The physical index-based exercise amount management system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the motion monitoring module comprises a gravity sensing unit, a motion angle sensing unit, a step number sensing unit, a timing unit, a GPS positioning unit and a motion track calculating unit; the gravity sensing unit and the motion angle sensing unit are used for sensing the change of the gravity acceleration of the body state of the user, the change of the angular velocity of the horizontal state of the body and the change of the angular velocity of the vertical state of the body, and comprehensively judging the motion type of the user; the step number sensing unit is used for calculating the movement step number change of the user; the timing unit is used for calculating the movement time of the user; the GPS positioning unit is used for acquiring the position of a user; and the motion trail calculation unit constructs a user motion trail according to the user position points acquired by the GPS positioning unit.

5. A physical index-based exercise amount management system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the personal body basic data comprises user gender, height, weight and body fat data.

The physical index-based exercise amount management system according to claim 5, wherein: the basic habitual exercise indexes of the user every day generated by the data analysis unit comprise exercise duration indexes, exercise perspiration indexes, exercise fat burning indexes and exercise heart rate fluctuation frequency indexes.

The physical index-based exercise amount management system according to claim 6, wherein: the exercise duration index is set to be one stage every 15 minutes, and sequentially comprises a 0-15 minute warm-up stage, a 15-30 minute aerobic stage, a 30-45 minute energy consumption stage, a 45-60 minute fat consumption stage and a 60-75 minute stretching and relaxing stage.
