Further, taking the above adjustable design manner as an example, in order to make the adjustable design means of the first connecting rod 2 more reliable, the second rod 22 is provided with a third threaded hole communicating with the first threaded hole 221; the third threaded hole is provided with a first threaded fastener 24; one end of the first threaded fastener 24 extends into the first threaded hole 221 and can be contacted and abutted with the first screw 23; when the rotary connector 25 is rotated to adjust the overall length to the required length, the first threaded fastener 24 can be rotated to tightly push the first screw 23, so that the first screw 23 and the second rod 22 are matched more firmly, and the overall reliability is improved.
Similarly, a fourth threaded hole communicated with the second threaded hole 321 is formed in the fourth rod 32; a second threaded fastener 34 is arranged on the fourth threaded hole; one end of the second threaded fastener 34 extends into the second threaded hole 321 and can contact and abut against the second screw 33.
Furthermore, in order to prevent the acting force generated by the direct contact and impact between the support rod 4 and the ground from being directly transmitted to the first connecting rod 2 and the second connecting rod 3, a plurality of buffers 7 are installed on the surface of the support rod 4 contacting the ground. The buffer 7 can absorb the acting force generated by the contact and collision between the support rod 4 and the ground, thereby prolonging the service life of the support rod 4, the first connecting rod 2 and the second connecting rod 3. In addition, in order to strengthen the connection between the first connecting rod 2 and the supporting rod 4, reinforcing rods 8 may be additionally disposed on two sides of the first connecting rod 2, one end of each reinforcing rod 8 is connected to the first connecting rod 2, and the other end is connected to the supporting rod 4, which is not limited specifically.
Further, the structural design of the buffer 7 includes a guide post 72, a fastening nut 71, a spring 73, and a support plate 74.
Wherein, the guide post 72 is movably arranged on the support rod 4 in a penetrating way, and one end of the guide post which penetrates out of the support rod 4 downwards is connected with the support plate 74; the support plate 74 may be in contact with the ground; the spring 73 is sleeved on the guide post 72 and is positioned between the support plate 74 and the support rod 4, one end of the spring is contacted and propped against the support plate 74, and the other end of the spring is contacted and propped against the support rod 4; the fastening nut 71 is fixedly sleeved on the column section of the guide column 72 extending upwards out of the support rod 4 and is contacted and pressed against the support rod 4. In the cushion member 7 of this design, when the tilting occurs, the support plate 74 contacts the ground, and the force generated by the contact is absorbed by the spring 73, thereby performing a cushioning effect.
As shown in fig. 1, the present application further discloses a switch cabinet, which includes a switch cabinet body and the anti-toppling device with the above design, wherein the switch cabinet body includes a cabinet body 100 and a handcart 200.
In addition, for the purposes of this application, the hand truck 200 may be redesigned to further promote anti-tip safety. Taking a model number of KYN-40.5 and an armored movable 35kV switch cabinet as an example:
1. for the handcart 200 with the vertical installation of PT (voltage transformer) as shown in fig. 4, the horizontal installation as shown in fig. 5 can be changed into the PT, so that the gravity center of PT is reduced, the gravity center of the handcart 200 is further reduced, and the dumping risk is reduced, namely the voltage transformer in the handcart 200 is arranged horizontally in the application.
