
and responding to a second input operation, receiving an input third random password, and controlling the excavator to execute the first preset operation under the condition that the third random password is the same as the first random password, wherein the second input operation is an input operation acted on the input interface according to the second random password received by the target client.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the input third random password in response to the second input operation, the method further comprises:
and under the condition that the first random password is different from the third random password, controlling the display equipment to display first prompt information, and generating a new random code according to the first input operation, wherein the first prompt information is used for representing information of authentication failure.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to generating a random code and a corresponding first random password in response to a first input operation, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the starting-up information is received, determining whether a first preset condition is met, wherein the first preset condition comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that binding information and registration information exist, the starting-up information is used for representing information of starting up, the binding information is used for representing information of establishing a binding relationship with a target excavator, and the registration information at least comprises an account number and a password of a target user and number information of a target client;
when the first preset condition is met and login success information and request information are received, controlling the excavator to execute a second preset operation, wherein the request information is used for representing information that the target user requests to execute the second preset operation, the second preset operation is different from the first preset operation, and the login success information is used for representing information that the target user successfully logs in through the registration information;
and under the condition that the first preset condition is not met, controlling the display equipment to display second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting the target user to perform binding operation and/or registration operation, the binding operation is used for generating the binding information, and the registration operation is used for generating the registration information.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein after controlling the display device to display the second prompt message if the first predetermined condition is not satisfied, the method further comprises:
sending the binding information and/or the registration information so that the server receives the binding information and/or the registration information.

The method of claim 3, wherein the first predetermined operation comprises at least one of: changing the working time, the binding information or the registration information, wherein the second predetermined operation at least comprises one of the following operations: the target excavator is controlled to travel, and the opening and closing of the wiper or the boom lamp is controlled.
6. A method of controlling safe operation of an excavator, the method comprising:
under the condition of receiving a random code, generating a second random password corresponding to the random code, wherein the random code is generated and sent by a monitor for the safety operation of the excavator according to a first preset operation;
and sending the second random password to a target client so that the target user inputs the received second random password into an input interface displayed by the monitor.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein generating a second random cipher corresponding to the random code upon receiving the random code comprises:
in the event that a random code is received, determining whether the random code satisfies a second predetermined condition, the second predetermined condition comprising: the byte length of the random code is equal to a preset threshold value, and characters at preset positions in the random code are preset characters;
generating the second random password corresponding to the random code under the condition that the random code meets the second preset condition;
and under the condition that the random code does not meet the second preset condition, sending third prompt information to the monitor, enabling display equipment of the monitor to display the third prompt information, and enabling the display equipment of the monitor to generate a new random code according to a first input operation, wherein the first input operation is used for representing information that a target user requests to execute a first preset operation, and the third prompt information is used for representing information that the random code is invalid.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein determining whether the random code satisfies a second predetermined condition in the event that the random code is received comprises:
acquiring a plurality of preset operations and corresponding preset characters;
determining that the random code satisfies the second predetermined condition if the character of the predetermined position in the random code belongs to one of the predetermined characters and the byte length of the random code is equal to a predetermined threshold.
9. A control apparatus for safe operation of an excavator, the apparatus comprising:
the device comprises a first generating unit, a second generating unit and a control unit, wherein the first generating unit is used for responding to a first input operation, controlling display equipment to display an input interface and generating a random code and a corresponding first random password, the first input operation is used for representing an operation of requesting to execute a first preset operation, and the random code is a character string generated according to the first preset operation;
the first sending unit is used for sending the random code to a server so that the server generates a corresponding second random password according to the random code and sends the second random password to a target client;
the first execution unit is used for responding to a second input operation, receiving an input third random password, and controlling the excavator to execute the first preset operation under the condition that the third random password is the same as the first random password, wherein the second input operation is an input operation acted on the input interface according to the second random password received by the target client.
10. A control apparatus for safe operation of an excavator, the apparatus comprising:
the second generation unit is used for generating a second random password corresponding to the random code under the condition that the random code is received, wherein the random code is generated and sent by a monitor of the safety operation of the excavator according to a first preset operation;
and the second sending unit is used for sending the second random password to the target client so that the target user can input the received second random password into the input interface displayed by the monitor.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein the program performs the method of any one of claims 1 to 5 or claims 6 to 8.
12. A processor, characterized in that the processor is configured to run a program, wherein the program when running performs the method of any of claims 1 to 5 or 6 to 8.

a monitor comprising a display device, the monitor being configured to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 5;
a server in data communication with the monitor, the server configured to perform the method of any one of claims 6 to 8.
