Currently, when meeting room device configurations (or functions) are developed, independent development is performed on a single configuration. That is, if a function (or configuration) is added to the conference room device, a configuration corresponding to the function needs to be separately developed. In particular, in a conference room configured hierarchically, since the upper hierarchical configuration overlaps the lower hierarchical configuration, the logic is relatively complicated. In each configuration docking process, the complex logics need to be processed, and the processes of interface formulation, code function development, data recording, record caching, configuration interface providing to meeting room equipment, joint debugging and the like need to be performed, so that the whole development process is long, the code reuse rate is low, errors are easy to occur, and the whole development efficiency is low.

It should be understood that the number of first clients, networks, configuration servers, and conference room devices in fig. 1 are merely illustrative. There may be any number of first clients, networks, configuration servers, and meeting room devices, as desired for the implementation.
With continued reference to fig. 2A, a timing sequence 200 for one embodiment of a conferencing system according to the present disclosure is shown. The conference system in the disclosed embodiment can include a first client, a configuration server, and a conference room device. The sequence 200 includes the following steps:
step 201, a first client sends a meeting room device configuration update request to a configuration server.
In this embodiment, a first user may utilize a first client (e.g., the first client 101, 102, 103 shown in fig. 1) to trigger a conference room device configuration update operation for updating a first configuration of a first conference room device or a first conference room device hierarchy to a first configuration parameter, and then the first client may generate a conference room device configuration update request including an identifier of the first conference room device hierarchy, the first configuration identifier and a corresponding first configuration parameter, and send the generated conference room device configuration update request to a configuration server providing a configuration service for the conference room device or the conference room device hierarchy, in a case that the conference room device configuration update operation is detected.
In this embodiment, the first conference room device level identification may be used to indicate the first conference room device level. Here, the first conference room device hierarchy may be a specific conference room device, and may also be a conference room device hierarchy. The conference room equipment is specific physical equipment, and the audio and video conference can be actually carried out by adopting the physical conference room equipment. The meeting room devices may be, for example, laptop computers, desktop computers, meeting room host devices, screen boxes, check-in boards, and the like. And the hierarchy of conference room devices is used to indicate the hierarchy at which a plurality of conference room devices are located. For example, the meeting room equipment hierarchy may be a country a hierarchy, a country B city C zone hierarchy, and a D enterprise hierarchy.
The first configuration identification is used to indicate a first configuration. In practice, the conference room equipment may have various functions, each of which may correspond to a respective configuration. For example, the first configuration may include, but is not limited to: background pictures, watermarks, digital signage, alarmer mailbox addresses, and the like.
The first user may identify to the first conference room equipment level that the first conference room equipment level has a first privilege. For example, the first privilege may include modifying a configuration of a first meeting room equipment hierarchy. For example, the first user may be an administrator of a collective user (e.g., an enterprise user), and the first user may then make modifications to the conference room equipment or the configuration of the hierarchy of conference room equipment of the collective user.
For example, the first user may modify the background map configuration of the first meeting room device hierarchy, such as turning on or off background map functionality, or setting a picture of the background map.
Also for example, the configuration of the alert mailbox address at the first meeting room device level may be modified, such as turning on or off the alert mailbox address function, or adding, modifying, deleting the alert mailbox address, etc.
Here, the first configuration parameter corresponding to the first configuration is used to set the configuration value of the first configuration. For example, the first configuration parameter corresponding to the background image configuration may be a specific background image. The first configuration parameter corresponding to the mailbox address configuration of the alarm person may be a specific mailbox address.
Step 202, the configuration server obtains a parameter verification rule of the first configuration in response to receiving a conference room device configuration update request sent by the first client.
In this embodiment, a function is added to the conference room device, and only one configuration needs to be newly added, where adding one configuration includes presetting a configuration item corresponding to the newly added configuration in the configuration server, and one configuration item is a parameter verification rule, and is used to perform parameter verification on a configuration value of the newly added configuration. For example, the parameter verification rule may include verifying a data type and/or a value range of the configuration parameter of the newly added configuration.
