1. A method of plan management, the method comprising:
acquiring a work plan created by a user and at least one main task associated with the work plan, wherein when all the main tasks are completed, the completion of the associated work plan is indicated;
for any main task, decomposing the main task to obtain a plurality of subtasks, and distributing each subtask to a responsible person;
and monitoring the completion condition of each subtask, and backfilling the completion progress of the main task and the completion progress of the work plan according to the completion condition.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein for any of the main tasks, decomposing the main task into a plurality of subtasks comprises:
for any main task, acquiring characteristic information of the main task, wherein the characteristic information comprises at least one item information and the responsibility professional category and the work category of each item information;
and generating subtasks based on the responsibility professional category and the work category of each item information, wherein each subtask at least comprises one item corresponding to the item information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein generating subtasks based on the liability expertise category and the work category of each item of information comprises:
clustering the item information based on the responsibility professional category and the work category, and dividing the item corresponding to at least one item information meeting the preset aggregation standard into a subtask.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the assigning of the respective subtasks to the responsible person comprises:
determining the workload of each subtask and acquiring the task workload of each responsible person which is not completed;
determining a target responsible person corresponding to each subtask according to the workload of the subtask and the task uncompleted workload of each responsible person;
for any of the subtasks, the subtask is assigned to a corresponding target principal.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein backfilling the progress of completion of the primary task and the progress of completion of the work plan based on the completion comprises:
for any main task, determining the completion progress of the main task according to the completion condition of each subtask under the main task;
and for any work plan, determining the completion progress of the work plan according to the completion progress of each main task under the work plan.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the determining the completion progress of the main task according to the completion condition of each subtask under the main task comprises:
determining the total workload of all the subtasks under the main task and the workload of each subtask;
and determining the completion progress of the main task based on the total workload of all the subtasks, the workload of each subtask and the completion condition of each subtask.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein determining the completion progress of the work plan based on the completion progress of each of the primary tasks under the work plan comprises:
determining the total workload of all main tasks and the workload of each main task under the work plan;
and determining the completion progress of the work plan based on the total workload of all the main tasks, the workload of each main task and the completion progress of each main task.
8. A plan management apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a creation module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the creation module is used for acquiring a work plan created by a user and at least one main task related to the work plan, and when all the main tasks are completed, the related work plan is completed;
the decomposition delegation module is used for decomposing any main task to obtain a plurality of subtasks and distributing each subtask to a responsible person;