Therefore, the configuration server can obtain the parameter verification rule of the first configuration indicated by the first configuration identifier in the conference room device configuration update request in response to receiving the conference room device configuration update request sent by the first client.
Step 203, the configuration server performs parameter verification on the first configuration parameter according to the parameter verification method corresponding to the acquired parameter verification rule.
In this embodiment, the configuration server may preset a program code sequence of the parameter verification method corresponding to each type of parameter verification rule. The configuration server may further perform parameter verification on the first configuration parameter in the conference room device configuration update request received in step 202 by executing the program code sequence of the parameter verification method corresponding to the obtained parameter verification rule.
If the parameter check in step 203 is successful, execution can proceed to step 204.
In response to a successful parameter check, the configuration server updates the configuration value of the first configuration of the first conference room equipment level with the first configuration parameter, step 204.
In this embodiment, the configuration server may update the configuration value of the first configuration of the first conference room equipment hierarchy with the first configuration parameter in the case that the parameter verification performed on the first configuration parameter in step 203 is successful.
Through steps 201 to 204, when the first client sends a conference room device configuration update request to the configuration server, the configuration server verifies the received configuration parameters according to a parameter verification method corresponding to a parameter verification rule of configuration to be updated by the first client, and updates the configuration values after the verification is successful, thereby simplifying the conference room device configuration scheme, and only setting each configuration item (for example, the parameter verification rule) of newly-added configuration without separately writing codes.
In some cases, this embodiment may have the following optional implementations:
alternative embodiment (a): the sequence 200 may further include the following steps 205 and 206:
the configuration server may go to step 205 for execution in case the parameter check in step 203 is unsuccessful.
In step 205, the configuration server sends a failure prompt message to the first client in response to the failure of the parameter verification.
Here, the failure prompt message is used to indicate that the configuration server fails to perform parameter verification on the first configuration parameter.
In step 206, the first client presents the failure prompt message in response to receiving the failure prompt message.
The steps 205 and 206 may enable the first client to be notified in case the configuration server fails to check the first configuration parameter.
Alternative embodiment (ii): the updating, by the configuration server, the configuration value of the first configuration of the first conference room device with the first configuration parameter in step 204 may include steps 2041 and 2042 as shown in fig. 2B:
step 2041, the configuration value of the first configuration of the first meeting room device level in the target memory database is updated with the first configuration parameter.
Here, the target in-memory database may be various in-memory databases for caching the conference room device hierarchy configuration information. For example, the target in-memory database may be a Redis in-memory database. Here, the configuration information may include a configuration identification and a configuration value. For example, the background map configuration information may include a configuration identifier "background map" and a corresponding background image.
Due to the fast access function of the memory database, after the configuration value of the first configuration of the first conference room device hierarchy in the target memory database is updated, the latest configuration value of the first configuration can be quickly obtained when the configuration server obtains the configuration value of the first configuration of the conference room device subsequently belonging to the first conference room device hierarchy. By the configuration information caching scheme, the configuration server can still perform high-performance rapid configuration access in a high-concurrency scene, and the reliability and robustness of the service are improved.
Step 2042, update the configuration value of the first configuration of the first meeting room equipment level in the target database with the first configuration parameter.
Here, the target database may be a variety of databases for persistently storing meeting room device hierarchy configuration information. The target database may be a variety of relational or non-relational databases. For example, the target database may be a MySQL database.
The configuration value of the first configuration of the first conference room device level in the target database is updated, so that after the first configuration information of the first conference room device level in the future is expired in the target memory database, the conference room device belonging to the first conference room device level can acquire the corresponding first configuration information in the target database.
Optionally, after performing step 2041 and step 2042, the configuration server may further perform the following operations:
in response to determining that the delete sub-hierarchy configuration identifier corresponding to the first configuration indicates a delete sub-hierarchy configuration, deleting the first configuration information of the target memory database and the sub-hierarchy of the first conference room device hierarchy in the target database.
That is, here, each conference room device configuration has a delete sub-hierarchy configuration identification configuration item for indicating whether to delete its corresponding configuration of the sub-hierarchy when the configuration value of the configuration is updated. And if the deletion sub-hierarchy configuration identifier corresponding to the first configuration is used for indicating deletion of the sub-hierarchy configuration, deleting the first configuration information of the sub-hierarchy of the first conference room equipment hierarchy in the target memory database and the target database so as to realize covering of the lower-layer configuration by the upper-layer configuration.
By means of the alternative embodiment (two), the data access speed of the configuration server can be increased, and it can be ensured that in each case a conference room device belonging to the first conference room device hierarchy can obtain the configuration value of its first configuration at the configuration server.
Alternative embodiment (c): the sequence 200 may further include the following steps 207, 208 and 209:
the configuration server may go to step 207 to execute after executing step 204.
Step 207, the configuration server sends configuration update prompt information to the meeting room devices belonging to the first meeting room device hierarchy.
Since the configuration values of the first configuration of the first conference room equipment level have been updated in step 204. The configuration server may send a configuration update prompt to the conference room devices belonging to the first hierarchy of conference room devices. Here, the configuration update prompting information is used to indicate that the configuration of the conference room device belonging to the first conference room device hierarchy is updated.
After step 207 is executed, the process can go to step 208.
In step 208, the conference room device sends a first configuration acquisition request to the configuration server in response to receiving the configuration update prompt message.
The configuration update prompting message is used for prompting the meeting room equipment that the configuration information of the meeting room equipment is updated. Further, the conference room device may send a first configuration acquisition request to the configuration server.
After step 208 is executed, the process can go to step 209 for execution.
In step 209, the configuration server, in response to receiving the first configuration obtaining request, obtains current configuration information of a conference room device corresponding to the first configuration obtaining request, and sends the obtained current configuration information to the corresponding conference room device.
Here, the configuration server may obtain the current configuration information of the conference room device from which the first configuration obtaining request is sent, in a case where the first configuration obtaining request sent by the conference room device is received. And then the acquired current configuration information is sent to the corresponding meeting room equipment. And the meeting room equipment receiving the current configuration information can work according to the received current configuration.
Through step 207, step 208 and step 209, it can be realized that, in the case that the first client modifies the hierarchical configuration of the conference room devices, the corresponding conference room devices are notified to pull the latest configuration to the configuration server, that is, the configuration update is effective in real time.
Alternative embodiment (iv): the obtaining of the current configuration information of the conference room device corresponding to the first configuration obtaining request in step 209 may be performed as follows:
first, the configuration server obtains the current configuration information of the conference room device corresponding to the first configuration obtaining request in the target memory database and the target database.
Then, if the configuration server does not acquire the current configuration information of the conference room device corresponding to the first configuration acquisition request in the target memory database and the target database, the configuration server sets the configuration value in the current configuration information of the corresponding conference room device to a preset default configuration value, and caches the current configuration information of the corresponding conference room device in the target memory database.
And finally, the configuration server sends the current configuration information of the corresponding meeting room equipment to the corresponding meeting room equipment.
Through the optional implementation mode (iv), it can be realized that, when the configuration value of the conference room device is not set, the current configuration value of the conference room device is set as the default value, the current configuration information of the conference room device is cached, and then the current configuration information of the conference room is returned.
With continued reference to fig. 2C due to page display limitations, it should be noted that the flow of fig. 2C may include various steps shown in fig. 2A in addition to the flow shown in fig. 2C.
Alternative embodiment (v): the sequence 200 may further include the following steps 210 to 213:
step 210, the first client sends a second configuration obtaining request to the configuration server.
Here, the first user may trigger a conference room device configuration obtaining operation for obtaining at least one second configuration of a second conference room device hierarchy by using a first client (e.g., the first client 101, 102, 103 shown in fig. 1), and then the first client may generate a second configuration obtaining request including an identifier of the second conference room device hierarchy and at least one second configuration identifier, and transmit the generated second configuration obtaining request to a configuration server providing a configuration service for the conference room device hierarchy, in a case where the conference room device configuration obtaining operation is detected. Here, the second conference room equipment hierarchy identifier is used to indicate a second conference room equipment hierarchy.
That is, the first user may specify, by the first client, the at least one piece of second configuration information that is desired to be obtained and presented, and the second configuration obtaining request sent by the first client to the configuration server does not necessarily include configuration identifiers of all configurations, but only needs to include the configuration identifier of the at least one piece of second configuration that is specified by the first client to be obtained and presented.
In step 211, the configuration server obtains, in response to receiving the second configuration obtaining request sent by the first client, each second configuration information of the second conference room equipment hierarchy.
Here, the configuration server may first obtain the configuration information of each second configuration of the second conference room device hierarchy from the target in-memory database, and if the configuration information of each second configuration of the second conference room device hierarchy is not obtained from the target database.
Optionally, each piece of second configuration information of the second conference room device hierarchy may be acquired by using a preset conference room device configuration acquisition interface. That is, in terms of code implementation, only one interface (i.e., the preset conference room device configuration acquisition interface) needs to be used to acquire each piece of second configuration information of the second conference room device hierarchy. Under the condition that the configuration supported by the conference room equipment is increased, because each second configuration information required by the first client can be independently specified, a corresponding program interface does not need to be independently written for the newly increased configuration, the workload of code development can be reduced, and the efficiency of code development is improved. For example, the configuration identifiers of the second configurations may be separated by a preset character (e.g., "|") to obtain the second configuration information of the second conference room equipment hierarchy.
Optionally, the obtaining of the second configuration information of the second conference room device hierarchy may also be performed as follows:
for a second configuration to be obtained, a hierarchical acquisition type of the second configuration is first determined.
And if the hierarchy acquisition type of the second configuration is determined to be the first hierarchy acquisition type, acquiring second configuration information of the current hierarchy of the second conference room equipment.
And if the hierarchy acquisition type of the second configuration is determined to be the second hierarchy acquisition type, acquiring second configuration information of a second conference room equipment hierarchy and a parent hierarchy thereof.
And if the hierarchy acquisition type of the second configuration is determined to be the third hierarchy acquisition type, acquiring second configuration information of the second conference room equipment hierarchy and the sub-hierarchy thereof.
That is, when the function configuration supported by the newly added conference room device is configured, the conference room device hierarchy acquisition type of the newly added configuration is specified to customize the second configuration information to be acquired in the future, so that the second configuration information of different hierarchies can be presented on the first client through the subsequent steps 212 and 213.
In step 212, the configuration server sends each second configuration information of the second conference room equipment hierarchy to the first client.
In step 213, the first client presents the second configuration information of the second conference room equipment hierarchy in response to receiving the second configuration information of the second conference room equipment hierarchy.
Through steps 210 to 213, the second configuration information to be presented can be specified by the first user at the first client, and different configuration information can be obtained from the configuration server and presented at the first client only by using the same program interface. And moreover, different configurations can be customized, new codes do not need to be written for the newly added configurations, namely, the configuration drivers are used for replacing the newly added code drivers, and the code development efficiency is improved.
In addition, optionally, if there are multiple configuration values in the second configuration information specified in step 210 (for example, multiple alert staff email addresses may be set), the first user may also specify, by using the first client, the number of configuration values of the second configuration displayed per page, that is, the paging parameter, and send the set paging parameter and the second configuration identifier together through the second configuration obtaining request to the configuration server, so as to implement supporting the paging scenario, where the first client only needs to specify the second configuration identifier and the corresponding paging parameter.
In the configuration updating system provided in the above embodiment of the present disclosure, by presetting a corresponding parameter verification rule for each configuration without separately writing a code, when the first client sends the conference room device configuration updating request to the configuration server, the configuration server verifies the received configuration parameter according to the parameter verification method corresponding to the parameter verification rule of the configuration to be updated by the first client, and updates the configuration parameter after the verification is successful, thereby simplifying the conference room device configuration scheme, and only setting each configuration item (for example, the parameter verification rule) of the configuration without separately writing a code.
With continued reference to FIG. 3, a flow 300 of one embodiment of a configuration update method according to the present disclosure is shown. The configuration updating method is applied to a configuration server and comprises the following steps:
step 301, in response to receiving a conference room device configuration update request sent by a first client, obtaining a parameter verification rule of a first configuration.
Step 302, performing parameter verification on the first configuration parameter according to a parameter verification method corresponding to the obtained parameter verification rule.

Optionally, after performing step 3031 and step 3032, the configuration server may further perform the following operations:
and deleting the first configuration information of the sub-hierarchy of the first conference room equipment hierarchy in the target memory database and the target database in response to determining that the deletion sub-hierarchy configuration identifier corresponding to the first configuration is used for indicating the deletion of the sub-hierarchy configuration.
That is, here, each conference room device configuration has a delete sub-hierarchy configuration identification configuration item for indicating whether to delete its corresponding configuration of the sub-hierarchy when the configuration value of the configuration is updated. And if the deletion sub-hierarchy configuration identifier corresponding to the first configuration is used for indicating deletion of the sub-hierarchy configuration, deleting the first configuration information of the sub-hierarchy of the first meeting room equipment hierarchy in the target memory database and the target database so as to realize that the lower-layer configuration is covered by the upper-layer configuration.
In some alternative embodiments, the executing main body may further go to step 305 to execute after executing step 303.
Step 305, sending configuration update prompt information to meeting room devices belonging to the first meeting room device hierarchy.
After the step 305 is executed, go to the step 306 to execute.
Step 306, in response to receiving the first configuration obtaining request, obtaining current configuration information of the conference room device corresponding to the first configuration obtaining request, and sending the obtained current configuration information to the corresponding conference room device.
Here, the specific operations of the above-mentioned alternative implementation of step 305 and step 306 and the technical effects thereof are substantially the same as the operations and effects of step 207 and step 209 described in the alternative implementation (three) in the embodiment shown in fig. 2A, and are not described herein again.
In some optional embodiments, acquiring the current configuration information corresponding to the first configuration acquisition request in step 306 may be performed as follows:

Then, if the current configuration information of the conference room device corresponding to the first configuration acquisition request is not acquired in the target memory database and the target database, setting the configuration value in the current configuration information of the corresponding conference room device as a preset default configuration value, and caching the current configuration information of the corresponding conference room device in the target memory database.
And finally, sending the current configuration information of the corresponding meeting room equipment to the corresponding meeting room equipment.
In some optional embodiments, the method flow 300 may further include the following step 307:
step 307, in response to receiving the second configuration obtaining request sent by the first client, obtaining each second configuration information of the second conference room equipment hierarchy.
Alternatively, for a second configuration to be acquired, a hierarchical acquisition type of the second configuration may be first determined.
And if the hierarchy acquisition type of the second configuration is determined to be the first hierarchy acquisition type, acquiring second configuration information of the current hierarchy of the second conference room equipment.
And if the hierarchy acquisition type of the second configuration is determined to be the second hierarchy acquisition type, acquiring second configuration information of a second conference room device hierarchy and a parent hierarchy thereof.
And if the hierarchy acquisition type of the second configuration is determined to be the third hierarchy acquisition type, acquiring second configuration information of the second conference room equipment hierarchy and the sub-hierarchy thereof.
That is, when the function configuration supported by the newly added conference room device is configured, the conference room device hierarchy acquisition type of the newly added configuration is specified to customize the second configuration information to be acquired in the future, so that the second configuration information of different hierarchies can be presented on the first client side subsequently.
